We are two friends very tidy and serious researching people to leave with. We both study at Bond Uni and are not partying people, more sportive and calm.
My names Lola. I'm 3 months new to the Gold Coast (originally from the Sunshine Coast but have been living in Brisbane for the past year). I'm very active and healthy, resulting in me often being at the gym, though I love a good wine and ice cream from time to time. Looking for a house with upbeat, positive, respectful people, who I could possibly become friends. Not a big partier and would prefer a bar with a good vibe and music, over clubbing. You will often find be at the beach or on a jet ski or on a boat as I'm a huge fan of the water. A lover of travelling, growing up surfing and snowboarding around the world, also living on a boat for 2 years when I was younger. I know 20 might seem young but I'm told I'm quite "mature" and am use to hanging around older people :) currently working as a nanny full time and looking into doing a fitness diploma, while I take 6 months off uni :) When I go back to uni in July I will be finishing my degree in Business and Communications. If you are interested please message me ❤

Feel free to contact me !! Cheers Kaja 😊
Hey guys! I'm just actively seeking a room to rent. Preferably with one other in the house, no more than 2 though and own bathroom is preferable but not a must so long as others are clean :) I'm very tidy, honest and reliable. I'm single and work full time as a hairdresser and am currently seeking to study part time as well. Really just need someone I can get along with, I'm very easy going and laid back. Spend a lot of time out socialising with friends and work quiet a bit so I'm not always home. My lease ends between the 11th - 18th of April so will need somewhere just before or around those dates. Look forward to hearing from you :) I work at pacific fair so somewhere between Merrimac - Burleigh is preferable. I also need secure parking for my car that is a must wether it be in a garage, driveway or complex parking.
Hi :) I am Sophie! I am 23, I work part time in sales for a fitness company & do some PT work on the side. I love health & fitness, I am very independent, trustworthy, sociable and easy to get along with :) I am very positive, active & live every day as it comes and goes! I am looking for either a few room mates to find a nice place, a 2 bedroom shared unit or a room in a nice environment close too the beach.I am willing to pay anything under $200 per week bills all included. I have my own bed & bedside tables, no other furniture. Looking for a place to move into as soon as I can! Shoot me a message if you need to know anything else or would like too contact me :)
*Not available until end of April* Hello! I'm a 21 year old, currently finishing off my last 6 months at Bond University, studying a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. I'm originally from Perth, and have already booked my graduation trip to South America for September! I currently work part-time in an office, and am usually at university studying, so will be out of the house most days. I'm super organised and like to keep my space and the house tidy (and am more than happy to join the chore roster) - my usual practice is to cook big meals on the weekend and freeze them during the week, but I adore baking and making dessert. I usually make way too much and would be really pleased if you'd help me eat them, if only so I can use you as a guinea pig as to what to do different next time. I'm bisexual, although I don't make a big thing out of it - I usually don't bring people back, and probably won't want to throw a party at home, although a wine and cheese night or a few bevs is always appreciated. I've been living with my current housemate since April 2015, and our lease is ending in April this year (2017) and she's moving back to Brisbane, so I'm looking for another sharehouse hopefully that is happy to have me until the end of August 2017. I am happy to join the lease or not, and am happy to pay bond or not.
21 years of age and working 2 jobs. 1 being a Hip Hop dance Teacher and working with kids & secondly working in an Office in Robina for a hotels company. I am looking for something stable, homely and comfortable. Not afraid to have a coffee and a chat and enjoys the occasional glass of wine. I love too cook and love to clean. I am a smoker but currently in the process of trying to quit. Look foward to hearing from you soon 🙂
$210-*$230max. all incl. Hi! I need unfurn bedrm with b-i-robe. I'm easy-going, considerate, trustworthy, quiet and clean, how about you? Hi! I'm Lynda (Seb is my friend helping me with this process). I'm looking from Coombabah to Elanora. Bedroom must have security screen on window please. I am humble, so the ad intro is how my home-mates of past have repeatedly described me. I have great! references from rentals, some of 4+years each. I have always prioritised paying my rent on time and am always economical with my use of any utilities, that's just the way I roll ;) therefore I prefer all utilities to be included in the rent price, please. I am independant and always clean up after myself and contribute fairly to home chores. To be honest with you, I am for now receiving Newstart Allowance, so I must declare all rental details to Centrelink, so if that is do-able, I want to hear from you please! I intend to again be in paid employment asap this year and I can't wait for that to happen 😊 I would like to be able to awaken well-rested by sun-up, so that I may hop onto my elliptical (stationery exercise bike) for a quick blitz to get ready for my planned productive day. Is your home peaceful most mid-week nights? If so, we're off to a good start 😊 Not necessary, but only if you can spare *large storage area aside from the bedroom, I am willing to pay maximum $230/wk rent all inclusive, thanks! I am seeking understanding, friendly and considerate home-mate/s 😊 that, like me, know how to respect each other's privacy, personal space/times and share communal spaces amicably, compromise and be fair for all to get along. I have no children or pets of my own, yet I love being around them as much as they love being around me. About me: apparently I am mature-aged (sounds like a cheese). I am only ever a light social-drinker who can still have fun! I am definitely young-at-heart-mind-body. I am passionate about animal/human welfare, good health and my photography. At home, I am happy to quietly keep to myself. That said, I am caring and friendly 😊 so I also want to interact with you and feel included, at mutually agreed times, when home. If you think you are interested in me as a long-term (minimum 1 year) home-mate, you just need to message me, Lynda, and I'll reply asap. If you've read down to here, please don't hesitate to message me with any queries, thanks! Lynda 😊
Myself and my wife are looking for a shared house before we find our own place to live. We are moving down from Brisbane. We both love the beach and are into fitness, we are easy going people to get alone with and love making new friends. We are not into the party sense. Myself, I run a online PT business and my wife is a social worker. We can't wait to live hear the beach
Wanting to relocate closer to work which is at Currumbin as I currently live an hour away.. I have a really well behaved and friendly small dog named Lola. Im clean tidy and responsible and always pay rent and bills on time. Not in a rush to move. Looking for the right place with the right people for a long term stay! :)
I'm looking for somewhere clean, tidy, relaxed and friendly to call home for a while. I'm easy going, friendly and very tidy. I'm respectful of other people and expect the same in return. I'm looking for somewhere with a bit of my own space, however I don't have much furniture and ideally somewhere with a bed would be great, but ok if not. I have a secure income and also work for myself on the side as an artist for extra income. So I'm always pretty busy and would love a quiet place where I can just come home and relax.
Hey Guys! I'm on the look out for the perfect place with amazing people/person to live with (hopefully around my age). I'll be searching from around Burleigh to Mermaid, closer to the beach the better. I work two jobs, doing beauty and event work so I do a mixture of day and night shifts, this keeps me busy throughout the week. I love a clean and tidy house and is a respectful, easy going female whose looking for people who are similiar and who I can live with as friends, not just roomies. I like having a chat/giggle with my housemates. I head out occasionally to socialise but also enjoy time to myself and being able to come home to relax in a drama free environment. I live a simple, healthy lifestyle and enjoy having the odd adventure. I don't smoke or drink so I'm not looking for a party house. I'm looking to have the bills included within the rent with a large private bedroom with own bathroom and somewhere to park my car. No cats or dogs please. Please keep in mind I will be ready to move around the start of June. I look forward to hearing from you! 😊 x
We are brazilians looking for learning and have experiences in Australia. Both are here to learn English and work. She has been a student visa for one year. She studies every weekday and is looking for job. He has dual citizenship. Brazilian and Italian. He comes with a workholiday visa through the European passport and works fulltime. We are friendly, respectful, organized and love sports.
My name is Kurt and I'm 26 years old (turning 27 in May, 2017). I was born in the north of England, but moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in California when I was 5 years old, and have resided in California ever since. I earned my bachelors degree in kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California in 2014. I am moving to the Gold Coast in order to pursue my doctorate degree in physiotherapy at Bond University. The earliest I will be available to move in will be mid to late April, and I want to move in by the 1st of May at the latest. Some of the things I enjoy most in life are exercise and wellness, watching sports (favorites are rugby, american football, and basketball) traveling, outdoor activities (everything from playing competitive sports to relaxing on the beach), music (just about every genre), trying new things, getting outside of my comfort zone, and meeting new people. I would describe myself as an extroverted introvert; I thrive in social settings and love to get out and explore new places with new people, however, at times I like to keep to myself. I enjoy cooking so I am definitely looking for a living situation with a full kitchen that I would be welcomed to use. I clean up after myself, and I'm very easy going and can get along with almost any personality type when it comes to living situations. My ideal living situation would be one that is conducive to the rigorous demands of studying for an intensive post-graduate degree, with people who know how to have a good time and enjoy socializing when it is appropriate. I am looking to rent for at least 4-6 months at the minimum, and if I really like the living situation, I am open to renting for longer. I'm looking forward to finding my new home in the Gold Coast, and meeting some new, amazing people!

Hey! My name is Kat :-) I'm 23, working and have just recently moved up to the Gold Coast from Coffs Harbour. I'm really easy to get along with, clean, respectful and love being social with my roomies. That being said, I am out a fair bit as well still exploring what the GC has to offer. Looking to rent long term with a house full of awesome, like minded people! Message me with anything you have to offer.
Hey, My name is Aimee and I have just currently finished a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Nutrition at Southern Cross University, Lismore. I upon completion of my degree I decided I wanted further my education into career as a dietitian and have decided to take on a Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Pratice at Bond University, Gold Coast. I am an active person that enjoys yoga, bush walking and the gym. I love cooking and creating healthy versions of my favourite dishes (and I am happy to share). I am seeking a room that has enough space for a desk and my books. Inside the confines of a home, I understand that sharing a space calls for mutual respect, and I am undoubtedly very neat and tidy with my personal spaces and belongings. I clean up after myself and pull my weight when it comes to all household chores, but I am also willing to help out others, because I understand that not everyone in a household has the same routine. Please feel free to contact me at any time as I would love to meet my new room mate. Cheers Aimee :)
Heyy! Im Jill, 28 years old Non smoker, recently turned vego with 3 cute doggies. I moved to Gold coast from Perth in August and I was in Perth 4 years but grew up on the Central coast in NSW. I work in a childcare centre in Ashmore and love the lifestyle on the goldy and everything it has to offer. In my spare time I love to go to the beach, have adventures, roadtrips, socialise, relax with a movie, yoga, food dates, cooking, reading, yoga and trying new things. I own 3 gorgeous girl chihuahuas. They are house trained and really well behaved, love cuddles, people, the park, going for drives and do their own thing. Im clean, reliable, trustworthy and respect peoples privacy and understand when people want time to themselves as I am very much the same. I dont want to have a big party house and tend to want to keep to myself on a week night as Im usually wrecked from work but I do want to meet someone who I can become good friends with and who will occasionally want to hang out. Im looking for someone I can potentially go halves in a rental together as two wages look better then one when applying for places. I hope to find someone reliable who loves animals, laughing, genuine and just happy about life. Would prefer to get a place with 2 bathrooms so we dont have to share and undercover parking as well. Happy to live pretty much anywhere along the coast or around Ashmore area as thats where I work. Can move out from April just need to give 2 weeks notice where I am. I have an excellent rental history and references, I just know how hard it is to get rentals here! Look forward to meeting the right chick 😊
Hi there, Im an early childhood educator, happy, go-lucky kinda gal, down to earth, forever laughing and smiling. I like to keep a positive outlook on life, love getting over to the ocean on my time off I feel it's therapeutic for the soul, hence the move to be closer to the beach :) I love good healthy eating, going for swims, bike rides, walks and reading a book, having a BBQ. I like to be social and spend time with others although equally like/understand everyone needs down time to relax. Looking forward to meeting new people and the rest of it :) I'm a clean and tidy person. Always cleaning up after myself and joining in on the general house chores. Moving dates and length of stay in very flexible with I just had to put something in the drop down boxes.. Instagram is bellwest as flatmates is verifying the wrong account..... Looking forward to hearing from you.
My partner and I are looking for a small house or granny flat on acreage for ourselves and our two large lovely dogs somewhere on the south side or hinterland area of the GC. We are 25 & 28 yo and work full time as a landscaper and cabinet maker. We're quiet and respectful and enjoy a quiet drink on occasions. When we're not busy working, we enjoy fishing, camping, and going for a swim in the creek. We're flexible with move dates and are looking for something available in the next few months. Hoping for a year lease. Can pay MAX $400/week. Unfurnished place is fine as we have our own belongings.
Hi everyone! My name is Monique, I'm 22 years old and working as a receptionist in Broadbeach. I'm currently looking for a place to call home. I am very friendly and down to earth. I love writing, cooking, reading, binge watching tv series and leading a healthy lifestyle (as much as possible haha). I'm hoping to find like minded roomates that are flexible and okay with me having friends over. I am looking for a room that will have enough space for a queen size bed and a desk as I will start studying in July. I currently only have my own mattress but would like to buy my own bedroom furniture once I move in. My budget is a maximum of $200 including bills and unlimited internet. I have lived in share houses before and am very respectful of space and privacy. I'm also happy to be social at times :) I need somewhere by April 7th or even a few days later if I have to wait for the perfect place. Please get in contact if you have a room for me. I look forward to hearing from you!
