Hi there! :-) I am a 25 year old Norwegian who just moved to Melbourne to do one semester of my masters in economics and business administration at the University Of Melbourne. I'm really sociable and I would love to find a place to live with like-minded people. I love to travel, explore new things and get to know new people. I'm a tidy person who is used to living with other people and respect my roommates. I'm always up for fun and I would say that I'm an easy going person. I am interested in finding roommates who would like to make dinner together from time to time, go out to grab a beer or a cup of coffee, or just chill out. If you need a new roommate and think that I could fit in I would love to hear from you :-)
Hi, we are looking for someone to replace our outgoing housemate. The room fits a queen-sized bed and other furniture such as; a chest of drawers, desk, bedside table, it is light and airy and has a great view over Royal Park. It has large mirrored built-in wardrobes but will be otherwise unfurnished. The photos are from previous tenants and the room may look a little run down at present but it won't take much to spruce it up :-) The apartment is in a converted Victorian terrace with large windows and high ceilings making it feel super spacious. It overlooks Royal Park, just a short stroll from Melbourne Zoo. So close in fact we can hear the lions roar and the gibbons chattering without needing to leave the flat! The apartment complex includes: secure entrance with intercom, shared courtyard, secure underground garage with two parking sports (plus we have a transferable permit for on street parking), bicycle racks, small gym with sauna and a little storage cage. Parkville borders Brunswick, Carlton and North Melbourne. It is surrounded by green space but a stone's throw from several major shopping and cafe strips so its an ideal location if you work for the hospitals, Uni of Melbourne, Monash Pharmacy campus, any of the businesses along Royal Parade or anywhere in the CBD. Transport wise we are an easy walk from: - no 19 tram along Royal Parade - Royal Park train station (Upfield line) - no 55 tram through Royal Park - Bike tracks through Princes Park and Royal Park - less than one hour walk to the middle of the CBD Bills etc: Gas, electricity and internet are split three ways (works out approx $25pp/pw more in winter, less in summer). We have a kitty for shared consumables like cleaning products, toilet paper etc but otherwise take care of our own groceries and cooking separately, with the occasional shared meal, pizza delivery or trip to the local pub for a counter meal. We are linked to the NBN (fibre to the basement) but we cancelled our account with our Internet Service Provider earlier this year as it was so terrible. We are looking at options for a new service provider and we can negotiate this with the incoming flatmate. Application: We rent through a real estate company so incoming tenants need to fill out an application to the property manager for approval (and pay their $110 processing fee) before moving in. Rent is $939.25pcm on the first of the month ($216.75pw). Bond is $650. The move in time is flexible - by negotiation with the outgoing flatmate. We want someone who is clean, independent, considerate, responsible and friendly, and mature enough to openly communicate with her flatmates about any concerns, dislikes, negotiations etc. Someone who will treat the place like her home (not a hostel) and treat her flatmates with courtesy, respect and friendship. No smokers (or other drugs), couples, pets or short stays.

Hello!! I am moving to Melbourne at the end of September and am looking for somewhere lovely to live!!! I will be working for an NGO in Brunswick... so somewhere nearby would be ideal! A bit more about me... I love all things colourful and creative... I would love to spend all my time in a creative pursuit but unfortunately need to work full time to support my many indulgences (shopping/ eating brunch/ travelling!!) I really enjoy outdoor adventures and exercise but at the same time love a glass of wine and going out and socialising. I also love travelling and go exploring whenever I have the chance....the more offbeat and exotic the place the better! I have been living in Canberra for the last 18 months- and have loved my share house here where we socialise together frequently but also give each other enough space and downtime. I would love to be part of a similar household in Melbourne! I look forward to hearing from you!! Thanks Jess
New to Melbourne and looking for a room in a great share house or flat share. I am a young professional working full time Mon-Fri :) I'm pretty easy-going to live with and can switch between social mode and quiet mode very easily. Love a good movie, doco or tv show, down for house viewings of GoT and Rick & Morty if you're into that. Also keen for a chat, a glass of wine and a board game here and there. Prefer not to live with smokers as I am asthmatic and would like to live with other people who work during the day so our schedules don't clash too much. Don't have any furniture with me as I am flying over so if the room you have spare is finished that's a massive bonus! And if you are willing to help me pivot mattresses into my room then we can probs be friends :P Please contact me I need a house and a roof very soon lol -Matt
I'm an international student form the Netherlands, love to sport (climbing, skiing, actually all mountain sports :) and karate) travel and be around friends. I'm a social and tidy person who's looking for a place to live in Melbourne during my Masters by research.
70 MANNINGHAM STREET. We have a fantastic upstairs room available with with awesome parkland views. The shared sitting area looks out to the parklands and to the suburban Flemington area on the other. The upstairs bathroom is shared by three of us whilst the main room downstairs has its own ensuite. The place has a decking, a rear courtyard and direct access to the parkland with a friendly magpie that likes to follow you around expecting some handouts. The rest of the house is fully furnished (except for your room of course) and the place has wireless. Its a 5 min walk to the Flemington Bridge train station, or the 59/57 tram to get into town & a 15 min walk to Melb Uni through Royal Melb Park. We are a settled group of people and are easy going, clean, and pretty much do our own things, but dont mind a good catch up chat. The finer details are rent per month $688.69/month (includes internet). Bills are simply divided by four. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hey there! My name is Jess! I am looking for accommodation local to the hospital precinct in North Melbourne/Parkville area. I work full time shift work as a Nurse and so I am interested in living with others who are of a similar age (mid twenties or older) who are respectful of each other's space and privacy and appreciate a more down to earth and chill living environment. Ideally, I am looking to live near by to work in Parkville/neighboring suburbs, or on a tram line to help me get to work. I am an easy going person who has experience living in a share house before. Appreciate a tidy place and I am respectful of other people's privacy and space. However, I also enjoy living with others who enjoy sharing a meal/coffee/glass of wine and a flick together. Please feel free to message if interested!
Hey all! Got a fully furnished room / apartment with all you need. Close to universities and hospitals nearby. Just drop your luggage and you're all set. Great view from balcony. My flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend, whos arriving from overseas. The room comes with a double bed, desk, lamp and built in wardrobe, byo furniture ok. Apartment is new, fully furnished (dishwasher, microwave, cutlery, etc) there's also AC, TV, NBN / Wifi. Bathroom is large with washing machine, everything you need. Parking is free on street or there's one secure undercover parking spot where I currently keep my motorbike (I could park elsewhere if you need it). Bicycles can also be parked underground in a safe locked room, area has great cycling paths. There's free gym and heated indoor pool and private BBQ area, access to the building is via intercom / key card. There's melbourne zoo, parks, lakes soccer field and a golf course nearby, great for jogging. Brunswick is close by, $6 uber, where all the coffee shops and pubs are and a large shopping centre (Barkly square) with woolies, coles k-mart, etc. Otherwise you can take the 505 bus to Money Ponds (10 mins) where there's another shopping centre. Transport to the city is easy, 1 min walk to 505 bus stop. 10 to 15 mins walk to Flemington bridge station for either train (upfield line) or 59 tram. Royal park station also 15 mins walk. Less than 10 mins drive to the city.
I am Ilaria, 29 yo, italian! I currently work as an architect in Carlton, but I also study Construction Management in South Melbourne. In my free time (when I get some 😀 ) I like to go out, explore my photographic creativity, do yoga and maybe check some art exhibition, or simply chill at home with a good book! I am friendly but also respectful, plenty of experience in house sharing, so I definitely know how to keep communal spaces clean and be respectful of other's privacy, but also be there for a drink or a chat occasionally.
outgoing and super friendly. Love to have a couple of drinks every so often and have lots of fun. very clean and will respect your privacy. if shared areas like the kitchen, living area and bathroom are clean, we're happy.

Hi! I'm a Portuguese PhD candidate enrolled in a Drug Discovery joint PhD between the University of Nottingham and Monash University. I'll be staying for 1 year in Melbourne and would like to travel and get to know Australia as much as possible. On my leisure time I enjoy watching movies (Lynch and Kubrick fan) and going to festivals and concerts. If you have any questions - feel free to ask.
Hi! We're two business students starting our final semester in Melbourne Business School. We're from Manila and are very well travelled. :) We're easy to get along with and our idea of a fun night is good wine and blocks of cheese.
