I'm a respectful house mate who works full time from Monday- Friday. I'm a clean and tidy person and enjoy a wine every now and then during the week due to my hectic job working in childcare. I have just started to get back onto the healthy band wagon so I'm looking for a house mate who is on the same page as me. I do have an English staffy who unfortunately is dog aggressive but shes great with people.
My name is Gina. I'm looking for a boarder 28 years of age and upwards. Must be neat and tidy not into partying at home, employed and wish to live in a lovely quaint Cottage in Balcatta (closer to Tuart Hill) with high ceilings and jarrah floorboards. Please let me know.
Hi my name is Danielle, Im currently studying my diploma of nursing and will be needing to stay in PERTH for 4-5weeks around the Osbourne park area. I am clean and tidy and friendly, I generally keep to myself but I do like to have a chat.
Hi my name is Jason and I would like to tell you a bit about myself. I am originally from New Zealand and have been living in Perth for almost 5 years, In that time I have been exclusively in house share situations so I am well used to living with other people. I am completely house trained, I clean up after myself and am well used to cleaning bathrooms and toilets. I am no party animal but I’m not anti-social either, I enjoy the company of others but my days of wild partying on a regular basis are behind me, in saying that I enjoy a social drink and good chin wag when the occasion arises. During the week I tend to keep mostly to myself, retiring to my room most nights to watch TV shows and movies on my computer. I work full time 9-5 as an IT Support Technician in Balcatta, I have been employed at my current job 2 years in march and there’s no indication to think my job isn’t safe, I have never had any issues with paying rent and bills and would be happy to provide contact numbers who I’m sure will vouch for my honesty and integrity. My current living situation is that I am sharing a house with a male friend who is moving in with his girlfriend at the end of this month, forcing me find to a new house share room. I don’t like moving, and I like to be settled, so I am looking for somewhere were I could stay long term. In the last 5 years I have lived with all manner of people, male and female, young and old and have never had any issues with anyone. I finish work at 5pm and am available any day to meet up.
I'm rather a quiet person but I am striving to go out of my comfort zone to meet more people and be sociable at the moment (Although people who prefer quiet people will see me as an ideal person to live with). I like to exercise and keeping active. I enjoy doing art to relax and nerding it out by watching documentaries :). I am understanding and open-minded person, and I will do my best to keep the peace in the house.
I have elected part time because I work casually at a few jobs. Im also an online coach so i do that from home or a cafe dependent upon whether I feel like sitting in my pjs all day. Im super organised and very clean and tidy. I don't mind lending the odd helping hand either. I also have a green thumb so i have a few veggies and fruits coming with me. I do a fair amount of meditation so a quiet household is preferred. This isn't to say i do drugs wear hemp or grow excessive body hair either. Just rather Im quiet and relaxed. But should you get me going on good topic I do love a chat and a laugh.
After traveling for almost a year I'm looking for a new place to live! I am currently studying Psychology at ECU and am looking for a job. I'm very tidy, clean up after myself and love cooking for both myself and others. I enjoy seeing my friends and going for a few drinks but don't mind having a weekend in either. I'm hoping to find a furnished place close to a train station on the Joondalup line (walking distance would be great).
I have recently returned to Perth after living overseas for three years and am currently working and studying part time. I am a very relaxed and laid back individual, who likes to have a laugh, a drink and a bit of good conversation. I can't cook well but am a master at washing dishes and am all around very neat and tidy. I have previously owned my own homes in Perth and rented rooms out to other people so i understand exactly what is important and what makes a good housemate.
Hi there! I'm a full time uni student, studying primary school teaching at ECU in Mount Lawley. I'm easy going, reliable and super respectful of other people and their space. I like being active, spending time with family & friends, and love being out of the house most of the time. Looking for people around the similar age as me (20-25) to live with preferably. Please contact me if you have any questions, I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december 2016. Im a very fit and active person, I am currently prepping for a bodybuilding show in May so my days/ weeks are very regimented. I get tired easily but still like to interact and make everyone feel like they can talk to me 😂 I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person if all females can handle me.. I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. I work Monday to Friday in the city.. I know boring office job, but I am also an online fitness coach so it’s a win for you if you are looking to improve your fitness and nutrition. I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane. i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around a lot. One last thing, for my bodybuilding show in may i have 3 very close and trustworthy friends coming over for a week, i ask that they stay with me/ us in my room and or on the couch if possible :)
My name is Zoe Regan i am a full time student at Murdoch University and LOVE gardening. I take pride in my homes, I am extreemly neat, tidy and respectful. I have a well behaved 10 year old cat named Milo. I would prefer a grannyflat or self-contained apartment as i do not tolerate messy rude people as i have had bad experiences with people not respecting me my bond and my cats safety. I would love to have somewhere permanent.
easy to live with, not bothered by hardly anything my housemates do unless you're unclean 😊 21 years old, looking for people who are like minded and easy going working full time in an office located in canning vale weekdays and night shift job on weekends (optional) aaaaand i have a cat, she's the most gentle affectionate little thing. 💝
My name is Thea, 22 years old and I am an exchange student from Norway. I will study geoscience at UWA from february to june. Little about me. I like all kind of sport and do train a lot. Back home in Norway I have been playing soccer in higher division. In my sparetime I like to be with friends, hiking, studying and enjoy a beer. I am a tidy, reliable and a social person.
I'm currently looking for places not far from the Joondalup train line to move into ready for when I start TAFE. I can be a bit messy and disorganised at times but willing to change my ways to make sharing a place bearable. I'm currently located in Gosnells and work in Kelmscott but will be seeking a transfer or new job once I confirm accommodation. I would prefer to have bills and internet included in the rent unless the rent is a decent price. Please note that I am looking for somewhere no more than a 10min drive away from a train station along the Joondalup train line.
I am working full time whilst studying a Bachelor of Education so I keep myself busy and active. Seeking a share arrangement from April 2018 that can also accommodate my nine year old son who I have on a rotating weekly care arrangement which is 100% amicable. Will definitely help around the house (cook, clean, iron, wash) but also skilled at fixing leaking taps, maintaining a pool or mowing the lawn. Pretty much a handy handyman to have around. If you are seeking a reliable, mature, trustworthy flatmate who likes to keep things tidy then I'm a great choice. I bring no baggage other than personal belongings! No couch potato, non-smoker and no drugs. Financially secure and have been renting by myself for the last 5 years but more than happy to share agreed expenses.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Hey! I'm a fun loving, friendly, tidy and respectful guy looking for a room in a share house (or to start up a new one!) with one or more other people. Enjoy entertaining, especially with a bbq in the summertime. Love to head to a bar or two on the weekends and like going to the movies too. Engineer by day. I'm pretty active and enjoy going to the gym and going for a run. Love meeting new people. TRY to eat healthy but often unsuccessfully :p (please help me!) Flexible about when I move. Look forward to having a chat and getting to know you!
