Will
$200/week•26 year old man
Hi! I'm Will (he/him), a 26 year old training to be an opera singer. I love a good chat, checking out cafes, and a night-in playing dungeons and dragons. As a housemate I am typically outgoing and approachable, though I do take time for myself when my social battery is depleted. I like to keep shared spaces tidy and be a team player, as I believe good vibes are founded on mutual trust. ☑️ Part-time in retail 🏢 (20-30 hrs/week) ☑️ Aspiring morning person (night owl) ☑️ Neurodivergent-friendly & queer-friendly ✨ ☑️ I don't drink or smoke (I'm still fun at parties, promise) ☑️ No pets, but if you have dogs that's a plus 🐾 Looking for somewhere central, where I could practice singing without disturbing others. Ideally with 1-2 other experienced housemates. Budget can be pushed slightly for the right place. Somewhat flexible with move date and stay length. No unsolicited messages from agents please.

$350/week•44 year old man
Hey legends! I’m Iliad (he/him), 44, originally from Iran. I lived in Melbourne for a year, then spent a few months overseas — and I’ve been back in Melbourne for about a month now. Loving being back! I’m searching for a room in a clean, tidy and respectful sharehouse — that’s really important to me. I’m also hoping to live with housemates who value a relaxed but responsible lifestyle and are mindful of the home environment. My budget is up to $1400/month (incl. bills & internet). Ideally in Brunswick, Northcote, Richmond, South Yarra, St Kilda, Elwood, Kew, Ivanhoe, Thornbury, Preston, Parville, Flemington, Scot Vale or nearby suburbs. A bit about me: I’m calm, friendly, tidy and considerate. I enjoy both social chats and quiet downtime. I have previous sharehouse experience (including in Coburg and Collingwood), so I understand boundaries, cleanliness, and shared living etiquette. Currently working in hospitality and furniture installation while also applying for roles in my main field — financial analysis. Outside of work, I’m into reading, films, hiking, nature adventures and water sports. I’ve got a few good mates in Melbourne — and my brother lives in Collingwood too. One more small but important note: I prefer living in a home where everyone respects each other’s privacy and doesn’t regularly bring casual partners home. I love a friendly vibe — just not a party/constant guest atmosphere. If you think I might be a good fit for your place, I’d love to come check it out! Cheers, ILIAD 🙏

$300/week•36 year old man
Hi everyone! I'm a 36 year old British/Aussie guy in search of a rental in the inner suburbs of Melbourne! I've been a housemate since I was 18 and I know how to respect the people I live with, establishing boundaries and creating a harmonious household. I'm super clean and an ally to the LGBT+ community and super super pet friendly. Health and fitness is very important to me. I'm academic, I taught myself Spanish and Portuguese and would love to practice with someone! I like hiking, gardening, general DIY stuff, practicing mindfulness, talking with people and establishing community. I did work as an electrician full time, Monday to Friday. However, I've recently had a motorcycle accident (16/04/25) resulting in about 14 wrist fractures. So right now I'm not working. 100% financially stable but right now my focus is recovery and unfortunately I have no family here! I can explain more through flatmates or in person. References can given explaining how easy going and reliable I am to live with! (Even with a broken hand) ☺️ I would prefer to live with 30+ non communal please but this is flexible! If you want to know a little more about me, please go ahead and send me a message!
