I've just moved back to Perth this year so I'm looking for a place to stay, preferably that can fit a queen sized bed. I'm extremely clean and tidy, don't make too much noise and very respectful of other people. I do have a social life (I think) so I won't be hanging around the house too much during weekends :) Currently I am working as a chemical technician. My budget is ~150/wk with bills preferably included. Disclaimer: I sometimes smoke outside when I have a drink.
I am looking for a room and an off street place to park my car. I currently work an 8 days on and 6 days off roster in Vic Park/City area and looking for a place to stay where I can easily access the bus or train to work. I am clean, non smoker and can be social a little but tend to keep to myself more often reading or watching movies in my room. Looking for a private furnished room with a comfortable mattress as I do have a sore back. Or I can supply my own king single bed. I have no issues sharing a bathroom. Just looking for a home where I can feel safe and settled. I do go out to see friends sometimes during the week and sometimes come home very late, so I hope this doesn't disturb you. I would just prefer to be a boarder, looking for short term as I have a month of house sitting in Dec/Jan. But if I get along well I may like to come back and stay long term. Would prefer to live with the home owner/s rather than in a rental as I do not want to take over a lease if you plan on leaving soon. But if you have a long term rental that's fine. I currently don't want to be locked in, so a boarding situation is preferred.
My life is music so I have a creative job. Would be good to have a housemate that is drama free ,down to earth and friendly. Looking for just one other housemate and off street parking.
Older retired lady, looking for shared accommodation for myself and my dog. Dog is quiet and well behaved (like her owner) but we both like to sleep inside at night. I'm a very easy going person and like a quiet life. I have my own transport and spend a lot of time out and about. The dog comes everywhere with me so she is never left alone at the property.
ROOM WITH DOUBLE/QUEEN BED is NEEDED, FOR a young, SUPER FRIENDLY, GENUINE, CONSIDERATE, soon to be married, GAY COUPLE, FOR MID NOVEMBER 2018. "We believe everyone deserves Respect, & Consideration." Hi Guys! My closest friend(whom is also now my partner), and I, is looking for a room with a double/or/queen size bed. Our budget for... A Bedroom with our own private ensuite bathroom, including bills, is $250per week, Or,.. A Bedroom with a shared bathroom which we have to share with other housemates, including bills, is $200per week. We are also more than happy to take a room in a house that hasn't been renovated, just as long as we get a roof over our heads, we will be truly happy :) My partner, 26yrs of age, originally from India, recently just moved to Australia, he is a student studying part-time & is looking for work. As for myself, I'm, 29yrs of age, originally from WA, recently just moved back to Perth, and looking for full-time work, ..after travelling around Australia for the past 2 years, which was such an awesome experience! As I got to meet other lovely people, from all around the world, staying at hostels, and in tents, even got to touch snow for the very first time, lol, travelling is just something I truly love and enjoy, when I'm not travelling, I'm always doing something whether it's helping others in need, or, even chilling with mates, or spending time with the family, I am a people person and would love to do a course in working with people who are disabled..its what I love the most helping others whom can't help themselves❤ My Partner and I, are two fairly caring, laid back, guys whom likes to get along with pretty much anyone, at times we don't mind going out of our way to help those we truly care about, don't get me wrong, there's are those odd days once in awhile where we do enjoy a little time to ourselves, but most of the time we do love socialising with others, going on road trips and new adventures! We, as a couple, and in general, believe Everyone deserves Respect, Honesty, and Consideration, as we both also hope to get the same in return. :) We would like to thank you for taking the time to read my profile, if by any chance you have a spare room, or, might know someone whom may have one, we would love to hear from you! Many thanks! :) xx
Hi, I'm Paul. I have a GSOH and communicate well with a laid back attitude. Respectful, clean and trying to quit smoking. Have been in the same share accommodation for 2 years yet time to move on I think as its starting to get a little crowded. No time frame on needing to move but would prefer sooner than later :)
Just another gal who doesn't have her own mortgage so on the hunt to pay off someone elses 🙄😂. Would love to find two other females to live with because I have spent 28 years with males and I've done my fucking time dealing with smells, ball sacks and beer bottles 🙅 NEED TO MOVE BETWEEN THE 9-23rd OF JULY- before uni break ends. Not overly fussed on north or south location, Kmart + KFC do need to be close by though 🐷🙈 I Study at Curtin uni and work in Burswood so need a house that's MAX 20-30 mins away from both those places. Plus side is I don't have 11 kids, down side is I would loveeee to find a pooch friendly rental, preferably a 4x2 so there is a room for a study, extra storage for 3 females that hang on to clothes that no longer fit but we remain in denial 😂 and a decent backyard for whoever has fur babies. If you're fan of elastic waistband trackies, wine and nibbles, potatoes, chocolate and just having a laugh then message away! 😘
I'm very understanding, flexible, fun and always see the silver lining. I prefer like minded people that don't stress and can help make our home a stress free zone. I'm very clean and love a spotless room. My 11yr old Maltese x, is well behaved, loves to sleep all day and is available for fluffy cuddles and comic relief. I don't live in a party house but you may find me 'flash' dancing around the place, cos who doesn't love an impromptu dance workout? I cycle and love being green so I need a Train station close by. Preferably the Joondalup line. If you're open minded, respectful of others and will enjoy a home full of fun moments and happy faces, let's get to know each other and find that gorgeous modern home while rent is dirt cheap!
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I work fifo. I am clean, tidy and respectful. I enjoy having a drink on my r&r, and I like to be social. I also like to have my own time and my own space. I don’t know a lot of people in Perth and I haven’t experienced much of this city either. Looking for fun, easy going and down to earth flat mates. 23 year old girl from NZ.
What makes me great to live with? I am insightful and adaptable, and I get along with most people. The kitchen is the heart of a home so when I cook I am very respectful of how I leave that shared space. I keep social and active. Sometimes I do keep to myself but usually I am available for a quick conversation, or a good chat. Some things I like to do - play pool, swim (but haven’t in a while), walk or skate, read, youtubes, and listen to music. I joined a local writers group this year too, so I am really enjoying the challenge of preparing something for that fortnightly event. Job/Studies - I am a sculptor (assemblage/fibre artist) and I have exhibited my work both here in WA and also in the UK. I am studying Art Therapy. Now in the final placement phase I have two locations I am placed in West Perth. I am hoping to find somewhere to move, mainly for while I finish my studies, but also to get back on my feet with work. I have art materials to store, some furniture, and a fair few clothes.
I work full time, into health and fitness and like to live a pretty relaxed lifestyle. Quite independent and like my space but happy to chat now and then! Friendly, considerate, easy going, clean and respectful . Looking to live with one other person and require my own ensuite.
Im a very easy going and down to earth person. I like to keep a clean and well maintained house, and am pretty handy when it comes to general fixing and upkeep. I have a fairly full schedule in terms of uni, work and training commitments and am therefore not home too much and am a pretty quiet housemate to have. I enjoy a variety of sports and hobbies and love having a pretty relaxing evening with friends. My dog is super friendly and loving, very well trained and loves all other animals and people. He is a wonderful pet to have and gives you plenty of love.
Quiet, clean, friendly and respectful. Love fitness, yoga, photography and art! I work nights so my mornings/days are usually filled with training and art/photography. I'm saving for a six month backpacking trip in South America in October! :)
Hey I enjoy being around people so I'm easy to live with and super chill. My ideal housemate is quiet friendly, positive clean tidy respectful of privacy and boundaries like myself. I'm not shy nor too outgoing I'm just doing my thing and would like to live with someone who is always up for a cheeky joke or two here or there. - I don't drink smoke or party that much - I haven't got a car but do have a motorbike that would need to be in a secure parking complex. (It got almost stolen at my last house in joondalup). I'm a nutrition coach, guitar teacher, massage therapist...and looking more ways to keep busy! cheers! Andre
