I am an easy going, sociable individual looking for flatmates to share with in Sydney this May. I am originally from Derby, England and I am doing an internship in Sydney. I am clean and tidy and respect peoples privacy but I am also keen to spend time with flatmates, explore Sydney and have some drinks.
Hey there, To tell you a bit about myself, I'm sociable, easy-going, 26 and Australian. I work full-time in Operations for a not-for-profit, and spend my spare time catching up with friends, going to the gym, exploring Sydney, frequenting local cafes and restaurants, and generally keeping busy. I enjoy a good banter, but also respect everyone's need for down time. I'm looking to move in with like-minded people, who want to create a home and who I can hopefully become friends with. Happy to move into an established home, or start a new one. I can be flexible with move-in dates. If you think I might be a suitable fit for what you're looking for, it would be great to hear from you. Thanks, Zsofi :)
Hey there ! I am a Belgian student who will be interning in Sydney from April to June 2018. I am an easy-going person, always up for some fun. I have already lived in shared flats and am very clean and quiet when need be.
Hey Guys! Full time professional working in the Real Estate Industry. Mature and motivated 18 year old. Easy to get along with. Like to keep my belongings immaculate. Very clean person who likes things neat and tidy. Enjoys a balanced lifestyle between work and play. Early riser. Will spend majority of my time out of the house. Flexible to move in whenever. I'm 30 and work as a freelance video editor/producer at nine in Newcastle and for clients in Sydney. I love sports (NFL, AFL, NRL, Cricket etc.), film/TV and socialising with friends. I'm clean and quiet and although I do like to go to parties I don't bring them home. I'd prefer an unfurnished room and do own a lot of furniture which I can either bring down or put back into storage.
Im working for a project/cost management firm in the CBD as a consultant on a long-term basis. I'm friendly, mature, clean and respectful of others space. Currently looking for a clean, tidy apartment preferably something close to the water like Rozelle, Pyrmont, Balmain or Balmain East. I'm easy going, no drama, clean, respectful, responsible and a financially stable professional. Originally born in South Africa but also an Australian citizen. I will be spending the majority of my time at work during the day, but in my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, reading, dining out with friends or going out for a social drink. Any gender flat mate is fine.
I am 20 yo czech girl and I study english in Gold Coast now but I want to move in Sydney for my next english full-time course. I need some stay from March to July near my school which is in Murray street, Pyrmon - the best opportunity would be walking distance - if not so anything what is close to metro and takes there max 45 minutes. After my studies here in GC I will travel so the moving day is kind of flexible - just the school starts on 19th March so I would like to move few days earlier. Let's say between 14 and 18 March. The ideal stay will be around 4 months but it would be better to be little bit independent if I will change my mind to live in different place. The budget is $200-$300 max. I would like to live in clean, quiet and friendly place where I can feel comfortable. I would like to find friends there and not just flatmates. I like to have a chat at home, watch movies and sometimes I am just the couch potato and I spend time with surfing on internet or calling with my family or friends from Czech republic. Anyway, most of the time I spend outside with friends. Coffee, beers, lunch, beach, trips whatever. I live like that here because the weather is just perfect so then in Sydney it will depends maybe on weather :D. I also will find a part-time job. If you have a dog, it will be lovely. I miss mine so much.

I'm from Turkey and I will come to AU with work&holiday visa for one year. I worked at an NGO in Turkey as a project manager for two years. Lately, I'm interested in permaculture and scientific botanical illustration. Besides working at jobs, I'm planning to attend related workshops and visit Zaytuna farm when I'm in AU. So, probably after work hours, when I am at home, I will be drawing plants at my room (I need a room with desk :)). A clean and tidy house is essential for me, that's why I'm really careful about keeping the house in this way. I'm looking for A PRIVATE SINGLE ROOM in a house where there is a mutual respect for living together. I'm planning to come there on February 2018. I'll arrange the date according to the availability of the room I'll rent. You can contact me through message. Thank you for your interest :)
Recently moved back to Aus. Project Manager in Goverance industry working in CBD. Currently living alone and finding it too quiet and super expensive! I'm very tidy, respectful and enjoying cooking and socialising with a wine or two. Have my network of buddies here in Sydney and therefore I'm out a bit. Hi! I'm Mark, a 22 year old USYD graduate. Just came back from 6 months studying abroad. Working in consulting, in Barangaroo so prefer a place very close to transport. Super clean and spend a lot of time out of the house for work.
Hey, moved to Newtown from Newcastle just over a year ago and sadly my current housemates are on the move end of January. I am pretty laid back and don't really drink much these days but have no problem with others that do and enjoy the odd social occasion at home cooking for people. I keep to myself mostly when at home and spend most of my free time with headphones in listening to music. I've recently started going back to the gym and I generally sleep pretty early. I'm currently working as a server at Vics Meat in Pyrmont 5 days per week. I'm open to applying for a vacant place with others or joining an existing share house. I have no issues with previous real estate agents or housemates. Ideally dont want to spend any more than $300 per week but am able to stretch my budget for the right place I also happen to own quite a bit of furniture/appliances so ideally I'd like to move someplace that needs some of that. I've got a massive fridge, washing machine, dryer, lounge and a fair amount of kitchen equipment (chef by trade). I also have a large entertainment unit (though my tv is busted now) and coffee table for a loungeroom. Hope to hear from you soon! Mat
