Hi everyone! I'm a 23 year old dentist from New Zealand hoping to find a place in Sydney for a couple of weeks while I apply for jobs. I am tidy and friendly peron that is easy to get along with! Preferably it would be a private room to move into ASAP in the CBD or Kogarah areas but anywhere within walking distance of a train station will be fine. Thanks for reading my listing and feel free to message with any rooms you think might be appropriate :) Cheers! Nick
Hey there potential future flatmate :) My name is Bart Scheen and I'm 23 years old student from The Netherlands. In Sydney I will be doing a full time internship in the event branche which is part of the study I do back home. The study I do is called: Commercial Economics, Event Music and Entertainment Studies. Last semester I studied in Auckland, New-Zealand and Sydney will be my second adventure this year. I like to: play football / soccer, go to the gym, dj / mix music, socialise, have a drink or two and explore the city. I'm a very social, open (and some say funny but I'll let you be the judge of that) person and I'm excited to meet new people from all over the world!
Hi, I'm looking for a private room to live in whilst I complete my Master of Clinical Psychology at UNSW over the next two years. I'd like to live within an hour of UNSW by public transport. The room would need to comfortably fit at least a double bed with either built-in storage space or room for me to bring my own cupboards/drawers. I have previously lived out of home for 3 years, so I know how to live with other people, and even have a few appliances I can contribute to the household if needed/wanted. I'm tidy and a non-smoker. I'm quiet and respectful of other people's space, but enjoy a glass of wine and a chat (be warned though, once you get me talking I may not stop). I'm generally content to chill and watch Netflix in my down-time, but would like to be able to have a few friends over every so often. I am a lover of animals but don't have any of my own. My interests include: netball, cricket, make-up, musical theatre, working out, scented candles, and chain-drinking tea. I'm flexible with my moving dates, but would like to move in before the end of February. I look forward to hearing from you! Emily
I'm a 23 year old international student studying Accounting. I've been living in Australia for more than a year now. I lived and studied in Brisbane for 6 months before I moved here to Sydney this past July. I'm currently living with relatives but their family is getting bigger which is why I'm looking for a new place to live. I'm a very organised and tidy person. I always keep my things in place and avoid being unorganised. I work part-time as an assistant in a small accounting firm and during my free time I normally use it to study or sometimes hang out with friends when I have nothing to do. I’m always keen in helping out do house chores and cleaning. I’m very kind and easy to get along with.
I'm originally from Thailand, have been living in Perth, Western Australia for 4 years and now moving to Sydney for study. I'm tidy and always clean after myself. I'm respectful and generally quiet but also like having good conversations with like-minded people. I'm looking for a nice private room. A house with good, spacious kitchen is preferable. 6-12months stay I like cooking, hiking, camping, travelling :)
23 Chinese Australian From North Queensland Speaks English & mandarin chinese Studied at Uni of QLD Works in Sydney as lab assistant ------------------------------------------------------------Looking for private room, move in date around 15th-21st of Jan. I work full time in Alexandria. During the week I’m pretty busy, I will be out and work Monday to Friday 7am-5pm (at least). And if I go to the gym and exercise after work, you might not see me until 7 or 8pm. I would like to find a place to live that is either close to my work location or has easy direct transportation to my work. (Preferably near train stations with line T8 and T4). A place that can reach green square station or 'Grounds of alexandria' around 30 minutes total travel time. 1. Private room with DOUBLE bed, not shared room. 2. Insect screen or AIR CON 3. Small number housemates (3 or less), prefer single full time workers. 4. Quiet, no parties. No frequent visitors. 5. No annual contract, flexible rent length. (Im looking for long term rent, but i dont like yearly contracts) I am a really quiet person. I would love to live in a clean, quiet and friendly place. I don’t mind you have friends come over when I’m not home during the week, and Im happy with you and your friends having lunch or afternoon teas in the weekend every now and then. But please no friends parties and dinners at the house. It would be unconfortable and inconvenient. I love drawing and painting. I like animals, I’m okay sharing the place with pet as long as you keep it clean. I’m really easy going, I’ve been living in shared accommodation since university, I know how to clean after myself and respect my housemates. Hopefully the rent length is flexible, I don’t like signing annual contracts. But that doesn’t mean I will stay short term, I don’t like moving houses and looking for new rent, I would definitely stay long term if the place suit me. And even I need to move out because of work or other reasons, I will definitely tell you way before as you require. ——————————————————— I will delete this ad once i have found a place to live. So as long as you see this ad, im still looking for rent. Thanks for reading! Please get in touch with me via private message if you think your listing is suitable :) Thank you!

I enjoy a drink with friends but I definitely also appreciate down time. Happy to contribute to cleaning etc. I would prefer to live with other friendly students or young workers. Hey, I’m Conor. I’m Irish and have been in Australia just over a year. I’m hoping to find some good people to live with and just enjoy my time here. Bubbly, relaxed, open-minded and respectful :) I'm a full-time corporate professional looking for a private room (no carpet, preferably within a shared home but definitely open to apartment options) within walking/super short driving range from Kogarah station. Most importantly, looking for a homey vibe with open, like-minded, friendly housemates! On most weekends you’ll find me outs and about at the beach or just lounging around with a cuppa of coffee and Netflix. I consider myself pretty tidy, can’t sleep in peace if my room is a mess. More than happy to help out with chores around the house if needed :)
I love people, being social etc.. although I have decided I would like to live on my own in a studio apartment or similar for a change. As I would like to come and go as a please, have my friends over when I want etc, just have more freedom to be myself :) I find as an adult its hard to have adult relationships when you are sharing with others.. which is fair considering..

I work full time in Mascot Mon-Fri sometimes long hours. I am Australian, 31 years old. I'm into a healthy lifestyle so am not a party person. In my free time I'm out and about a lot. I like to workout - swimming, oz tag, yoga, parkrun. I love the beach, coffee and catching up with friends. When at home I would generally be sleeping or relaxing so not much noise. I would not be cooking daily as I'm not home for many meals but may occasionally make something light (think eggs/bacon/toast lol). I'm a positive/happy person and pretty easy to get along with. I'm social but also like "me" time in healthy balance. I do require fairly reliable internet as I on occasion need to login to work after hours etc. Want to know anything else? Just ask :-)

Hi everybody. I am an IT worker at a high school and am finally ready to make the big step out into the world. I am pretty selfless, a great listener and can make a really good burnt butter icecream. I enjoy swimming, shopping and latino pop music. I am very mindful of others around me. Looking to move somewhere a little closer to the CBD than my current location (Cabramatta) which is probably not too difficult given how far Cabramatta is from the CBD!
I am a medical receptionist from Sydney that is currently studying teaching at uni. I am very easy going and enjoy watching movies, writing, painting, drawing and going out. I do not have house parties, however do not mind other people having them. I am also happy for people to have pets. Tea enthusiast.
Hi guys! We are Marylou and Mel - We moved from outback Western Australia to the big smoke about a year ago with our two gorgeous cats, Felix and Carter. We both work full time on rotating rosters - Mel is a sales agent in Alexandria for an Internet provider and Marylou is an Uber driver so she works Sydney wide. We may start early mornings or finish late nights, but don't worry, we're quiet! When we are not working, we mostly enjoy spending time at home with our kitties watching TV. Sometimes we will go out to family meet ups or spend time with friends. Felix and Carter spend most of their time inside sleeping. Felix is a Tortoise shell and is a very independent little girl. She is not a cuddle cat unless it is on her terms. Lol. If you give her chin rubs she will be your best friend. Carter is our black cat and he loves his cuddles. They are both very clean animals and most of the time you wont even notice they are there! Our ideal housemates will be easy going, pet friendly and respectful. By respectful we mean: outside smokers, clean up after themselves and no party animals (or at least not at home) Please feel free to ask us any questions!
Im a very friendly and down to earth guy that respects people around him and makes sure to always clean and tidy any mess I may make. I own my own small business, working in Sydney mostly around Sutherland and Bondi, but also Drummoyne. Home is in The Shoalhaven, need somewhere in Sydney to sleep 4-5 nights a week, Me and my laundry go home to my family on weekends and public holidays. Prefer my own bathroom. I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 2weeks - 1 month time...
Queensland born and bred but have been stuck living in Canberra for the last 15 years. Looking Forward to being somewhere a little bit warmer and closer to the beach again. I love to travel and visit different countries and cultures. I'm very sociable but also really enjoy and respect mine and others privacy. I love exploring new places and socialising over a drink but I am just as happy and content vegging out and binging netflix. Looking for somewhere fun, safe and respectful to call home for the next 6-12months.
