Hey all, I have been at this property for 12 months and love it. unfortunately, the awesome couple who i lived with are leaving town, so i need to find some new house mates! The house has 3 bedrooms, so i am looking for either 2 new people or a couple. I have some basic furniture, but the place is pretty empty, so can take someone with plenty of stuff. But we can acquire anything that is missing (necessities, like a nutribullet). The house is in a great location, only a block from the Unley street shops, a 5min drive to coles/woolies. There is a bike lane all the way into the city (which takes me 15mins to ride each morning), and 3+ pubs within walking range. House has great internet, superb hot water pressure, and outdoor laundry (so you can hang clothes up in all weather!). There is on street parking, or offstreet parking (though only one driveway, so some juggling does occur)) Finally, there is a MASSIVE SHED out the back, ready for any DIY'er or car enthusiast. I am a full time engineer in the city. I play rugby and touch rugby, and hit the bike trails in the wknd for some adrenaline. I enjoy a beer, a wine, or a white Russian, but especially all three. I'm cleaner than the average male, and like whipping up creations in the kitchen. I'm clean, and tidy, respectful of sharing a house with others, but enjoy socialising as well. Come drop by for a look at the house!
I recently moved back from rural SA for work. I am experienced in living in share houses and have always enjoyed the company of having roommates of a similar age. -I enjoy cooking, keeping fit and trying to master various hobbies (current: ukelele and gardening). -I work full time as a paediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) and would likely be out often on the weekends also. -I love a good housemate dinner, with excellent homemade offerings by me to include: high-quality burritos, pizza, schnitzels, watermelon salad, thai green curry and soup with homemade bread. -I also have to offer an excellent taste in TV. This would include any 90s sitcom, reality TV, crime shows and documentaries.
Im looking for a mature yet easy going, fairly quiet, peaceful home for myself and 1 awesome cute cat - looking for something stable, low rent, conscious open minded household. Im clean, tidy and on time with finances. Studying acupuncture full time in city, study a lot - like to have a little or big chat in the kitchen, yard etc..and quiet time to myself in my own space is important to me. I have many years of sharehousing experience in both Adelaide and Melbourne and prefer a house of 2 or 4 (has been the best dynamic in the past) Enjoy a bit of veggie/herb gardening, cooking...yoga... I am looking for the right home, right people, right price, so move date is flexible... Keen for something in Mile End if possible so I can walk to town or Belair/Blackwood near the train line....anywhere central close to trams and/or trains :) Thanks for your consideration Athira
Hello I am a student currently studying Commerce at Adelaide Uni. I am reasonably friendly, very interested in getting to know people, and fairly reliable. I enjoy reading, exercising and socialising in my free time. I am looking for accommodation in any suburbs within 30mins bus ride to the CBD. Feel free to contact me regarding any additional enquiries or clarifications you may require.
I am from Brazil moving to Adelaide in June to pursue my masters degree. I have I bachelors degree in Food Engineering and now I am going to start my research on wine at The University of Adelaide. I am going to have classes at the North Terrance and at the Waite campuses, so that is why I am looking for a place close to both of them. I am a very easygoing and openminded person. I love to try new things and to travel. I already lived in Switzerland, UK and USA. I am definitely an animal lover, I love with all my heart all kind of pets and I will treat your pet as my own. I like to socialize, to go out and have some drinks or just stay home and have some wine and watch Netflix. I would love to share all the customs from my country and would like to know all about yours. I love to cook, so I need a place and flatmates that don't mind me cooking everyday (It would be my pleasure if you wanna join me and I always leave everything clean). I don't mind the gender of my flatmates as long as they keep the house tidy and clean.
Hi there, My names Mel. I’m 24 and work full time as a HR and Recruitment Consultant. I’m looking to join a couple other females about 23-30 years old. Sorry boys, nothing against you, just want to live with some girls. I’m fairly social and like to be out and about. I do however appreciate time to myself every now and then. I’m a VERY clean and tidy person and could only live with others who are the same. My life is in the CBD, so I don't want to stray too far away and my family all leave by the coast so I don't want to go too far east or north. I am the ultimate snacker, but live a healthy lifestyle, with a good dose of gym to make me feel better about my snacking habits. I would love to hear from you if you think we'd be good house mates.
HI - I am Ali from Karachi, Pakistan. I am here in Adelaide and looking for a single room in a share-house close to the city. I am a textile marketer / designer / product developer by profession. i love music, cricket, movies. I am organized and clean. looking for a place for short term only.
This is a large, modern and well lit two bedroom apartment just out of the CBD which has been recently renovated. Its fully furbished (including the bedroom) has a lot of natural light and is only a 5 minute walk to Hutt St with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. There is secure parking available on site and is really easy to get around by public transport, walking or car. The WiFi works very well as does the brand new air conditioner which has been recently tested for several days running during our Adelaide heatwave. There's lots of space, the building is very secure and is really a great place to live. PS updated photos to come! these ones really don't do the place justice
I'm 22 from Melbourne, looking for a place to start my new adventure in Adelaide. I work fulltime in a corporate role. In my spare time I'm super keen to explore all the amazing beaches, keeping fit/ active and enjoy hanging out for a drink or two on the weekends. I really understand the importance of personal space and keep to myself during the week as I'm mostly at work. I'm looking for a share house preferably with other fulltime working professionals.
Hi! I'm looking to team up with another chick and share a lease on a 3 bedroom place close to the city, preferably in the west or south. I live by myself at the moment so I have plenty of furniture to contribute. I work full time in the city in accounts for a law firm. My free time is spent out with friends, going to music festivals, camping, hiking, making terrariums, putting succulents in things, baking and more. This might make me sound like an outdoor person but I'm not. Most evenings I'm taking it easy watching TV or gaming. I haven't shared for a few years but I like to think I'm easy to get along with and I'm pretty flexible. I like to keep my apartment neat and tidy and I try not to let the dishes pile up too much and most importantly I pay all my bills on time! I'm hoping you'll be looking for the same thing. Send me a message if you're interested!
AVAILABLE NOW. 25 yr old, Upbeat Male. Working in Film post-production. I am quite social and tidy. I like humour, respect and communication. Outside of film, I like to play and write music(Gtr&Voc) and Comedy. I make art, study martial arts, dance and language. I work fulltime so I won't be partying through the week. but will have a few wines on the weekend.
Hey everyone, we are a couple (both 23) ideally looking to start a share house with one or two other people in a suburb close to the city. We're both friendly, tidy, positive people who are easy to get along with! Angus studies law and science at the University of Adelaide in his fifth and final year. He also works part time in the live music industry, loves going to gigs and sports. Taylor works full time in the food industry, dabbling in food writing, catering and event management after recently graduating from a food entrepreneurship degree. She loves to cook and most of her hobbies revolve around food too! In our spare time we love going out for coffee, eating out and hanging out with friends. Although we both like our down time at home to relax, we also don't mind having a few friends over for drinks on the weekend or the occasional night out. Ideally we're looking for 1-2 other people to live with in a 2 or 3 bedroom house that has enough room for everybody to fit comfortably. Our move date is also pretty flexible, but ideally from late March onwards. If you have any questions or would like to have a chat please shoot us a message! :)
Hello, I’m a 24 year old law student at Flinders looking for somewhere to live in between the uni campus and the city. I grew up in Adelaide but have also lived in share houses in England and Malaysia. I have a degree in Politics, International Studies and Philosophy and work part time as a student support worker at a high school. Hoping to find down-to-earth, clean and friendly housemates. I would like to move into a fairly social household who also respect my need to study. I definitely need a car park but I don’t mind if it’s on-street parking. I have a fair bit of furniture/kitchenware etc. I would like to find somewhere relatively long-term. More than happy to live with someone who has pets. I’m happy to answer any other questions you might have :)
Jeff is kind, considerate and generous. Kayler is happy and bubbly (and also considerate and generous. Plus, she bakes!). We are both clean and tidy and are comfortable being both social and keeping to ourselves. We are both active, enjoying rock climbing, hiking, cycling and pretty much any other form of physical activity. We also have a quieter side, we love board games and reading books. Jeff is studying as an industrial designer at UniSA, but he has taken this semester off to focus on creating a team building games business helping businesses to foster great teamwork. While he is getting that up and running, he is working part time as a coffee machine technician. Kayler is a folk musician and works at a music store. She gigs a few times a week at some of the best venues around town. We are moving out of our current accomodation because the home owner has decided to sell. We come with a trained, desexed, amazing 7 year old dog. He has literally never damaged either mine or any of my previous housemates belongings. He is quiet and calm and he loves people and chickens. I've never had the opportunity to test him with cats, but I'm sure I could train him to be ok around them also.
Hey everyone, I'd like to join a nice share-house with easy going people. Preferably Inner-SouthWest, something along the Westside Bikeway (Camden Park to Mile End) would be ideal, but I'm open to nearby options. I am a Project Manager in the imported gourmet Food industry - basically your great food and wine are actually my job ;-) I have great history with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and references available including from my current flatmates. I have lots of interests: food (it's for work!), cycling, road-trips and anything you can do outdoors, rock climbing, photography, music, 4x4, camping, fishing but also movies, reading (I'm a news junkie), new technologies, the random nerdy stuff... and more. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up or watching idiot clips on instagram, I'm open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces and quiet times. I'm a non-smoker, mostly healthy, social but respectful person. Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico; - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer; - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - (Apart from Italian) I speak Spanish, and it'd be great to practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places. PS: lastly, I'm not in a rush to move so I'm ok to plan things. The only reason why I want to change is that my current place can get a bit noisy at night, and I'm a bit of a light sleeper.
Hi there, I am an international student and I also have a part-time job at the moment. I am responsible, friendly and easy to get along with. I like to live an active but also sometimes quiet lifestyle, love to travel, meet my friends, love to do gardening, I don’t mind reading a good book or watching a nice movie ... I am a non-smoker, honest, clean. I am open for a nice talk but also respect (and need my) private time, I am respectful (of course also towards other peoples stuff) and I would consider myself as a happy and relaxed person. At home I am a photographer and social worker… what else... just ask me. ☺ I get along with my current flatmates very well and I am not in a hurry to move, just want to find the 'perfect' new home for me. Why? I would love to have a bit more space in my room as its really small. I also would love to do a bit of gardening (growing a few herbs and vegetables), so if you have a garden and you are fine with that, that would be great. I am for sure not a party animal but I like to have a friend over just from time to time to have a movie night or what ever together. So it would be nice, if you don't have problems with that. If you wish references from previous housemates, that wouldn’t be a problem. ☺ Would be a pleasure to hearing from you! :-) Thanks
Hey everyone, my name's Manita, I'm 23 years old and studying a Bachelor of health science/master of occupational therapy at flinders university. I love going out for coffee, walks on the beach, watching netflix and having a drink or two with friends. I enjoy being social but also like my own space to relax and study. I'm clean, respectful of others and easy going. I've been living in share houses for four years and love meeting new people and making new friends. I often go interstate to visit family and friends during uni holidays. I have a beautiful 14 year old labrador border collie cross named Blossom. She loves food, pats, short walks and otherwise sleeps the majority of the day. Let me know if you're interested in catching up for a coffee or have a room available :) Looking forward to hearing from you

We're just a relaxed couple trying to make it in the big smoke, somewhere preferably on the south side close to the city. Gayatri is studying a masters of teaching in early childhood at Flinders. She enjoys chill vibes, art and music. Often by candlelight. Laurence has a history degree and a creative writing diploma. He works at a winery part time, and is an aspiring writer, musician and actor. He also loves food. We might occasionally have some people over occasionally, but we like our down time. We're looking for 1-2 other people to live with and to move sometime during March.
Hey I’m Bec, and I’m looking to relocate! I’m clean, tidy and respectful of privacy but also enjoy socialising. I’m mainly looking in the eastern suburbs closer to the freeway as I work in the hills.
