Hello, I'm looking for a room in the Inner west or Eastern suburbs, I'm an architect from South America who loves to travel worldwide. I am easy going, clean and respectful of other flatmates. I'm looking for short-term accomodation (up to 3 months).
I am a young professional who relocated to Sydney earlier this year. I am working full time at a fashion PR agency. At 22 I would consider myself very career-driven although I do love to get up to 22 year old things, AKA have an all round great time! I am easy going, polite, tidy and considerate of others' belongings and space. For the last 3 years I have lived in a number of multi-housemate situations both here and in London so I am very well-equipped to the dynamics and functions of living with other people. I'm not sure how much you will see me between working and socialising. I like to spend a lot of the time out of the house, I love eating out with friends, getting down to the beach and checking out the various places Sydney has to offer - that's what I intend on doing most weekends! I am looking for a room that will not just be a place to sleep but also somewhere to call home. Let me know if this sounds like something you'd be interested in 🙂
I will be doing my PhD in UNSW-Medicine, starting from August. I'd love to live in a place where it is quiet and people are respectful and clean. It would be better if I could live close to the beach and maybe in a place with a nice garden. I adore cats!
My name is Johanna, I am 22 years and originally from Sweden. I have been in Sydney pretty much the last 2.5 years. I recently recieved a sponsorship and am working as a manager of 2 cafes at a Museum in the city. I am currently living in the city as well and I am looking at moving to get away from the city a bit and maybe get closer to the beach. My current visa is for 4 years so I want to create a new home where I can feel at ease with who I live with. Maybe share a meal, glass of wine or a beer every now and then but also be ok with privacy and understanding of the importance of own space and time. I like to keep it clean around myself and looking for someone similar.
Really in to my fitness, easy going, looking to make new friends, eat healthy and can cook (a bit) 👀, work 8:30-5:30 and like to enjoy myself at the weekend, I'm a clean person to :)
Hi, I'm just about to start full-time work in personal training/nutrition, looking to move to a place close by. I'm a relatively quiet person, but always keen to chat and hang out. I love a good movie night. I tend to fill my spare time with physical activities or enjoying a good book. I'm a non-smoker, would prefer non-smoking flat mates.
I'm Luiz. I'm 29, Brazilian. I work as an architect and artist full-time. I'm an easy going guy. I'm very into sports like surfing, soccer, tennis, running and diving. Mostly practicing them after work or weekends. Like to cook, watch movies, listen to music, and spend most part of my weekends traveling. I'm organized and tidy, so I like to keep the apartment this way most part of the time when I'm not busy or in a hurry. I'm not so into parties and nightclubs. Prefer a bbq, chill in a bar, pub or even have some beers at home with friends.
My name is Andrew and I'm 22 years old. Young professional moving to Sydney to work in commercial property.I am also finishing off study as well. Happy to live with either guys or girls. I'm clean and more than happy to help out with any household chores/bills.
I am Brazilian, young and adventurous, I am very communicative, high-spirited, funny and I would like to be able to live new pleasurable experiences as I have in this last two years living in another city in Brazil, I hope to learn As much as teaching and always having fun in this new experience in Australia.
Hi! I’m a Norwegian exchange student moving to Sydney in July, and therefore looking for a new home. I’m an outgoing, friendly and positive person not only looking for a place to live, but also new friends. I have an active lifestyle and love being out in the nature, but I also enjoy sharing a bottle of wine over dinner or going to a party! I like to keep my space clean and tidy and hope that roommates do as well. Hope to find a place with a good atmosphere and nice flatmates to have a good laugh with. Either you are Australian or have a different nationality I would love to learn about your culture and offcourse tell you about Norway if you are interested. I am studying to be an electrical engineer and are going to UNSW Kensington campus, therefore looking for a place in that area. Please text me if you want to know more about me or even better are interested in finding a place together!
My name is Simona and i am currently looking for a new place to call home. I am in my mid-twenties, working as a make-up artist and mostly working on the weekends. ¤¤¤ We found a place to live =) thanks for your messages; you can still get in touch with us if you want to meet up ;) ¤¤¤ My partner (Thomas) and I (Alizée) will be moving to Sydney on the 2nd of May. We are looking for a spacious and modern appartment/house. It would be great to share the place with another couple but feel free to contact us if you would like to become our flatmate! We are from Belgium and are both working. Thomas is an automation and electrical engineer and I'm a research assistant in the field of natural disasters/geographer/cartographer/geography teacher. I'm actively looking for a position but my boyfriend already found one! I felt in love with Australia 3 years ago while I was on the working holiday visa as an Au Pair. We both like water sports and are very social people. We are reliable and would keep the place tidy and clean. We would be delighted to get to know you; even to go for a drink. See you around! Best, Thomas and Alizée
A couple from Norway taking a semester abroad at UNSW. We enjoy having a good time and being with friends. Tidy and clean, and always upfront with rent. Sparetime is usually spent on cooking, exercising and hanging out with friends and family.
Hello, I'm moving to Sydney for 6 months for an internship. I would love to share a house with funny and open minded people. I'm very outgoing, i like to travel, discover new places and meet people. I love backpacking during the week-end too and just go on adventure ;). I've lived in many countries before ( Morocco, France, South Korea...) and i like to introduce others to these cultures ( especially by cooking Food, Food is the key :p) . Can't wait to discover those beautiful beaches and great Sydney weather !!!
Hey, I'm Gabriel. I'm a 30-year-old UX Designer working fairly normal hours in Surry Hills. When I'm not working I do a mix of social, creative, health and hobby stuff. I'm a medium outdoorsy guy and travel as often as I can like to camp and hike on occasion. I swim when it's warm, run and play some basketball. I like to read, watch good movies, listen to podcasts and attend the odd cultural event. I'm not the greatest chef but I cook regularly. When all else fails you can find me with my mates, BBQing, playing a board game or at the pub. Always a sucker for a good story, meeting new people and learning new things. I'm clean, easy-going, respectful of space and good for a chat/chuckle. I like keeping the people around me happy and having a nice vibe in the house is important to me.
My name’s Gemma, I’m an interior designer currently teaching interior design at UTS (so I’m employed and can pay rent yayyyyy) during the week. I usually spend the weekends catching up with mates, going out and trying to do some sort of fitness – doesn’t always happen lol. Pretty well house trained – can cook, can clean up after myself, happy to go in on house chores and have lived in share houses for years. Ideally looking for a place where the housemates hang out for dinner or drinks every now and then but I’ve got enough on that if that’s not the case it’s not an issue.
Hi there! I'm Gabi, a recent Psychology & Philosophy graduate and current full-time English tutor. I am looking for a place where I can chill out, enjoy down time but also socialise with my house mates from time to time. I am very neat and clean, quiet and reliable. That may all sound a bit boring, but I also love music, books, a good laugh, movie nights, and lame jokes - can tone it down if that's a deal breaker. My boyfriend (currently a medical student & researcher) will be looking to move with me, so anyone who is taking couples please let me know!
I'm Brazilian, male, 30 y.o., Chef, non-smoker and student. I'm very easygoing, open-minded, tidy, organised and respectful.
Hi guys, I work for the Big Four in England and am coming over to Sydney on secondment for a few years. Ideally looking for somewhere with people who I can spend a bit of time with, but also aren't making a racket every night so I can get work done during the week if needed. I like to think I'm a pretty decent housemate but I guess everyone says that!. Would like to be within walking distance of a beach if poss! Into sport so flatmates with a vague interest may be beneficial but if not as long as you can put up with me talking about it occasionally we should be fine... Would like to look round any potential places when I come over wc 1st May
I'm an event director - (co owner), a film maker, a bike and ebike designer. I practice yoga (asana, pranayama and Meditation) every day. When I'm in Sydney, I ride my bike in Centennial Park, Ocean swim at Bronte, and love my life! You can find out much more about me on Chase Sydney and on Vuelo Velo, you can look them up online (add my name). Good thoughts, Marty
We are two Danish girls who are looking forward to our working holiday trip to Australia. We want to explore Australia before university. We are excited to meet new people and make new friends and get to know the Aussie lifestyle. We are nice, funny and out-going. We keep our room clean and tidy. We love animals....except cockroaches and other scary Aussie creatures (not looking forward to that) ;-)
