I am clean, honest, reliable, trustworthy and enjoy cooking, so I am more than happy to cook a few times a week for an appreciative housemate. I am respectful of other people's personal space and privacy, but also enjoy a laugh, a decent conversation or the odd glass of wine whilst watching trashy TV with housemates. I've recently ended a long term relationship that became very toxic, which has resulted in me taking time off work due to PTSD. Please don't let this concern you, I won't moan or bore you with the gory details or wallow around the house like a wet blanket. I work from home running an online gift store and from Oct-Dec is my peak trading period, so the sooner I can lock in some accommodation, the sooner I can get back to work. I am urgently seeking safe, secure and stable accommodation so that I can positively move forward and start enjoying new beginnings.
Being a tradesman I am great with doing things around the house as well as being neat and tidy, I have lived in share houses for around 6 years and find it easy to get along with others as well as giving other housemates their own space. I start work early and head to the gym after work so during the week im not home that much and my weekends im usually with my friends as well.
I’m easygoing, clean , honest and respectful guy. I’m easy to live with and pull my weight around the house. I don’t mind cooking and building random things. I’d really like somewhere with a little bit of garage space I can use. I’m a carpenter who works full time. I spend a lot of time with my family that all live close by. I try get away camping and riding as often as work allows me. I’m willing to pay a few months upfront if that helps

I am trans female to male and have top surgery december 21st, so will be home (wherever that is) for 4 weeks after that. :)
I'm a friendly, bubbly, easy going, 22 year old, full-time sales manager who loves fitness and eating well. I am a sociable person so i most likely won't be home all that much! I like to keep a clean and tidy house and respect personal space where necessary however am also happy to share a meal and a chat!

I'm very neat and tidy and like to live in that sort of environment. Spare time is spend at the gym, out exploring new places or fishing. Any other questions ask away...

hello, I am student looking for a private room, since november until february. It could be a bungalow.
Hi there! My name is Mackenzie, I’m a first year paramedic student at Monash University. I’m constantly studying and being a quiet housemate, but still like to socialise with others and meet new people. I’m from Devonport, Tasmania and like to go back every couple of months in between uni. I’m looking for a place from November onwards to move into, before I go back to Tasmania for a few months over the summer period.
Hey I’m Nick, I’m 23 years old! I’m doing a marine mechanic apprenticeship, love animals (love dogs). Go to the gym, try to eat healthily, I’m clean and easy to get along with, love being social and having a few beers but I’m not a party animal! Flexible on length of stay (it just forced me to pick one) I’m looking around the Carrum Downs/ Patterson lakes area but don’t mind a little further out!
I work full time as a social worker in Frankston. I consider myself to be a respectful, easy going and clean and tidy person. In my free time I like to keep active, going to the beach, spending time with friends and family and watching the footy. I love the outdoors, travelling, yoga and meditation. I live a very healthy lifestyle and like to take care of myself. While I enjoy socialising, I also enjoy my own company to spend time reading or watching TV. After work you'll find me out exercising either at the gym or outdoors, catching up with friends or relaxing on the couch. On weekends I'm often out and about on adventures. I occasionally like to go out for a few drinks however definitely not a big drinker and not into smoking/drugs. Looking for a place to live with like minded people who are kind, open, fun and respectful 😊
I’m currently working full time down the peninsula and am looking for a new place to call home. I’m pretty chilled out and like to keep myself busy outside of work. I’m happy to chat and socialise but also love time to myself when I am home. I am clean and respectful but am not a neat freak! I would love to start a new share house around the Bonbeach-Carrum area!
Hi everyone , I'm looking for a place to call home for at least the next 6 months if not longer! I'm 21, I love make up, a quiet night in or a night out but I’m often working or studying. I am a very relaxed tidy person who is social likes to have people overbut also loves some down time relaxing or watching a movie. I do have a car so I would need some sort of parking. I'm happy to share or cook my own food would love to sit down catch up and have a meal with each other ever now and again. I also loving going out for brunch, lunch or dinner and exploring what Melbourne has to offer. I have a job at a nightclub on Saturday nights and Maccas in the cafe a few mornings a week. Please no cats (I'm allergic) but I'm fine dogs and love them! I am looking for a private room something that is close to public transport as I travel into the city for uni. I have a queen bed and a desk. Message me if you have something that will suit, would love to come and have a look at your available room and meet you! 😊
Hi, I’m Steve. Middle age, single gentlemen with full time government employment. I am looking for a house ideally with a furnished room (but still open to no furniture). I would like to live in a house with a person around my age or mature minded, someone who is happy to have a chat and occasionally share a meal – I’m not too bad of a cook! I would like to have my own bathroom, but again, can compromise. I don’t have any pets, but don’t mind if you do. I am looking to pay no more than $200 a week inclusive of all bills. Looking forward to hearing from you.
I am a full time student studying a double degree in law/commerce. I work at university teaching law classes and also work as a swimming teacher and maths tutor, and volunteer with Legal Aid. I have a small dog named Miley. She is very well behaved as I spend a lot of time with her exercising and training so she has plenty of stimulation and attention everyday. She mostly sleeps at my feet while I work. She loves cuddles and showing off her fun tricks! I am clean and tidy, and spend a lot of time studying so relatively quiet. However, I also enjoy casual socialising on the weekends with a glass of wine. I also enjoy keeping fit outside (with Miley), and gym.
Work part time as a truck driver, im easy to get along with, very quiet and somewhat private person... I love all music and enjoy going to the gym a couple of times a week. I currently live in sunshine but work in cranbourne, the drive back and forward is getting too much so time to move back to the area.
organised and tidy, happy to help out with house work and gardening, easy going and have a kind fun nature. Very respectful of others and their space and am handy around the house. Work fulltime for the city of Glen Eira, moved to Australia 6 years ago from NZ. Enjoy the outdoors camping, fishing, beach and wildlife, as well i like animals.
We are all extremely easy going, respectful, happy, young individuals who are great friends. Two of us are a couple who will share a room and the other two single male and female who would need a bedroom each. We are reliable, will pay upfront and are looking for long term lease. In need of 3-4 bedroom house ideally, but open to other property types if it's in the Kingston, Bayside, Frankston (Seaford area), Glen Eira area and under $700 we could be your future tenants. Please note: we aren't looking to share with other tenants and need a 3/4 bedroom place that is unoccupied, or soon to be. Thanks
Just moved over from England 10 days ago & gone straight to work as a joiner/chippy, need to find more permanent acomodation for a few months as I’m just being put up by a friends family at the moment, pollite, good with pets/kids, work 7:30-5 & occasionally go to the gym when I don’t talk myself out of it, respect people’s privacy yet still enjoy socialising
