Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do. I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if a sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. I'm a homebody and huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 15mths old and loves people and attention, she's quite cheeky.. friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. I'd like a big backyard, more space the better (No townhouses or units unless it's a whole property for myself to rent) My own bathroom only will consider shared bathroom if used rarely by other housemate Large house if sharing WOULD REALLY LOVE MY OWN PLACE HOUSE OR GRANNY FLAT/STUDIO/BUNGALOW!! IF ANYONE IS RENTING A PROPERTY OR ROOMS WITH MY DESCRIPTION PLS CONTACT ME.. ALSO LIKE NO OTHER PETS PREFERABLY AS DONT KNOW IF MY DOG IS UP FOR THAT YET.. Cheers 🙂
I'm quiet easy going and clean up afte myself I enjoy going out on the weekend's. I'm working in Dandenong and just recently made the move to Melbourne. If I'm not partying on the weekend I usually go for a small road trip. Others than I enjoy pretty much everything with an engine 😁
To whomever is lucky enough to stumble across our humble listing, let us introduce ourselves: Charlotte (the better half) is a 19 year-old Swinburne Arts student who is currently working part-time as a cleaner, as well as being a bit of a self-confessed 'neat-freak' and 'grammar nazi'. I enjoy cooking from time-to-time, peppering my sentences with old-fashioned turns-of-phrase or expressions, or hanging out with friends on the weekends. Cameron (the other half) is a 25 year old IT graduate currently working full-time in construction. His passions include anything with two or more wheels - bikes, motorbikes, or cars - or geeking out over car parts or IT gear. He's got a great sense of humour once you get used to it, and is usually prone to being a general idiot just to get a laugh out of me (and possibly you, potential flatmate). Both of us are very friendly and easy-going, but like our own space and quiet time too. We both work first-thing in the morning, but tend to be home in the early afternoon. As Cameron has a work vehicle, included parking is required, and walking distance to a train station is preferred, but not a requirement.
Hi! My name is Lauren and I'm looking to move into a share house Mid May. I'm a relaxed, fun loving person and very social. I'm respectful of personal space and am clean and tidy. I make a mean Sunday roast and piña coladas. Originally from NSW, studying my masters in Physiotherapy and working at a pub. I love sports, the outdoors, getting together with friends and a good night out. I look forward to meeting potential housemates and hopefully making life long friends in the process:))) I'm also allergic to cats. So cat free households are a must haha
Well about myself. I just completed my masters from Swinburne uni and currently working at dandy in a warehouse and evenings pizza delivery in box hill. Indian origin. But lived in Dubai. Engineer by profession and looking for a full time job in that field. Respect the privacy of fellow flat mates but also don’t mind an occasional beer or two. Quite easy going and friendly.
Hi My name is Lisa. I'm 28 years old. I work full time in hospitality. I have been living in share accommodation for just over 5 years. I've lived with both males and females. I’m clean and tidy. I'm respectful of others and get along with everyone. I enjoy going out here and there and having a friend over sometimes, usually weekends after work with some weekdays so I need to feel free to come and go at all times of the day/night. I like to have a friendly relationship with the people I live with. However, I like my space and having alone time. I’m looking for something on the long term side if possible where I can settle in and feel at home in an easy going relaxed environment. To save time please do not contact me if your listing is not in one of my preferred or surrounding locations. I’m strictly looking for something in eastern suburbs. Please make sure you provide photos and a little about yourself/other housemates.
Hi, my name's Ing :). I'm friendly, easy-going and respectful. I work full-time and am looking to live in a female share-house from July 2018 and onwards. I value a clean and tidy environment. I enjoy spending my down time having brunch or drinks with friends, going to the gym, or chilling out reading, watching movies and TV shows.
Have just arrived from china to study in the box hill area. Also working part time so will be really only needed a place to sleep. Very clean and tidy person naturally with a kind heart. Speaks a few languages if that is also helpful with other house mates.
Hi I’m Nick, I’m from England but live in Australia permanently now, fun and social love going out for a beer but work full time as a plumber so pretty quiet in the week. Like having a chat but also having my own space.
I am a full-time nurse working at Box Hill hospital looking for a place closer to work. When I'm not working I love to socialise, read, go on adventures, cook and watch movies :) I am clean and organised, but also love to have a bit of fun! I'm definitely looking forward to further develop and grow by moving out of home and gain more independence!
I'm an easy going professional working at Swinburne University in Hawthorn seeking accommodation for myself only during the week as I generally return home to the country on weekends. Ideally a small private garden flat or similar would be perfect for my needs.
In the darkest of nights 29 years ago long before dawn broke across the horizon, amidst the deepest pain and highest joys a child was born the likes of which this world has never seen before. They would be destined to change the world. I hope to meet them one day, we share the same birthday. :) So… I’m a Melbourne native. I came from a big family, grew up fighting aliens and avoiding homework, and along the way became passionate about artificial intelligence, the galaxy, entrepreneurship, fitness, mediation, relationships and human minds. At least that’s what I seem to talk about after a glass of red. When out in the world I fall over trying to juggle being the best version of myself and not taking life too seriously. Fun Fact Time! - I work full time in Software Support. - I eat all of the things. - I have a pet cat Genghis (like the Khan) and occasionally 2 others Ebony and Gemini. - I have half a postgrad in economics. To be continued…. - I’m really good at listening carefully and then giving bad advice. - The gym is a recent habit I’ve picked up. - I read a lot. Good writing is more important than genre. TL;DR I’m a 31, clean, fun, working professional, have 2 cats and won't murder you in your sleep.
I am an easy going guy with a laid-back attitude. I love to have a conversation whenever possible but I also respect personal space. Not a cleanliness freak but I like to look after my home. I love beers and like meeting new people.
I am open-minded and non-judgemental. I respect others' privacy but am also happy to sit down and have a chat. I'm very tidy and organised. I'm an introvert, so mostly quiet and keep to myself. I always pay the bills on time, whether I am working or between jobs. I like to have open communication about household issues. I am happy to compromise on some things, in the interest of a peaceful, happy home. I have two beautiful indoor cats (Toulouse and Pippin) that are shy but friendly. They are desexed and microchipped.
I'm a youthful guy, responsible & clean, working full time in Balwyn in a professional capacity. Looking for a place close to work for the next 6 months (cheaper the better) until I get my own place. I'm easy going, sociable that prefers to live with friendly people. I'm happy to live with all females or guys. I love music, computers, mountain biking, an occasional beer or wine. I'm not fussy about ages as I respect all good souls. I'm adaptable so I can work with whatever is needed to make a harmonious environment. I don't mind smokers as I do sometimes socially but prefer if its outside.
I'm a clean and tidy guy. Easy to get along with. Good physical and mental health. No baggage. Currently living on the Mornington peninsula in a share house and wanting to move closer to the city. I do need a place to keep my motorbike.
Hey! My names Liv - I'm 19 years old and currently taking a year off uni to work part-time. I like to think of myself as a pretty fun, laid back kinda gal. I'm always down for a drink or two and a chat but i'll also respect your space and time alone. I've just moved back to Melbourne after living in a share house with 12 people in Geelong - so communal living is super familiar to me and I have no issues living in close quarters with others. I'm also all about the LGBT+ community, and would have no qualms whatsoever about having a rainbow house! Shoot me a message if you want to know more about me as a potential flatmate! Liv :)
Hi, I'm looking for a home. I am a kindergarten teacher. I also teach yoga. I am a quite person but enjoy good company and good conversation. I'm respectful of other people's spaces. I love this city!
I am an outgoing, fun, clean and respectful person. I love outdoor activities but also love to kick back and watch TV. I like going out on the weekends and love meeting new people.
Hey there, I'm a ex-kiwi, ex-Qlder, long term Melbournite recently returned from two years working in The Netherlands and travelling around Europe every chance I had. I like to swim, garden and get to the beach regularly where my family are now based. I have a 4yo dog, Billy, who keeps me moving and giggling. I’m looking to live somewhere with friendly people who like casual convos but happy to give lots of space too. I’m sometimes vegetarian and make eco-conscious choices with products & practices. A tidy house, early bill payments and live respectfully is just what I do. I have full-time permanent employment in Rosanna so ideally want a 12month lease within easy commute (but thinking even longer term). I am looking for a stable home rather than a transition house. If this sounds like a good match, I’d love to hear from you! Cheers, Katy
I'm a disability support worker and eager to find a share house with an unfurnished room. I like to meet new but also like spending time by myself. I'm soon going back to Uni to finish my social work degree. I'm pretty chilled and up for new experiences.
Hey I’m Maddy, I’m in my last year of studying Building Design at Swinburne in Hawthorn and I work part time at Chemist Warehouse. I’m originally from Traralgon which is 2 hours south-east of Melbourne, but moved up here for uni. I’m easy going and can keep to myself but I’m also keen to chat and hang out from time to time. I’m very laid back, I’m clean and tidy, and I understand the importance to pull your weight in a share house.
Hey all, I'm a chill guy working Monday to Friday and some Saturdays so I'm usually pretty busy. As for out of work i love my technology, anything related and you've got me interested. Normally after work I chill out on my computer playing various games with friends or going out to that new burger joint. I'm a really relaxed and laid back guy, I get along with everyone and try to help people out if ever they need me :) As one might guess, my only real requirements is a solid internet connection and if possible people who share my interests. I'm down to meet up with people for a beer, food, coffee and have a chat. Looking forward to where this takes me!
I'm Igor, 28, working full-time as a digital content producer in the automotive media industry. Looking to team-up with friendly and like-minded flatmates to find a modern 2+ bedroom house/apartment. I'm super chill and easy going. Always down to chat over beer/whisky and netflix after work, but will always be respectful of your personal space. I'm into cars, motorsport, photography, jazz vibes, cooking, movies, docos and occasional gaming. Love interior design so would like to keep the place fresh and tidy (think IKEA catalogue), also means that I'm very clean and organised. I also enjoy driving so would occasionally disappear for short random drives, so if you need to go to the shops I'd happily be your free Uber driver! Keen to move ASAP so send me a text if you're interested. Speak soon!
Hey there I'm Aaron! 26 years old just moved over here from NZ. Currently employed as a project engineer where I currently travel a lot for work. I'm pretty chill during the week but very sociable and active during the weekend. I live a very healthy life style and love going to the gym. Looking for room mates that are similar in age
