Hi, I'm Zoe. I'm 19 and am interested in renting a room in a share house or starting a share house in mid June for 12 months. I'm a second year arts student at Deakin University and have never lived out of home. I consider myself to be organised, responsible and honest. I like to joke and have fun but I take things seriously too. I'm a bit of a hardcore feminist and like to keep in touch with politics. I currently work in retail and I'm also a freelance blogger and photographer. I like time alone but do enjoy being with others. I love watching TV series. My favourite show is the classic episodes of the Simpsons, Bojack Horseman, Wentworth, and Orange is The New Black and. I love alternative and rock music, my favourite bands are Radiohead, Tired Lion, Queens of the Stone Age, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I love going to gigs with friends and I'm always down to chill with Netflix on or with some music and a chat. I also love to cook (I’m a vegetarian.) But I'm totally not preachy! I adore dogs and cats however I have no pets of my own. I rarely drink but enjoy going out and a night in with friends for a few. I don't have any habits such as smoking and would like to live in a smoke free house. I have a boyfriend who lives and works in West Gippsland which is where I also currently live. He will not be moving with me but he does drive so off street parking is important to me, my parents will also drive when they visit me. On street parking is also acceptable. I'm a tidy person and while I like to keep my belongings safe but I’m willing to share whatever you need. I don't have a car and I like to live as sustainably as possible. An all female house is preferred but not necessary. I'd love to get in touch so set up a viewing with my parents. Thanks :)
I am here in Melbourne working for a multinational in a professional role while my wife and son stay interstate (job is here) so I go away a lot to be with them. I am easy-going and clean. I have travelled a lot and read a lot and am a good conversationalist. I play tennis and ski (just went skiing overseas).
I am 25 year old nurse who works at Box Hill Hospital. I love my job but definatly live for the weekends. I am a clean and tidy person who is respectful and considerate of those I live with. I am going to be studying my post grad this year so I am looking for chilled out easy going place to live. I enjoy being social and hope that we can share some wines and laughs whilst living together.
Hello future housemates! I am a 22 year old medical student/future doctor currently on placements completing the final year of my degree. When I'm not studying or at the hospital (this is rare) I'm probably watching netflix, out with friends, or playing guitar in a bar somewhere. Almost all of my practice can be done through headphones so I won't be making much noise in the house, if that is a concern. I've been living in sharehouses for the past 5 years, so I know the drill with regards to cleanliness and general etiquette. All that said, I'd love to find a share-house of easy-going, friendly individuals who have a good balance between socialising within the house and having their own time/activities. I don't smoke, have any pets or other dependents.
I'm looking for a quiet location, with public transport in walking distance, for 6-12 months, ideally near Box Hill or Blackburn. Must be LGBT friendly. Moving between now and March 12. I'm very clean, neat and quiet. I do not work or study due to diagnosed chronic pain, but my income is reliable. I have been sharehousing for 2 years so far and never had any trouble paying bills. I have a rental history, and some furniture/appliances (depending on where I end up, I'll keep what I need), including my own mattress. I don't drive. I am single and I'm a very quiet shy person, definitely not a partier. I don't drink or smoke or take drugs. Gluten free omnivore. Happy to share my cooking sometimes if you're up for that, I make great roast pork :) And of course I contribute to cleaning. I like to write and draw on my computer, I enjoy art and I love cats. Am I right for your house? Please send me a message if you have any questions! Thanks for reading!
I am curious kind of a person, love exploring things on the internet, watching youtube, ted and like to have a little chit-chat when bored. Never like to disturb anyone without a solid reason. I like to cook food (veg) and walk in parks.
Hi! I’m a 29-year-old Aussie, starting as a full-time nurse this year. I’m very social and love to catch up with friends, try new food & wine, and travel. I try to keep fit & healthy, whilst also relaxing to watch a good movie. I’m responsible and very clean!
A fun loving and easy to go with guy, looking for like minded people. I'm a student plus a surfer, so i'm usually occupied with things on my list to do. Don't like drama, and would like to share a place with people of similar interests.

Hey, my names mike, i work full time and im an English backpacker but taking on study in february to stay in the country until my sponsor is ready, and ive already lived here for 2 years. I'm a very relaxed person, nothing really bothers me or gets me down. Just looking for a cool house to move into, with a private room for the added peace and quiet! Ideally Looking to meet new people and have a good time! Always up for beers, but not a party animal anymore, getting a bit old now haha! I'm interested in cars, tattoos, tacos, beer, not cutting my hair, bikes, movies and a good old deep and meaningful chat! I'm very clean, tidy and respectful, will always clean up after myself and chip in with anything that needs doing. I dabble with cooking and can make some mean dishes when I'm in the mood! (mostly snacks/hangover food) Cheers Mike :)
I've lived in a share house for 4 years in regional Victoria. I know how it all works and I like to keep an eye out for my house mates. I'm a social person, I like to meet new people and go on adventures with friends. I love sports and the outdoors, so I like to get out and about as much as I can. I'm keen to explore Melbourne and check out all the cool places there is to eat, drink and visit with some locals. I'm about to start a full time job at a secondary school in 2018. I work as an outdoor education instructor so I take students on camps and do activities such as bushwalking, rafting, climbing etc. These are things I enjoy in my spare time too, but mainly surfing, snowboarding/skiing and hiking. I love playing footy and going to AFL games with mates, as well as the banter that goes with it! I’m also a volunteer firefighter as well
26 year old female Australian, full time student studying law, working part time. i have one cat who is litter trained. i am quiet and very clean
Looking for a place to live while I finish my degree!! I enjoy staying active and hanging out with friends. I’m a regular volunteer at the Brotherhood of St Laurence so I get amazing discounts on furniture and bric-a-brac if you’re interested. While I would ultimately love to become mates with my new roomies I fully understand that everyone needs their own space - so do I! I’m currently studying at La Trobe but I want to stay to the east to be near the family. I have two dogs but they are fully vaccinated, well behaved, and mostly sleep all day!!
I work full time. Not regualr hours , which involves some weekend work. I have two teen daughters whom I would like to be able to stay over about once per month on a weekend. I like to ride my push bike for fun. I'm easy to get along with. I respect other people's property and space. Definatley looking to share with a working person who spends a little time outside of the home occasionaly. Looking for a relaxed environment in a good share situation with one other person.
38 Years old male, professional manager, works in Project Management firm in the Docklands. Also a MBA student. Clean, tidy, organised and responsible. Quiet and want to have my private time, although I always like to have good chat and solve the world's problem over a drink :-) Regards
Hi! I'm a pretty laid back person who is looking for a place that I feel comfortable in and get along well with the other residents. Some days I like to go out and socialise, other times need to sleep and binge watch tv. I'm planning to head back to study at the start of 2018, but am looking for a place to live close to Swinburne University before then :) I like horror movies, coffee and chinese food.
Hello, I have recently returned back from living in London, well travelled very easy going, have lived in plenty of sharehouses know how to pull my weight. Positive person love cooking love to keep active, looking to live with similar like minded people.
Hey, I am a musician who plays guitar and sings as well as play piano so would be looking for somewhere preferably with thick walls so I can practice full voice singing. My music is contemporary pop and happy to schedule a time around the rest of the house mates before 9pm that is best to practice music. I am also a model and actress but travel lots with my profession. I have traveled all of Australia and touring in NZ with plans to travel in UK, Canada & USA. I don't drive so public transport would be great to have near by. I've lived away from my parents for almost 2 years now in 2 different homes from the 1 I grew up in but I've never lived in Melbourne before. I don't smoke or do drugs & have no pets or serious allergies. I would prefer a furnished place & if you have a shower instead/as well as a bath, that would be great. Please let me know the bed size too. I'm happy to share a house but I wouldn't like to share a room with someone. I've shared houses in every place I have lived. If you are a guy, you will be like my brother so please don't try hit/get with me. Please note the areas in Melbourne I'm only looking to move to are listed. Thanks, I will be in Melbourne on the 29th Jan - 11th Feb to look at places in person.
My girlfriend and I are looking for a place to call home for at least the next couple of months. We are looking for somewhere on the Lilydale line as I work in both Box Hill and CBD. Shishi is 25 from China and I'm 26 from the U.K, for the last 6 years we have been living in China. We both enjoy outdoor activities, gym, cooking and language learning. Shishi is also a keen photographer. We are clean, tidy and friendly with lots of experience living in shared accommodation. We look forward to hearing from you!
I am currently studying my Masters of Accounting in Deakin and have been in Australia for one year now. My current lease is expiring and have to move in to new house by 25th Feb. Hola! I'm Alejandro, an exchange student at Deakin University. I'm 25 years old gay guy and I'm going to be in Melbourne at least until July 2018 (maybe more) so I'm looking for a room during that period. I'm coming from Málaga, a city in the south of Spain, but before coming to Australia I was living in Copenhagen, Denmark for almost 4 years. I studied there and I was also working as a Digital Designer. I'm also interested in finding a similar job in the city to combine with my studies. During my free time I like to discover new places, relax at home and also going out. I'm interested in art, photography, music and I love meeting new people. I also like going running and animals. I speak English and Spanish fluently and I like to socialize at home but also having my own space sometimes. Let me know if you have any questions! Looking forward :)
I grew up in a big family, lots of chaos so I've learnt to appreciate privacy, quiet time and tidiness. I'm in my second year at University studying business. I've lived out of home for a year now , I like watching movies, reading and cooking. I'm looking for a long term stay, close to a station.
I am somebody who is easy to live with. I keep the place clean and make sure I tidy up after myself (this is not a subjective matter, clean and tidy is not a dirty mess haha). I respect other people's privacy and space but am friendly and more than happy to hang out. I am responsible as well, so when it comes to administrative things you will not have to worry. I believe that living in a enjoyable environment makes for a better quality lifestyle. I'm really looking for a place to call home for a while since I just started full time and want to settle into things. Plus points for me are gyms and being close to the M3 highway or central eastern suburb. More about myself, I was born in Melbourne but raised mostly in Malaysia so I am open to people of all diversities. I absolutely enjoy sports, going to the gym, church and social outings. I am quite a mature person in that I take care of myself well even though I'm still fairly young and am quite a happy-go-lucky person.
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 28 and live a pretty clean lifestyle. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 5yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a longer term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
I'm mature, clean and respectful of others and their privacy. I'm also easy going with a good sense of humour. I work full time and keep myself busy with training at the gym, getting outside, reading etc Looking to move into an unfurnished bedroom long term and I do have some furniture. Not looking to live with couples.
Graduate engineer from Sydney. I cook some decent Indian food, clean up after myself and like to hang out, watch movies, play games/boardgames. I like soccer, cycling and skiing.
I work full time in hospitality, as well as studying Animal studies at Box Hill Tafe. I’m a fun and outgoing person who enjoys meeting new people. I’m a busy woman, but enjoy my down time, weather that’s chilling with my room mates watching a movie, or chilling by myself (after I have got all my assessment done) hehe. I’m a fairly clean person, expecially when it comes to shared living spaces (maybe not so much my room hehe)
