Hi there, I am from Malaysia, Chinese. I’m studying here in Australia for the next couple of years at TAFE Southport and Ashmore. Hmm.. living with me would be cool, i guess. I speak 4 languages, so if you wanna learn foreign languages, I can teach you :) I keep stuff as tidy as possible, a tidy place is more comfortable than a wreck, right? Other than between institute and work, I go for jogging to keep fit and healthy. I am also a motorcycle enthusiast, so will be buying one of those in the near future (I prefer quieter bikes if you are worried, and maybe in 2018/19). Am not particularly a night life, party person. But a little bit of fun from time to time is cool.
Looking for a private room with nice&tidy flatmates. Studying and working so rarely at home, keen on social life and outdoor activities but during week only like a quite place for chilling out from busy life. Cooking for myself all the time but always clean up after!
I'm a clean and tidy room mate and generally keep to myself as I work full time at Harvey Norman in Bundall. I've not long moved to the Gold Coast from up north and would love to make friends with my flat mate though. Looking for someone that's of a similar age group and am only looking to live with females.
Hello my name is Albert and I am from Barcelona (Spain). I am here for 6 months to improve my English and also here for work. I am a very neat, organized, sociable, and a responsible person. In this moment, I am trying to find a room with my friend Jimmy who is in the same situation as I am. He is from Seattle (USA) and is here for work near Surfers Paradise. Our last night in our hostel is Friday night, so any immediate openings would be much appreciated. We´re both neat, easy going and friendly people. We are excited to be in Australia and hope you guys can help us out We hope we can share good times!
Hi there! :) My name is Steph, I'm 27 years-old from Sydney. I'm moving to the Gold Coast for 6 months to work at the Commonwealth Games which is really exciting! I'm super easy-going and very easy to live with, (and very clean!). I love keeping fit and healthy and hoping to find a field hockey club to fit in a couple of games over the Summer. :) I'm looking at places at the moment for a length of stay anywhere ranging from 3 weeks to 6 months.
Pineapple on pizza is essential. Sorry, just had to get that out of the way first 😂 I have found a couple of awesome fully furnished places for rent. If you're interested in having a look, hit me up for the link. Looking to move closer to work. I'm employed at an awesome little coffee roastery in Southport as the Head Roaster. I'm more of a controlled chaos kind of person when it comes to my personal space, but happy to keep communal areas clean and tidy. Tend to keep to myself at home as the day at work is loud and energetic. Pretty much 9 to 10 hours of hard labour every day 😅 Home is my chill out zone. My fortress of solitude so to speak. Weekends are mostly spent at home enjoying sleep ins, Netflix/Amazon/Foxtel binges, gaming on my laptop, the occasional cheeky Gin and Tonic (top shelf only 😅), trips to Gold Class and coffee crawls. Once a month I take a trip to Lismore to visit the family. My must haves for my new place are: - Air conditioning in my room - Unlimited fast wifi - Fully furnished - Queen size bed or larger - A garage space for my car - No Smoking 🚭🚭🚭 - All bills included in rental price - Gay friendly Bonus points if you have fur children and a refrigerator with an ice dispenser 👌 😅
Hey wassup my name is Stephen. Im 20 years old, my background is Samoan. Very friendly and is well matured. I am a Christian, that lives for positive vibes 🤙🏾 Im a chill laid back dude that likes adventures, food, and kickin back! I work part time and can always pay rent on time as i have experience at home haha I work all different shifts through out the day at a bread factory in burleigh. So you may see me or not in the day. So i prefer a furnished room or just a bed at least (preferably a long single or queen bed) because im 6'4 haha preferred to share with people my age or around it. Also with the lads! Haha or don't mind if its a mixed gender shared house! Sweet as im out, Godbless
I'm very clean and tidy, easy going, social and independent. I work a casual job 30-40 hours per week and currently looking for a 2nd part-time job. I have rented a place in Broadbeach by myself for the last 3 years and am looking for a change, so hoping to find a unfurnished room in an established flat or team up to start a new flat. I'm happy to pay a little more if the room has an ensuite. My lease is up on the 24th of October, so I ideally need somewhere to stay asap, I would consider short and long term options. Please message me if you have something suitable. Thanks Mark
We're 2 awesome guys who have been mates for years and looking for a place to live. We work a lot, Eli runs a pub and i run IT ops at a Telecom company. When we're not working we're either at the gym, out on the beach chilling out or having a surf, spending time with friends and family or just relaxing and eating food :) We are both looking to spend $250 p/w each on somewhere really nice. We want to live in a house on the water, with a pool and large bedrooms. We are flexible depending on location, how nice the house is etc. We want somewhere really nice to call home & we're looking for 2 more people who want the same. We have found that rent will be anywhere from $750 to $1000 all up, so around $200 - $250 per room mate per week, which will be split depending on the rooms. E.g if master room is a lot better than the other rooms, that'll be 35% of rent, other rooms will be divided evenly too, 25% if one is larger than the other two, 20% each for the other two etc. It all just depends on the house, the rooms and what we agree to. We can work it out :) Please message us if you'd like to apply for really nice houses with us. We already have a list of places we are applying for, but we can't post the links to these places in our description so we will send through direct message if you are interested in applying with us. Thanks guys!
I am a quiet guy but like to socialise. I work full time as a software engineer and am also starting a business on the side. Generally clean and tidy. I tend to head up to Brisbane on weekends as most of my friends are there.
Hey all :) I Don't have a set move date. Looking to rent a place with 3 or less people. Working full time.. in Varsity Lakes, but wanting to live bundall area and/or surrounding areas. Love the beach, and being outside. But also like a quiet home to relax in, especially after work. Am clean and tidy. Social but respectful of space and privacy. Message tell me a bit about yourself, can meet up for coffee . :) Ps, have my fur-baby that lives at parents place but would love to be able to bring him over some times. :)
I'm a professional female looking for a place from October - I'm working on the GC2018 project for 9 months, but am looking permanently if I love life down there! I have a very adorable and very well behaved Shetland sheepdog (miniature collie) named Charlie Murphy. He's an indoor-at-night/outdoor doggo who is housetrained (he'll do his business on a mat if he gets stuck inside) and is fine with apartment living - he's pretty lazy during the day because I take him on morning adventures. We've not lived with a cat before, but he's surrounded by cats as neighbours and he has learned that 1) cat is boss and 2) cat will not, in fact, throw the ball. He will chase a ball for days if you let him, and he'll also play hide and seek with you / his toys. True story. He's pretty great. Me: I work in HR and am easy-going, considerate and tidy. I have my own place up here in Brisbane so will probably spend weekends there in the first few months until I decide what to do with it. I (try to) stay active and eat healthily, and am a fairly decent cook so am happy to team up for groceries and play house chef. I'm pretty outgoing and social, but I'd rather not live in a "party house" where there are 50 people over every weekend....mostly because hangovers hurt waaay more now than they did at 21. Happy to socialise over dinner or drinks, also happy to do my own thing! I don't really know anyone on the GC so it would be great to live with people who can show me where the good Thai places / clean beer taps / wicked burgers are, but have their own lives too. I don't have any preferences in terms of gender, sexual orientation or age - the most important thing is that we get along and fit in well with each other. If you have a dog, awesome! Charlie loves mates. I'd ideally like to let them meet first so we can make sure they'll be happy housemates too.
I am friendly, happy, easy going, fun, caring and respectful. I am social and love a glass of wine on the deck and good conversation. I love the outdoors and a bit of adventure and yoga and dancing. I recently volunteered in a refugee camp in Greece and like travel. I am new to the coast so looking to make friends and I prefer a home where we are friends rather than just housemates. Though I do also have a busy lifestyle. I am coming from Canberra but my mum lives up here so Ive spent lots of time up here and I love the weather and beach, friendly people and lifestyle. :) I am most likely to stay longer than 6 months, hopefully permanently. I am keeping my full time professional Canberra job but based out of the Coast. Be lovely to hear from you :)
I'm a 36 year old male, I work in IT and finance, but don't fit the nerdy/geeky stereotypes, apart from maybe wit. I'm respectful of other's space and property, and I can power clean a whole house quickly if the need should arise. If the surf is good, you won't see much of me and I'm usually away socialising on the weekends. Always happy to have a drink and a laugh if you're having friends over. I also have an impeccable rental history if anyone is interested in teaming up to take on a lease.
Something about myself... Well I’m a Happy, bubbly, hardworking kiwi chick. Have lived in Gold Coast for about a year now. I work so that's a great start haha I run my own mobile Beauty business. I’m tidy and respectful. I pride myself in the morals I have :) When I'm home in all honesty I enjoy having me time, catching up on sleep, reading, movies etc.. But in saying that I love to be social, have a real conversation and I have a massive sense OF humour . So if you want someone to laugh at and want to some to share the billswith feel free to contact me :)
Hair like a smurf, the chillest person you'll ever meet, super clean and respectful, always up for a movie marathon
Heya, Im a 30yr old graphic designer, employed fulltime. Non-smoker and pretty chilled. I have two mini foxies who can be kept outside if preferred. :)
A humble fashion enthusiast working part time at Pacific Fair who's fitness oriented, loves to travel, very creative and interested to meet mature, respectful, responsible and likeminded people I'm open to whatever length of stay.
Hi guys! I'm looking for a unfurnished room or people who would like to team up and find a place together at the goldie. Ideally I would like to team up and find a place to live as I have some furniture and I'm not really ready to part with it! Also would be 100% fine with sorting out any furniture I don't have to furnish the house/unit! Not particularly fussy on much but would like to stick as close to the beach as possible! In regards to house mates I'm really easy going and it doesn't bother me if you're a male or female. I have the attitude "the more the merrier" so don't have much preference on how many housemates I share with! Im a very tidy person to live with and you won't find me skipping out on the house work! I don't have any problems living with people who like to socialise and have a cheeky beverage or 2. If anyone's interested in living with a easy going welsh girl, let me know ☺️
I'm a clean person and like to have nice stuff. I work a lot and am quiet when I am home, if I want to make noise I'll go out. Reaching a point in my life where I'd like my own space without renting out a whole house.
