We are Claire (27, full time scientist) and Chilli (7, full time couch potato) and although we just moved back - our parents are selling up our free digs, so we are looking for somewhere to live! Claire has been renting/share-housing (on & off) since 2014, and Chilli is newer to the game but did so in 2016. We are boring - so clean, tidy, early risers with nanna bed times. Claire does all the normal human things - talks, exercises out of necessity rather than enjoyment, watches TV, likes board games and escape rooms, is a dishwasher stacker/unstacker extradordiare, a good cook and an average baker. Chilli is housetrained and all round “good boy” (kid, dog + cat friendly - with NSW Green Collar) whose special skills include sleeping, collecting (soft toys, the occasional cushion), smooching and claiming unsupervised food... We spend most weekends (Fri-Sunday night) in Sydney with Luke (Claire's husband & Chilli's dad) - Chilli goes too, but we will spend about 1 weekend a month in town - and it'd be cool if you'd be okay with him visiting. We have some furniture so happy to share with the group, or start a house share. Flexible with anywhere in Canberra. Looking to move most likely late July to early August. Preferably we’d like you to love dogs and Chilli hates the outdoors, so you'd need to be okay with him inside. There is the possibility for Chilli to renounce the spoiled only child life to live with his dad & fur siblings....but we'd prefer to be together.
I'm a full time apprentice electrician, occasionally working on Saturdays as well. I'm looking for some easygoing roommates to get along with while I do my apprenticeship. I'm currenlty and have also previously been share housing and I've never had an issue. Unfortunately though I have to move out of my current home because the building has been sold.
Hey future roomie! As you'd probably already established, I'm Georga, I am 25 years young (old) and am currently living in Franklin I moved to Canberra a little over a year ago and absolutely adore it here. I work in construction full time, and do 1, maybe 2 waitressing shifts a week at the Dickson Tradies. I quite like a drink, or 10 and love nothing more than cutting loose on weekends (I start work super early during the week so no late nights for this Grandma) I am a very social person and would love nothing more than entertaining friends on the weekends with BBQ's and wines. Not fussed on the area, anywhere North side. I come with bedroom furniture a BBQ and an outdoor lounge setting. Ideally looking for a room with ensuite, but that’s not a deal breaker. Parking is a must though. About you: I would love to live in a sociable, friendly and generally happy happy household. X
WHO: I'm a full-time worker who is clean and reliable but also very quiet. I do tend to keep to myself but I am happy for a chat now and then. I’m vegan, non-drinking and non-smoking (but don’t mind if you’re not), and I am queer-friendly and pet-friendly. My current housemate/landlord can provide a reference if desired. I have lots of sharehouse experience and references are available. WHAT: I’m looking for a tidy place that I can come home to after work and on weekends knowing I can relax in peace and quiet (no ad hoc parties!). I have my own furniture and am hoping to fit a single bed, chest of drawers, bookcase and desk in my room. I also have a small amount of my own cookware for the kitchen, if it can be accommodated. Ideal housemates will be tidy, responsible, and considerate of others. I don’t mind if you drink/smoke/eat meat as long as there’s no smoking indoors or disruptive drunkenness. WHERE: Anywhere in the ACT, so don’t be put off if your suburb isn’t in my preferred list. WHEN: I need to move by June 30 at latest; if moving sooner than that I need to give 2 weeks notice at my current address. HOW: If you would like to meet me and show me your place, please send me a message (with any extra helpful info that is not in your listing), and we'll go from there.
Hi, I'm Toni! I am moving back to Canberra within the next week and am looking for a place to stay. I am flexible with short-term or long-term stays, preferably a furnished room. I am currently working in hospitality and very laid back. When I am not at work, chances are you'll find me watching/playing sport, hanging out with some friends, going for bush walks or going for a swim. I am tidy, know how to pull my weight in the house, am sociable but respect the privacy of others.
Hi lm Georgie I am very chill love a chat and can respect privacy I have small elderly dog she is very friendly
Hi there. I'm a pretty low maintenance and highly responsible professional adult. i pay the rent on time, I clean, i respect people's space. I'm an ex-engineering drafter/designer turned Personal Trainer. I'm working full time in the hospitality industry while I study to become a personal trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness. I'm fairly active and am not home too much.
I’m an incoming-postgraduate student of Environmental Management and Development to ANU, coming from the United Arab Emirates. Although I was born in Australia, I grew up as an expat kid in the Middle East, leading to my undergraduate studies in England and Hong Kong. I’m not that familiar with Australia but really looking forward to starting my next chapter there. I’d consider myself a courteous and tidy flatmate who is open-minded, socialable and studious. Hoping to work part-time and explore Southeast Asia and the Pacific outside of my studies.

Hey, I’m 22 years old and work full time in Barton. I’m pretty easy going and like a tidy house! I’d be with my friends or family if I’m not working. I’m looking for somewhere to move into or finding a person who wants to get a house!
I'm currently a 23 year old student, will be finishing my degree in May. As a flatmate, I am tidy, reliable considerate and sociable. Always up for a chat or TV show binge session/ movie night but I do respect people's personal space.
I am a neat freak myself so I clean up very often and usually quiet (of course I would enjoy a good chat or laugh). I can also be very talkative. I respect others so you can definitely have your own personal time and space. I like to have a clear mind every day so I don't really drink but a fan of tea. I love sci-fi movies, MCU & TV series. I was a student in ANU for 3 years and now I am working from home most of the time.
Hi! I am a student and love reading. I am quiet but outgoing. I love light food and healthy lifestyle. I play the guitar some time but will choose the proper time. I am enthusiastic and love adventure. :-)
I'm easy going, friendly, very tidy and conscious of others. I am a responsible person that will be able to fit in to anywhere I go.
Hi my name is Troy, I'm currently living in Canberra but looking for a new place to live. I work full-time in the city, so ideally I’m looking for team-ups in a location as closest to the city as possible. I'm easy to get along with and I am not fussed by the small things! I have a pet kitten named Louie who is a very friendly and cute indoor Brittish Shorthair that is also toilet trained. I cook regularly and live a vegan lifestyle - so it would be cool to connect with vegetarians or vegans (for the food inspo), but happy to share with non-vegans. I spend a lot of my spare time playing video games because it keeps me sane! But I also love going for a coffee, exercising, and photography. Please let me know if you are interested in connecting or living together ! Feel free to send me a message :-)
Hey guys (and girls). I'm a 26 year old male currently working in the public service. I have been living in sharehouses from the age of 19, so I'm well accustomed to living with others, paying bills on time and cleaning up after myself. I have a 2 year old swiss shepherd that I would like to bring with me too (if not, she has a home with a family member), shes house trained, and very loving. I'm well beyond my days as a partier but still enjoy a social beer or a bbq with housemates. I also study part time, so I'm pretty quiet during the week and out and about or riding my motorcycle on weekends. Look forward to hearing from you!
