The property is 10 minutes from the city, a minutes walk to bus stops on glen osmond rd and also walking distance to Frewville food land, the Arkaba, Woolworths and the Parkside hotel. Your room has built in robes and also an old school a/c that works fine. Has an ornamental fireplace and wooden floor boards. The area is very quiet and we absolutely love living here... We are just looking for someone that is going to fit in to our home perfectly.
*I have a cat allergy, so preferably no animals sorry!* 4 Y/O single Female from rural SA looking at relocating to Adelaide as I have gained full-time Employment in Parkside. I pretty well eat anything (other than seafood) I also love cooking so, bonus! Kinda active, playing basketball atm and just getting into yoga so would love to continue that on once I move. Lover of coffee! :D Really easy to get along with. Clean and respectful of others spaces and belongings. I enjoy the occasional night out but really prefer a night in watching Netflix or gaming. Into photography so love to get out an about to nice little scenic places. Not needing furnished rooms as I just have my room here to pack up to bring over. I do have my own vehicle (mini SUV) so either parking space or street parking suitable.
I am an easy going person who loves to cook, and I love animals . I like to keep a clean house and am happy to be social or keep to myself depending on who we live with. I am a honours student at the University of Adelaide and work as a tutor, and a waitress, so I wont be around the house much apart from in the evenings. I am looking for a room which is close to transportation to the city and with easy access to the SE freeway. Just needing a place to stay until I finish my degree in early November.
Hi My name is Natalia, I'm from Colombia. Currently I'm leaving in Syndey, I'm moving to Adelaide in two weeks. Looking for a single room, I'm very easy going, friendy, clean and organize person.
I'm fantastic to live with because I always help out, am very wisdomful & great for advice. Always laughing & having a joke, & always pay my bills on time. I consider myself to be very respectful & also considerate to other's needs. I'm looking for a room because i'm newly seperared from my wife of 10 years & it's easier for me to get a place than it is for her. I have two beautiful kids, so if i'm not at home i'll be with them. Weekends im at my kids netball and football sat/sun and busy all week just looking for a warm place to rest my head at night i work in the civil construction as a supervisor all around Adelaide and some time's work away
Hi! I am Rita from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and I am moving to Adelaide from July 17th on Skilled Sponsor visa. I am clean, easy-going and organized. I like reading books, cooking, dancing, watching movies on Netflix and and relaxing in a quiet place. I am currently looking for flatmates who are clean, friendly and have a respect. Rent budget is up to 180 including bills and internet.
Hey guys! My name is Lauren, I'm 27 and currently living in Adelaide working full time as a Cafe Manager. In my spare time I just like to hang out at home and watch Netflix, listen to music/go to gigs, or go op shopping. I play soccer on the weekend and train a couple nights a week. I also like going to yoga when I can (although I will be honest it's not very often, haha!) I like to think I'm a pretty friendly, clean + reliable flatmate. I enjoy going out every now and then but am definitely more of a homebody, and am more than happy to spend my weeknights curled up on the couch, haha. I try to be as environmentally conscious as I can. I've become close friends with all of my past/current housemates and hope that would be the case again! I have a cat (Theo) who I will be bringing with me, so would love to find a house/housemates who loves animals as well. My max budget would be $200/week - if that included my own or ensuite bathroom that'd be seriously amazing but it's not a necessity. Any other questions feel free to message me! Thanks! Lauren
Country guy, returning to work in Adelaide and looking for a new place to live. Would love to move in with some clean and tidy people that don't mind having a chat/feed/drink every now and then. Also looking for somewhere close enough to the city that I can ride a bike to work. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hey there! My name's Tim and I'm an outdoor instructor. I typically spend Monday to Friday living out of a tent in many different places across SA. Essentially, I'm looking for a cheap room where I can store my stuff during week and bed to sleep in during the weekend
