I travel a lot so don't keep too many possessions which makes keeping clean easy. Currently finishing some study and will begin full-time work. I'm easy to get along with and like meeting people so usually up for anything. I'm from Australia, I like video games, scuba diving, travelling and a whole range of things.

Hi there Thanks for taking the time to read my listing. I'm a first year medical student at the University of Melbourne. I'm hoping to find a room to live in as soon as possible. I'm clean, tidy, and most importantly, I respect others and their needs. I keep to myself, although I'm always down for some talking, social drinks or just a simple coffee. Also I'm a non-smoker so you won't need to worry about that. I'm even slightly OCD so I will make sure I maintain the place as best I can. I'm a photographer in my spare time, as well as a tutor (both paid and volunteering). Furnished or not, that's fine. I'm planning on buying my own bed and mattress anyway, but definitely let me know what you've got. I'm from Sydney, but I did my bachelor's degree in Queensland at Griffith University. I've lived in share houses before so I know what to expect as well. Let me know if you're interested in taking me on as a flatmate, I won't disappoint. Once again, thanks for your time. Phil.
Looking for friendly, clean, respectful house share. Age late 20's to 40 is fine. I'm a homely person, i like to come home and feel safe and secure. I have a professional office support work back ground, although I've left this industry to pursue a career in nursing etc..
I'm a science student at UniMelb, but I'm originally from interstate. Looking for places close to uni (ie Parkville, Carlton, Nth Melbourne), with flexible stay lengths. I'm easy-going and always on the lookout for new friends! I do have a fairly packed activities/work schedule, which means I'll often be doing my own thing. However, I'm always down for chill evenings with housemates over dinner/beer/wine! Hobbies include rusty violin playing (while being mindful of others of course), computer games, sports (especially tennis), plus I'm always keen to hang out with (flat)mates. Since I'm relatively new to Melbourne, I'm also keen to explore the city during free times. Shoot me a message if you'll like to have me around as a flatmate!
Hi there, I'm an international Student studying at the University of Melbourne. Overall I'm pretty relaxed and a bit reserved, but I'm open to anything that comes my way. Standard interests include typical ones such as gaming, music, movies, and dank memes.
- Currently working full time in finance - Pretty laid back kind of girl. I love to have a love and a good chat! - I have been in share houses before so I understand how important it is to respect your housemates - I also understand how important it is to keep communal areas tidy - I love sightseeing and Sunday road trips - My goal is to focus on my fitness this year - I am new to the GC so would love to become friends and not just housemates
Female ONLY :) There is a specious private room available in our lovely flat which we call it home! The flat is new and we were the first people to move in!There is a nice BBQ facility with a great view of the city! The flat & your room are fully furnished! You need just to bring your clothes! The location is perfect, the university of Melbourne is just cross the street (Ideal for melb uni students!), just 5 mins to the tram stations and also Lygon street and 15 mins to the city (all on foot)!
I am a well-educated student from China who is going to study in the University of Melbourne for years. I have been living in a shared situation for more than 4 years, with good knowledge of how to get along with others. I am tidy, clean, quiet and considerate, not a party animal. I have a good schedule.
Hi, I'm Rick, I'm 29 years old. I'm studying a Masters of Urban Planning at Melbourne Uni and currently working full-time for an insurance company (though may shift to part time when semester starts back). Looking for somewhere within a reasonable distance of uni. I have plenty of savings and an excellent credit history and rental history so paying rent/bills will not be an issue. During the week I'm normally pretty busy with various commitments, including trying to get to the gym a few times a week, on some committees and catching up with friends for brunch, dinner, drinks, movies or some live music, riding my bike around, etc. I'm a political junkie (ALP) and an avid music fan (anything that's played on Triple J basically). Because I'm generally pretty busy (especially during semester), I'm generally keen to relax at home and watch some Netflix or read. That said, I'd prefer a social household where I can have a chat, share a meal etc. Well-travelled and hoping to get to Japan soon. Also a frequenter of music festivals (Falls, Boogie, Meredith, Laneway). I've lived in an ace house in Kensington for 5.5 years with friends but unfortunately they've on so and it's time for move on too (*tear*). I'm a conscientious and respectful housemate, and very conscious of keeping common areas clean and tidy. I usually end up doing more than my fair share of cleaning. I love dogs, but sadly don't have one. My fiddle leaf fig is pretty high maintenance though.
Meet your new French best friend! Really easy to leave with, tidy but not maniac, friendly but not intrusive, serious but always keen for a few beers! I'm starting a second semester of master at the University of Melbourne and am looking to meet some new people with who I can socialize with to benefit from my abroad experience as much as possible. If you have any questions feel free to ask! Cheers
Just two Canadian girls who are looking to spend a few months working in Melbourne! ( Looking to rent 2 bedrooms) We are easy going, above average cooks ;), love the outdoors and going for a pint or two once and a while!
24 and working full-time in finance. I'm easygoing and enjoy spinning a few records or frisbee in the park. Typically spend weekends out and about with friends and having a boogie, but also enjoy some downtime on the couch watching sport or Netflix. I have plenty of rental history, am considerate of others and always do my bit to keep the home clean and tidy. I'd like to move in early/mid February and would prefer a longer term arrangement of around a year, but this is all flexible. Looking for like-minded, respectful and fun-loving housemates who won’t pass up the odd drink together. Get in touch if we seem like a good fit!
Hi! I'm moving to Melbourne in January to start law school at the University of Melbourne. I'm a Canadian/Australian dual citizen, but have spent most of my life in Canada. I chose Melbourne because I fell in love with the city and want to get in touch with my Aussie roots! I studied Chemistry at Queen's University and graduated in June. Most recently I have been living in Düsseldorf, Germany, doing an internship for trivago. I'm a huge travel addict, always dreaming about the next place to visit and where I'd like to move. I'm also a bit of a foodie and like to think I'm a pretty good cook. I'm looking for a flatshare with 1-4 other people starting sometime between January 15th-30th (earlier the better). Ideally I'd like to live with people who are interested in making friends, or at least down to have a good chat over a beer/glass of wine. I wouldn't describe myself as a huge partier but I do like to go out and have fun occasionally, whether its a bar, concert, or just exploring the city. That being said, I will be starting a law degree and expect to be quite busy. Ideally my future flatmates would also be clean, open-minded, reasonably quiet (during weeknights especially) and just generally respectful. Can't wait to move to Melbourne and start this new adventure! Thanks!
Hey! My name is Melita, I'm 22 years old and about to move down to study composing at the University of Melbourne. I am essentially the aloe vera plant of housemates - zero drama. So if you're looking for someone who pays the bills on time but is also a good ear and a solid friend, swing me a message. I love: writing music for film, going to gigs, steamed pork buns, playing guitar, getting lost in books, cheeky beers, new stationary, earl grey tea, midnight maccas runs, people who are unapologetically themselves. (Don't worry I write music electronically, so you won't have to listen to my B grade piano playing haha). Not too fussed about: country music. I'm looking for a homely, relaxed place to live and make some quality friends, so if you think I'd suit your vibe, please let me know ;)
P/S: Will listen to your sappy stories if (unfortunately) you get dumped or talk about how random life is til 4 am Hi! I'm currently living in Malaysia and will be moving to Melbourne for research in Unimelb. Arriving on 7th of February (or few days later) and my research will last 7 months, through August. I am a very outgoing person and love to socialize so am always up for a drink or two cause well, duh. During my free time I also love to hang out with some friends or do some activities together and am down for pretty much *anything*! Heck, throw me a bone I'll even play fetch with you (not literally but you get the idea). Oh Netflix can be fun too. I've lived abroad before when I was an exchange student in the US and have done a fair bit of backpacking alone so I've lived with many others from different backgrounds and cultures and would like to consider myself a pretty tolerant and respectful person. Also get along with people pretty easily. Respect all boundaries and stuff a sock in my mouth to shut me up if need be though I like to keep things less intense. I'm absolutely fine with any location that is convenient and that I can easily travel to campus. Have lived days when I had to carry two tubs of ice cream and a big ol' turkey for an hour to get home. *Not* pleasant so will not allow history to repeat. Hit me up if you think I can be a good fit for your place and I'm sure we can get along fine!
Hi. I'm a brazilian student who is coming to work with a professor of UniMelb. The length of stay will be four months. I'll arrive in Melbourne in 7 February. If the room is available, I'd like to visit the place. I'm a clean, calm and very organized person. cheers. Guilherme.
My name is Wesley and I am 21 years old. I am currently studying Medicine at the University of Melbourne and am starting at RMH next year. I think i'm good to live with because I am a responsible and accepting person. I am organised and tidy but also love to let loose and have a dance. I love travelling, dancing, running (albeit slowly) and trying to cook new things. I am I am also very dedicated and a complete nerd and am great at trivia. I love to have a chat over a meal or hot chocolate.
Hi! I'm Fredrika, coming in from Lund in Sweden. I'm here for an exchange semester on University of Melbourne and I'm looking for someplace to live in Melbourne. I'm an amazing flatmate (according to previous ones, please contact me for references), who is a decent cook and amazing cleaning lady. I've been told I'm quite fun to hang with. I like to watch and discuss Netflix series, music and I do enjoy a beer or few from time to time.
Looking for a room around Melbourne. My partner works full time, about 20 minutes West of Melbourne. I study full time in Caulfield. We live a healthy and active lifestyle. Looking to move anytime between Feb 13th and the end of Feb. Will negotiate if necessary. Contact me if you believe we may be suitable housemates :)
I am 25 years old, have just moved back to Australia after living in France for a little while, and am looking for a quiet home where I can relax after work and study. I am warm, mature, close to my family and enjoy exercise. I am clean and tidy, and love to cook.
This is MO looking to find either furnished or unfurnished room around Carlton, Parkville, Brunswick, Fitzroy or any other suburb close to Melbourne uni. Currently I'm doing my master of architecture at the Melbourne university and spend most of my time at uni otherwise at work and when it comes to home, I'm looking to spend my relaxing moment there. I enjoy cooking, and share a good conversation over a glass of wine. I do reading in my spare time, as well as watching movies, hiking in the woods, long walk in city and neighborhood, and sniffing out good coffee and wine. I like to live in a creative environment where people share their lives together and eventually own the place with their creative minds not to nod along on the way of bathroom, and do my best for others to have the same vibe from me. feel free to contact. MO
Hi, I'm Ethan and I'm a 21 year old student from Amsterdam. I'm moving to Melbourne in Feb for an exchange semester at the Uni of Melbourne. I'm an apprentice hairdresser at a salon/record store on Sydney Rd. I work full time during the week and like to go out on weekends. I play music and am very passionate about the Melbourne music scene. I'm friendly, easy-going and respectful of people's personal space. I'm also clean and tidy but not uptight. Looking to move in ASAP :)

hey guysss, i am currently enrolling in monash parkville campus and would like to look for a lovely home in beautiful melbourne. I look after myself very well, love making new friends but im a bit shy most of the time if i do not know you well yet. im pretty outgoing if time allows and please do not hesitate to ask me for a good walk. not a fan of cooking but enjoys tasting people's cooking. looking forward to meeting my future housemates!
The flat is in a fantastic spot just off Royal Parade in Parkville. The tram stop is just in front of the apartment block, and takes about 20 minutes to get into the CBD. There is also the Royal Park train station just across the park, so transport links are fantastic. it has a small balcony and a wonderful view, making it a prime spot for a few after work beverages. The flat itself is in good condition, its a top floor flat so its always warm and sunny in winter, and the aircon keeps it cool in the summer. Its ten minutes to the cafes and shops of Brunswick, and the parks are all around and a great place to exercise or just go for a walk.
HI there! My husband and I are moving to Melbourne from Texas, USA on 24 January and are looking for a furnished apartment/share. I currently work in architecture designing schools and will be researching with the University of Melbourne for the year. My husband will look for work and/or travel around the country. We are avid travelers (Australia will be continent #7!) who love good food and good coffee - both of which Melbourne is known for! We have both lived in shared houses in the past and love meeting new people. We are flexible with term and would like to stay in one place at least 3 months up to 11 months or a year. We prefer a private bathroom and keep our rent and bills to less than $300pw
