I'm a driven professional working in marketing looking to live with a like-minded person. During the week I'm usually busy with work and I do most of my socialising out and about, so when I'm at home I'm usually enjoying some down time, watching Netflix, reading a book or working on a side project. I'm clean and tidy and I love to cook and have a chat, but absolutely respect personal space. Get in touch if you're interested in catching up for a coffee. Happy to move into an existing place or team up and find a place together. Gender and sexuality isn't an issue.
Walking distance to the city. 10 mins walk to coles, target and woolworths. 5 mins walk to the bus station. The room is big, lots of storage, also comes with double bed and refrigerator inside the room. Has its own private patio. Very convenient for student and backpackers. Availability is flexible.
Hey! I'm Jess and I'll be moving over to Adelaide from Melbourne in Feb 2019 to start Medicine at Flinders University. Looking to find a place to rent with other med students, or students in general. Would love somewhere quiet and low key to come home after a long day to crash. Having said that, im in no way opposed to a late night wine and harry potter marathon Can provide an amazing book collection, Stan and Netflix accounts as well as no culinary skills

Im looking for a house to live in next year as my current lease ends in January. Looking for a 12 month lease, let me know if you think I'd be a good fit for your house! Thanks, Ruby
Large room in character home close to the city sharing with three young professionals. Great location in Parkside close to bike paths, cafes and shops. Large communal spaces including kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker, ducted airconditioning and paved outdoor area. Internet available at a shared cost. Access to shared bathroom with one other person. Common areas fully furnished.
I'm a chef who loves to cook and entertain people. I'd love to share a house with a friendly bunch. My ideal share-house would have housemates from different walks of life, bringing different experiences and stories to the table. I have been living in share houses for a few years and know to respect others space. Having said that, I do love to hangout with the housemates and share a meal or a few drinks every now and then. I'm a bit of a neat freak and slightly OCD, which as I've learned is a good thing when living in a shared space. I like having things neat and tidy and in their places. Hit me up if you think I'll be a good fit to your house. :)
If you're looking for a clean and tidy, non-smoking, quiet flat mate who works 55+ hours full-time per week then hit me up! Would be great to move into a house with 2 or 3 other flat mates who don't mind socializing every now and then. Must be near the city or near public transport to the city. I don't party, but don't mind a couple of drinks here or there! Can supply my own furniture for the room. Happy to share a bathroom! Love travelling, making people laugh, watching sports, plane spotting and thunderstorms!!
- Rooms available: 2 double bedrooms - Rent: $103 p/week - Unlimited Internet: $19 p/month - Bond: $615 - Bills: Usage dependent We have just moved into this lovely old house on a quiet street, close to lots of amazing cafes and a short distance to the city. It has 3 generous sized bedrooms, a large open plan living area, with updated bathroom and kitchen. We have an amazing outdoor undercover area for entertaining, a HUGE backyard, as well as an outdoor rumpus room/shed/potential Bob Ross art studio/future rave cave. Looking for some like-minded people of a similar age who want to make this house a home. MUST LOVE DOGS!
One of our housemates has had to break lease due to family reasons so we have a large room (approx 4.5 x 3.5m) in a great house in Parkside, which is available now. It's in a three bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac, a stone's throw (for an Olympian) from Unley Rd. It's an older house, so it's spacious and has character. The best feature by far is the backyard, which is huge and very shady, and a great place to have a few drinks in the summer. It comes fully furnished, except for the available room. There is heating/cooling in the common areas, unlimited and high-speed internet and there are solar panels on the roof, so gas and electricity are discounted. The place has its quirks, like most old houses, but it is an amazing place to live in and really affordable for a place so close to the city. The fine print: rent is 140 per week, its 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent up front, amenities and staples are shared (about 20 per week for internet, electricity, gas and water). No couples or pets.
