So, the best thing is to find a good flatmate or make a friend.
Looking for a long term stay private room. I will be at school and work most of the time but I also would enjoy spending some time at home. I am looking for a private room somewhere close to Town Hall like Darlinghurst Surry Hills, Wollomoloo, around Hyde Park I am very chill and easygoing person, I do not smoke but I do not mind smoking. I love animals, especially dogs. I only care about shared spaces cleaning like kitchen and bathroom. I would love to share some time with housemates have dinner together or glass of wine etc. Because of the school and work, I won't be at home except for nights so when I arrive home I d like to watch something so must have a fast internet connection.
I’m an IT project/program manager in Finance relocating from Canberra. I’m also financially secure and can pay bills on time. Looking for somewhere I can call home and a person or people who don’t mind the occasional wine together. I’m pretty considerate, extremely respectful and I make an effort to have a nice home because it certainly contributes to my overall wellbeing. I also make a mean taco bowl - taco Tuesday anyone?
Humble Kiwi for longer-term accom near major train hubs and food shops (under 10min walk); Bit of a foodie, likes excursions and sharing stories (travelled in Asia Pacific, North America, and UK/Europe). Pursuing career change in Sydney (i.e., psychologist registration will take at least two years). Domesticated (considerate, cooks/cleans), easy-going, friendly, quiet, and tidy. Responsible and takes pride in living environment; Will help look after place and pitch in with house maintenance when able, e.g. gardening.
