Hi, my name is Yasmin, I'm a 34yr old management consultant, I work full time. Four years ago I moved to Melbourne from Auckland NZ although I'm originally from Brisbane. My interest include food (cooking and consuming), socialising, movies, gigs, exploring new places, going to the beach or just relaxing on a Sunday afternoon with a few beverages and a BBQ. Since I'm new to Melbourne I'm keen to find a likeminded flatmate. Basically, I'm just looking for a clean, reliable, easy going person. I work full time and long hours, so I'm not home a lot during the week. Would be great to share with someone who is happy to have their own space or socialise when in the mood. I'm pretty cruisey, no issue with a flatmate doing their own thing, as long as the bills are paid on time and the place is kept tidy I'm happy. About the apartment: It's brand new (I'm the first tenant in this flat), has a large kitchen with granite bench tops, quality stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Generous size bedroom, with carpet and fully appointed mirrored built in robes. You will have your own bathroom, the apartment is fully furnished, only bedroom furniture needed. Split system heating and cooling, compact Euro laundry with washer/dryer; and NBN connected. Large balcony overlooking the pool area, perfect for BBQs. Twenty meter lap pool with spa (heated). Flemington Bridge Station is 10min walk away as well as Tram stop #22, catch the 59 Tram straight to Flinders St. Apartment is located within a short tram ride to Queen Vic Markets, Flemington Racecourse and Melbourne Showgrounds. The apartment is within close proximity to the University of Melbourne, RMIT and Victorian College of Pharmacy; and both the Royal Children's and Royal Melbourne Hospital. Also immediate City Link access to Tullamarine and Avalon Airports.Heated lap pool and spa Reverse cycle air conditioning Brand new apartment Large kitchen w granite bench top & stainless steel appliances Timber floors NBN BalconyOwn bathroom Carpeted bedroom Large built in wardrobe with full length mirrors
Hi! My name is Liam: - I work as a Software Developer in Melbourne. - Love to read books. Watch movies. Drink wine. Hangout with friends and family. - Biggest achievement to date is that I am currently on a streak of 1,470+ days walking 10,000 steps. - Very single 😂. In Europe until the 21st of July and looking to have a room for when I return (Happy to pay from the 14th of July): - Respectful. Tidy. Strong housemate etiquette. - Happy to hangout with you but also happy not to hangout with you. - Won't steal your food but you can steal mine if you're that hungry 😂.
brief: 21, M, fashionStudent. I'm open-minded more than anything, and try to see things from other peoples views and guess their wants and needs. This makes me conscious of my impact on the environment around me, and I'll do my best to minimise my footprint. I'm flying into Melbourne July 1st and will be studying full-time from July 8th onward. I care for people, sometimes more than I care for myself. Which is bad, but something I'm trying to figure out. If I sound suited to your household, please, contact me.
Hi, I'm Jesse. I'm a 25 year old kiwi guy and Jango is a 4 year old kiwi cat. I'm a full-time construction worker, Jango is a part-time exterminator. We're nice guys looking for our next house/cool place, preferably with some like-minded folk somewhere in Melbournes central suburbs. preferably northern central. Our current lease ends on the 7th of July so we're looking to move between now and then. I've house shared for nearly 10 years now and id say that I'm good at creating and maintaining a household and generally not being a dick. Jango, although now adult in cat years, does little to nothing to contribute to the household and can actually be a dick sometimes. But he's usually really nice, so he gets a pass most of the time. I drink and I smoke socially, I'm not a party animal but I'm not shy. I love herbs We come with heaps of perks, some optional. eg potentially accurate facts, household whiteware, at least 3 jokes, general furniture, free pest control, beer, house maintenance skills, heaps of arguably great stories, kiwi jargon and much more.. Our prerequisites are that place must have a decent outdoor space to hang out in, be cost effective and comfortable for everyone. Besides that we're pretty flexible. If your racist, homophobic, sleazy, really smelly or just a dick please just sort your shit out. an don't contact me. Hola If you think your cool
I'm Georgia, 28, English and in Melbourne for 12 months. This is my second year in the city, and I love it. I'm looking to rent relatively short-term in a friendly share-house. I'm open to length of stay, but ideally need to be in/ close to Brunswick for work. So also about me.. I'm relaxed and sociable- a good listener, and like to learn about new things and people. I'm creative, open-minded, left-wing, optimistic. I also LOVE dancing. And laughing. I'm clean, tidy etc. and have had numerous flatshares before, and ideally want to get on well with my flatmates. I like to cook (happy to be group chef), a night out, a night in, a night somewhere in between etc etc. I'm musical (I play piano and like to sing and watch jazz stuff), like art, literature and generally happy to try anything I haven't tried before. Should go without saying but I'm also vegan friendly and LGBT+ friendly. I also love animals, but am looking for somewhere without pets at the moment (though a really charming dog could potentially change my mind...) Hope this has given some sort of impression of me. I'd love to hear from you if you think I might be a good fit, and come meet you and see the place. Cheers, Georgia
Hi! I'm a Polish girl in her 20s studying and living in Glasgow, Scotland. I'll be moving to Melbourne in July 2019 for a student exchange. My main interests include reading(mostly popular science), weightlifting, travelling and cooking. I love spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, strolling around or simply sitting in the park. I am a mix of an introvert and an extrovert, meaning I usually spend my time alone studying or working on something, but I love an occasional outing/dinner/drinks. I am quite organized and tend to keep my place neat and tidy, as that's how I function best. I'm rather easygoing and looking to have a fun and friendly relationship with my flatmates, while respecting each other's privacy.

Hi, I am a civil engineer from India moving to Melbourne to pursue my Post-graduation in Urban planning from the University of Melbourne. I don't smoke, don't drink and like cleanliness. I am an easygoing extrovert and like interacting with new people from different domains. I am looking for a room or female roomate for 2 months at least.
Hey y'all. 25. Civil construction engineer. I keep my head down during the week, but generally am a chatty type who loves to get amongst it on weekends. If you're looking to fill a room or want to team-up, shoot me a message! I can pay rent in money or shit-hot memes, it's up to you. If you're one of those that keeps their tomato sauce in the fridge, don't bother.
I'm a former public health/psych academic who's recently decided to hunt for a new career that sparks joy. I'm working a few regular part-time 9-5 jobs in the interim. Midweek evenings I tend to go bouldering, or like having a friend or two over for a quiet drink and dinner. If I'm having a night in on my own I'm usually up for a chat or glass of wine, but also enjoy my down time. On the weekend, I try to get out of the city for at least one day to recharge and reconnect with the world. This usually looks like a climbing day trip out to Mt Macedon, but I'll regularly run away to the Grampians for the weekend. As you can imagine, at 31, I want to live somewhere that has neat and tidy common spaces, but doesn't feel like a sterile box. I think that chore lists can be perfect for big chores, but that little ones are best handled by simply picking up after yourself - but, so long as the system in the house works I am happy to roll with it. Basically, I want to live in a clean, queer friendly, and social home. I also have a strong preference toward houses with dishwashers. If there's space in the kitchen, I come with an espresso machine and coffee grinder that can be used by all. I'm able to move from now, and would like to ideally move in before the beginning of July. However, I can push this out to late July if needed!
