Hey! I'm Nicole, 23 (24 in January). I work full time as a Personal Assistant in the city Monday - Friday. That generally keeps me pretty busy during the week. On the weekend I'm always up for doing stuff, I moved from Perth to Melbourne at the start of this year so I love finding cool new places to eat and drink around Melbourne. Ideally, I'd love a place that's homey, and has housemates that are keen to socialize and hang out, but also enjoy some "me time". I've lived in sharehouses before so I'm house trained and know how to not be painful to live with! Looking for somewhere that move in will be mid - late January 2019! :)
Hey I'm Alice! Kiwi living in Aus (science undergrad) looking to rent a place near Melb Uni with other like minded students. Have spent the past year rooming with other students from various countries. I am a very clean, tidy person and a non smoker so I hope my future roomie(s) will be the same! Spend most of the weekdays studying and would also greatly appreciate the place to be clean and tidy! I love socialising but also enjoy time alone. Like to cook from home (mostly vegan), working out, dancing and also love to learn languages. Can speak fluent Mandarin and would prefer to live with Chinese or other students from Asian backgrounds (bc of habits/cooking etc.) but whomever you are, if you are clean and respectful, feel free to contact me! :D Currently studying in China, will be back in Australia by Feb!
I'm a 30 year old full time health care worker looking to share a home with a few friendly people who like to gather for a meal or a tea/beer when it suits. I have enjoyed share housing for 8 years and am well trained when it comes to noise, cleanliness and general consideration of other people. I also enjoy a cook up and am all for some shared house dinners! I am a very active person and when I'm not working, you can find me at the local pub or cafe/friend's house/camping/hiking/practicing my mediocre spanish or playing ultimate frisbee. Please let me know if you have any questions!
I am a Audio Production student in SAE, I'm currently studying in SAE Byron Bay campus. I will transfer to Melbourne for the next school year, starting on the 4th of February. I need a room downtown by the start of February, but I can be there before if needed. I will be Studying or Working most of my time, so I won't be home most of the day. I'm a neat, quiet, respectful housemate. I don't party often. Maybe once or twice a month. Other than studying I like to travel, make music, and take pictures. I think Melbourne is the capital of music at the moment and I really want to explore its nightlife, and music & arts scene.
I'm a second, going on third, year electrical engineering student at RMIT in the city, working as a removalist to help pay the bills and the odd impulse buy that might take my fancy. On the side I run sound for the odd gig for some bands and sharpen knives when someone asks me to. I love reading and have a steadily growing library of fantasy and the odd random something else. Slowly sapping Netflix for all that it's worth of watchable content that interests me, and constantly looking forward to the next Doctor Who episode.

I am a 20 year old study abroad student from New York. I will be studying at the University of Melbourne from mid February to the end of June and I am in need of housing!
I'm Ben, I 'm 29 and work full-time as a research engineer in an aerospace company, working 9-5 hours. I enjoy playing basketball, watching movies and having a social beer, wine and a chat. I like running to stay fit. I like the arts and live music and used to play violin in an orchestra (but not very well). I like the summer months and going to the beach. I also spend lots of time reading in cafes. I am considerate of everyone's space and like to keep the house neat so that everything is usable when it's needed by anyone. I'm fairly easy-going and can fit in to whatever arrangement is in place. I guess I am looking for people who are respectful of space and property and keep the house clean. Also, I like social people who don't mind an occasional catch-up drink or meal. No special food requirements except chocolate and coffee. I prefer to organise my own food most days but I like communal cooking as well. I have some furniture and white goods but I will be selling or storing it elsewhere if it's not needed. I have a couch, a small/medium fridge, a washing machine and a microwave.

We currently have one room available in our overly large share house. We’re located in Parkville, as a part of the old 2006 commonwealth games village and looking for a new long-term housemate. Our residence is nicely tucked into the north-west corner of Royal Park - so there is plenty of nearby ovals for outdoor activities and potential adventures. We’re a short jog away from Sydney Rd and Princes Park, and there's a cafe a minute walk away if instant coffee doesn't cut it. Some assets of our house include: - 4 x Cool fun housemates - 1 x Pool table - 1 x Table tennis table - 1 x Giant downstairs living room - 1 x projector used for dramatic cinematic experiences, with 2 x crappy emergency televisions just in case - 2 x Bathrooms - 1 x Laundry - 2 x Refrigerators - 1 x Large open kitchen area - 1 x Watercooler - 1 x Backyard and outdoors couch hang station - ∞ x good vibes and morale The room available comes with a built-in wardrobe, rent will be $686/month. So those are the minor details of our living situation, and we think you might be a great fit into our vibe if you have any of these following interests: - Listening to music and going to gigs - Watching and/or playing sports - Having a few drinks on the weekend, or a cheeky glass of red on the odd weeknight - Good food - Film & entertainment - Boogying - Just good chat in general Anyway, if you’re at all interested in any of the above information please shoot us a message - we’d love to hear from you. Cheers, Wes, Paddy, Sally & Richard 10min walk to Flemington road tram/train 1min walk to 505 bus which is direct to Melbourne Uni On street parking available Utilities not included
Hey there, I’m a professional guy who’s looking a good place for long term either short term. I am into outdoors, rd trips, exploring new things and places. I’ m always down for a good meal, cooking or TV/Netflix with housemates. I am a tidy person and someone who loves to keep everything clean after myself. I’m very respectful, reasonably private but social, always happy for a chat but not a party person. I come with a car so off-street parking is a bonus otherwise on-street is just fine. I want to have a nice cozy room and chill place to come home to each night. Happy to pay upfront rent for a good place. Don’t hesitate for further chat. Best regards, Farhan
I'm really easy going, love to go to the gym and get outside to exercise, I love animals and especially love cooking. I'm studying my Master of Marketing Communications at the university of Melbourne and I'm really just looking for a nice bunch of people to make the move from Brisbane a bit nicer
Hello! I'm Prita, from Indonesia. About to start grad school in Melbourne starting January 2019 after working in a children's nonprofit for the past 5 years. As a flatmate, I'm clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces. I can be social but also very much value my personal time and space. Like to pay my bills on time so they don't haunt me. On weekends I enjoy Netflixing (who doesn't :p), reading, going out for meals or drinks, and if lucky enough to live near parks or beaches, having a stroll. I'm looking for like-minded flatmates (and a flat) around my age or older, preferably female, who are kind, respectful, clean, and easy to live with. Would be great if we could occasionally hang out together or share meals/drinks at home. Cats (or dogs) would be a huge plus as I won't be able to bring mine :'(
Hi! I am a Norwegian student who is going to take an exchange semester at the University of Melbourne from February - end of June/beginning of July. I am therefore looking for a place to stay! I would consider myself easy going, friendly and tidy, and I am looking for someone similar. Not interested in a party house although I wouldn't mind small gatherings like a dinner or BBQ. Since I'm just coming with a few suitcases I would prefer a furnished room!
Hello! My name is Kate. I'm a scientist, science communicator and artist. I've just returned to Melbourne after doing a fellowship in Europe/America for 9 months. I'm working for the Uni of Melbourne while looking for full-time work as a science communicator. I've lived in Melbourne for about 5 years or so and have a lovely group of mates here. All my favourite things are in the north: I like running, swimming, reading, cycling, drawing, and going hiking and camping outside of Melb with mates. I'm not a big partier, but I'm friendly and kind (I'm a bit of an extroverted introvert). I'm looking for a place where I can do my own thing, but where my housemate is friendly and happy to have a chat in the kitchen every now and then. I've been in share houses since I was 11 (boarding school - I'm not a teenage run-away haha!) and recently turned 30, so I'm house trained :) In other words, I'm very clean, tidy and respectful. Ideally, I would like to share a town house / apartment with one other person. Thanks, Kate.
I'm easy to get along with, friendly, super chill. I'm clean and love having my house neat and tidy to come home to after a long day! Really looking for somewhere chill and relaxed to happily come home to. Fun, easy going & happy housemates! I work at a nursing recruitment agency in Fitzroy, shift work, so some odd hours but also always quiet and you'll never really know I'm home! I currently live in Tullamarine, my lease ends up in Feb and looking for somewhere to live for a decent amount of time. I love catching up with friends and exploring new places in Melbourne, always down for a sneaky day road trip somewhere. Looking for like minded housemates! I have a cat who is 1 year old, she's lovely, never any trouble all she seems to do is eat and sleep! Max rent I can afford per week is $210 Always down for a cheeky wine and catch up after a long week at work!
Hey! I have been living in shared houses for 8 years and enjoy the social aspects of it. I'm respectful, tidy, fun and enjoy to bake. I'm vegetarian, but don't mind others preparing meat. In my free time, I love hiking, climbing, swimming and yoga. I'm quite active and love to bring 1-2 frinds over for cooking or generally sharing food. Not too much of a party hard human, but love good live music and dancing from time to time. Not looking for a party house, but something cosy to call home for a 3 month science project.
