I am looking for accommodation for myself and my dog. I have previous experience living in other share houses and take full responsibility for myself and my dog. My current job is mainly cleaning houses so I am good at contributing to house work. I have a small female mini fox terrier that lives outside, very friendly and well behaved, gets along with other dogs and cats. I don’t mind if you like to host your own friends over or if you prefer to keep to yourself. I’m moving from my home town so I’ll be new to the city and it’d be great to meet some friendly housemates- I can be kind of shy at first but don’t usually turn down an invite. I like to be active, walking my dog, gyming, basketball, and I also have a few artsy hobbies and cook for myself. I have a partner in Sydney so I will likely be staying with them from time to time but I will not expect anyone to be taking care of my dog for me- If I am gone for an extended time I will either be leaving them with my family or paying someone to mind them (unless any housemates are animal people and don't mind looking after them). I have just been offered a carpentry apprenticeship based in Sutherland, starting in November, so I will have a steady income. If there are other pets in the house I would be happy to introduce my dog slowly before moving her right in.

I am a very clean and organised person, respect everyone's privacy, pay bills on time and as much as I like to hang out and watch TV with my flatmates occasionally, I like to just keep quiet and relax on my own (as that's my way to recharge after all day of talking at work). Patxi will be working full time as a barista for next 6 months and after that he will start his studies in automotive. He is the same as me in terms of keeping and wanting the house clean and tidy. The girls 🐕 🐕 : Careful around strangers at first but very affectionate and loving once they get to know you. No destructive behaviour at all, only bark if there is someone at the door. They usually just get in my bed and sleep all day when I am gone and noone is around to keep them company (had a camera set up multiple times to watch them). Never had any complaints from neighbours or strata. If you think you may have a place where we would fit in, we are listening 😊
