I'm easy going and happy to chat or watch netflix of an evening. I also like my own space and to go out and explore of a weekend.
I’m a 27 year old teacher with a 10 year old Labrador. I’m looking to rent a place while I save up for my own place.
I’m a leisure therapist, working in Hunters Hill area and looking for a place to call home with like-minded people who want a comfortable and relaxed home that is happy and sociable while respecting each others space.
Looking to share a place with like minded people. I work in Finance in CBD full time, go to gym & not looking for a party house. I like to relax at home & watch TV & enjoy outdoors. Love food & happy to share a meal or glass of wine from time to time.
I work in advertising, am easygoing and keep fit, ride a motorbike, hang out with friends. All the usual stuff. Currently living in Abbotsford Cove with 2 others, but due to the owner wanting our amazing apartment back, we need to split and move out. So I'm looking for a place around the general area: Abbotsford, Chiswick, Drummoyne - near the parks and water - with 1-2 people. I have a 6yo boy who stays with me 2 nights a week (Tuesdays and half the weekend). He's cool and is used to the share house deal. Pets are also not an issue - we've lived with a cat for the past 2.5 years and he's good with animals. I'm happy to join a share house, but I'm not looking for a room, I'm looking for a place that can be home with good people. I don't need besties, but just easy-going people that are respectful. Been lucky in that respect. Alternately I'm happy to set up a place from scratch as a team-up if that works for someone. I need to be moved by early Feb but can do it earlier if that suits. Feel free to message me if any of this sound good. Edward
Easy going, good sense of humour, clean, reliable and mature professional looking for a quiet but sociable home environment to come home to after a long day at the office. I enjoy cooking and a good laugh over a beer or a glass of red occasionally, but pretty much do my own thing. I get to the gym regularly, eat healthy and play a little guitar when I find some time. Fast reliable internet access is a must as I sometimes work from home. References can be provided if required. I have all my own bedroom furniture and need a large room with a built in and my own bathroom and if there is some secure storage space i.e LUG that would be a bonus but not a deal breaker.
Hi, I'm 60 ish and young at heart,I work full time hours but these may change weekly.l enjoy the company of others but I am fairly self sufficient. I have a wonderful old cat called Milo who must come with me,A fellow cat lover is a priority Milo is fairly laid back and adjusts to other cats well. I grew up in the inner west and have spent half my life in and around the area, it's what feels like home.
Hi I'm Rachael, I am a 34 year old Aussie Nurse. I work full time shift work hours. I like to keep pretty busy with work and socializing with friends, procrastinating about going to the gym, so I'm not home all the time, but also love hanging at home watching TV with a glass of wine.
Hi! My name is Lucy and I work in IT. I enjoy going to F45 / the gym, playing video games and boardgames, reading, watching movies (especially horror and action) and drinking the occasional Guinness. I am down to earth, clean / respectful, LGBT friendly, animal friendly and enjoy quiet nights in with a glass of wine / bottle of beer, some Netflix and video games. Not a big party / clubbing person either. I currently live at home with my parents in Mosman, but I am looking to move out next year. I am considering getting a cat or a dog when I move, but if this causes an issue, I can wait until I live alone. I am a big animal lover and I currently own a dog which would stay with my parents, so it would be great to meet a fellow animal lover. I am easygoing and enjoy a laugh, and if we become friends while rooming together, then that is an ultra plus too! Always up for making friends, especially new video game / movie buddies. I'm looking mainly to have my own studio / granny flat, or to share with one other person, but if I meet the right people I am happy to extend this to a larger group. :)
I am a Site Manager with Sydney Trains. I enjoy walking keeping active. I spend most weekends at work. I am down to earth, social, and like to hang with my friends in my spare time. Very clean and tidy and respectful of others. No problems paying rent. Like to live healthy.

I am a young at heart 38 year old and enjoy to be social but also like my own down time...I enjoy the beach, outdoors, adventure, photography, traveling, cooking, cafe/restaurants, movies, hanging with friends.
Hi! I am looking for a friendly environment to live. I'm a HR consultant and a business man who is a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy person. I enjoy my profession and currently living with my family, but I am looking for a change. I am quite flexible on location for my living, as I drive almost anywhere. If there is any garage or street parking or paid parking that would be great as I have a BMW X5 SUV for which I would need parking. I have a good sense of humour. I am an easy going and a no drama kind of guy who loves life. I enjoy staying in good health, playing Squash, tennis, hip hop dance, walking, eating healthy and leading an active lifestyle. Occasionally, I like going to clubs with dance floor playing hip-hop music. I am very flexible with my work hours and can choose my own hours. I normally try to keep my office hours between 9-5 (Mon-Fri) and on weekends I love catching up with friends, family and getting outside. I love Sydney and always try discovering new things to do in Sydney that I haven’t done before. I have lived here last 22 years. I’m always considerate about my flat mates, happy to share a meal or a few drinks every now and then but will also respect your space. I enjoy eating out at good restaurants, cafes and bistros which I enjoy more when I can share with friendly and good hearted people. I would feel great if I see that my flatmate(s) think of the apartment to make it feel like a home. I do not have any problem to welcome your friends as visitors. If you don't mind maintaining a home that is tidy with friendly environment we are on the same page. I find living comfortable with people who are able to talk about any issues that arise. I'm looking to stay with like-minded people who are considerate, respectful and friendly that like a drama free home. I think it is important to respect each other’s privacy and have a warm friendship in the home. See you soon. Biplob
Hi there! Thanks for reading. My name is Mitchell, I'm 24. Im currently looking for a place to move into and out of my current. Im looking to team up with someone. Ideally im looking to live with one other, MAXIMUM 2 other people. I currently work full time at night so you will have the place to yourself most nights. I'm very easy to have a conversation with but at the same time i respect peoples private space. I enjoy simple things, hikes, events, games and entertainment, podcasts etc etc... I workout 3-4 days a week when i can. I cook roughly 3-4 days a week but always clean (Not a kitchen hog) I don't have a pet (but a kitten or a small puppy would be a joy) I don't party at home but im not a bore, i do enjoy an occasional drink here and there. I encourage bringing a friend home or two. A social house is a good house. I host a "Boys" night once a month or fortnight when it suits which consists of a poker game :) If your interested in teaming up, let me know and we can arrange something! If you have a place for rent feel free to send me your listing! Mitch
Hi there, I'm Josh. Looking to team up with 1 to 2 people to move into a place from late Jan onwards. I've got everything needed to furnish the place and would love to find a like minded person to help me find a place to call home! I work full time, very today and respectful of personal space but also always up for hanging out, having a chat and sharing dinner and some wine! If you are interested I'd love to meet up and have a chat and go from there :)

Hi, my name is Maddy and I currently work full time as a project engineer. I’m looking to share a place with other young professionals who are clean, easy going and happy to have a chat over a glass of wine, but also recognise the need for space at home.
I travel a lot for work and I am really fit and healthy. I do also like to socialise and I am looking to live with people my same age or live in a flat by myself. I am extremely clean and tidy.
My friend, boyfriend and myself are looking for a 2 bedroom place to move into. We will all be studying our second year of full time, at UNSW, Macquarie, and USYD, as well as working. We are quiet, tidy, all non smokers, and we don't own any pets. Our ideal budget would be around $500 per week for the whole place, and having the bills/internet included in the price would be really great! Somewhere with whole or basic furnishings such as a fridge, a washing machine, and beds would also be ideal. Please don't hesitate to contact me :-)

Hey, I'm dom a late 20's gent after a long-term home in the Five Dock or Leichhardt area that will be my happy place and a free space to practice my thoughts and faith, I am a Christian. I require a few things in a housemate, 1) a considerate housemate, 2) a housemate who will occasionally chip in with the dishes and take the rubbish out on bin night, 3) I also want these inclusions: Internet and electricity and an area to safely lock my electric bike up at night. I require before anything else: a written and signed legal document saying the rates and rent we pay in the household and a tenancy agreement lodged with fairtrade prior to paying my bond. I would preferentially like an ensuite bathroom but am flexible with this. If I sound like your better half to a house then let's get in touch, Blessings, Dom
-sociable -gym -sports -clean -respectful -down to earth
I lived in share houses for 10 + years never had a problem , im close to always in a good mood and usually laughing , I like being clean usually quiet busy with football training , work and gym and when I’m at home I love reading and listening to music ( with headphones on so not too worry ;)) , it would be ideal for a room mate in the same kind of head space, but i can get along with most people so should be easy ;)
