An unfurnished room will soon be available in our spacious home, situated on the leafy fringe of Adelaide city. The recently renovated house has all the conveniences of modern living, while retaining its charming character, with high ceilings and stone frontage. Walking distance to Rundle Mall, the Central Market, the CBD and the World’s Best Supermarket (Frewville Foodland), this home is one of a kind in terms of location and price. The rent and bills combined are $190/wk. The room on offer is the master bedroom, large with generous built-in wardrobes. Despite the promixity to the city, noise is not a problem. Non-smoking. Strictly no pets, sorry! There is a visiting calico cat who may grace you with her blessed presence from time to time. On-street parking only (permit available). The room is available from November 4 and can be viewed any time before then. The basics: – All-inclusive rent and bills – no surprises – Amazing central location – 2 minutes' walk from lush Park Lands – Close to public transport options – Unfurnished – Spacious home – Tidy housemates – Sunny backyard – Semi-furnished rest of house – Huge windows – Lots of natural light
Two working professionals looking for furnished accomodation to rent starting in November, price negotiable. Looking for long term let, south of the CBD area due to work commutes. Ideally a house or unit on our own. I am a full-time veterinarian and my small dog comes to work with me everyday. Full references available.
Hi! I'm a wildlife ecologist working for a national conservation organisation, but based out of Adelaide Zoo (or work from home on occasion - who doesn't love that). Whilst I'm based in Adelaide, I have many extended trips away, into the field and to other cities for meetings. I spend plenty of time in the outback for work, but I also love aspects of living in the city; little wine bars, festivals, live music, group fitness and outdoor activities to do! I'm looking to live in a nice and tidy home with an open feel. I'd love to share with some awesome people who are genuine good humans. I'd prefer to live just on the fringe of the city, in the inner East or South suburbs like Parkside, Rosewood, Eastwood, Unley, Norwood, or possibly on the beach (like Henley beach, Glenelg, Brighton). Looking to move by mid/late Oct :) Leah
I'm quiet and meticulously clean, I don't smoke or drink and generally keep to myself. I have a small unusual cat. I'm known for my outstanding cullinary skills with a passion for food and if im not out attending to my daily duties or busy studying you will hardly notice im home at all.
Brit currently living in Melbourne. Working full time in the FMCG sector and will be in Adelaide from around 19th Sept until the end of a year to complete a placement out in Murray Bridge. I am a pretty chilled out guy that loves keeping active, usually by pounding the tarmac on my road bike or playing sport. A little geek at heart, enjoy shows like Rick & Morty, Mr Robot and Bojack Horseman. I am looking for a relaxed quiet house, no more than 3 occupants. I'll be working relatively long days in the week and will look to relax with a wine or beer in the evenings while watching something on tv. On the weekends I will mainly be out and about exploring and searching for a little bit of an adventure. Ideally the accommodation will have access to parking either on / off street as I will have a car. I have had 2 family dogs and will happily live with pets.
A large room (approx. 3x4m) in a friendly and peaceful house in Parkside is becoming available October 6. It’s in a great location, just a short stroll to the city, close to coffee on Unley road and when you don’t feel like cooking that bowl of cereal for dinner, the Leicester pub is just up the road. The house itself is an older building with a massive backyard and all rooms are furnished, except the available bedroom. Rent is $140/pw and bond would be 4 weeks rent. We split the bills evenly, electricity is discounted (yay for solar power) and gas and water are about $60 each per quarter. Internet is $36 each per month with 500Gb and is fast. It’s a pretty chilled household, we are all fairly quiet during the week but will quite often share a meal or have a drink in the backyard on the weekends. If you think that you would fit in, we would love to hear from you.
We are both very laid-back people who love traveling and are are respectful of others space. My friend has a dog, which we are hoping to be able to keep, but we are aware that it is hard to find places with pets. We both work around 30+ hours a week and I am a full time uni student. Both of us have extra furniture if needed. We hope to live with other like-minded, sociable, friendly people.
Luxury Location Share House Be quick only 1 Room left! Room 2: $220 Per Week! Available 6/10. Generous utility allowance This gorgeous large cottage style home is fully furnished for like minded students to live in a high end suburb in close proximity to the Adelaide CBD. The bus stop taking you to town and Uni is just at the end of the street. There is a generous utility allowance and very high powered internet, with a cable in each room to ensure the best quality connection. The house is fitted with new appliances and furniture, great quality bedding and ducted heating and cooling to ensure the best comfort. Be quick!
We have been best friends for over ten years and are perfect housemates to live with. Very clean, great cooks, fun to be around and always up for games, movies and drinks. We have both studied and are now working full time around the city. We are heading to Europe for a few months and are looking to sort our living arrangements for when we return in mid-late October. We have plenty of furniture to fill an empty house, and would be happy either just in a two bedroom home by ourselves or teaming up with others to get a bigger place. Ideally somewhere near the train/tram line is handy, and hoping to live with other respectable, neat and social people too.
Hi there, I'm relocating from Perth early October and am looking for a medium to long term rental. I love dogs, am allergic to cats and would love to rent with a friendly and social house. I will be working full time in the city, and enjoy cooking, shopping, the pub scene and keeping active. I am respectful, clean and always up for a laugh. Addy
Hi my name's Afruza and I'm a full time student at Scotch College in Torrens Park. I work part time as a maths tutor at a Kumon centre and I also volunteer at Oxfam on the weekends. When I'm not working/studying I like to keep physically fit at the gym or in local hiking trails. I'm a pretty relaxed and flexible person but I like to keep myself busy and stay in a routine. Currently boarding at a friend's place but need to find somewhere to stay before they go overseas! I'm easygoing and get along with most people and hope to meet new people and make some friends on the way. My budget is around $150 a week, preferably with utilities and a private furnished room. North eastern to inner western would be ideal. :)
Hi! I'm Hannah. I'm a single female and work full time as a Paramedic for SA Ambulance (shift work). I have an adorable/hilarious French bulldog Alfie, that doesn't bark, bite or dig and is fully housetrained. As such, I'm a) looking for housemates that like dogs, and b) a house that has a large enough, enclosed backyard/courtyard with grass. I go to the gym a lot, and my favourite things are travel, followed closely by coffee! I like getting out and about doing things on my days off (beach, visiting friends in the Hills, hikes, road trips), so you won't generally find me moping around at home. I'm moving back to Oz after nearly 3 years working and travelling abroad in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I'm not due back until the end of 2017, I'm just extra organised :S I'm a very clean and tidy person (everyone says that I know, but I really am) and respectful of privacy but also up for a chat if you are. Feel free to message me if you think I could work well at your place!
I'm a country boy moved to the city, I'm a water Broker so work long hours. I'm a very relaxed person nothing every bothers me. I am very clean and tidy person and very independent. I'm a good cook and very well house train as you might say. I enjoy company and love a drink or 2, but not much into the clubbing lifestyle. Love watching Tv shows and movies and good food. Better throw in a bottle of wine too. If you have any questions please feel free to ask, I'm a very upfront and honest person. Furnished places would be ideal but would buy anything i need.

Holly is 25 and is the director of an Out of school hours care, Zac is 25 and works fulltime as a Youth Worker, and Parker is a 2 yo Hungarian Vizsla, a very friendly and highly energetic pup who is very well house trained. We are looking for either another person/s or couple to live with. We're an easy going, social, friendly duo looking for a nice and well kept place in the eastern suburbs with a reasonable back yard with some grass and room to run for our pup! Our budget is $180 each and we are looking to find a place around Sept. Some of our interests include food and wine, camping, rock climbing, hiking, spear fishing and snorkling/scuba diving, socialising, motor bike riding, music festivals, snow boarding and sometimes just chilling out with netflix haha We're interested in hearing from people who may have a place suitable or who might be interested in teaming up to find a place together. If we sound like a couple you might like to live with please don't hesitate to message us to meet up sometime!
