Seeking a room for a couple between $250-400 AUD. Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the sydney wildlife Zoo end). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people and definitely want to live with other people who don't play loud music etc. Other notes: Bonus points for a location that has a fish shop nearby. Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has some form of outdoor area that gets sunlight. (balcony, courtyard, garden etc.) Would like a location that has an oven and a gas stove top. (Don't like using an electric one). Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
Super tidy design student working in cosmetic retail. Ideally looking for a pet-friendly place, end of June 2017 until early January 2018.
30 year old male professional, originally from Sydney. Unfortunately my current housemate has decided to relocate back to London to be closer to her bf, so we're vacating our super awesome terrace house in Balmain! Boo.. I'm looking for flatmates and a house vibe of a similar sort - fun, positive, respectful and clean. I currently working for Coca Cola in North Sydney (yes I do get free coke if you're wondering!). I'm an avid traveler and used to live and work in London not so long ago. I have quite a busy work and social life, and love being out and about. I'm always up for a drink and yarn after a long day, and home for me is my sanctuary. Passions would include running, yoga, craft beers and scotch whiskey. I've lived in sharehouses before, so I get the importance of keeping things clean and tidy, getting to know the housemates etc.. Look forward to meeting my future flattie/s :) Avneel
Hello there! I'm Catherine, 22 years old and a recent graduate from Uni of Adelaide in Music and Chinese. I'm currently living in Beijing, but looking to move to Sydney to start work as an assistant to an upcoming author. (If I get the job - fingers crossed!) I will be working full time, with a combination of at home hours and out-of-home hours. I play piano; really miss my orange cat, Saffron (who's living it up with my mum); and I'm a fan of cocktails - the more colourful the better!

I have been living in shared flats since I was studying at Uni. I am friendly, respectful, easy going and generally a smiling person. I work full time in law in the city which keeps my weekdays quite busy. On the weekend I try to be as active as I can with ballet and pilates. I also enjoy good coffees and brunches, going to different events and markets with friends on the weekends.
Hi, I'm Chris, I run a telecommunications construction company which keeps me awfully busy on weekdays 7-7 at least (and 1 or more days in the weekends). When i'm not working i am either out with friends enjoying a drink or im on my Boat fishing, skiing or any other fun stuff a boat brings. I come with my best friend Phil- a West highland white terrier who is 18 months old, completely house trained and joins me at work everyday because, well, he thinks he is a human. He's not so good at tricks for treats but ofcourse expects the treat. My busy lifestyle encourages me to have a simple and low maintenance home life where i love a quiet drink in the evening, even more so if you do to!
I work in television, I have a good sense of humor and a small sweet 10 year old dog. I work in television, I have a good sense of humor and a small sweet 10 year old dog.

On the wend I like to keep active - walking, mtbiking and beach and also like to cook and maybe see a movie or live music. I am not a messy person - prefer things to be in their place but not fanatical, just prefer to wake up to a clean kitchen. I respect people's privacy but like to have a chat.

Hi I’m Rhiannon, I’m a 27yr old professional currently working full time in jewellery buying. What makes me a great housemate, besides the fact that I can make a mean chicken fajita & I own a guacamole making device? I am tidy & I take pride in a clean home. I am friendly, easy to get along, considerate & don’t slam doors. I enjoy a good chat, a laugh and healthy dose of sarcasm. I have previously lived in Dulwich Hill, Leichhardt & most recently Russell Lea; I have really enjoyed living these areas and am happy to stay around here but at the same time am also open to a location change as I enjoy the North too. I have all my own bedroom furniture so an unfurnished room is highly preferable as well as bit and pieces to add to the household if wanted Any questions, just let me know :) My move date can be quite flexible so please ignore the above date
Im from Argentina but left The Country when I was 10 years old and moved to Germany. After 10 years i now came to Australia. I'm an Australian Citizen and I'm planning to stay here on a long term. LENGHT OF STAY FLEXIBLE! I'm currently living in Glebe in my own apartment but i want to move out ASAP!! But I'm also happy to move into a household of nice, friendly and open people. I have my own bed and some shelfs but also all kitchen equipment needed! I am a very outgoing and a reliable Person. I always keep everything clean and tidy, and its a important thing for me, that everyone else does it as well, although i Know that time is sometimes missing for that. I like to Party and to Go out a lot but i also like to Stay at Home chilling, Watching Movies etc. I'd love to have my housemates/flatmates also as friends and do stuff together or share meals, a glass of wine/beer whatever :) I'm currently working in Darling Harbour in a Bar 5 days a week and during the weekend, so im not much at home. I'd like to live in a place where it's easy for me to get to work. I'm open for any questions! Just sent me a message :)

Hey there, I am a professional in medical sales role looking to move more central to the CBD area. I am respectful of tidiness for others so I like to keep the place clean and orderly. Consider myself to be social so like a good drink, coffee, or brunch whenever I can squeeze in the time. Not interested in turning home into a party house. Always up for a good catch up and chill at the end of the day.

25 yo French girl (but with argentine roots), I just finished studying business and media management and I'll be working at the Alliance Francaise of Sydney for 6 months. People say I am fun and easygoing, I am very curious and love to meet people and learn about their culture. I absolutely love food ( I think I'm addicted to sugar) and tend to order random food on the menu to discover new things. I'm tidy and respectful, and I've some experience in sharing flats (I've shared flats in Argentina with 4 people, with 6 in Singapore, and with 3 to 5 in France). I I'm a movie and TV show addict, so if you are too, we'll have a lot to talk about (even if you're not haha, I'm quite talkative). I also love reading, and exercising (mostly Zumba even if I'm bad at it).
