I am always clean in the communal areas - I will admit my bedroom isn't always spotless but the kitchen will be! I'm happy to take the master bedroom (what girl isn't?!) I'm easy going and friendly. I will be working down North Lakes way so I'll be leaving early and back late but really don't want to leave the coast! I don't have kids, don't smoke, no pets... I don't party all the time so you won't have to worry about drunken behaviour or loud at night time. Anything else you want to know, please ask!
Hi there. My name is Angela. I am a registered nurse employed part time at the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. I love to socialise and im always out and about with my little fella. My boy is three and a half and will be living with me. I would love to move into a home where my child and myself are both excepted and welcome. A fun house but not a party house. I love a social drink but im no longer a party animal. I love to cook and like to keep my environment clean and tidy. I dont have any pets but I do love cats and dogs so other peoples pets are not a problem. Looking into moving into a nice house share asap. ;)
Hello, I'm Aimee I'm 20 years old I'm a full time childhood educator at a Childcare centre. I am looking to move out I either want to have my own house/ unit/ flat or share with someone fun. I'm always happy and funny. I like to keep to myself most of the time but always up for a chat. If you have a place that you think we might for in together give me a message :)
Originally from Melbourne, I've just moved up to the Sunshine Coast after securing an engineering job. I generally keep to myself, but I'm always keen to enjoy a couple of drinks after a long work week.
I won't be home a great deal at this point I travel a lot between sunshine and Gold Coast for work and I sleep super heavy so you'll never wake me. I dont get mad when people eat my leftovers and I can't keep up with my own business I won't get in yours. I'm pretty flexible with most things, furnishings, house rules, chores etc. I'd prefer my own bathroom but not essential, most important factor for me is who not where. Ideally we will get along well as I don't fake laugh well and I suck at small talk, or we don't see each other often enough to have an opinion. No in between I couldn't imagine living in hostility.
My name is Maximilian and I am a 23-year old student from Germany. I am going to study for one semester at the University of the Sunshinecoast, semester 1 2018. I will be arriving in Mid-February 2018. I am looking for a room until the end of June 2018, so for around 5 months. It would be great to live in a place that welcomes international students. I like to play volleyball and skateboarding. I am a beginner in surfing and I can imagine to go on with surfing at the beaches of the Sunshine Coast. During the week-ends, it would be great to explore the Sunshine coast and its surrounding places. Looking for shared rooms with local Australians, internationals and open for Homestay. Personally, I would love to live in the neighbourhood of the university because I would like to take the chance to live together with local Australians. If you are interest to welcome an international student, I am looking forward to hearing from you. Maximilian
38, no kids, and working full time on the Sunshine Coast. Enjoy the gym, dancing, cooking and hanging on the beach with my dog - 30kg 2yo female, housetrained, very playful and friendly. I do prefer to have her sleep inside (in her crate) at night - had some issues in the past with unsavoury neighbours. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of others; generally pretty quiet, but enjoy being social. I'm keen to either find a room in a dog-friendly house, or team up with someone to find a new house. Not super urgent, but ideally it'd be great to move by the holidays.
Hi my name is Mattia Lilley. I’m a mature, quiet, single 21 year old women. I find myself very reliable, with a great sense of humour, also a neat and tidy person. I respect other people’s privacy. I like to socialise but love alone time and keep to myself. I have no children, nor any pets. I work full time in Kunda Park (mon-fri), and spend most of my spare time at the gym or with family. I consider myself quite healthy, both food and exercise wise. I have rented before for 3 years. I rarely drink, am an occasional smoker but wouldn’t do it at the house and I don’t touch drugs.
Easy going quite respectful
I'm pretty easy-going, considerate, reasonably sociable, neat and tidy. I enjoy walking, hiking, badminton, the occasional bit of swimming and would love to get into kayaking. I read, enjoy intellectual conversation and have interests in personal finance and current affairs. I used to write a blog on investing in precious metals.
I am a single male who works full time, plus other work as well. Very rarely at home other than to sleep and eat. Looking for my own space to be able to come back to. Preferred closer to Caloundra end of coast, but pretty cruisey. Not at home a lot and very quiet and clean.
Hey! I'm back in Caloundra, i stayed 6months here (2012-2013) and i've just come back couple of weeks ago. I'm a chef and i started to work at Alfie's mooo restaurant in Caloundra on the esplanade. I'm looking for a nice share house to stay couple of months at least. I'm french, very easy going and relax dude. I'm a smoker but i only smoke outside. I definitly feel good in Caloundra because there's is everything I need, specially king's beach!! I've been travelling with my van trough Alice's springs and Darwin this year, it was a very nice experience. I also stayed 4months in Melbourne before to get on the road. Well i'll be definitly happy to share a nice place with who ever want and have a cool atmosphere!
Myself and my partner are currently seeking a low cost place to live in order to save money for a bond to acquire our own rented property. My partner works 5 days a week (7.5 hrs a day) while I work most afternoons (1-2 hrs) and currently receiving benefit payments for medical reasons. We are responsible and respectful, mainly choosing to keep to ourselves and always try to keep our surroundings neat and tidy. We both smoke and are more than happy to find alternate areas to do so. If you would like to meet us before any decisions are made, we are both available after 5pm weekdays Regards, Ethan
Worked as a cook and kitchenhand ~10years. Clean, tidy and generally good housemate. Usually the one who keeps the house clean. Moved to Sunny Coast in Feb to take up USC's Nutrition course full time. I don't look it but I'm at the gym quite a bit :-D Always up for a chat and or laugh. Love a beer but doesn't happen often, 6 pack lasts a few months. Lived at Varsity apartments for the last year and looking for somewhere a bit quieter but a bit social. Would love to check out more of the Sunny Coast and hike up a few more mountains.
I'm looking for a place to stay. I currently live at home but am looking to escape into the real world. I lived out of home at the beginning of this year but was forced to move back as the person I was renting a room at gave me little notice to find another place. I work late nights and do between 20-30 hours a week. Possibly getting a second job at the start of the new year
I'm passionate to live new experiences, know new people and make new friends! My name is Victor, I'm from Brazil and I'm spending some time in Australia, and I'm loving it! I'm moving to Sunshine Coast so I'm searching a home! I'm a funny person, friendly, responsible and passionate to cook! Cheers!
My name is Ryan, im 28 years old currently living in Beerwah. I have a few weeks till my lease is up! currently looking for a room to rent and a nice place to live.. I'm a sales manager for Nissan on the Sunshine Coast, I'm looking for a fully furnished property or room! a little about my self, i work hard, i love meeting new people, i am extremely focused on work and my personal goals as im trying to save for a house at the minute. I am into most sports as most males are, but i am more into snow boarding and rugby league.. A friendly, quiet couple who both work 5 days a week as well as study. We are always cleaning up after ourselves and love living in a clean house. We don’t party and we prefer to have quiet weekends in or we love to be at the beach.
Currently a night shift worker, although looking to get out of the industry, so you won’t see or notice me much. I love a clean place and am willing to pull my weight in the household. I have a full home gym I can bring to a household, but I’m happy to place it and any excess furniture in storage or on gumtree at this stage. Unsure on my length of stay as I’m exploring career options but you’d have more than enough notice should I be looking at moving out
Hi! I'm Sophie. I'm looking for somewhere on the south end of the Sunshine Coast for me and my dog, Cub. We're both quiet, well-behaved and house trained. I'm a student at USC, studying business. Looking for somewhere to live until July 2018 :)
Hi :) My name is Maxi Fisher. I was born in NSW but have lived on the coast since 2005 and graduated from PLC in 2015. I studied engineering for a year at UQ in 2016, but decided it wasn’t for me so have returned to the coast to work full time and I have done so for the past year. I am currently saving to do a huge overseas trip starting in July next year and need a place relatively close to my work to do so. I am friendly, outgoing and love making new friends. I consider myself super easy to get along with and would find it pretty hard not to get along well with a group of like-minded flatmates. I work hard through my working weeks, but enjoy nothing more than kicking back on my weekends. I work as a Barista full time at a cafe very close to the Kawana hospital development and a house near here would be ideal. My selected move in date is December 11th but that date is very flexible.
