Hi, I'm Nicola. Please read before contacting me regarding a listing you may have. 1: I'm not looking for a share room. 2: My chosen suburbs are the limit of where i'm looking. 3: Take note of budget listed. Right, on to the other stuff about me: Currently studying - Diploma of Costume at Ultimo TAFE, i'm creative and fairly social, happy to have a glass of wine or a G&T and a chat, yet i definitely like my own downtime, and am happy in my own company. Not a big tv watcher so there'll never be a tussle over the remote! (although if you've a good movie up your sleeve, happy to keep you company!) I pretty much like all types of music except country and western but don't make a habit of turning the volume up, preferring to read a good book (SciFi is my go to - i have Asimov books i have been lugging around with me for the last 20 odd years, to get rid of them would be tantamount to sacrilege!) or do a spot of painting/sewing/other creative stuff. I'm a clean up after myself as i go in the kitchen and tend to keep my stuff out of common areas (unless you like books, then i'm happy to add to the bookcase!). Easy going, open minded and like a good laugh. Ideally a room with either a mostly north west or west aspect is what i'm after, for the light - it's all about the light! Even a mostly north with bit of east will make me happy, as long as there's loads of light for my artistic pursuits. High ceilings would be great but not a "must have", prefer an unfurnished room but i can also work with furnished. If you like to have the odd impromptu party - not crazy kinda party (although i DO love a good costume party!), more the dinner party kinda thing, or mates over, that's fine by me - i may join in, invite a friend or two of my own along, or leave you all to it, either way, i have no problem with that sort of stuff if that's what you like to do. I don't have a pet, but if you have one that'd be awesome! Dog/Cat cuddles are the best! Still figuring out what my superpower is.
I'm originally from Canada but have been calling Australia home for the last 2.5 years whilst studying a Masters degree at UQ in Brisbane. I am relocating to Sydney for a new job and am looking for a new place to call home! I enjoy cooking, having a glass of wine after a long day, hanging out with friends (and housemates) and having a bit of time to myself. I love the outdoors- beach, mountains, you name it, I'm there. I like to keep an active lifestyle and eat healthy but also enjoy socialising over good food and drinks. I'm looking for a house with people that share some of the same values, and am hoping to move into a house around the 15/16 of January.
Hi, I'm Alexa! I'm looking to study my masters for 2 years at UTS, and am looking for a place to stay during that time. I'm neat, clean and easy-going. Feel free to message me if you think you have something that would suit! :)
Hi! I'm moving to Sydney for work and looking for a place to live. Ideally I'd like to live with a couple of easy going people that like to be social but also don't mind a night in to just chill. I'm very easy going and get along with pretty much anyone.
Description of me - My names Sam, I'm an engineer and physics student, working full time until uni starts again in March. Hi all, I’m looking for preferably an unfurnished 1 bedroom granny flat within the greater Sydney region preferably on the north shore/northern beaches. I’ve lived in my current property for 9 years without any issue paying rent on time. I work for the Australian Public Service in a 9-5pm role and really enjoy what I do. In my downtime I either like to go out to restaurants/cafes, movies or discovering new things around Sydney.
Moving from Canberra to Sydney this year to undertake a Masters course at the University of Sydney. I’m an easy going guy that likes to keep active. I am always up for some banter and a laugh. Id be great to live with as I’m happy to help clean up around the house and always clean up after myself. What do I do for fun? I love to surf (well try to anyway), I enjoy going to see movies every now and then, I play sports regularly and I like to catch up with friends over a drink or two.
I am Ashish. Currently trying to juggle a job and an MBA. Searching for a place to call home. I could make your rent/utilities cheaper, partake in groceries acquisition, successfully execute household chores, and make mean Indian curries suitable for varying levels of spice tolerance. I am pretty easy going with most things. Love football, stand up comedy, dogs, puns, beer and pizza, not necessarily in that order. While I am down for chit-chat almost any time, I also respect boundaries. Looking for tidy and responsible people who would appreciate untimely, yet wholeheartedly high fives. If you think you might enjoy having a healthy dose of energy around then do give me a shout. Please and thanks! :)
Hi! My name is Szymon and I would like to rent a room with my girlfriend Magda for about 7 months. We are very friendly and helpfull people. All we need is a small room with one double bed. We are moving to Sydney to study. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask us.
hello am looking for shared accommodation for me and a friend
Hi my name is Ned and I'm looking at moving back to Sydney from Orange NSW. I love to be social and share a meal and something cold at the end a long day but also sometimes curl up with a book and stay in for the night.
I am friendly, laid back, easy to get along with, clean and tidy. I am quite and I respect others privacy and space. However, I do enjoy occasional social nights. I work full-time (9-5) in higher education sector. During week nights I usually like to have chill evening binge watching tv/netflix with a nice meal. I am not much of a cook ,however, I have recently gotten on to healthy eating bandwagon (and i am enjoying it so far!). So I have started doing some meal preps with simple and easy cooking. I am looking for a private bedroom (unfurnished) with ensuite/ own bathroom close to the city and public transport for long term 6 months - 1 year. With flatmates who are easy to get a long with and respect my privacy and space and don't mind occasional hangouts!
I am an approachable girl and mix up well. I have no issues with smoking or parties. I am a student shifting to Sydney for my Masters of Teaching course. I love reading, listening to music and watching tv series.
I am from Adelaide and will be moving to Sydney to work and study arboriculture. I have just returned to Australia after several months travelling Asia and Europe, and I am looking for a fun and friendly sharehouse in the Inner West. I am polite, tidy, and sociable. I love nature, gardening, cooking, hiking, hanging out and watching some films or listening to vinyls. I am respectful of space and privacy but I am also usually up for a chat and a casual beer or glass of wine. I look forward to meeting some like minded folk and exploring what Sydney can offer.
Hi, I'm Jason I'm a 26 year old professional working at Sydney International Airport looking to find a place to live. I'm a friendly, quiet and compassionate person who does his fair share around the place.
Very clean couple and kind
Recently finished my MBA from Macquarie University and currently employed with Macquarie University. Have been living in Cremorne for the past two years. I am a huge TV show fan, love plants, cooking, reading and boardgames. Will always be up for a Netflix marathon/pizza and some Catan. Am very clean and tidy and always clean up after myself. Non smoker.
Hi! I'm Mark, a 22 year old USYD graduate. Just came back from 6 months studying abroad. Working in consulting, in Barangaroo so prefer a place very close to transport. Super clean and spend a lot of time out of the house for work.
30 year old working professional (ISP startup but way more interesting than it sounds) with a passion for music, good beer, my adorable dog & cooking I’m a 9-5 M-F worker, with a few sneaky weekends and late nights occasionally. Would love a housemate who doesn’t mind a wind-down beer/chat, cooking together, also cuddling my dog, but conscious of space etc I’ve lived in the inner west most of my adult life and can’t see leaving for sometime
I'm a 23 year old international student studying Accounting. I've been living in Australia for more than a year now. I lived and studied in Brisbane for 6 months before I moved here to Sydney this past July. I'm currently living with relatives but their family is getting bigger which is why I'm looking for a new place to live. I'm a very organised and tidy person. I always keep my things in place and avoid being unorganised. I work part-time as an assistant in a small accounting firm and during my free time I normally use it to study or sometimes hang out with friends when I have nothing to do. I’m always keen in helping out do house chores and cleaning. I’m very kind and easy to get along with.
