I have lived on my own for the past 3 years but am looking at teaming up to find a house rental with at least one other housemate as living alone is very expensive. I am clean and tidy - I like everything to have its own place. I enjoy my own space but do also enjoy meaningful chats beyond small talk. I am a student at Murdoch University studying Early Childhood and Primary Education and I work part time in sales. I love board games, enjoy music and reading as well as occasional video games. I consider myself creative and like drawing, arts and creating things. I also love cooking and baking. I have enough furniture to fully furnish main living areas as well as electronics and appliances.
Really chilled, not into the drinking/party scene. aspiring athlete bodybuilder so can cook /always cooking and eating. like to keep to myself but always up for a chat, can talk the leg off a chair, i work full time and iam up really early during the week, love dogs if you have any.
Im actually pretty domesticated, after having and raising 2 children.(kids live with their mother). I cook, I clean and I'll do whatever I can wherever I can too help someone out and do the right thing. My names James I'm 28, I'm a medic by trade. I help run a private ambulance business my father owns that caters for recreational events such as motox, horse racing, concerts and some mining here and there) I'm a single Dad with two boys aged 3 and 2( they live with their mother full time though) Anyway long story short.... I've just been shat on from a great height by a so called friend who has given me till the end of this month to vacate his house..... Apparently his "tinder girl friend" is going to help pay his mortgage and is, or has, already moved in whilst I'm still away on site working .....so yeah left in the lurch big time. I'm still working away and won't be back from site untill the 25th of November but was just wondering if anyone was interested in teaming up and starting a share house or if I fork out for it all and start a rental would you be keen on renting a room? I'm not sure if this is how this website works and it might be a bit far fetched but yeah was just throwing it out there. Cheers James
Hello. I'm looking for a room to rent. I'm very sociable and one for good concersation, I'm well kept and keep everything clean and tidy, respecting everyone else's property in the process. I work full time as a bartender. Ready to move in asap.
Hi I'm 25 and working full time. I am neat, hygeinic and respectful of other people's space. between work and riding horses I am hardly ever home and when I am, I'm in bed early and out the door before suns up. I have an older female cat "Tiffany" she is very shy and indoors only. She's non destructive, might as well be a plush toy and extremely neat in her litter tray. After living in a couple of house shares and on my own I have a few must haves: no other indoor pets as Tiff won’t cope. Must be air conditioned. Must have a garage space for my car. Must have my own bathroom. House mate must be respectful of sleeping and cleanliness. Must have internet available. I am negotiable on a few points for the right house so please don't hesitate to contact me.
I am respectful and easy to live with. Laid back, like to have a bit of a laugh and don’t take life too seriously. I like to keep the place tidy and quite enjoy cooking. I am looking to find a place where my friends are welcome to visit too for dinner etc. It would be nice to have a house mate to have a beer with and watch netflix/sport etc occasionally but also respect each other’s privacy. Fairly new to Perth so always up for an adventure too. Rented mainly with guys in the past as they are more likely to be drama free. Any questions just ask!
Hi, My names Eric, I’m 21, I work 2 casual jobs which have part time hours for both (do not be worried I will ALWAYS be able to pay bills on time, both jobs are promising and very reliable) with one being at a Hospital and the other for a meal preparation company . Im moving by myself as the household I’m currently in are all young boys who can’t look after themselves and don’t help around the house. Looking for a home to be a safe heaven with like minded clean and responsible roommates who are keen for a new friend who enjoys having company but also their own space, laughs, music, cooking & a couple of shared drinks now and then. I LOVE pop, rnb, hip-hop & rap music and pop music culture so if you’ll like to hear me rant on about Lady Gaga, Charli XCX, Rihanna, SZA, Nicki Minaj, Azealia Banks etc. then I’m your guy hahaha. In my spare time I create & produce music, but will always respect everyone else around me by not playing at inappropriate times of the day/night and 90% of the time while doing so I will have my headphones on so you won’t hear a thing. If you are someone who is clean, fun, funny, responsible and respectful of ALL persons of the LGBTQ+ community and all the different diverse races around the world, then we willl get along just fine :)
Hi, I am looking for a room between $100-$170/wk preferably including bills and internet and located between South Yunderup, Mandurah, Baldivis and Wellard. Ideally closer to the first two suburbs. I am very respective of peoples belongings, tidy and on time with rent. I enjoy time with friends and socialising with housemates. I do not smoke and dont drink much. I am able to live with most animals except cats as I am allergic to them. Thank you.
I am a 19-year-old female, looking to move in with females only. I work part-time and I'm a full-time student, so I’m not home that much. I’m really easy going and tend to mind my own business. I do come home late sometimes, as I only get to socialise in the evenings/nights, so I’m looking to move in with someone who won’t get mad if I come home past 12 am.
I am a mature lady who is easy going and respectful, very clean and neat, quiet and friendly person who likes space and privacy, but also enjoys a chat I work full-time with varied daytime hours. I like to relax after work, or if i have extra energy hit the exercise. I enjoy cooking, music, watching movies and catching up with friends and family.
We are very friendly and easy going. We keep a clean living environment and respect others. We are very respectful. We do have a 4 year old indoor cat. My Partner, myself and ur furr baby are in need of a room with own bathroom, would even be nice if we had our own kitchen (something like a studio room or Granny flat would suit us best). We both work Monday - Friday all day. After work we would normally go for a walk and then cook dinner, watch a movie and go to bed as we start work early the next day. Weekend we spend our time outdoors at the beach or camping. You will barely find us at home. So if you looking for people who keep to their own, who is clean and tidy, respectful, then we would be ideal for you. We do enjoy a social dinner or BBQ if you like that. Currently we just waiting for our lease to run out (4th January) and then looking at house sharing with the right people. We would ideally like to move in around the 28th December. We not interested in a party house as we work all week. Our plans is to travel around Australia in year 2020 April so we looking at house sharing with someone for around 12- 14 months. Closer to our leave day I will be shipping my kitten over to my parents so they can look after him while we travel. Leo (the cat) is super friendly and loving. He is a easy pet to have around and I am 100% sure you will love him too as he is just way too cute. We would love to meet anybody who is interested in having us house share with you :) We are interested in a comfy living space for us, but also important that the people we house share with is like minded and would even like to come camping with us whenever you would like. We look forward to meeting you :D
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Hey Guys JC here! - Fulltime on a digital agency - Loves tennis and volleyball - I like going out with friends and having a drink - Enjoys travelling around the world
Hi, We're two lads who are currently completing our bachelor degrees at Murdoch and Notre Dame respectively, and so ideally are looking for a place between the two. We're happy to do a team-up, and are looking at paying maximum $120 p/w each. Ben is studying environmental management and sustainability at Murdoch, and is currently entering his second year of study. Connor is studying exercise and sports science at Notre Dame and is entering his final year of study. We are both always up for a chat, as well as enjoying our time alone. We enjoy a casual drink some night and enjoy going out every so often. We have no preference on gender, however smokers need not apply. If interested in a team up please email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org
My name is Jordan, I am generally pretty quiet and reserved, as well as acceptably clean and tidy and able to fend for myself when it comes to cooking etc.. Currently looking for someone a bit closer to work (i work near Perth Airport), looking anywhere thats up to around 20 minutes drive to work. Ideally flatmate would have to be okay with me leaving for work around 4-4:30 AM most days.
25 year old male that works two part time jobs at the moment. Looking for a room longer term but that could change. Clean, neat and quiet. Not home much during the day since I work a fair bit at the moment.
I’m a storyteller, a budding social worker, and a big fan of the Oxford comma. By that I mean, I’m writing a book, I’m studying social work, and I’m a pretentious twat.

I'm a 23 year old fem presenting agender who's pretty gay, the site said I had to pick female or male but yeah, I'd like to live with other LBTBQIA+ friendly people, I don't care if your cisgender or hetrosexual. I just don't want to live with homophobes, bigots, racists or sexists. I'm a self employeed artist, on centerlink, just trying to live and stuff y'know. Hoping to start studying Midwifery once I'm on my feet. I keep to myself the most part, do my chores, dishes and clean up after myself. I think I'm pretty funny for the moment part, not judgemental, easy to get along with. I really do like having friends over and stuff, very co-dependent in that sense. When it comes to looking for a place, I'd like to live near a train station or bus stop, preferably have a dishwasher and a backyard or sorts. I own a 1 year old puppy who needs someone to poop and stuff.I keep to myself the most part, do my chores, dishes and clean up after myself. However I understand we all need our privacy and need to be respectful in a house-share so that everyone can live comfortably. I spend most of my spare time hanging with mates and family, love the beach, enjoy a social drink/coffee and watching/playing sport. I also enjoy a good laugh or ten.
