HiYa: I am a Mexican Architect and English/Spanish teacher; I love art in all its manifestations. I am friendly, easy going, tidy, organized, respectful and likely to share with all possible mates this experience will bring. I like sports and nature ; swimming, hiking, cycling, skating. I love to share, but also looking forward to have my own, personal space. Would love to live near Adelaide street - Brisbane or surroundings. Greetings !!
Hi! I'm Naomi, a recent uni graduate looking to move up to Brisbane in early May 2019 for a warmer climate (Canberra winters are icy), where I hope to find part-time work, possibly with volunteering in the meantime. I'm hoping to live with a maximum of 2 flatmates of any age, although this is flexible- I enjoy talking and being around other people, but also need moments of quiet in my own space. I'm a bit of an old soul, a "twenty-something grandma" who loves dressmaking, movies, basic photography, sewing, craft, reading and am a decent cook. I love to share food that I've made- expect regular brownies, muesli bars and homemade bread. I'm vegetarian, but am happy to adapt recipes to be GF, vegan, DF, and respect your choices (food and otherwise). I don't smoke, take illicit drugs or drink, but am fine with others having the occasional glass of alcoholic something. I am not a fan at all of loud parties and/or lots of people though. I am quite mature for my age, always polite and always happy to listen if someone needs to talk or vent a little, or leave you some space. Housemates should work together like a family. If adult life is being a bit more difficult due to mental illness, recently arrived in Australia, chronic illness, disability, dire finances, being LGBTIQA+ or anything else, I will do my best to be accommodating and supportive, as I hope my flatmates would do for me. If you're having an absolutely awful day or three, I won't haggle you to do the dishes, but I expect that there will be some regular bathroom/kitchen/communal spaces cleaning arrangement where everyone does a little bit, so we can all enjoy a clean and tidy space. I am definitely on the neat side, but not inflexible. And if you have pets, that's great since I like animals, especially dogs. If I'm at home while you're out or at work, I'm happy to keep an eye on them and give them love. Please note that my desired rent per week as on my profile, is fairly flexible. I would prefer a place on the ground floor, or with minimal steps. And millennial desires like light and windows :) Ideally close to public transport or very central, but we can't always have everything in life. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hey there! Im a 23 year old soon to be student! I have a bubbly personality, love chatting and having a good laugh. I’m tidy and I work casually! I’m looking close to the city and prefer $160 and under :)
Hey! I'll be on work travel to Brisbane. My work location would be Albert Street. I am a neat, tidy being who respects others privacy. Looking for like minded person to share the flat. I occasionally drink (Blue moon and Soju are favorite)
Hi, I'm Liv. I'm a 24-year-old architect/interior designer recently moved back to Australia after 3.5yrs living and working in Germany. I'm originally from the Gold Coast but am looking to move to Brissy for work. I'm a non-smoker, bit of a health nut and super tidy. I would preferably like to live with people in their 20's who would be up for a chat, glass of vino or occasional dinner. When I'm not working I am usually either doing a gym class, or counteracting it by cooking/baking up a storm.
Hello :-) My name is Shez. A little about me first. I’m happy to spend up up $150 per week, for a private unfurnished room in a share house with one or two flatmates. I’m happy to spend up to $250 per week for a private area such as an upstairs area of a house, a down stairs area of a house, a granny flat, studio, bungalow, seperate living quarters. A short description of me: - Clean - Friendly - Quiet - Tidy - Can make great food - Non smoker - Non drinker - No kids, no pets and I’m fully vaccinated (LOL :-)) - Likes to read and likes art galleries - Not rude - Keep to myself - Introvert albeit a nice, friendly one - Not needy - Loves animals and pets (just don’t have any) - Pays bills on time - Likes nice people and is nice - Works online, from home or goes to clients place / office - self employed so I can live anywhere - have my own car I have some furniture with me. Queen frame/mattress, 2 meter tall free standing mirror, computer desk with chair, 2 book cases, tallboy, 4 small stools, floor lamp and 15 boxes of miscellaneous belongings such as clothing, shoes, books, etc. I’m trying to be a modern minimalist but is not working out... any tips would be appreciated. I am looking for a nice place with nice and peaceful, quiet, calm, clean and healthy people. I am very clean and tidy, thus I’m looking for flatmates that are clean and tidy. I want to live in a place that is NOT noisy or loud with people who respect my privacy and my alone time. I’d also appreciate people who are friendly, kind and easy to get on with. I’m happy to consider any place within 10-45 minutes of city centre. I have a car so transport isn’t an issue. I can stay anywhere from 6 months or longer. I prefer longer. I am flexible but I’m happy to work this out with you. Please contact me if you think we could live together in harmony and with ease. Thank you.
I'm easy to get along with, enjoy keeping busy and socialising but appreciate my own time and space and allow others theirs. I work full time and enjoy being creative in my spare time :) I'm clean and tidy, and reliable so paying rent on time wouldn't be any issue.
I'm currently studying and living in Singapore and will be returning on the 10th of May! Looking for a laid back, nice place in a convenient location. Clean and tidy person, can keep to myself but also keen for a beer or 3 here and there 🍻
So let's start off with with my most noteable trait which is I'm a nerd. I love D&D (If you know that is, maybe we can start a game), I spend majority of my time on my computer. But as much of a shut in as I can be, If you get to know me I'm quite friendly and sometimes talkative. I do currently have a partner but she has her own living arrangements. (Just hope your ok with her visiting.) Also if you worried about finding someone who is slack with getting money on time, don't worry about that with me. (I hate the thought having to be in debt to someone.) Although yes I'm on Centerlink as long as I don't get stuffed up, I'm always on time. For future plans (if you're interested) atm I'm looking for work. But considering studying game and graphic design at South Bank. Honestly not much more beyond that, just trying to get sorted. Looking for people who can accept me, have a least a bit of a sense of humor (if you couldn't tell by now) and of course, nice and reliable. (Would be amazing to find a fellow nerd, but fret not if aren't. A place to live, is a place to live, no the less)
I'm 26, looking for a banterful house that is on point with cleaning. I intend to contribute and not just with basic cleaning but across the board. Hoping to meet some cool and like minded people.
I'm 24 and work full time in the city as a risk consultant. I'm easy going, considerate and clean. I'm happy to keep to myself but always up for a beer and a gig on the weekends. I am looking for somewhere to live close to the city as my current lease is coming to an end and my housemates are moving interstate. I am willing to move in any time and am flexible with the length of the lease.
Currently a full time student at Griffith University! Also work part time at an aged care facility! Usually always out and about and when I’m home I usually just relax and watch movies!
Hi I am Michelle and we are from the Philippines, as of the moment we are looking for rooms to rent. We are a good couple, tidy and respectful. we are looking for a good flatshare.
Nick is from Townsville, owns his own gardening business and works in a cafe part time. He likes playing DnD and cooking. I am from Munich and a youth and disability worker and do shift work (mornings or overnight sleepovers). I enjoy painting and watching Netflix. Leeroy is about 5 years old and a lovable kitty. He loves humans and will snuggle up to you once he gets to know you. We are looking for a flat with one other person, wooden floors, preferably with a renovated kitchen and bathroom. We like socialising but also respect that sometimes you need a bit of space.
Hi there! Looking for a place with great vibes, awesome people :) I'm working full time but love to spend time at home to cook or hang out with my flatmates! I'm generally up pretty early too :)
looking for roommates who want to live in a clean environment and will clean up after themselves, (vegan and 420 friendly preferably). aimee (the bitch on the right) and maddi (the bitch on the left), we are both 19 and are planning on starting courses in july so we need to move before then. our budget is $200 a week each (including bills). (it says "no pets", just clarifying u can have pets we just dont have pets haha)
Very easy to get along with. I am clean and very considerate. I am not a smoker but don't mind if others are (I quit years ago). Don't mind the odd drink or two, and can be quite chatty at times. The odd game of pool at the Paddo would go well also...depending on how close your place is to it. A good cook, and I leave the kitchen clean. That also applies to bathroom, toilet etc. I do contribute to general household items such as cleaning stuff, blown light bulbs etc, usually without even being asked. I am not very not tolerant of hard drugs or serious drug dealers / users - I don't mean the odd puff or two - but If you are into meth or similar please don't contact me... At the present time I am trying to get started on my PhD, and tutor in mathematics on the side. I look forward to meeting you. regards, David.
