My house is quite large with 2 dining areas 2 loungerooms and even a large outdoor area to relax in. The property has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout which can be turned on or off for individual rooms. Both loungerooms have large screen smart tv. There is unlimited Wi-Fi through the NBN. The house is fully furnished with a queen sized bed in the room along with built in robes. The kitchen is also quite spacious and includes all facilities you may need (unless you're a master chef looking to cook in a water bath). You would be sharing a bathroom with a young lady who is extremely clean.

Hey all we have a room to rent in Salisbury North, for $160 per week it's a 3 bedroom home myself and my partner kylie is looking for a female who's honest and a quiet person, that's clean and friendly to all housemates. we are looking for that great person. Our place is located close to, salisbury north football club a bus goes straight past the front of our house to the interchange... We are preferably looking for someone between the ages of 21-35.we also have a security gate at the front of our home so the house is well protected. We both work Monday to Friday. So someone that works is preferred. We do all like a social chat often but we are very busy people. Parking is on the side of the house but it's very safe as it's on a corner block. We also have a spare room for guests please ask in advance if you have people over as it's just being polite. We have a 14month old labradoor X Retrever, who lives out side and loves people very friendly dog he is our world. We also have a baby turtle in our living room. Sorry no pets as of this reason, and we look after these pets and require no help with that unless we ask you to help eg if we are going away! .ps we are quite happy to furnish room, or you can bring your own stuff..
