Irish, been here over 6 years.. Work in Banking 9-5. Usually out and about running, bike rides, hiking, bit of gym as well as nights out/gigs on my time off. Clean & considerate, I value a social household but enjoy my downtime too. Flexible on move date. Keen to find the right place as soon as possible.
I spend part of my week in Carlton North in a creative studio working with like minded designers and creatives, with a strong focus on sustainable design. I spend the other part of my week at RMIT finishing my third and last degree. I love yoga, I'm vegetarian 90% of the time (other people eating meat or fish doesn't bother me) and try and get to the Dandeonongs or Peninsula if I ever have a day to spare (which is not often enough). I'm tidy, easy-going and stay quite busy during the week. I like being in beautiful yet simple spaces (a product of studying design). I try and eat pretty healthy but can't go without the occasional dark chocolate treat. I'm looking to live with people who live relatively healthy lives, enjoy what they do, enjoy quiet time and also up for a chat over tea.
I'm Heidi, 22 yrs old looking for a friendly place to live in a suburb not too far from the cbd, I'm a busy person with a healthy social life, I am clean and neat and considerate as a house mate. :) Please contact me anytime
I am currently studying Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne majoring in Law minoring in Politics. Despite the heavy study load and populist beliefs amongst my 'Work Hard Play Harder' friends; I am legitimately only boring on weekdays and a most likely/10 hitting Circus or CQ with the squad on the weekend. People's first impression of me is often subjected to the flaws of male fundamentalism where a woman can only be one of the two possible archetypes: stupid & attractive usually super fun but often shallow and has a lot of hot friends, OR smart & ugly, has a jam-packed schedule, living a conservative and quiet life with a small social group of feminists who she exchanges literature reviews on a Sunday brunch. Well, I guess I must be Elle Woods from Legally Blonde, as I identify myself with both archetypes. Can you hear that? it's the sound of the narrow-minded being absolutely mind blown. Advantage: - Tidying up after myself in communal areas almost right after I make a mess such as cooking, or unfolded a throw (currently living in an OCD-infested house in the eastern suburbs; I've picked up the art of cleaning & organisation) - Also currently studying Interior Design & Decoration so the house will always be pimped TF out - Hardly takes any offence to criticism & prefers resolution than tension (mindfulness people, mindfulness) - Respects and follows established boundaries and trust me, boundaries will not be crossed but the same is expected on the other end as well. (personal space, no social/friends stealing, care to other people's personal property, ect ect) - Regular Schedule (well I'm boring on weekdays and I know most people go to work on weekdays so that works well for both of us) - Always punctual with bills & rents. - I have my own life too, don't worry, I won't pry into yours. - To be honest, I don't mind a bit of gardening - Loves travelling so there is a possibility of me being away for a short period of time during my uni breaks - I love vacuuming is that weird - Any guests coming to the home will love me - Honest & Brutally up front as I like to discuss about problems as soon as the problem occurs. (but I'm mindful of other's situation as well, repeated as above) Disadvantage: - I'm a smoker. I don't smoke indoors (who does that anyways?) and I don't throw butts on the ground (again, mindfulness) & if you are asthmatic then obviously I will not smoke within your perimeter. - I am incredibly social but when I'm at home I often like being in my own company working on things by myself. Personal space is a big thing for me and I can't help it. - I can't live with kids or babies (personal space, personal property & personally I don't like smoking in front of children) -Prefers the ensuite as I have a lot of cosmetics & girly stuff (it's an addiction, seriously Mecca & Lush should be illegal) I also prefer unfurnished or semi furnished properties as I do have my own furniture & I am a soon to be Interior Designer. (This applies to pals that are interested in looking for a house/apartment together) If you would like any further information or have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me. Regards, Chee.
We are a 2x girl couple looking for a room to rent in Melbourne. Alice (27) works in finance on St Kilda Road Ashleigh (25) works in insurance on St Kilda Road Both like to eat, travel & watch netflix.

Hello there, I am a full time work-aholic as a Project Manager in Construction. Currently working in insurance construction for the past two years! Been in Melbourne last two years (originally from Sydney/Canberra) living mainly near the SE Suburbs (Malvern East & Chadstone). Looking relocate somewhere in the near vicinity of work in Oakleigh South. Fairly quiet during the week and generally head out on the weekends to catch a gig/show or venture around! Love weekend trips away visiting the family! I'm easy going, big heart, honest, clean and great with bills! I love music and the arts, that is my passion! I'm 34 years young, play guitar and program songs. I also enjoy sculpting, painting and I adore all animals. Hoping to find a place with happy fun vibes with those of a similar lifestyle preference!
I'm Jono - a sociable 23 year old management consultant working in the CBD. When I'm not working, I enjoy keeping fit, skiing, going out for drinks/food, meeting up with friends, and seeing a concert or show. I seek a private room in a shared apartment/house, with easy-going and respectful people; who are up for quality conversation/banter and a beverage.
I am from Sao Paulo, Brazil, I am currently interning in a architecture studio in CBD area . I am very organized and clean, but I know I have some sloppy days, but I swear I try to avoid them. I believe is very important to keep things clean and organized, specially when you are sharing your house with someone else. I am not a party person, I don't really like to drink but I won't refuse some occasional drinks. Usually I prefer to stay at home at night, unless ther is a special occasion. If I could, I would probably die watching Netflix, but I also like to exercise, I am really into cross fit. or riding my bike around Melbourne getting to know new places. My internship ends in December, but I am thinking about starting a Masters next year, which means I would be around until April or the next years, there are a lot of things that could happen, so I am Taking one step at a time. I believe for now that is it Best regards for you reading this Yuri Michel Piantniczka
Heya! I've moved down from the Gold Coast a couple months ago with plans to move out with a friend. Their plans have since changed so I'm now looking for an awesome like minded individual to share a pad with. Little bit about me: I'm 26 year from the Gold Coast. Born and raised. I love music. I sing and play guitar. I also have a engineering degree, looking for engineering work in the city but happy with the hospitality (barista) and creative industry scene until then. I do love a coffee (obviously) and social drinks. I'm also very laid back but love to socialise and chat with my roommates. Love a drink in the city or heading to a brewery for some freshly brewed bevvies. Also can't get enough of going out for breakfast on the weekends. I'm very clean and tidy and also love to cook! Healthy and not so healthy! Little bit about you: (Feels like a dating profile) Full-time working (or at least full-time hours) individual . Clean and tidy but not OCD or anal about a couple clean dishes drying in the dish rack. Beer/cider and coffee/breakfast fiend. Ideally you are 24-30 years old and non-travellers. Being new to Melbourne I'd love for you to be social with a awesome group of friends that can vouch for you. Enjoy going out and about on the weekend but definitely not party animals! Please no crazies!!! I want someone who's up for conversation so if you like to keep to yourself all the time I don't think this is going to work. Hit me up straight away as I am looking to move as soon as possible. :)
Hi there, I am a fun, easy going, clean and tidy, laid back individual who works full time in Real Estate. I am looking for a room or to start a group of 2 or 3 people to move into a new place. I am looking to move in with like minded, mature individuals/professionals. I don't have any pets, I occasionally smoke and love a great wine and a bit of banter. I am very busy during the week with work and gym/excersize and like to get outdoors on the weekends. I am a private and honest person who also respects other peoples privacy and values.
Hi I'm Chris! I am 27, working full-time for a government department in the area of law and economics in the Melbourne CBD. I am easy going, social, clean and reliable with paying rent and bills. I'm hoping to find friendly and easy going housemates that like to have a chat while grabbing a coffee or having a meal/drink at times. It would be great to find a place that is more like a home than just a place to stay. I enjoy brunch, yoga, AFL, going for runs, cafes/restaurants, movies and going to events/shows/exhibitions. I am starting to learn Spanish and having a go at salsa. After work and on the weekends, I like to catch up with friends and keep busy, but at times relax at home.
I am ideally looking for a private room to rent (with a carpark) in & around Southbank / South Melbourne areas. I'm 25/M, work FT in the City and also Mt Waverley, and play sport on top of this. Have lived in share housing for over 10 years, and know the drill well. I don't have raging parties, don't stay up all hours of the night etc, pay all bills on time. I just recently adopted an 8-year-old cat, and she is incredibly friendly. Mostly just a lap-cat, so doesn't involve much maintenance at all (just a relaxing place to sleep her days away). Worse comes to worse, I have alternative arrangements in place for the cat should it be a no-go. Pretty easygoing guy, more than happy to sit down for a beer when I'm around, and won't make a mess etc. At this stage my move date is the 29th October, and the plan would be to stay for around 2 months - however, that could extend. Hit me up if you want to find out more or have a room/house that you think I could be interested in.

I'm a kiwi graphic designer who have relocated to Melbourne after London last month am actively looking for a place that feels like home. I am easy going, clean, social, and looking for like-minded people. I like to travel, bit off boxing and few beers here and there.
Hey, my name is Sarah, I'm 28 and originally from the UK. I work in the advertising industry so I'll be pretty busy during the week but wanting to make the most of Melbourne on the weekends. Lifestyle wise, I love to go to the gym but I also adore pizza and red wine. I'd like to live with quite a relaxed person, as long as they clean up after themselves and respect personal space then I'm all good. I don't mind friends or partners coming over to the flat, I like to meet new people so that's fine for me.
Howdy! My name is Lachlan and I have recently moved to Melbourne from Adelaide. I'm 24 and am looking for a good place to call home for a few years. I am working full time at Deloitte in Administration/Accounting. I enjoy theatre, musicals (anything to do with performance really) and reading. Very easy going and easy to make plans with. Despite working in accounting, I also have a graphic design bachelor and sometimes take on some extra work in that field. Some nights I will either be out of the house seeing a show or attending a class, but nights at home will mainly be a nice dinner, a bit of chit-chat and the getting stuck into some reading/study. I have recently become a member of ACMI, MTC and NGV and spend a few nights spread out between them and also like heading into the State Library. Happy to pay bond and rent upfront, and have never been late on paying rent or a bill (I don't plan on it any time soon). My ideal house would have a room large enough to fit a queen bed, cupboards and my desk without having to squeeze my way around them (I am currently in a 3.5m x 3.5m room and would prefer not to go into anything smaller), and a decent sized kitchen. I love to cook for/with others and being able to sit together and have a meal. I also love to do a bit of gardening, so if you have a good sized front/back yard, I will jump at the chance to work on it :) I have quite a collection of kitchen gadgets and small appliances that I can contribute and I have all of my own bedroom furniture. I don't have any large household items (couches, washing machines, etc) so needing storage room won't be an issue. I'm independent and very domestic, but I won't be hiding away in my room all day and night, and am always up for a day trip outside of the city. I love dogs (and am very willing to act as a live-in dog walker) and any type of pet really, although I do not have any of my own. I have friends living in the area and love to explore the restaurants and bars in the area. I'm always up for going out to breakfast or dinner somewhere new! I own a car so I would also need somewhere to keep it. I'm happy to park on the street and can easily organise a permit, if need be. Happy to chat about any questions you may have :)
Hey, I am looking into moving into a share house for a long term stay. I currently study in Swinburne University doing a business degree and looking for a place to stay after my recent studying trip from Europe. I am an easygoing, chill guy and looking for potential flatmates! I enjoy listening to music, keeping my body healthy, travelling and being social. I am a reliable person and have a part time job. I have previous share house experience and I am open minded :)
Hey :) I'm Mike, a 25 year old Londoner who's made the move to Melbourne. I work full time in the sports industry based in the CBD and so am looking for a place within easy travelling distance of the city. Flexible when it comes to location, length of lease and weekly rent amount. The most important thing to me is that the place feels like a home rather than just a room. I'm a clean, fun and friendly person who enjoys socializing with housemates but appreciates that we all need our own space occasionally. I have house shared with both males and females before, understand house share etiquette and always pay the rent/bills on time every time. Excited to find a new place and meet some amazing new housemates so I hope to hear from you soon :)

Hi there, looking for a new home as my lovely housie will be shacking up with her soon-to-be live-in-lover. I'm sociable, but respectful of people's space; clean, but not a neat freak; work full time and tend to spent time out and about on weekends, but always up for a night in and a natter - we would be cohabiting after all, so might as well share some vino... Interests include tennis, yoga, pilates, film, wining & dining, travel and all sorts of other fun stuff.

I also love all the exhibitions and general funkiness Melbourne has to offer. I've shared a lot of flats back in Edinburgh and am considerate about the people I live with. I'm hoping to find a friendly place where the roomies aren't against heading out for a beer/catch a band together, or have a laugh when at home. I have a car so need parking but on street is fine. Cheers Angie

About me: 24 years old; I work full time in real estate in South Melbourne. I'm pretty chill and enjoy all the usual things - movies, listening to music, having a cheeky bev or two. I'd ideally like to be in a house where everyone is able to hang out together and enjoy being social. Having said that I can also respect personal space. I've lived in share house before so cleanliness and tidiness is a no-brainer. Looking for something long term-ish and somewhere I can call a home :)
im a clean, fun-loving normal lad. not really interested in a party house, but looking for housemates that will be social. ideally I'd like to find two housemates to team up to find a new place. my current lease is in its final month, and the only reason i may leave is that it's a 2 bed apartment. i work in IT sales, am into sports, and love eating out, drinks etc. I am not interested in sharing with couples or one bed apartments.
I'm huge on football, music, movies and I'm a clean guy :). I don't like to have a messy room, so that's pretty important and am keen to hang about with mates for a beer or 5 . I am a pretty laid‐back person and easy to get along with! I usually need a pretty quiet place to study as i am studying my Master in Finance, so I'll usually head to a library. I'm open to trying new things!

Awesome new female roommate you have been searching for. Quiet and tidy a bit of a homebody. I like music, astrology and sleeping. Looking for a room to call my home. Moved to Melbourne from Queensland nearly a year ago with just a suitcase and my guitar. Slowly accumulated a bit more stuff but honestly I won't take up much space. Working part-time in retail on Chapel St, and so looking for a place within walking distance, or easy access to public transport. Also planning on studying a Bachelor of Music next year. A+ when it comes to paying bills and other financial matters. LGBT, all people and pet friendly. I'm looking for a private room, shared bathroom sort of place. My current lease is up mid November.
I'm great to live with because I'm tidy, easy-going, fun and friendly. I'm sociable and chatty but I also understand how to respect peoples own personal space. I have a normal 9-5 job and in between that I like to socialize with friends and family, eat healthy, exercise and also have some "me" time. I work full time as a recruitment consultant, recruiting for people that work with digital sales and marketing. I'm originally from the UK and have been in Melbourne for almost 3 years.
I'm easy going, like to socialise over coffee, dinner or drinks as opposed to partying and tend to spend my time outdoors and in the gym. I get along with pretty much everyone, am a little bit sarcastic and enjoy a good laugh. I'm a working professional, always pay my rent on time and have plenty of experience living in share houses. If you're tidy, respectful and like to have a bit of fun, please shoot me a message. Looking for a room in an existing place, or like-minded people who are interested in looking for a new place.

I'm vegetarian but won't burden you with my dietary requirements. I enjoy nights in with Netflix and take out but also like to have a drink and socialise. I have a car so I need parking, I don't mind if it's on the street! Let me know if you have anything that suits 😊
