Scottish couple looking for a quiet and relaxed place to stay while living & working in Sydney. We have been living in Erskineville for 6 months but unfortunately our lease is up on 1st December so we need a new place to stay! We'd ideally like to stay in the same area or surrounding suburbs. We're looking for a bedroom with an en suite or its own bathroom. We both work Monday to Friday, Scott in Engineering & Diane in Hospitality. We're clean and respectful and will take care of any property we live in. Our spare time in the evenings and at the weekends mainly revolves around food and drink, we cook every evening during the week and love going out for lunch and dinner when we can, so somewhere with a nice kitchen would be a bonus! We are looking to stay for 6 months initially with the possibility of staying longer. Give us a message if you feel your place will suit us. Look forward to hearing from you! Scott & Diane :)
G'day guys! My name's Pete and I'm a humble Queenslander about to make the move down to the big smoke for a new job. I'm 24 years old, single and just beginning my career in the big bad world of urban planning. Aside from trying to fix the world, you can usually find me hanging out at hipster cafes, wandering around taking photos or planning my next trip overseas. I've been lucky enough to visit 28 countries so far and I got to live in Stockholm, Sweden for a year during uni. I'm all about meeting people from all walks of life and expanding my worldview, so I'm pretty excited to make the move to the global melting pot that is Sydney. I'm pretty introverted around the house so I'll usually wander off to my room after a big day, however I'm always keen to socialise with housemates in the lounge or kitchen. I'm definitely not one to throw parties or have people over non-stop - housemate dinners or small gatherings are more my speed. I've spent the last 7 or 8 years out of home living in various share houses too so I'd like to think I've learnt good housemate etiquette by now. If possible I'd like to find a place with other young professionals or full-time workers, but I'm open to other arrangements too!
I'm a tidy person, but not OCD. I'm friendly, however I am independent and keep to myself a lot in a share home. I almost never complain. Complaining about the little things aren't worth it and it doesn't make for a more comfortable home to live in.
I am a well educated, quiet and responsible single male. I am moving to Sydney to take up a tertiary teaching position, alongside the work I do as an atmospheric scientist. Very clean, punctual with rent and bills, do not own furniture, no pets, just a few boxes of books. Preference for own ensuite and internet connection, if possible. Privacy is something I value and cherish, both everyone else's and my own. I have lived, traveled and worked across a good proportion of Australia and across the world. I enjoy movies, documentaries, travelling, music, hiking, writing, art, science. Also have a dry sense of humour - got heaps of bad jokes and weird stories to entertain.. Travelling to Sydney to view properties in the week from the 11th of December.
I'm tidy, fun, easy going and sociable. I'm a project manager for an Architectural visualisation studio and run a freelance writing business. I was previously an architect and worked in creative advertising. I'm from Melbourne and have been here for a year, come from a Brazilian and Croatian background and grew up in parts of Europe before moving to Melbourne at age 16. I do lots for fun! Have a huge variety of interests.

I'm from Scotland. Working over here in Sydney for 6 months - 1 year building marquees. Will be working Monday-Friday and will be up early in the mornings. I enjoy socialising and don't let work get in the way of that. Always happy to try new things. I'm organised and like to keep a clean living space. I would like to say I'm tolerant of peoples lifestyles so don't expect me to complain about anything. Enjoy watching sports too.

Drama free (looking to share with someone similar!!!) hard working - sometimes work from home. Pet friendly. Non smoking, non drug taking, non psychotic which all probably sounds pretty boring but I can pay the rent on time, take the rubbish out before the kitchen stinks of prawn tails and clean up after myself.

I am a proud Rutgers grad, and having done both undergrad, grad and 3 years of work experience with EY's consulting wing, I am relocating to Sydney somewhere in middle of November. I am looking for affordable and clean places within a 15-60 minute commute time to Sydney's CBD. I am clean, organized, and I love solitude. You will mostly find me either at work or in my room studying, working or playing/watching shows with headphones on. I also love cooking, specially for roommates. Preference would be my own bedroom , and a private bath would be cherry top. Love socializing but not a party person.
We're both super sociable and really excited to see what Sydney has to offer. We’ve just moved over from London to work full time - Jon works in restaurant marketing and Lucy works in social media, and we're both in Sydney on a working holiday visa. We're respectful housemates - very relaxed but also clean, tidy and mindful of other tenants. We like chilling with a glass of wine on the sofa as much as we enjoy heading out for dinner and a drink. On the weekends we'll be out exploring our new city, getting to know new people!

I have also lived with my partner at the time and her 2 kids in a two bedroom apartment complex in Burwood. Currently I am looking to move closer to the city so I can be closer to work and easily accessible amenities. My weekends are usually quite social so I will be out, but I do have some introvert time mostly within my room on weeknights but also like to be quite social with the members in the house as I believe it’s nice to have a good relationship with your house mates. Hey Everyone! I'm Deb and I'm a mature age student, moving on to my 3rd and final year of studying Acting at NIDA (but be rest assured, there won't be any drama at home!) I work part-time on the weekends, so am mostly out of the house with my hectic school schedule during the week. I'm very sociable, friendly, responsible, and clean and am looking for a place to call home, not just a house. I pay the bills on time and clean up after myself. I love reading, baking, dogs (in love with Shiba Inus), going to the gym and Survivor the TV show. I would love to have housemates that I could be friends with and have dinners once in a while, whilst also giving each other space at home. I'm a non-smoker and am looking for a smoke/drug free household. I'm also not keen on a party house - a tad past that stage now, but always keen for G and T or two! *my move-in date is somewhat flexible at the moment
