The area is perfect— super quiet and at the same time it is close to CBD. Tram stop is nearby. The great thing the house has a huge backyard to chill under the sunlight. Cozy living room and tv (for screening from laptop), kitchen with everything you need for cooking are great.
I'm a 23-year-old originally from sunny Malaysia will be going into my fourth year of industrial design at RMIT come February. I spend 70% of my time in school getting assignments done. The remaining 30% I spend on daily visits to the gym, grabbing a bev with friends, watching TV show re-runs and cooking up a storm. I love my time in the kitchen as much as I love my time in the woodworking workshop and can dish up a multitude of cuisines (mostly Asian). Cooking for people is a sport to me and I love inviting friends over for dinner or staying in for a nice meal with the household. Built in with the latest UI, I'm self-entertaining and self-cleaning, so I'll stay out of your way most of the time save for the few times should we choose to get together and hang out. My idea of a good time can range from karaoke, board games nights, watching movies and going out for a boogie. I'm pretty flexible. This latest model of me does not come equipped with a pet (sold separately).

My housemate's going to India for a month and we need to fill the room in her stead for that time. It's a beautiful townhouse in the heart of Parkville. Just a quick walk to the public transport (5 min to tram 59 Airport West & Flemington Bridge Train Station) Fully furnished with basic amenities and a big backyard. Besides, there is a community swimming pool and tennis court for the keen. Looking for someone who loves dogs as I have a Jack Russell with a big personality.
Hi, I'm Savannah, a 27-year-old student from Sydney who will be coming to Melbourne to study my honours project in Neurogenetics at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute in Parkville. I've lived in sharehouses for nearly 10 years so know how to respect the space. I'm usually quiet during the week and like to go out to gigs on the weekends. I am creative and like to make clothes and paint when I have the time. I also do casual modelling on a freelance basis with a couple of agencies and work in before and aftercare at a school in Newtown (SYD) at the moment. I have a partner, Matt, who might come and visit from Sydney sometimes and two cats who won't visit but I'll probably show you a hundred pictures of them - sorry in advance they are just so cute! I'm looking for a casual and friendly space where I can meet some new friends, maybe have a casual wine and chat, but also have the space to study when I need to. I start uni in February so a late December or January move date is best but I'm flexible.
On edge of Royal Park, there's great birdlife, trees, and the luxury of space. 3 nearby trams and a train, and bike track nearby. Recently renovated this is a comfortable 2 bedroom unit with great facilities. The room is light and bright with a balcony, a reversible ceiling fan and use of a large walk-in robe. You can choose to use the furniture a flatmate left behind or bring your own. Its a great place that you can make home.
The house is a 2 storey house with a separate bathroom and toilet. The house will be furnished and will come with all the bits and bobs needed to make your stay comfortable. The rent would be $1200 a month including all bills paid each month in advance. Bond is $500 The duration is 3 months, from October till December (or jan if needed) The room will come with everything in picture. The wardrobe will be empty for you to use. The shelf may or may not be there. The table and chair stay. Its 7 minutes to Melbourne uni, a minute to Monash parkville, 20 mins to the city by tram 19 which is right outside parks all around and personally for the location its a steal. Perfect for a uni student or vacationer looking for a something till they find something permanent.
Hi everyone! I work shift work for a call centre, so would be good to live with others who also work shift rosters or who are considerate in terms of noise and having people over. I'm a non smoker... I prefer a non smoking and drug free home 🙂 No issues with paying rent and bills I like to do yoga, hikes, and read. Send me a message if I sound like the right fit for your flat. 🙂
