Hi guys, I'm 30 years old professional who works full-time in Finance (in CBD). I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now. I would call myself very clean and tidy person (have a bit of OCD with cleanliness) and respect other's privacy. I prefer quiet and chill weekends to recharge my energy as i usually work long hours during the week, and I am definitely not a party person. However, don't mind to have a glass of wine and share daily news with my flatmate after a hard day's work. I don't like to cook, so you will rarely see me in the kitchen. In case if you need a reference, my current flatmate with whom I've been living since i came to Australia, I believe wouldn't mind to provide some feedback. The reason for me to leave the current place is due to our apartment being sold. What I am looking for: - 1 Flatmate who has a full-time job, tidy and nice. - My budget is $350 (incl bills). - Need own bathroom. - My place needs to be near the train station. - I will move in on 11th of August’18. If you have any questions, just send me a message. Thank you!!

We would like one big double room, big wardrobe! No drugs and parties! We are looking for a clean and peaceful place, where we have good communication! We accept Homestay Or two single rooms( in the same house). I am 31 years old and my friend is 33 years old. We are Brazilian students , tidy, friendly..
I'm moving into the area from the Northern Beaches to manage a gorgeous bookshop in Westfield Bondi Junction. I'm hoping to find somewhere within walking distance of a train line. I'm after a private, unfurnished, queensized room in a share house with great people and hopefully some kind of parking option. Would prefer somewhere with 2+ people. A bit about me - naturally, I love books and reading, but am by no means an introvert. I love MMA - both training and watching - and all the usual stuff you'd put on a dating profile - 'adventures' 'music and movies' 'going to the gym' 'wine and coffee' 'watching sport' etc. I'm a superhero fanatic and m&m's will win me over in any situation. I love a social house - whether it's to share a wine and chat, play a board game, head to the beach or binge watch a tv series together. I'm keen to check out the local area and would love to know where to get the best coffee, great food and places to explore! :) I currently live with six other housemates so I know what it means to be considerate of others, both with cleaning and respecting privacy etc. I'd say I'm a fairly normal human! Easy to live with and looking to meet people who prefer their house to be more of a home. I'm looking to move now and can provide bond, rent and all the rest upfront to get settled should we be a good fit for each other. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hi I'm Victoria, I'm 28 and looking for a professional house share in the central Sydney area. Originally from South England, I lived and worked in London as a Project Manager for 6 years before moving to Australia. I'm on a 417 visa but with my second year already signed off, so I'll be here for at least another year and a half. Socially: I love netball and the occasional gym class, (definitely not as often as I should though!) and for a night out I like a decent cocktail or gin bar. I'm keen to explore NSW on the weekends with day trips etc, and during the week I'm looking for a calm house where everyone gets on well and just generally chills out. I'm a really tidy, considerate and pretty useful housemate ... I know how to change a lightbulb, and will remember to buy washing-up liquid when required! (PS. No cats please ... they make me sneeze!)
Hi team, My name is Carly, and I'm 24 years old looking for a private room in a share house. I'm a performer, work admin on the side, and whatever else gets thrown my way. I love having a good laugh with housemates and friends over a bevvy (with great tunes in the background, of course, and a little bit of spontaneous dancing on the side). I also enjoy my own space and down-time (Netflix for the win). I'm bubbly, considerate, respectful, down to earth, and full of puns. I love people, good food, and the outdoors. I look forward to finding my new home and family!
I've just moved to Sydney from London and am looking to stay in Australia for a year or two. I want to live in Sydney at least for the next 3 months and during that time I'd like to explore the city and have a full-time job so I can save up for more traveling. I am sociable, happy, tidy, clean and considerate.
I am a very enthusiastic and spontaneous exchange student from the Netherlands! Very open to meet new people and enjoy having a drink, or just hanging on the couch to watch a movie. I love swimming, photography, exploring, and spontaneous plans! :)
Hi, my names John. I'm 30, and originally from the UK. I've been in Sydney for the last 3.5 years and plan to stay permanently. I like to make out the most out of life. This includes morning surfs/gym, good food, good friends and an excess of good times. Very chilled but enjoys a clean and tidy environment. Ideally looking for long term options, but happy to look at anything over 6 months. Thank you!
Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.

I work full time from 8.30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. I go to the gym after work and come home around 8 -9 pm. I enjoy my weekends by doing more intensive exercises such as swimming, cycling (yes, I have a push bike) and running. I'm clean, quiet and well organised. I prefer to live with someone respectful as I reckon that's the key to get along well, and consequently, I will pay respect to my room mates.
We are a group of French students from Paris, moving to Sydney to study at the University of Sydney. We are very easy-going and open-minded people. We'll be quitte independant but be pleased to socialize and discover a new way of life.

Hi there! My name is Bailey and I’m looking for somewhere to move into for the long term. I am only 20 but I am very mature and independent. I’m a professional and working the usual 9-5 full-time as a paralegal in a small family law firm in Bondi Junction. I'm also studying law part-time at the University of Sydney a couple of nights per week so I am always pretty busy during the week. I’ve grown up minutes from the beach so I would love to stay close to the beach as I really love it. I also enjoy reading, walking, live music, markets and socialising and getting outdoors as much as possible. I do enjoy the occasional social drink with friends but would never bring the party home. I'm a friendly person but I am very conscious to give people space. I’ve been living in share accommodation for the last couple of years so I know all the ins and outs of cleaning up after myself and respecting others and their privacy. I can also provide a reference from my current landlord if that is something you would like.
