Hi Everyone, I'm currently studying part time, and working full time, so pretty busy along the week. I enjoy so much good Food, wine, Cheese and coffee. I Like to go out sometimes if not too busy and not working the day after as i'm getting old (30) ahah !! I'm very easy going person, who respect privacy and property and i like spending time with my roommates when our sheddules allow it... I love sports and particularly soccer. also Beach#cinema#music#fashion#history#science#travel
My standard Monday to Friday consists of work, Crossfit and the occasional mid-week outing. On the weekends I get outside, catch up with friends and tend to my domestic duties. As a housemate, I clean up after myself, keep common areas tidy and am mindful of my housemates. My day usually starts around 5am and I am home by 7pm (on a good day), so you will mostly have the place to yourself. If we're home at the same time, I am also keen for a drink/ meal / chat / hangs too. I have the contents of a complete 1 bedroom unit (excluding the kitchen sink and major appliances) which I am more than happy to share, fit out a new lease or put in storage.
I am a fun, easy going and very neat person! I can keep to myself but am up for a chat/catch up too and I'm not a party goer either. I am moving from Melbourne to work full time at the Sydney Children's Hospital as of the start of April and am looking for a private room (preferably but not necessarily a private bathroom also) place with nice and neat housemates (preferably females). My max budget of $320 is including bills. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I am from Toowoomba in Queensland, and moving to Northern Beaches in Sydney to open gyms. I work long days, don't mind being on my own or having a friendship with my room mate. I don't drink or smoke, happy to do my own cooking & always pay bills on time. I still like to have a lot of fun but main focus at this time is growing my business. I'm a christian and would love a christian roommate but not necessary.

I've just moved up here for a full time job being a dockhand at woolies mascot, I'm currently staying in a hotel until I find a residence to live. I'm extremely easily going and polite and very respectful, very sporty I've played rep afl and rep soccer basically sport is my life ahaha and love going out and exploring new things and meeting new people.

I am a friendly and down to earth professional who enjoys living with like minded people who like to make the place feel like home. I enjoy socialising at times but also live and respect my own and others space. I like living in a clean, chilled and welcoming environment, sometimes sharing food and a drink and a good conversation and sometimes focusing on my own stuff.
Hi Everyone, I'm Rebecca and I'm from the UK. I will be working at Qantas for 3 months on a secondment from my current employer from July to Sept. I am used to living with others in shared accommodation, as that is my current set up in the UK. I'm a sociable person who enjoys meals out and a few drinks, but understands the importance of having your own space too. I am looking for people who will be able to tell me the ins and outs of Sydney and the best places to explore. I'm also looking to make friends with people on the other side of the world! If you have a property that I am looking for then I would be grateful if you could contact me! Thanks
I'm 29 years old. An Assistant Operations Manager in a Storage company Love to have a good chat but respects privacy and personal space all the time. Always down for a food trip. Been sharing a flat for 6 months and sharing house chores No issues at all. Looking for a place that is presentable as well
Male 24 working full time in Quality Assurance Independent, reliable and friendly. I am required to give 3 weeks notice for moving out of my current sharehouse. --- Ideally I am looking for a place with NBN that I can connect through ethernet cable (no wifi only places please) In my spare time I am a content creator, however due to family moving overseas I no longer have access to internet fast enough to keep up with my needs. I'm looking for internet speeds of 5Mbps upload or more and an unlimited plan as to not cap data from streaming. Speedtest.net will show you your results if you are unsure. I generally keep to myself when I get home from work as I will be working on videos etc so I shouldn't bother anyone too much. My room becomes my office when I am home. I receive notifications of messages using the Flatmates messaging system. Please do not call without first arranging a time as I will most likely be working.
Hey, Im looking for a place in the listed suburbs or around for approximately $300 a week and to share with one or two other people. I'm not a messy person so you can count on me for keeping the place clean. I'm also up for a chat and a glass or two of wine If that's your cup of tea, however I do work a lot of hours so some of the time I am a social racluse probably watching nextflix or out trying to maintain a social life. Would like to team up and sign a lease with someone before the start of April. Cheers!

Hi everyone!, I am currently looking for a great place to stay while I am here in Sydney from the 10th April to late December. My course at NIDA is 4 days a week and 9-5 so I won't be home very often and on weekends I will be working. I'm fairly quiet at home, but I'd like to live in a place with equally social flatmates who are happy to hang out and share a meal or drink on occasion. I am a really easy-going and open minded person! I'm looking for a relaxing, tidy and comfortable home.
Hello!! Im a 32yr old working professional with a steady job. At the moment, I live on my own around the Dulwich Hill area and have been doing this for over 3 years now. I did live with flatmates before but wanted to experiment and see if I can live by myself. As of now, I'd like to get back living with flatmates and try saving some much needed cash.. :P. I have all the required necessities for a house, and am fun loving, outgoing who takes it easy and who has some edible cooking skills.. lol. If you think you would like to catch up and have a chat about this, we can organise something. Let me know, Cheers :)

Hi, my name's Laura. Me and my boyfriend Mirko are looking for a double room. We're an easygoing couple and we're from Italy. We can speak English, Spanish and obviously Italian. I'm jeweller and he's manager in hospitality. We're 33 and 35 years old. I love cooking and I do it really well indeed. We're clean, tidy and respectful people. I hope to hear from you soon. Seeking a room from 2 April. Heading home after spending 4 years in London. Originally from Perth and have lived in share houses for 7 years. Super tidy and considerate housemate. Work in marketing and dabble in netball. I've got a sense of humour and like to eat, talk about food, drink wine, feel bad about not exercising enough etc. New to Sydney so seeking housemates that are open to moonlighting as friends. I'm pretty normal so if your house is normal, please get in touch.
I think I'm way better in real life than on paper, then again who is good at writing about themselves? I grew up with a large household, so I'm use to pulling my own weight around the house, while also being a pretty sociable. Although I do take my studies seriously I like to have fun to make sure I don't become a hermit drowning in textbooks. But then again, if you're like that, I'm pretty flexible. Basically I'm looking for a house that isn't full of strangers, rather people/a person I can share a meal with occasionally, grab a drink or maybe even binge watch some Netflix with. Whatever floats our boats. 10/10 shower singer Taco lover tea/wine/beer/tequila/fireball whisky drinker
I'm an architect & researcher, coming to Australia as visiting postdoc, I've been 'flat-sharing' previously in Switzerland & I also lived for some time in London which I find quite similar to Sydney in terms of accommodation (from what I've seen so far). So you can expect someone who is used to 'international comunities' (if we can put it like that). I'm quite a curious person, I love movies and books, I prefer friends-soiree than clubbing but that's not excluded if its about spending time with friends. I tend to be more indoors than outdoors but when it comes to new places/cities I love being out there discovering things, hiking, walking, exploring. While I'm not an 'sportive' person I love swimming which would be one of my favourite things to do (besides traveling). My first-language is spanish but I can communicate in french, italian and grasp a little bit of german. I'm looking for a single room (shared flat, house, or some other sort of combinations) in the city, preferred surroundings of UNSW, but not excluded nearby locations when there are benefits in terms of cost, nice atmosphere, easy transport and so on. Thanks! :)
