Hey, my names Xanthe. Not looking to move out til early next year but thought i'd get in early. I'd like to live in a clean and tidy place, with someone who respects common areas. I like to go out on weekends occasionally, have a late night and socialise, and would love a social housemate who respects both ends of the spectrum between work and play.
I am FT professional, working in the construction industry. I work in Sydney on a project but I am not relocating my wife and kids. So I need a place to stay for the duration of the project. My hours of work are long. And, I will be away in Brisbane every/most weekends. So looking for an easy, low maintenance option. Move in date is flexible.
I'm a tidy, clean female student who is studying pharmacy at University of Sydney. I'm looking for a big bright private room with reasonable price to stay. A modern safety apartment/house with convenient transportation to Sydney uni is preferred. My moving date is 3rd Feb 2017. Please contact me if you have any suitable place . Cheers!
I work in city (full time) in IT sector. been living in Ashfield since I moved to OZ-land. Why am I moving: I am sharing an apartment with a girl in Ashfield. Knowing how ignorant I am about a lot of things i never got my name on Lease and now after two years I am realizing how stupid i have been all along. My boyfriend will be moving to Australia somewhere in March-April and i want to have at least 6 months of rental history on my name before he arrives and I think its time for me to explore more areas and get out of Ashfield. I am reasonably clean person and have a bit of sensitive nose so ensure where i live smells nice. Besides my work, i like to be involved in physical activities (read rock climbing, gym, pole) and be happy to team up if you are ever up for any of that. (P.s. you might catch me casually hanging upside down on a pole or struggling with splits, in situations like that I urge not to freak out). Try to cook and easy on sharing food. Don't mind sharing a glass or 6 of wine over weekend while binging on obscure titles or random youtube. Got some stuff with me; LED TV, legacy Xbox, microwave; will be buying some new room furniture.. probably for lounge as well if we agree. Reliable with rent and bills.. and don't cook up explosives in backyard (in case if that's what you are scared of). Atheist Pakistani by birth btw (I know rare combination). Appreciate communication and big on privacy while open to friendly banter.
. Name's Cherono, I'm a 22 year old female, a full-time student at UWS (Rec Therapy) and work part time as a disability support worker. I currently reside at Wolli creek. My reasons for leaving my current residence is due to the fact that I share a room with a mate and was hoping to change that for some privacy. I'm very friendly and sociable. Easy to approach. Very easy going I hope I tick the boxes and hope to hear from you soon. Thank you and have a good day.

Hello there! A little bit about us, we are two female friends from England, aged 27 & 28, we have just finished an around the world travelling adventure and are looking to settle in Sydney, we have professional jobs in the city and would like to find a decent room share, preferably near to a train station. We are both very tidy and well house trained and have co habituated with housemates in England. We are both outgoing friendly people who are keen to explore Sydney! Happy to share a room within an apartment/house share. We look forward to hearing from you Many thanks Kim & Kerry
We are a clean and tidy couple. I work part-time as a bar attendant and also claim centrelink benefits as a student at University. My partner is currently unemployed but on centrelink benefits. We enjoy gaming, cooking and are all-around fun.
I'm a 29 year old kiwi been in Sydney for about 4 months now. Am looking for a more permanent place to call home. I like to get outdoors, there still lots of Sydney I want to see, hit the gym, travel, or just chill at home. I'm clean and tidy, pretty laid back and can pay rent and bills in time.
We are both easy going, used to sharing accommodation as my partner shares the flat he owns in Paris (he is actually moving to Australia in December). I am looking for a comfortable/clean/nice room for about 12 months or until we find a place to buy in Sydney. Both French, Fred is a pharmacist and I am a tour guide in Sydney. Flexible with move in date as I (Sylvie) already live in Sydney
Hi, my name is Olivia and I'm from Sweden, currently living in Stockholm. I will be studying communication design in Sydney from February 20th for 2-3 years and I'm looking for a place to stay. I love pets but won't be taking any to Australia, like to go jogging or do yoga and enjoy eating healthy. If you feel like you would want to live with me, send me a message! :)
I'm a digital designer and am looking for one other person to share the place with. I like to keep the place clean (mostly!), don't mind having fun, but need own space sometimes. I will work in city mon-fri.
Hi, I'm Adrian and I'm currently looking for long term accommodation. I'm open to either setting up a cozy new home or moving into an established home. I'd like to find somewhere that is pet friendly as I have a couple of cats. I'm married, but not living with my wife at the moment. She's living and working long term overseas and isn't looking at returning for another 18. She's may come home for a short visit, but I mostly travel to see her overseas. Once she returns we would be looking to set up our own home. However if the right living situation presents itself, we're also OK with sharing for some time. I work full time as an Apple Technician/Genius in Bondi Junction. I've been working there for almost 5 years. I like long term stability in my work life. I also work on the side as a Web Designer/Developer. I love my home to be a welcoming and relaxing environment. I like the idea of sharing a comfortable space with someone else, but I'm also aware we need our space to chill out, so I live a pretty quiet life at home. I'm happy sharing household chores. I'm clean around the house, but definitely not in your face about a speck of dust on the coffee table. I'm happy to shop for food myself and share other common household expenses and a meal or two whenever I can. I'm mature about living arrangements and life in general, but I'm definitely not old fashioned. Socially I mainly drop over and see friends on my to and from work. With irregular hours it's easier. On quiet days I may have a friend over for a visit for lunch, coffee or dinner. No loud and rowdy business about the house though. I'm considerate in this regard. I have a couple cats named Frank and Lucy Lu. Frank is a big gentle cuddly teddy bear and Lucy Lu is a sassy little girl. They're both desexed, vaccinated and flea treated regularly. They get along with each other very well. I make absolutely sure they're clean, well groomed and looked after. They get along very well with humans as well, however I've had a couple of experiences with children who aren't used to pets so they became very stressed. So a quiet gentle environment would be great for them too :) A place on the Sutherland train line would be fantastic as it has a direct line to Bondi Junction. However I'm open to living in a range of locations as long as it's not more than 30-40 minutes public transport travel time from the city. I do ride a motorcycle at the moment, so having easy access to public transport on a rainy day is great. Happy to hear from you any time to ask any questions you like.
I am currently living in the beautiful Coogee, have my own room but unfortunately my lease is coming to an end within the month and am looking for either another private room or shared.. depending on the price :) I work full time for a Recruitment Agency although I am not a consultant, work is based in the City. I enjoy spending time with my friends over dinner and a few drinks, I am more of a bar person, not really a go to a club kinda girl thats not to say you may see me in there the odd occasion. :) I am very clean and respectful of other house mates. I enjoy catching up with house mates, maybe cook us all dinner once a week or hang out.. I do also appreciate my chilled out time. :)
Hi, I am Teodora, 27 years old, from Bulgaria. I am friendly, tidy and respectful. I am active, like dancing, outdoor activities, books, and movies. I don't cook very often but I like to cook and have a glass of wine or two when there is somebody to share with. I have a company for weddings and events decoration and I am also working at an event centre in the CBD.
I'm a social, easy going guy. I work full time in the city and am home most week nights. On the weekends I try to pack a lot in and every few weeks I head up the coast to visit family. I have a Boxer who is a total dude, he loves everyone and it would be great if I could find a place with another dog. I'm open to moving into an existing house or starting up a new house.
I'm a comedian and actor/writer, going to Sydney Film School this year and paying my bills isn't an issue since I've got savings and the odd jobs here and there (hosting Trivia/comedy etc). I'm polite, easy going, sociable, respectful and clean up after myself always. I know basic rules of thumb like rinse out your recycling before leaving it in the bin in the kitchen.
Hi there I'm Jason and I am looking for a new place to live. I am pretty busy during weekdays as I work full time in the city. I also like to stay healthy but also don't mind drinking every now and then. I am looking for a place that is tidy and respectful of others.
Bartender / Tattoo Artist, studying marketing and management , working 5 days p/week. I was a manager of a student accommodation where I live at the moment, but I just quit the job and need to move out. I am looking for some place with max 2 people to share the flat. I am clean and tidy, easygoing, love food, music, nature, art, wine, beer, and quality time. I would rather spend my friday night drinking a good wine at home and chilling with my flatmates than go clubbing... of course every once in a while go somewhere is necessary =) I can't afford a flat on my own, but I am willing to find someone cool to share a good place !
Very friendly, love to socialize, clean freak very neat and tidy, respect others privacy. Currently working Full Time for the Head Office an International Freights Company (looking for somewhere not too far from work as I have an 830am start) Really laid back and easy to get along with, like to relax at home after work during the week and enjoy socializing on the weekend.
My name's Sam, I'm a female 27yo working student, and I'm looking for a room to rent in a quiet, clean, LGBTI-friendly house. I'm studying Community Services and work as a delivery driver, so I mainly study during the day and work mainly evenings and weekends. In my spare time I play soccer and go out with friends to see an art gallery, grab a coffee/beer etc. At home I'm quiet, clean, easygoing and friendly. Although I enjoy chatting with housemates over a coffee/drink/dinner in social households, I also like to do my own thing as I have a very busy lifestyle. Please feel free to send me a message any time :)
I work at the Airport, so can work some pretty extreme hours. I am clean, quiet and respectful person, I work on a part time roster, but usually work full time hours. I am open to teaming up to start a new tenancy with someone, in either Wolli Creek, or Arncliffe exclusively.

I'm a 26 year old full-time graphic designer. I have a beauiful Kelpie X named Erik; he's house-trained, obedience trained, gets plenty of exercise and stays outdoors when I'm at work. My hobbies/interests include (but not exclusive to) reading, sci-fi, mountain biking, art, cheesy horror films, roller derby and the big outdoors. Looking for a relaxed, friendly household, I've been living in sharehouses for the past 8 years, so very good at cleaning up after myself! Would love to hear from you.
I'm Josh, a music lover who's been in Sydney since October last year. I work mostly online from a coworking space and drive Uber on the side. I'm originally from Brisbane, but grew up in rural Queensland. Easy going and looking for a laid back living situation. Currently looking for somewhere to move into at the end of October. I'd be staying for at least a couple of months and spend most of my time working or visiting my girlfriend, so I wouldn't be home too often. I live as a minimalist and only own what fits inside my suitcase. I think this would be good for most share accommodation, as I won't need any storage space. If you'd like to see any of the work I do online, I run dronefishing.com.au, beardspo.com and a number of popular social media accounts.
I'm easy going, would down for hangouts in/out but also respect privacy. I'm clean and respectful, I'd always keep things easy for anyone else after me and would expect the same from them. Daily life packed with studies and part-time working. Have a boyfriend that would stay overnight sometimes. On my day off I'd stay home reading books or watching tvs, could be also wander around sightseeing, watching movies, theater or whatever. :)
Have shared accommodation before so am aware of respecting other people's personal space.. But easy going, laid back and enjoy hanging out with who I live with either over a meal or drink. Tidy and a non-smoker.
