My name is Drew, I'm 31, single, non smoker and work full time at Coca-Cola Amital. I am extremely clean and organized, honest, responsible and non-judgemental. I spend my weekends riding, canyoning, abseiling, fishing and out with mates. I am after a place a.s.a.p ! Cheers.
The place is close to public transport, both trains and buses and only a 15 minute walk away from Westfield Parramatta Shopping Centre. The apartment has a great view out the back and can not only see Parramatta river but can also see some parts of the Sydney CBD in the distance. Their is a large courtyard on level five with footpaths, grass areas and a BBQ for social gatherings and special occasions. The Parramatta Park is also close by and is a great place for anyone who enjoys walking, running or doing any kind of exercise. There are also gyms close by like Anytime Fitness and Crunch. It is important that any potential flat mate, is clean and tidy and willing to pick up after themselves and not leave anything laying around. This would mean not leaving messes and keeping things clean on a regular basis. At the moment their are two bedrooms, one is a small room, while the other is a much larger room. I am flexible and willing to offer either room, the small room would be $170.00/week, while the large room will be $200.00-$240.00/week and open to negotiation.
Fully Furnished including fridge, washing machine, stove, microwave, cooking pans, cutlery and crockery. Unlimited free broad band internet. Spacious; clean; privacy; Close to the bus route; off street parking available; back yard and veranda available; Water and electricity may cost about 10$ a week. Available for immediate move in.
Looking for a pet friendly private room! I have a 3 month old German Shepherd x Labrador puppy, he's pretty well behaved. Toilet trained, comes when called, doesn't bark, and he can sit. I turn 18 in July, will hopefully be moving sometime this month. I'm pretty chill, go to TAFE 2 days a week - doing a certificate IV in Community Services. I also work at Domino's 4 days a week. I am gay (and have a girlfriend) - so hopefully this won't be an issue. I love music and art, and will listen to pretty much anything. I also love live music and go to a fair few concerts. Though I am young - I am mature, responsible, clean and tidy. Not a big partier - and I don't smoke or heavily drink. Looking to live anywhere in the Sydney area. Hoping for easygoing flatmates, that don't mind a chat every now and then.
Just on the other side of the river, this spacious apartment is only a minute's walking distance from Parramatta's CBD and is close to many restaurants and transportation, including easy bus access to the Western Sydney University. Also, this flat in on the second floor so it's well insulated for the summer and winter. Very basic amenities, but since I do not drive, the garage is all yours. Internet is already set to go and I have a 250 gig limit I am barely using a third of. No pets are permitted and the maximum occupancy is two people, though I can talk to my real estate agent if you have a partner you want to live with. There's no smoking inside but I do have a sizable balcony if that would be a concern for you.
It's a brand new furnished apartment, just a few months old and located in a picturesque riverfront residential area, with a few minutes walk from Parramatta CBD, train Station and shopping centers. The apartment has all amenities for a comfortable living: reverse cycle centralized aircon, intercom, security access to all entries, a big entertainment balcony, your own bedroom with a queen sized bed with mattress, your own bathroom and basement parking. Give me a call to find out more.
I am an easy going individual who focuses on balancing things in life! I like to chill, party and drink with friends on weekends and have a systematic routine life on weekdays. I like cleanliness and respect individuality and privacy of people around me. A die hard foodie (only clean calories though, no junk food) and a fitness enthusiast.
Wanted to have a change and be independent. It would be wonderful to live on my own rather than depending on someone else. I have a great personality and I socialise well with others. I currently live with my partner who is looking for a house right now but I would love to live on my own at the moment. My work includes working at St Vincent De paul where equipment gets donated and boy can I say.... its one hell of a great job. Been working there over 2 years straight.
Hey, my name's Dave - I'm a 30-year old comms engineer and have shifted offices so I'm looking to get a bit closer to work. I've lived in 3 sharehouses now - I'd say I'm pretty down to earth and easy to live with as I have been the mediator when housemates have clashed in the past, but if I can avoid that situation that would be great :) I'm also fairly tidy/clean and will do my fair share of chores around the place. Most weekends I'll try to catch up with a few mates at bars, lunch etc., go to the gym and try out some indoor rockclimbing every now and then. I enjoy music and go to music events from time to time.
This is a brand new flat with new furniture. It has a beautiful view of Parramatta and the Parramatta river from a high level. Currently there are two of us in the unit including myself, my other flatmate will be leaving end of July but being a 3 bedroom unit there is a bedroom available now, sorry no couples. Its important you are clean and tidy, able to communicate and have common sense. I have a demanding job from about 7:30-4 Mon-Fri so prefer a flatmate who has a similar schedule so our down times lineup. It would be awesome to have another person to hangout out with, grab a coffee, watch TV or share some food but im also respectable if you like to do your own thing. I am also Vegetarian but have no issues if your not.
I am an easy-going and fun loving international student, and also a part-time worker. I enjoy having a good time inside or outside the house whenever I am less busy. I love listening to music a lot (RnB, Hip-Hop, Rap, you name it). I also enjoy playing Badminton and Pool/Snooker. I seriously love watching and playing soccer. In fact, I am an avid supporter of the great Manchester United FC. I also love going for any exciting and interesting events available. I love honest people of good behaviour that will make the house enjoyable at all times and not causing chaos of any sort.
19, Eurasian and working as a PA to a mortgage broker in Parramatta. I'm an introverted individual. I don't have a preferred length of stay but I can adapt. I can adapt to any environment and I'm flexible. I'm not noisy, I'm ethical, can mind my own business and won't get in your way. I can either adapt to a noisy party environment or a quiet low key environment; whichever is necessary. A fairly clean environment is almost a must for me. I don't smoke but don't mind doing so on social occasions just in case that might be an issue with anyone.
Hello, I am a full-time international student at UNSW. Easy-going, responsible, tidy and clean, I am looking for an accommodation with similar-minded individuals. If it is a shared room, I'd highly prefer sharing with females. I don't smoke, don't have any pets and I am sometimes quite chatty so I hope you won't mind talking from time to time :) I usually like keeping to myself as my study load is getting bigger. I am looking for rather long-term, 3 months or more.

Hi potential flatmates! I'm an admin looking to share accommodation with someone(s) in the near future. I'm chilled, friendly, outgoing and respectful of other people's private space. My background is Fijian so you can guarantee I'd come with a laid back vibe. I like to take romantic long walks to the fridge and that's the extent of what I do for fun. Partly joking. Anyways, do let me know if you'd be interested in being flatmates. ☺
