Our brand new home is located in a quiet new estate called The Rise in Park Ridge. The house has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 2 living areas, with the master room and 1 spare bedroom conveniently located away from the main living areas. You'll have the choice of 2 bedrooms and direct access to the main bathroom and toilet. (Main bathroom and toilet is practically yours until we have visitors on the rare occasion). Both spare rooms have double beds but flexible to change this if you require.
Clean & Tidy. I work full time (>50hrs per week) in construction so I won't be hanging around the house all day. I have recently been posted to a job in Flagstone where I will be building a bridge for the next 6 months. I have spent a lot of time in share housing previously and know the drill. I have a 10 year old son who visits me one weekend a month. I have no pets. I do smoke but only outside. I am chasing 1 bedroom (unfurnished is preferred) with a built-in wardrobe. I only have a car load of things which I bring from job to job. Also, I have 2 cars - a work car and a personal car. It's a bit annoying but I am trying to negotiate my work car to become full private use.
