The room has Foxtel (but not all channels) and WiFi that is included in the rent. There is a fold out couch as well as a single recliner in the room. A small stereo, a large flat screen TV and a small bar fridge is all in the room. It is a shared bathroom and kitchen. The room is quite private, separated from the other rooms.
