I'm a Indian female student who works part-time as well as studies. I prefer living in a clean, tidy, quiet place. I enjoy and respect privacy. I'm Non-smoker, non-drinker. I am looking for an individual/single/private room without sharing in a accommodation shared with either all other females only or with families only. My budget is $150 including bills per week. I'm looking for accommodation in areas in and around Parramatta and Western Suburbs upto Blacktown and not beyond that. I'm looking for long term accommodation not for short term.
