Hey everyone, I'm Tom. I'm 22 and I'm an international student from Ireland, I've lived in Melbourne for 4.5 years now and I'm currently renting by myself, however rent and bills are super expensive for just one person so I'm very keen to find a sharehouse with some cool people (preferrably students). Because I’ve got my own place, I have a bunch of stuff to offer to a new place, so I’d be happy to team up with people to start a new sharehouse. I study Science/Arts at Monash Clayton and I work two jobs. My interests include playing/watching soccer, photography, camping, skateboarding, listening to music and reading. I'm a pretty friendly guy and I'd like a group of nice people to live with and ideally become good friends with, although I am used to my own space so I do like some alone time. I think I'd be the perfect addition to any existing student house because I'm super clean (as a result of living by myself), very self sufficient, an able cook and a friendly dude who just wants to relax at the end of the day. P.S. I study Zoology so if you're afraid of spiders or any other creepy crawlies, I am happy to rescue you!
Hi Everyone, I'm Melissa, Melbourne born and raised! I work in the inner suburbs as an Office Manager 9am to 5.30pm, for an Oil company. I've lived in share houses with friends as well as on my own in Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland over the years. I love the outdoors, travelling, photography, time out with friends, live music and keeping fit with pilates, gym, hikes, soon adding boxing and spin classes! I am relocating to be closer to work and always in the city / surrounding suburbs socially. (I can't handle the commute to work by car and back forth socially anymore! haha) Looking for a private large bedroom in a shared house or apartment, with car parking, whether off or on street. Preferably with housemates that have good energy, sense of humour, drama free and easy going like me, non-smokers, no drugs, no parties at home and no pets. Within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to trams/train station. Flexible with age from late 20's to early 40's. I would like housemates that I can have the occasional drink, chat and meal with. I know we all have our own lives at the end of the day but it's nice to not be complete strangers with those you live with! Feel free to message me if you have any questions, especially a share place available and you feel I am the ideal housemate that will suit your household. Cheers :)
I have been in Melbourne for 2 years, currently living in South Yara, I am looking for a bigger room. I work and I am studying Diploma of Beauty Therapist. I try keep fit by going for a run and workout a few evenings during the week and at times I spend weekends away camping and dirt bike riding with friends. I'm clean and can cook. Not just looking for a room, I'm looking for a place to call home and live with social people.

Hello! I'm Alisha, full-time Graphic Designer who loves making art in her free time. I'm looking for a place to stay hopefully 1 year. I am clean, tidy, and easy to get along with - I enjoy occasional chats, drinks and fun with housemates. I value my privacy and downtime as much as yours. I have a beautiful little Persian mix kitty. Need to move before 14th March.
Hi! I'm Emma, I'm 29 and looking for a sharehouse for myself and my spoodle Lilah (1 and a half years old). I'm in my final year of Speech Pathology and I work as a Teacher Aide at a specialist school for children with autism. I'm a pretty easygoing kinda gal and I'm very well housetrained (been renting for 9 years)! I'm fairly busy during the week with work/gym and on the weekends you'll find me having a cruisy time with pooch, having drinks out on the town, generally catching up with friends, and whatever Melbourne has to offer in the way of arts, festivals, music etc! Getting along with my housemates is a definite must! I like sharing the odd meal or drink together. I have a spoodle pup called Lilah - she's a very cuddly and playful dog who wants to be everybody's best mate. She's a great welcoming committee every time you walk in the door! She gets along well with people and loves other dogs. Li is still young and has lots energy - nothing that a daily walk doesn't fix!
Easy going, thoughtful, proactive, clean and tidy, mindful of others, funny and lots of fun but also know when to give people space, not moody, no drama, no weird beliefs, not very judgmental (I mean we all are a little bit...lets be honest), positive outlook, always pay rent and bills on time. Own my own place which is rented out in QLD, so very respectful of other people';s property and belongings. Integrity and decency are my values. A sense of humour and a good red wine come second.
Hi!! My name is Carolina, 33 years old, I am an architect from Colombia working full time as a project coordinator in Construction. I'm really easy going and I enjoy hanging out with my flatmates from time to time (over a beer or some wine!!) but I also respect everyone's space and independence. I like to relax after work in front of the TV and I am TRYING to go to the gym :) I am tidy and I like a tidy space specially in the shared areas like the kitchen, the bathrooms and the living. Right now I am looking for a place for 4 to 6 months. Hope to hear from you!!
I'm a full time student in my honours year for philosophy. I'm sharehouse-trained, study and read a lot, love hiking, being outdoors, travel, cooking (eating) and a chat over a glass of whatever's open :)
Well I am a Hotel Management graduate and will be further studying to be a chef, so I can cook great, I am the perfect person to hangout, go for a drink (specially if you are buying :P) and mind my own business, Love music, playing x box blah, blah... blah in short a nice company.
Im currently 22 years of age studying to become an electrician. Ive had to move around a bit over the past couple of months and I'm keen on finding somewhere long term where I can focus on having my head at work and being able to relax in the free time instead of having to worry about where I'm going to live. On my time off I usually spend it just relaxing as I work full time. However I'm happy to join in with events, do movie nights, food dates. Im a bit of a work-a-hollic due to moving from Coffs and not knowing many people in Melbourne.
Well in terms of what makes me great to live with I’m very neat and clean (but not obsessive) and I also really enjoy cooking. I like to chat but I wouldn’t call myself a party animal or a massive extrovert so I’m fine with giving my house mate as much space as they want. I just finished uni studied engineering and commerce so right now I’m also looking for a grad job. I currently work part time at Coles which I’m going to be honest might be a bit of an issue for some people because my shift’s finish at midnight so I might make a little noise between 12-1 am some nights. I’ve been living with my two best friends for almost 2 years in Glen Huntley now and while I love them to death it’s not exactly a fantastic apartment as it’s on a busy road with a tiny kitchen and bathroom. My ideal place would be somewhere fairly quiet because I do value my sleep and it would be great if I had some housemates with a few similar interests such as video games, film and TV, cooking, volunteering, writing/game design, engineering or finance.
Hello everyone! My other flatties and I are looking for flatmate(s) to join us in the hunt for a new pad! We are two NZ couples (the boys are brothers) who are fun, friendly, easy-going people who like to chill during the week but be social and get out of the house in the weekend or have a few drinks at home. Ideally our flatmates would be our friends as we love going to watch sports games and other activities. Iria works in banking and I work in media as a writer so during the week we would both be pretty busy but definitely like to kick back and have a couple of drinks at the weekend. We are clean and tidy and would love to be in a flat where we are can all socialise and have a bit of rugby banter! We are ideally looking for 3 bedroom, two bathroom place with a pool! Bonus points if you are also kiwi so we can get you on our NZ touch team but no dramas if ya not. Ideally looking for a couple so that no-one feels lonely and bills are cheaper. Not moving until the middle of March but just putting some feelers out there for other like-minded people!
Hi, I'm Aleks! I'm looking for a safe place to call home long-term where every housemate lives responsibly and is friendly. I need a furnished room with rent + bills up to $190 a week. I work full-time in Braeside, so I would prefer my home to be within 30 mins drive from the workplace. In my free time I cook, do some fitness, go for a walk, read. I am planning to finally start exploring Melbourne and surroundings as I have recently bought a car :-). If you are up to exploring too, then I will be happy to take you with me! I'm tidy and responsible and respect other people privacy. I do not smoke and am not planning to :-) I promise to keep the place tidy and well-maintained :-) Thank you. p.s. I will be happy to provide references since I have a solid share-house living experience.
Hello everyone, I am currently looking for a room to rent In Melbourne near the end of March and the beginning of April. I’m making the move from Brisbane to be closer with my partner who has recently moved down to play for the Melbourne Storm. I am a very fun and out going girl who enjoys an occasional beer or just a simple Netflix night. I’m also very sporty, enjoy keeping fit and eating healthy! I’m a clean freak, would absolutely never leave the house in a mess and very respectful of my surroundings. Please do not hesitate to contact me :)
My name is Megan. I am currently studying Youth Work at Holmesglen. I am friendly, easy going and considerate. I am a non smoker, I have no pets, and enjoy reading, movies, music and the occasional drink. I would like to find an easy going house share with people who share similar tastes.
Hi guys, I’m a 28 year old Nurse looking for a place sometime at the end of February around Caulfield, Carnegie, Malvern and Oakleigh. I will be working at Monash Medical Centre in Clayton, so open to other suburbs if it will be relatively easy for a public transport commute. I’m new to Melbourne so open to suggestions of where is best to live! I come with a beautiful 8 year old Samoyed x Golden Retriever. She’s well behaved, gentle, gets along well with other dogs and loves a good pat. I am clean, respectful of others personal space and have lived in share houses before. Would love somewhere to share meals and drinks occasionally but happy to fit into any current living arrangement.
I am an Italian exchange student who will stay in Australia for 5 months. I am looking for a single room in a shared house. I am clean, respectful and friendly, and will probably be outside of the house studying/exploring/traveling most of the time. No dogs please!
I am a student of Monash University Caulfield campus. I am a peaceful guy who likes to stay within myself.
