Hey, I'm Matt. I'm 27, work in media, plenty of experience in share house living, very respectful, sociable and happy and willing to chip in around the house. I'm a communications adviser and work full time, hours varying from 9-6 most days. I own a small, very friendly cat (spends 95% of her life indoors), who loves the company of others, and sleeping. I spend my time painting, reading and watching the odd nature doco on Netflix. A keen gardener, cyclist, play footy, enjoy hiking and hanging out over a drink or meal. Looking for like-minded people to share with :)
Hey there ! Me: from France / 24 yo I'll arrive on the 3rd of May for a full-time job in Adelaide. I had flatmates for 3 years in France so I'm used to share a common space and respect others. I'm very social and friendly. I hope to meet easy going people who likes sport and going out as do I. I don't know the city so I don't mind to live in other places nearby Adelaide. Looking forward to meet my future flatmate(s) ! Tanguy
I'm an engineer currently working full time for PepsiCo. I'm clean and tidy, easy to talk to and will proactively maintain the house. I am considerate of other housemates' needs and space. I'm quite active so it's likely I'll rarely be home.
Hi guys I'm looking for a housemate to rent the second bedroom in my house. This house would suit a student or professional of similar mindset (no couples or people looking for a party house please). The house is located 3km from the city on Kenilworth Road in Parkside with a two minute walk to the Arkaba shopping centre where there is a Woolworths, chemist, butcher, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, etc. There are several bus options to the city within walking distance with a ten minute bus trip into the city. There are a few pubs within walking distance including the Earl of Leicester pub which is famous for their schnitzels! The house is a beautiful, old Edwardian symmetrical stone cottage with high ceilings. It is fully furnished and comes with the option of a fully furnished bedroom if you require bedroom furniture. The bedroom is huge (approximately 4.5m x 4.5m) and could easily accommodate a queen size bed, a large desk and couch. There is a large open kitchen with plenty of cupboard and fridge space, reverse cycle air conditioning and ADSL2 internet is also available for an additional cost. The house also has a shared TV/lounge room, a bathroom and separate toilet and a large laundry area with a washing machine. There is no back yard which allows for easy garden maintenance! Rent is $170 a week (or $175 per week if you require bedroom furniture) and all bills would be split evenly. A bond of 6x weeks rent will be payable upfront. If you are interested or have any friends who are looking for a place to live, please let me know or feel free to share this ad.
I'm a chemistry PhD student. I like chatting about pretty much anything, listening to music, watching movies and TV and video games. My current sharehouse is not viable in the long term so aiming to find a place for while I'm completing my thesis.
I am sociable, friendly and respectful. I work 4 days a week and like to get out and about on the weekend, though need my down time at home too. Travelling is my passion. I also enjoy bushwalking, gardening, reading, music and yoga. If possible, I'd like to find somewhere that's within a half an hour walk of the city, have my own bathroom and a spot to park my car. Ideally I would like to share with people who are a similar age to me and don't mind a chat over a drink or 2 :) Thanks!
We are two sisters looking to team up with a flatmate in a 3 bedroom property in/close to the city! We have a fluffy little dog called Baxter who is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet, and ginger cat who is far less sweet. Our current lease ends in early June. We're hoping for a housemate who we can build a friendship with :)
I'm a very easygoing, flexible, creative person. I'm neat and tidy and love gardening and cooking, although I'm not very good at single portions so there is always plenty for others to join me for a nosh and a convo. I love opshopping, good coffee, brunch and the occasional bevie in the sun, I'm not a big night life person. I have an adorable 5 year old 3 legged black cat who likes nothing more than sitting in the garden in the sun. She's not overly tactile but she does like the company of people. All though I have said my move date is may 15, I'm not in a hurry so would love to find some like minded people and find the right house.
Hey Karan here. I am currently studying my Masters in UniSA. I have been in Adelaide for over an year. I am working part-time as well. I love going to the beach, drives, party. I am chilled out guy and would not interfere in anyone's business. To my future flatmates, it's gonna be chilling atmosphere and you will never sleep with empty stomach as I love cooking. Cheers.
Hola, I work full time as an apprentice cook in the city and am looking to move a bit closer to save some time (currently living in the hills). I work 5 days a week, often till late and apart from this responsibility I basically just go with the flow and take each day as it comes. When I have time off I like to chill out and listen to some tunes, go for a walk somewhere, go to the footy (when I rarely get a weekend off) or waste some time on the guitar or ps4 and contemplate what it is that I should be doing instead. I'd like to think I'm extremely easy to live with and respect other peoples' space. Free to move whenever I find the right place/people, preferably close to the city. Get in touch if I sound like your kinda housemate!
Modern lived in apartment just near CBD. Its a 5 minute walk to Hutt St and very accessible - the bus stop is just outside and secure parking is available. The floors have recently been renovated so everything is looking very shiny! The living area is quite spacious and you would have the pick of the larger of the two bedrooms. Unlimited WiFi has been installed.
I grew up on a farm in country SA, have been living in Adelaide around 6 years and now work fulltime as a medical receptionist. I am easygoing and neat, love to socialise, drink wine and eat way too much good food, also enjoy quiet nights in and keeping relatively fit.
We are three amigos looking for a fourth person to complete our awesome 3 bedroom house in Parkside. Tim & Alex (26 yo couple) have been living in this house for the past 12 months and loved every minute of it. Our current housemates are moving out and we are being joined by our mate Nick (also 26 yo) and we have one spare room to let. The house is a modern build with air con, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, an open living area and separate laundry. All three bedrooms are generous size with BIRs. We have a small low maintenance yard. The location is second to none, close to city, shops and coffee. The house is fully furnished (aside from the available bedroom) however if you wish we can arrange to furnish the bedroom.
Hello! We have a room available at the front of our house which looks over a beautiful frangipani tree, it comes with a bed (optional) and has built in wardrobes. Awesome location and housemates :) Swing past if you're interested! Thanks, Kasia & Felix
I'm currently studying Masters in Biochemistry at SAHMRI. I am easy-going, independent, clean and tidy. When I'm not studying, I like to get outdoors for the occasional hike and on weekends I umpire footy. I am looking for a place to move into that is close to the city. Other interests include learning German, travel and riding my bike.
Hello! Im Zoë and I'm 18. I'm currently studying and wrap burritos for a living. I'm fun n friendly, can easily keep to myself but also love having some good chats. I study law and work in town so won't be home too much. I'm looking for a comfortable place where I can focus on my study, but also chill out, have a couple drinks once in a while. I love going op shopping and creating things in my spare time
This is the most regrettable move out ever, however I am moving to Melbourne at the beginning of May with a new and exciting job, so I have to leave this place behind. If I could take the place to Melbourne, I would! The house is a semi-detached townhouse (2 levels) with ample parking space (up to 4 cars, with 3 cars not being blocked in) on a quiet, private street in Parkside. It is walking distance (2 minutes) from the Arkaba and Woolworths Arkaba, and a 5 minute walk from Frewville Foodland, Nordburger and Parkside Hotel. There is also a green-lined running track nearby for all you fitness buffs! It is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, which is about 10 minutes into the city. An Uber costs about $10 into the city. The house itself has three bedrooms, a spare room, a cellar and a great backyard with plenty of privacy and lined with trees. The room going is the front upstairs room, with a wrap around balcony and built-in wardrobe. If you don't have bedroom furnishings, I have the basics which I can leave behind, or you can have the room empty - it's up to you. There is a shared bathroom upstairs, with a spa bath, toilet and shower. Bond is $720
Hi, I'm Sim, I'm moving to adelaide from Sydney to be closer to family that live in SA. I'll be working full time in the city (I work in learning and development for EY) and will be out and about a lot exploring the city and making the most of living in beautiful Radelaide! I already have friends and fam that live in adelaide and will spend a lot of weekends out of the house visiting them. I'm pretty keen on fitness and try to run a few times a week. I am happy to cook and share meals or just do my own thing. Love a good glass of wine and a chat with my flatties, but I also respect the need for privacy and space. Anything else, just ask! :)
I'm a 22 y/o student moving down from brissy to (r)adelaide and I'm looking for a place to live! I'm studying a masters in physiotherapy and don't know many people so I'm looking for a house with a social vibe!
