I am mature, sensible, friendly and unimposing. I work ias a nurse in both hospital and home care as well as study online. I have a small dog and am seeking a dog friendly place, hopefully with a second dog in the house so my dog isn't lonely when I'm at work.
Hi , I’m Scott, a hard working professional looking for someehere to put my head. Although I work quite long hours, I try to keep fit and healthy, however I am quite partial to the occasional lager. I’m honest, reliable and can get through a conversation without Any awkwardness ! I am open minded, and like to relax once home. I’m responsible, pay my bills and will stay in advance , more than required. That’s how I roll. I Don’t mind helping around the house; ie lawns ,taking out bins and other day to day chores involved in living in a home! I don’t make assumptions, don’t take too much personally and won’t touch your shit! I simply expect the same respect in return! Ok well that’s all for now. Thanks
Hey potential new house mate :) My name is Emily, I'm 25 work fulltime in Childcare and am chilled out down to earth kind of person. I love connecting with people and having chats but also really dig my alone time. I like to keep things clean and enjoy housework (weird yes but I find it therapeutic) I am a caring, empathic and giving person by nature and I'm sure we will become good friends. I have 2 beautiful loving boxer dogs that will be coming with me, I'm sure you will fall in love with them as much as I have. I am looking for a room to rent in a place that has a dog friendly backyard. If you'd like to know any more about me or anything hit me up :)
I'm a very kind hearted and clean trans guy who loves cooking- and I cook well, who doesn't love a great cook? I have a cute cat, I don't smoke or party, and usually I pass the time I'm not at TAFE by reading, sketching, gaming writing, watching horror movies and studying. I get $400+ a fortnight and I'm in search of a part time job as well as volunteer work at a domestic Violence shelter hopefully to gain work experience as I'm studying community services. A few months ago I moved back from WA to NSW to escape from some personal issues and so I'm a bit of a jumpy keep to myself guy, but I open up very fast if you're kind and joke around. If you keep to yourself, I respect that and keep to myself too, especially if you have people around.
I'm a laid back, fun person (I like to think, some people may say obnoxious but I don't know what they mean;), I love a good glass of merlot sometimes, I'm a smoker but clean about it. I enjoy reading and listening to music, I clean up after myself and know how to cook decent meals; more than happy to cook for you.
I'm a little shy, I admit it, but I highly respect people's own space (as I'm quite particular about my own), being tidy and quiet, won't party or bring a heap of people home and if you have pets, I love animals (I work with them and am studying for a career focusing on them, and have big pets of my own living in a big paddock elsewhere). Also very open-minded, but we likely won't get along if you're homophobic, anti-military, prone to hosting parties or being really loud or overly judgemental of people not a part of your life style (especially if it isn't hurting anyone). I've been told I'm helpful, quiet and have a pretty wicked sense of humour once I stop being a shy awkward turtle? My budget is somewhat flexible, but as I'm a part time student, I need to be cautious of what I can afford, bills included.
I can be an inspiring person as I'm always at the gym excersizing and am always feeling positive. I mostly just chill out and try to save money. I like playing sports and a bit of Xbox. I cook and clean my own stuff. I have no kids no pets. I like to listen to music while cleaning up on weekends. And I like to socialise on a Friday night. I have live in share accommodation a few times so I know how to make that work.
I'm a quiet, responsible and chill flatmate (I know, everyone says that). I'm a 21yo trans man looking for LGBT+ friendly accommodation around Richmond area while I work full time. I have a year long contract working with horses where I'll be gone all day 5 days a week, and probably on the weekends too! I keep mostly to myself when I'm home, but am very friendly and easygoing, and am very familiar with living in a flatmate context. I'm tidy and clean up after myself, but I'm not fussed about mess (working with horses will do that). I love animals and would in an ideal world love to find a pet-friendly place where I can bring my relaxed, sleepy black lab with me, but it's not essential. Get in touch! I start work soon so need somewhere to live soon hahah
Currently living in the Blue Mountains. I'm super friendly, generous and easygoing :) I love to cook so look forward to a lot of delicious baked goods! Studying a bachelor of psych at Western Sydney uni
Hi! My name is Alice and I'm a PhD student at Western Sydney University! I'm clean and tidy and enjoy chatting with friends around a glass of wine. I'm an easy going person and I've been in an housesharing before. I'm looking for a room, not far from Richmond station, for at least 6 months. Do not hesitate to contact me ! Cheers, Alice
I am very quiet, and don't like parties. I'm also quite clean, and don't mind doing communal chores. I spend most of my time away from the property, either at uni, work or at other's houses. I work part-time at the university also, and I don't have a license yet, so I prefer to stay close to the station and the uni. I don't have any pets, though if willing, might get a cat sometime in the future.
we're all great to get along with and are respectful to others as well as their property the two boys (Eddie and Alick) both work and the girls (Arianna and Brea) are currently looking for work. all from Grafton except for Brea who's from Canberra.
Hi I'm a uni student looking for a quiet and cheap place, to move out from my parent's home. I live in Campsie at the moment. my budget is $130pw. I'm also available to team up.
Hey there. I am an ESL teacher, but recently I retrained (MA in Special Education) and have taken up a F/T post at a state school in South Penrith. I have enjoyed fruitful experiences in shared houses in Australia, England, Brazil, Japan, Colombia & Afghanistan, so I am a fully domesticated (can cook & clean), sociable, and enjoy reading, rugby (union) & riding my bike.
