Hey! I'm a fifth year journalism student at UTS, originally from Newcastle. I also work in retail to pay those pesky bills. I've lived in share accommodation for 4 years now, so I have plenty of experience being clean, respectful and sociable with my flatmates. I would say Im half introvert, half extrovert. I like to be sociable, have a fun chat and have a few drinks, but I also like to spend time reading, writing and netflixing. Please don't ask me about my starsign, because I was born between starsigns and I get very confused and stressed when questioned about it. You might also find me teaching myself new recipes, as I am an experimental vego, or exercising when I can be bothered. I enjoy trips to beaches, bars, brunch and hiking spots. Looking forward to finding new housemates, and hopefully new friends as well.
I'm a very happy person, i like meeting new people and learning different things about others. i enjoy other peoples company, i love cooking and eating, i like singing and being social.. i also, enjoy working out and keeping healthy. My goal in life right now is to find myself, and grow into the person i know i can be. I clean up after myself on the regular and am a trustworthy and respectful room mate :)
Hello! I am a brazilian mom, 35 years old, temporary studying in sydney (without my kid). Looking for a studio or private room in share apartment, where I could have new friends but still some privacy. Creative advertising professional, high level education (and still growing), but also hands-on, housewife, mom and worker, at the same time. I love arts, music, movies, tattoos, travels around the world and Jesus. :) Best regards, Carol
Hi all, I’m looking for preferably an unfurnished 1 bedroom granny flat within the greater Sydney region preferably on the north shore/northern beaches. I’ve lived in my current property for 9 years without any issue paying rent on time. I work for the Australian Public Service in a 9-5pm role and really enjoy what I do. In my downtime I either like to go out to restaurants/cafes, movies or discovering new things around Sydney.
Hi! My name is Talvi and I'm looking for a room for myself, for a long term stay of 6 months or more. I'm 32 and I work for a small business making custom curtains and blinds. Currently I'm living in Homebush West, where I've been renting for about 1.5 years now with a lovely couple who are sadly moving overseas in a few months time. A quiet and relaxed household is what I'm seeking, without constant parties etc - but I like to have a friend over for dinner occasionally on weekends. I'm a pretty friendly, gentle and chatty person, happy to hang out with housemates, or do my own thing. I like to keep my living space clean and tidy, and always help to keep shared areas in the same condition. I'm not a smoker, and don't have any pets. I'm a bit of a geek and enjoy computers and gaming, and love my sci-fi TV shows - but I'm quiet and always enjoy these with headphones! On work nights I'm pretty chilled, on weekends I'm usually out with friends - I'm also open to sharing a meal and a drink with housemates too. For inspections I can make evenings from Monday to Thursday after I finish work, or anytime of the day or evening on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If we met for an inspection and found things agreeable I'm also prepared to immediately transfer a bond or security payment, and advance rent as required. My maximum budget including bills is $250 pw.
I'm 19 from Katoomba in the Blue Mountains and currently about to commence my second year of a Bachelor of economic, political and social science and Usyd. I work part time at Coles and have lived out of home for a year now and never missed a rent payment. I am hoping to get closer to uni as 4 and a half hours of travel really gets to you after a while. I love a good political debate and enjoy sewing and baking so am always happy to whip up a batch of baked goods. I make a mean cup of tea and clean as I go so mess isn't an issue. I do have a gorgeous kitten named Posy who is very well trained and used to being in a small room so if needed can stay confined to one bedroom. Happy to keep to myself but would ideally find housemates who are willing to have the occasional drinks and good conversations.Hoping for a nice relaxed environment with interesting people. Very interested in teamups so if anyone is interested hit me up :)
Super easy going and adaptable. More than happy to keep to myself and do my own thing or to engage with and be sociable with my fellow flatmates.
Quiet, respectful, keep myself to myself but like to have a chat and a laugh as well, I work six days a week as a builder, I'm looking for a single room, within 30-40 mins to the city by train,so need to be near a station I'm very respectful to people and the property I live in, I clean up after myself and like other people to do the same. I'm in Sydney long term, working full-time,but my wife and kids live in wa, so as I have to pay 2 rents, I am only looking at 1 week bond and 1 week rent to move in, I pay my rent on time all of the time , but please don't get in touch if the place has druggies or trouble makers or a party house ,as it will be wasting mine and your time
Hi. I am looking for a single room and is MAXIMUM 3 MIN WALK to station or bus stop. My budget is MAXIMUM $200 per week including all bills. Thanks.
Hi guys, Just a quick bit about me, I'm moving over from the UK and setting up an Aussie office for my current job in July so looking to settle over here. In the months leading up to that I'll be hopefully getting a feel for the lay of the land and exploring a bit and I'm looking for a house share with some friendly people that don't mind grabbing a few beers and shooting the breeze every now and again. The long and the short of it is I'm a pretty chilled out guy who likes getting out and socialising. I'll be flying in mid march. Cheers, Jack
I'm a friendly, easy going guy who works full time in an office role. I like to relax at home on weeknights and go out on weekends. I am a clean, courteous and relaxed guy to live with.
Hey! I'm originally from Perth and are currently working full time in the Sydney CBD as a Project Manager. I am super clean and tidy and I am looking for a share house preferably in Sydney's Inner West. I love going out/going to gigs, getting drinks and having fun. But like every other human being I also need my sleep. I previously lived in a share house in Glebe where roommates worked nights so I fully understand that aspect. Looking for stable accommodation. I'm visiting my family in Perth until I fly back to Sydney and would love to secure a room before/when I arrive (starting back at work April 9th). I'm super flexible in my living arrangement but no shared rooms (sorry!)
Hello, I'm moving from Melbourne to Sydney in early to mid March to work full time in Pyrmont. I love plants, fresh air and homely homes. I'm always up for a chat, but also happy with my own company. Cats generally make me smile but also itch, so probably looking for a pet free scenario. :)
Hi! I'm a 26 year old professional, working regular full time hours in local government. Not a 'party house' person - but totally up for hanging out with Netflix or music and a beer, and the occasional house shindig for special occasions. Mainly I just want somewhere I feel like I can chill. On a weeknight I'll often just crash with my laptop in my room between chats (and sometimes a wine...!) in living areas. On a weekend you're more likely to find me in a pub than a club. Currently looking in the inner west - ideally Marrickville/Petersham area and surrounds, as my housemate is moving back to Wollongong. Off-street parking could be a bonus - but very flexible on this in locations with easy on-street parking.
I am an approachable girl and mix up well. I have no issues with smoking or parties. I am a student shifting to Sydney for my Masters of Teaching course. I love reading, listening to music and watching tv series.
I'm from Ecuador and I'm a native Spanish speaker. I'm improving my English and I'm living in Australia since July. I'm an organized, clean, quite and responsable person. I like to share with English speakers.
I am a 24y old electrical apprentice from Qld working full time in Sydney with the railways. I need a quite place to relax and study. Being a quite type, and over sharing situations, I am looking for self contained accommodation. I also need a secure place to park my car. Convenient access to shops and a railway station would be ideal. I work around different parts of the rail network in Sydney , so I can be flexible regarding locations to live. Im happy to hear from you should you have a suitable place for rent. Regards Patrick
Hi, I’m Nicole and I’m 21 years old and working currently as a hotel manager however I’m just about to start my training in Sydney for the Ambulance service and looking to stay somewhere closer to the city than my home town. I’m always out and about going on adventures likes hikes and swimming at beaches and finding things to do around the place so you won’t be stuck with me at home all the time. I’m easy going, tidy and would enjoy sharing a place with someone who respects privacy and personal space but also wouldn’t mind a night in and a few drinks and movies nights every now and again. If you have any questions or want to know anymore about me please feel free to shoot me a message or we can catch up for a coffee and become more familiar with each other 😊
