Hello potential future flat-mate[s], my name's Aavon, initially from Sri Lanka and I moved to Australia a little over three months ago. Prior to that I've spent the past five years in Dubai working for the Volvo Car Company. I'm now a qualified technician and operations coordinator working in Glen Huntley. My cousins have accommodated me so far but I'm looking for the right place and people to start anew. I enjoy the outdoors, travelling, animals, rock climbing, music, impromptu dancing, reading and living in the moment. I'm neat, can cook, looking to make friends and am looking forward to something new. Cheers!
Looking to share a house with people around my age who are social and laid-back whilst still tidy, respectable and understand the importance of privacy, or as I like to call it; 'me time'. Outside of 'me time' I'd love to form friendships within the house where I can comfortably hold a conversation, share a drink (whether it be tea or a few beers) and binge out to Netflix. I'd also love a gym buddy who can seriously motivate me! I work part-time and will be studying a double degree at ACU as off late Feb. Please don't hesitate to shoot me a message if you think we'd be good housemates as I'd love to be moved and settled in before uni begins :) - I also just want to clear up that I may want to bring friends over from time to time but can assure you they will be on their best behavior! -
I am quite and very friendly person. We love to visit different places in holiday..we love cooking and watching movies together..we are very friendly and cooperative..we are tidy and always paying rent on time..I have a full time job and my wife doing casual job as well..

Hey! I'm Harley. I'm a 25 year old Male currently living in South Yarra. I moved over here around 3 years ago and at that stage wanted to live near the city. Now I've been hereading a bit I'm wanting to move out further. I work full time and am a very respectful person. I'm clean and tidy without being OCD and dont throw parties. I will be looking for work, but hopefully I can transfer with my current job in Tasmania. I love music, movies and relaxing with friends. Hey all my name is Erin. I'm 23 years old. I'm currently not working as I've recently finished studying so looking for a new job in game design/IT. I'm pretty laid back but I'm very neat and clean, not to the standard of Better Homes and Gardens but clean enough. I love cooking and baking, so there won't be any shortage of tasty treats when I'm around. I'm a smoker but happy to do it outside, I'm pretty chill about it. Also I love my cat. His name is Frankie and he's an attention whore. He is grey and white, he loves belly rubs and ice cream just to name a few things about him. Hi my name is Victor, currently working full time as a Business Development Coordinator. Looking for a place in the South Eastern suburbs. Don't mind sharing a place with other housemates who are looking for similar accommodation. If this is something you can help with or are interested in then please feel free to get in touch with me.
I love cooking for people but I also like my space, I love indie board games and game nights and I'm a big healthy eater. I'm 18 in March and can sometimes be a clean freak and trust me if there's a house inspection I'll spend two days prior on just floors and walls. I'm a huge gamer and will fan girl over anything geeky. Just note I'm trying really hard to save before school starts.

Im quite tidy and independent, but would enjoy having people to come home to and relax with at the end of the day. I love to cook and share food with anyone who has a free minute and a story to share, and I'm looking forward to yet another new start and adventure in Melbourne. I will be studying Advanced Psychological Sciences at Monash, and I'm looking forward to meeting new people and settling in. In my free time, I like to swim, go for long walks, hike, or visit the gym, practise German (I've just moved back to Australia from Munich), go for a drink/coffee and meet new people, and try anything that's a bit artsy.

I would love to move into a house with friendly & chatty housemates who like to spend some time together.
Heyo, My names Brogan and I am from Christchurch, New Zealand. I have just graduated from University and am moving to Melbourne to start a new job in a music studio. I am easy going, clean, tidy and will also be pretty busy so I wont be in anyones face constantly. I also enjoy a few drinks with good times!
I am looking for a place to live closer to uni whilst i complete my bachelor in Criminology. I keep to myself but also love to socialise and have a few drinks. When not studying or at uni, I am working so I wont be around the house too much but I am more than happy to socialise with housemates when I am there. I am very self sufficient and like to live in a clean and happy environment. I look forward to meeting you :)
G'day, I'm starting a degree in Environmental Engineering at Monash in 2017. I expect the majority of my time will be spent at uni or a desk, but outside of that, basketball, cricket and football are my go. Ideally my week will be five days of studying and sport training, then into the city to watch a game of footy or something, then recovery Saturday, and a quiet Sunday at a market or the beach. As an added incentive, I also really like cooking.
Cheerful , easy going but responsible person who is very considerate of others. I like to keep fit but also enjoy my food ! don't we all !? Only social drinker, don't smoke, have family living nearby so am out quite a bit but also would enjoy an occasional meal shared at home with my flatmate(s).
Growing up in New Zealand and moving to Melbourne 5 years ago, I couldn't be prouder to call this city home. Being an only child and having my mum always occupied with work, I have spent the last year and a half living on my own whilst completing high school, holding a part-time job and developing a huge passion for the gym, amongst other things. I am extremely tidy, organised, mature, and value my solitude, but I also love meeting new people and am always down for a chat or a bit of banter. Most of the time you will find me lifting weights at the gym, working at my part-time job, catching up with a friend over brunch at some new trendy cafe, or winding down at home - most likely with a tub of ice cream.
Hi guys! I'm Mel, I'm 28 years old and working full-time in mental health. I am going back to uni next year to do my Masters, so looking for somewhere not too far from public transport. I'm a laid-back, friendly person, and I enjoy living in a harmonious, clean environment. I like all the usual things; live gigs and music, going out, travelling, markets and cider. I enjoy living with a friendly group of people, and socialising with them without treading on their toes. I like to have my own space from time to time, as I'm sure most people do, and I'm not looking for a overly crazy party house. Looking for an unfurnished room. I have some other furniture (lounge, armchair and fridge) so ideally looking for somewhere with some space.
Hi! My name is Carl, 25 years old from the Philippines. My friend, Warren and I are moving to Melbourne to study in Holmesglen TAFE (Moorabbin Campus) this January 20, 2017. We are in search of a place to stay. We are looking for 2 furnished rooms for each of us. If there's only 1 room available and you happen to know of a room for rent nearby, it's okay. We really don't have too much specifications for the room. We easily get along with people, we will be studying and working at the same time, so we will not be at home often. And we promise to be cooperative housemates when it comes to cleaning agreements. We badly need a place to stay when we arrive, short or long term arrangement is fine. If you happen to have a place or to know one, it would be much appreciated. Hope to hear from you guys.
Hi there! I'm looking to be moved out by the end of February/start of March to either a room in an established sharehouse, or in a new sharehouse we create. Would definitely prefer a long term home, so at least 6 months if possible! I am a 17 year old gal (18 in April), I work in hospitality and am hoping to begin studying nursing within the year. I'm a big triple j fan, love a good Netflix/Stan binge, can cook a couple meals pretty well (am much better at eating), and most importantly am an easy going and respectful housemate! I have two (very cute) cats that will probably need to move with me, but don't worry they are outdoor cats 95% of the time - the other 5% would be in my bedroom for cuddles (or in the lounge room if you'd like some pats too!). So preferably they'd need some grassy area to hang out in, and unfortunately wouldn't mix too well with dogs but could be okay with other cats. My only preferences for housemates are that you are respectful of others and the house, like you'd want from anyone you're living with. In an ideal world, coming home to some chill people I can watch tv and hang out with would be awesome, but I also understand wanting some time to yourself after a long day/night. Thank you for reading all the way to the end and please message me if you have any questions or think we'd make good housemates!
Hello! We are a mid 20's to mid 30's couple who are moving to Melbourne (Bentleigh and surrounding suburbs) on Jan 16th/17th. I (Hailey) am originally from Canada, while Stu is from NSW. We have been travelling down from Darwin for a few months checking out the beauty east coast and are headed to Melbs so that I can complete my 12 month yoga teacher training course. We are a clean and friendly couple who are both well travelled. Next to travelling our favourite thing out there is live music, enjoyed of course with a cold beer! I have coaxed Stu into loving yoga as much as I do and as such you can catch us there throughout the week. Along with that we generally like to keep a pretty healthy lifestyle, including running, sport, or whatever crosses our paths. We do however occasionally crave a night on the town or a wine/beer at the end of a long day, so we're not that mundane! ;) All we come with is a queen sized bed, a 5m long van, and our personal belongings. We potentially may have a motorcycle which would need parking as well, but can be worked around if the perfect place and flatmates come up! I promise the bike won't wake up the whole house!! Hopefully we will chat soon! Hails & Stu
I'm a 27 y/o Melbourne local looking for a place in the south east, or close to Melbourne Uni, to call home. I currently work full time in compliance, and I'll be starting law at Melbourne in early Feb. I like to spend the rest of my time reading, cooking, trying to learn a new language, and checking out new brunch places. I'm good for a chat but not a space invader, and I'm pro-active in keeping things tidy. If it sounds like I'd fit in at your share house, get in touch and we can sort something out. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hey, I'm Alex. I'm an 18yo university student from Queensland. I'm studying 2nd year Engineering/Architecture at Monash Uni, full time - so my hours can be all over the place but I'll usually be at a desk somewhere. I am a pretty quiet person, but I love hanging out with friends. I like music, a good book, art and the outdoors. I can also make some mean meals. I am a tidy person who will happily help out with cleaning.
My name is Tom and I am currently looking for a private room in a shared apartment. I am a 29 year old male and I work full time as an IT professional in a Victorian government department. I have been residing in Melbourne over the last 6 years and graduated from Monash university with a Masters degree in Business Information Systems. I am extremely clean and tidy, and I get along well with everyone. Easy going, enjoy meeting new people and love sports. If you would like to have a chat send me a text and I will get back to you.
We are a quiet, respectful English couple who have a passion for adventure, outdoors, travel, sports and great at cooking. We are clean, tidy and easy to get along with. We are social and love sharing our stories but also enjoy our own time. Originally from Melbourne, we have recently completed our 88 days of rural work in Bowen to receive our 2nd year visas and we would like to move back to Melbourne to live and work for the next 6-8 months. We both have contacts for employment opportunities when we return. Stephanie is a Retail Manager, previously a Chef and qualified Florist. Mark has a Degree in Sports Coaching & Development and hopes to pursue a career in education in the future. He also plays cricket for a Melbourne team. If you have a room available for a couple or would like to have us as housemates please get in contact. We look forward to hearing from you :)
I'm pretty laid back easy to get along with. Totally respect others for there privacy. Very clean & tidy to live with. Always pay rent & bills on time. Willing to help around. Prefer a quiet abode not into partying, over that scene. I work full time, 6 days a week. I have my own vehicle. I do smoke but only outside. I play the acoustic guitar time to time. I do have my own bed. Feel free to contact me by text & take it from there. Looking forward to a comfy home & friendly mature adults.
I'm a law grad, very friendly and respectable. I am going my Masters in International Development next year, work at Pandora and am quiet but sociable too. Not just looking for a place but a home, peaceful, out of the city where I will spend most of my time studying and resting when I'm not working.
Friendly, happy, relaxed 29 year old who loves all things yoga, travelling and having my feet in the sand. I like to lead a balanced, healthy lifestyle and I feel this is reflected in my easy going and kind nature. I love a good giggle, and being around people who generate the same happy energy. I can't live without my morning coffee, music, and my yoga mat. Pretty much sums up my Saturday mornings. If you are likeminded and interested in creating a house to call home, let me know.
Hey my names Tom currently looking for a place to call home, 2nd year apprentice carpenter and working at two pubs for some extra dosh, in between that I'll try get to the gym for a session or go out for some casual drinks. mumma raised me well with respect for others and their belongings along with a conscious mind of other peoples space. Pretty easy going and open minded so I'm always up for a chat. If you've got anything available give me a buzz!
Easy going mature minded individual that is considerate of others space and things. Enjoys cooking and the team effort of keeping the place tidy. The home I see as a place to recharge for the day ahead, some social interaction and time out. Tend to be more social out with friends than at home. Preference for unit style accommodation with some yard & Lug. Thanks, Sam

Hi, I'm Kate, a 29yr old student studying early childhood and primary teaching at Monash. I currently work in sports retail, which helps to pay the bills. I am clean, tidy, honest and relaxed.
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 27 and live a pretty clean lifestyle apart from the cheeky cigarette at the end of the day. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 4yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a 4 month minimum stay, but could definitely do a long term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
Hi! I just moved to Melbourne for a new job! I'm super clean, friendly and love to chill out with some netflix, good food or keen to explore some cool pockets of the city! See ya soon!
Hi all, About myself: I am a professional engineer with Northern-European background, recently moved here to enjoy better climate and way of life. I am cool with most of people and believe diversity will enrich us. I have a more doer attitude than a thinker or chiller. My hobbies include motorcycles (racing, cruising, touring), cars, bicycling, poker, disc golf, electronics, music. My ideal share-house I would join or create: I would prefer a European/western style share house (not a racist, we'll just get along better with similar cultural background). With 4-5 comfy individual rooms (to have more company, some possibly for couples), with an possible extra room for friends/Couchsurfers to temporarily stay in. All for the diversity. Can be male and female mixed. All working professionals (no need to argue about expenditures in range of 10$). Should be a home to live and thrive, rather than cheap accommodation. A big friendly family to share evenings and weekends by choice rather requirement, as of living together. Of course if one needs private time, this should be ok too. Friends coming over in the weekend should be a norm, rather a unwanted exception. Going out together to explore the city and events. Preferably with a paid cleaning for common areas/gardening service (unless somebody is too keen to do gardening by themselves. I guess cleaning in not a hobby :) ). Location: I would prefer living in a reasonable distance from my workplace (Mulgrave, up to 10km radius). The house should have a easy and fast access to the city for both car and public transport, should be located in or near the center of a well established suburb (restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.). House: Preferably new built or freshly renovated. Modern style. Adequate heating and cooling in all areas. Living area: Big living area with comfy sofas and large TV/projector. Console(s), if you are interested. Movie server/Netflix box. Fast Internet and WiFi. Kitchen: Big open kitchen with all the required utensils and appliances(micro, oven, cooktop, grill, etc.). Should be simultaneously comfortably use-able by at least two persons. Shared meals, why not. Backyard: Some greenery, BBQ, large covered sitting/lounge area. Possibly hot tub or a pool. Garage: Double-car garage with all the tools for simple maintenance for cars and bikes ( I am a DIY-er). Although, the actual vehicles should stay outside (except bikes and bicycles). Possibly create a common area there with a pool table, sofas and a fridge for drinks. My current situation: I do not own much property except a motorbike, a bicycle and some tools, but I would be willing to invest to create this kind of atmosphere. Of course, first solution would be to get all the required inventory from Gumtree for a cheap price and upgrade whenever necessary. It might be possible for me to get some of the stuff from a friend (couches, beds, mattresses, pool table, kitchen equipment). If any of this rings a bell for you, give me a message or a text, let's get together over a beer and discuss the possible future. Cheers, Rait
I'm a good all round guy, friendly fun and tidy. I have an eclectic mix of interests; new media like Netflix, podcasts and xbox. I keep busy with exercise, I recently retired from somewhat competitive mixed martial arts and am currently switching some of that passion I had for MMA into learning new language; Japanese as a dialect and Java for programming. I like to do food and cook independently and always clean up after myself. I work Mon-Fri in marketing for a snack food company and like to get out n about during the weekend and try new things around Melbourne.
I have just graduated Year 12 from rural Queensland. I love Melbourne and have dreamed to live here for such a long time. I am friendly, polite, easy to get along with and considerate of others. I love sports of all kinds, am a really hard worker and am very devoted to my studies.
Hi, my name is Amelia and I'm 18 years old. I'm currently studying Computer Science at Monash University, going into my second year. I'm originally from rural Victoria but am looking to move to Melbourne full time this year, looking for shared accommodation in the south eastern suburbs. I'm tidy and responsible, I only drink occasionally, but I enjoy being social and meeting new people. I am LGBT friendly, and would welcome housemates of any gender. However, I am a non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers :) If you're in the south east and you think I sound like I would be a good housemate for you, then contact me!
