I'm an adventure loving, social focused person looking to move to Adelaide pursuing part time work. I am currently in living in Mildura VIC, but have just been approved for a transfer to another store in Adelaide where I will be moving once the transfer is complete. My life consists of seeing my friends, going to gigs and working, I'm a pretty simple guy!
Hi! Jamie and I looking for somewhere lovely to call home. I moved back to Adelaide recently from Brisbane for a work opportunity. I'm an occupational therapist working full time in Child Mental Health/Health Promotion. Jamie has been working in Adelaide for the last six months as a project manager in construction. We are currently living with a family/ friends, and are hoping to find a home with nice people to settle for the next little while or to rent a whole house/unit/apartment close to the beach. We enjoy a wine and cooking at home, socialising with housies but also like our own space & relaxed downtime. We're easy going, respectful, clean and tidy. We tend to go out to restaurants, explore the outdoors and the arts, take off for beach or camping trips, and I travel often for work.
Looking for a larger room or granny flat to rent for a while! We are very easy to live with, clean, respectful and friendly. Non smokers, no pets, always willing to help out when needed. Extremely easy to get along with, would bring a bubbly and positive vibr to your home :)
I'm an Artist with my own business. I've lived interstate for 8yrs but call Adelaide home I enjoy being self-sufficient, clean, vegetarian, outdoorsy, spiritual, good conversationalist, respectful of other's space.
Hi there! About me.... well..... I like to have my own space but socialise too. I love animals so if you have pets YAY. I would love to own a fur-baby of my own one day. I can be bubbly, full of energy, generous, honest, willing to change while also being secluded and quiet. No matter if i have a lazy or productive day I will always clean up after myself. I pride myself on a clean house. I don't throw parties and if i have a drink it will only be glass of wine or whisky to unwind from a long day/week at work. Thanks for reading this!
I love getting outdoors, exercising, listening to live music, sharing a beer at a quirky pub and getting to know other people. Also enjoy sharing good food! Not that I can cook.. but I know a few good places to eat 😁 I’m friendly and social, but can do with my own space at times too, like most people! I work in environmental education with schools and the comminity. I have 2 small / medium dogs (staffy x breed - 10 YO and 4 YO). Can remain outside where required.
PLEASE - NO SHARED BATHROOM Independent with work taking me away from home up to 2 days a week. Seeking accommodation following financial settlement with new home some 12 months from completion. Seeking room with ensuite/own bathroom, not willing to consider a shared bathroom with unusual shift times for work. I am semi-retired but work part time for SA Government agency and volunteer for local council. Accordingly I have all expected documentation available regarding national Police Checks, accreditation from Dept of Communities and Social Inclusion for all screenings including working with; vulnerable persons, children, aged care and persons with a disability. I also hold a current first aid accreditation. All available on demand. I am a quiet non-smoker single looking to re-establish a new life but still working part-time to supplement public service pension. I have references available from real estate agents and other work related referees. Ideally I will be available to move in early November 2018 onwards for any time period but negotiable for 9 months.
Easy going, Christian guy, studying and working, will be at home not too much but i like to chat and chill with my flatmates when im available. Looking for a home more than for an accommondation.
Hi I'm Todd fairly new to Adelaide currently in a share house in Glenelg area. Would like to only rent with one other and prefer someone who is either easy going and likes their own space or a FIFO that I can look after their place for them ideally. I'm work Monday to Friday 8-5 as a BDM for a large company and enjoy cycling, exploring, camping, travelling in my spare time. I can cook clean and love a good beer to relax.
Hi! My name is Dan, I’m 34 and work in international development. I have spent all of 2018 so far working abroad (4 months in Nepal and 4 in Kenya, and currently in Tanzania) running health programs with teams of volunteer nurses from Australia but will be moving into a head office role at the start of October and so will relocate to Adelaide from Sydney. I am a huge believer in home being a pretty peaceful and relaxed place and love to recharge when I am there, so am not a huge party person. But at the same time, the benefit of sharing is being able to connect with great people, and the prospect of throwing a blanket down at the beach with wine and snacks or ducking down to the pub for an occasional midweek drink with my housemates would be pretty wonderful. I like to think I make a pretty handy roommate; I’m clean, tidy, calm, and super considerate of other people’s space and needs. I’m vego (but don’t mind if others are not), and my days generally consist of morning swims in the ocean before work and heading to yoga in the evenings (or vice versa). I previously lived in Adelaide about six years ago and it seems like there is so much happening there at the moment, so I’m keen to reconnect with friends old and new and go out and make the most of it. If this sounds like something that might work for you, please feel free to get in contact! Cheers, Dan
Hi, I'm Jon. I've been house sharing for a couple of years and the time has come for me to spread my wings and find yet another great place to live. I currently call Hallett Cove home, where i've been sharing with a woman in her 40's for the past 2 years, but i would like to move a bit closer to the CBD and my family. I work FIFO in the mining industry. When i'm home i like to keep myself occupied by doing a bit of work in my workshop, relaxing and catching up with friends and family. Not a party animal but enjoy a few drinks when the time calls for it, the fringe is on, or when the wine is on point. Love to travel, have done alot and keen on doing some more. I get along with just about everyone i meet, regardless of age, have a broad sense of humour, and enjoy the company of others. I do, however, like my own space. I am considerate of others and respectful of individuals space and belongings. Being a tradie, i'm pretty handy, so if there is anything around that needs fixing i'm happy to have a look. whether you contact me or you're reading this coz i've reached out to you, i look forward to catching up and saying Hi and hopefully finding some awesome new housemates.
I'm 21 years old and have lived in Adelaide for 3 months. My current rent is ending soon and i am looking for a house with housemates to move in with. Im fairly quite and easy going person, like things to be kept neat and tidy! I work full time in childcare, spend a lot of time keeping fit and spending time with friends. Im not a big party person but always happy to hang out every now and then! Please message me if you think we would live well together.
HI! I'll be fresh out of school next year and am looking for a friendly flatmate who knows the city as I'm new to it! I'll start studying a mid year degree of marine biology (not sure which uni yet though - but I'm sooo excited to get started!) next year but before that, I'll be working as much as possible. I also love most sports, mainly sailing, hockey, football, netball, soccer etc. etc. Have always loved the sea! And I think I'd be a great flatmate because I'm outgoing, always up for a laugh and easy to talk to. I'm respectful of others space, happy to help out whenever needed and keep my living space clean and organised. I love to cook too, always up for learning something knew :) Thanks to all in advance!
we are a friendly, quiet couple looking for somewhere we can have our own space, we are currently both living at home so we are keen to get out and experience living out of home. Both tidy and respectful of others.
Hi, Jess and Alexei here. We're both originally from Sydney but I (Jess) have been living in Bangkok for the past 4 years working in International Aid and Development and now the Education sector (my background is in Ecology). Alexei is a Geologist and works in mining. Loves all things fitness - running, going to the gym and ocean swims - and being outdoors in general (as do I). On weekends we like to go camping and exploring. We're both into being healthy - exercise and eating good food - but we equally like a laugh/chill session over a few drinks. Both have lived in really awesome share houses before and are super clean/respectful. We're moving to Adelaide for Alexei's work and for a bit of an adventure. Alexei works FIFO and will only be home on the weekends. I work full time remotely from my laptop at home or at a cafe/library as the Southeast Asia Program Director of a US-based Experiential Education company. I also travel a tonne for work. At times, neither of us will be home for weeks on end. Ideally we’re looking for a low key/furnished place that’s close to the beach/airport. We’re looking for housemates who are clean/tidy, respectful, social and kind. Like I said, Alexei will be home on most weekends but during the week it’ll just be me. We aren’t bringing much from Sydney besides our camp gear and Dyson :) Feel free to message. We will be driving across in early October.
