it's only 5 minutes away from barkley square and sydney road brunswick 2 minutes walk to the tram stop 19 towards city 10 minutes to cbd by tram its great room for somone thats like to have their own space 910 per month ( wifi and water included) electricity are divided by 3
We have been here for a year and love this place. The unit is on the 19 tram line and very close other train and tram lines (10-15 minute walk). A short ten minute stroll takes you up to Sydney road where there are supermarkets, restaurants and hipster coffee amenities galore. A cheeky 10 minute tram/cycle ride takes you right into the CBD. Being situated between Princess and Royal Park means there is lots of nature to explore on either side of the property. The house itself has a nice downstairs area with air conditioning and heating and we have a cute little courtyard for summer entertaining. Melbourne Uni is a short walk away, as is the Royal Melbourne and Royal Children's Hospital. The room on offer is 811 PCM and is featured in pictures. The option to take a larger room for 840 PCM (Alice is thinking about downsizing) is also an option and is also featured in photos (the one with the white bed and BIR:). Both rooms are shown in the floor plan.
-20min by bus to CBD -10min by bus to Moonee Ponds Junction. Has everything: coles, woolworth, aldi, kmart, etc -15min walk to tram 58 and Royal Park station -the bus stop is right outside the house and really convenient for uni student

Hey, I'm Yi An (or you can call me Madelyn) from Taiwan. I am currently living in Jakarta as an English intern teacher and will be studying Speech Pathology at the University of Melbourne by February. Looking for a comfortable place where I can have my own space but also hang out with friends. I am very respectful to people's needs and hope others would respect me the same way. I'm clean and tidy and would love things to be organized. I am also easy-going, friendly, reliable and positive and I love to laugh. Oh, and I love plants and animals. During the week I will probably be really busy, so I'll need a quiet place for me to relax (or study). But on the weekend or in my spare time, I enjoy drawing, painting, reading and going to the movies. I also love outdoor activities like mountain climbing, jogging, camping or just traveling around and exploring cool and unique coffee shops. Feel free to contact me if you think I will be a suitable Flatmate:)

I’m looking for an ensuite bedroom in a modern flat/house to share with few nice people (preferrablly females) from mid December onwards. I am 22 years old, Brazilian and currently obtaining my Master's degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical Drug Innovation in the Netherlands (University of Groningen). I will be in Melbourne to do a 6-month research project at the University of Melbourne (from mid-November 2018 until the end of May 2019). I am a clean, organized and respectful person. I used to live in an international dorm with more than 60 people and now I live in a shared house with 5 girls and one guy, so I am used to sharing common spaces and cleaning after myself. I am also used to sharing expenses and following a cleaning schedule to maintain the house tidy. I enjoy talking and getting to know people and other cultures, having dinner together and going out to party. Living in the Netherlands, I got used to cycling since we do everything with bikes here, and I love it! I also like to play board games and I LOVE to watch series and movies. I guarantee to be an awesome, energized and respectful housemate, always up to making plans together and keeping the house tidy. Cheers, Tiago :)
Our lovely roomie has decided to move in with her boyfriend, so we are looking to share our home with a kind person (we prefer a female and sorry, no pets). The price includes all the bills and we prefer a stay period more than 2 months. We also require one month rent as a deposit. The location is 5 mins away from the train station, 6 mins away from the tram station. Really close to Melbourne University. It only takes 10 mins to get to CBD by car. There are plenty of parks around our place which makes it even better!
Hey! My name's Dan and I'm originally from the fringes of Sydney. I got back from living in Queenstown, NZ a couple months ago, I was a tour guide while I was over there and spent a lot of my time either out doing hikes or rock climbing or just hanging with friends. I'm looking to make the move down to Melbourne and find some rad people to live with! I'm not a super big party person, I like to go out every now and then but not intending on bringing the party home constantly, I know at least 2 card tricks I can show off and more than enough card games to keep things nice and competitive AND give really great massages (according to all housemates prior) and most importantly I know how to look after myself AND a house, so you don't have to worry about dishes left for daysss on end (lived that experience, hated it, never again). ANYWAY, hope to hear back from you? Talk to you? Whatever works :)
Nice well-positioned flat in Parkville. Great central location nearby Royal Pde with nearby trams/trains and a short walk from Melbourne University and Sydney Rd. Great place, has good airflow, stays cool, can't hear the neighbours. I've lived here a few years and I'm looking for a replacement flatmate. Rent after splitting evenly is $969/m including water. Other bills cheap and split evenly. House is furnished but bedroom is not, room fits queen sized bed and desk and has spacious wall-long wardrobe. The building has a basic gym and there's a parking space which would be all yours.
Hi there!. I am a final year medical student, currently studying in Malaysia. I would be travelling to Melbourne, on the 26th of October, for a short-stay of 7 weeks for my Medical Electives at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. I am looking to rent a private room for $200pw (bills inclusive, but flexible). I am neat, love travelling, meeting new people, and also enjoy some me time.

During weekends, I normally hang out with friends and explore what Melbourne has to offer.
I'm an easy-going 25 year old guy from India, working full time in Melbourne CBD. A non-vegetarian too. My clients are based in Melbourne CBD (I'm a tech consultant), so I'm looking for an accommodation preferably near to CBD or less than 5km from CBD. I'm a smoker (outside the house), but I am also a very clean person. Non-judgmental and understanding. I blend in with people easily. I'm very responsible when it comes to doing my share of the household work, paying rent/bills, etc. I don't have pets but I'm totally fine with them being in the house. I will respect your privacy, quiet-time and expect the same from you too. I'm looking to move in by December 1. Perks of living with me: 1. I've a couple friends who are pursuing their masters in Melbourne. You get to socialize with them, their friends and so on (on weekends), if you want to. 2. You get an ensemble of recommendations about trending and amazing Movies/TV Series to binge on. 3. A lending ear to your problems and tons of free and good advice whenever you need it. 4. One stop solution to all your PC problems. I love fixing Windows PCs/Laptops. So if you ever got a problem, you know what to do. 5. Exceptional critic and reviewer when it comes to patching up job resumes, blog articles etc. 6. A co-op mate if you're into gaming. 7. You get to taste a lot of Indian dishes and be a part of several experimental cooking recipes. Don't worry about the spices, I'm versatile :) Don't hesitate to ask me if you want to know more.

Hi there - I'm Matty, I'm a 29 year old scientist and health and nutrition entrepreneur (or trying to be at least). I've been in Melbourne for about 6 years now and I moved up from the sticks in country Victoria to do my degree and study and also for music (I'll explain more in a bit). I have been share-housing for 11 years now and it really is time for me to find someone completely on my wavelength to live with. I'm growing out of the multiple person share house with extremely different interests and lifestyles and I am seeking a home environment that is conducive and organic to the way I'd like to live, which is pretty simple.. clean, healthy and positive. I am also a drummer and I am signed to an agency and do a lot of corporate gigs. I obviously will not be drumming at home but I do need a bit of storage space to be able to put my things. I am very much a rational and fair individual and I prefer to talk things out and approach anything with a focus to solve and do what is best for everyone. I'm usually the fun, social guy among my friendship circles and I'm always up for a laugh and to meet new people. I can also speak Spanish and really love the language and latin american culture too. Oh and I am all about using PT (hate traffic haha) So I also would really like to be in walking distance to a train or tram that takes me to the city/work - I work mainly at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Anyway, enough about me - let's catch up to see if we click!
