I work at Vulcana Women's circus both in the office and teach kids circus too. I spend most of my time there really, training or being a Trainer or in the little office. I love dogs. I like a chat and cuppa, but also like alone time at home. I'm often exhausted at home. Fairly early riser and early to bed. Like to be clean in the living areas and pay bills on time. I'm looking for a friendly, peaceful home that can also have fun.
Hey! I'm Helene, I'm 18 and hoping to do full time study next year. I am originally from Brisbane but spending the most of 2016 Volunteering my time in Tonga whilst my family live here. I am quite a social person but enjoy my quiet time at home and study. I am easy to get to know and looking to move in somewhere that will be easy for me to get to Uni. My family has moved overseas leaving me to stay in Australia to study on my own, my course for excercise and health science at ACU starts February 2017, I have already spent time living with flatmates for the first 6 months of this year. For fun I like to get out of the house and spend time with friends and participate in sport, And I like to think I am quite a healthy person. Hoping to move in somewhere to start uni in Febuary 2017! P.s non furnished would be ideal! Xx
Hello, lilly and Jordan here :) we have two young children and are just starting up a business, looking for friendly open minded people to live with don't mind having kids around!
Mainly looking for a granny flat or unit fully to partially furnished. Keep to myself, study 35 hours a week , single , 22 ... Whatever else you wanna know just message me 😁
I am happy go lucky person, very easy going personality, positive, great sense of humour, neat and tidy. I am looking for a fully furnished house and furnished room with bed and built in wardrobe. I have a beautiful lovely companion my dog very well behaved and fully house trained. I need fully fenced secure backyard.
Hi! My name is Nicole and my partner and I, and our 7 year old whippet cross sausage dog, Marley, are looking for a room to rent. I am currently unemployed. I gave up work to become my mother's full time carer when she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Prior to that I worked at Nandos for almost 6 years. I am looking at getting back into the workforce soon enough though. Stuart works as a painter (walls and ceilings etc, not the canvas sort of painter) and is fully employed. We are both friendly people, can cook, and neat and tidy. Stuart has a somewhat dry sense of humour and I tell him often that he is not as funny as he thinks he is... He disagrees :) He is also more apt at fixing things than I am, from leaky taps to servicing our car and as he's nearly a foot taller than me, he doesn't need to stand on a chair to change a light bulb and he is a good spider killer too. Marley is friendly also though pretty meek but if you give her a ball she will never leave you alone! Some days she drives me barmy! I also have a 14 year old daughter who resides with her father down the gold coast. I would like her to be able to visit on the occasional weekend if it wouldn't be inconvenient to you and when she can fit it into the oh so busy social schedule of a teenage girl. We are looking for something that will see us through Christmas/ New year with the hopes of finding something more permanent early in the new year, however we can get on with our house mates we may never leave, or you may not want to get rid of us!! Thanks!
I am a social person who likes a chat, but I also value my privacy and quite downtime. I have been living in share accommodation for the past 4 months, and believe that I am a tidy and easy going person to live with. I am currently in between jobs, but am actively looking for work, I am currently on Centrelink payments. While I am 17, I will turn 18 in January. I have been told that I am mature for my age, which my current housemates would agree with.
I am considerate of other people, no noise before 8:30 am or after 9:30 pm when I use my headphones,... I enjoy cleaning and respect other people's property. I am honest and reliable with bills and am a dedicated classical/jazz pianist/guitarist and composer. I do huge concerts for worthy causes, and love sci fi and am writing a novel. I'm not up myself and enjoy a laugh and love people.
Hi, Im Theresa, Im from the U.k. My children where born in Australia, And have now all moved back, I come and go to visit them. I decided to stay the last time i visited and Im now doing a course in Art therapy, my son has a new born and needs his own space so I've decided i need to venture out and get my own place, I have a beautiful golden retriever who is very well behaved, I love nature and would ideally love to be In the country suburbs preferably so its easier to walk my dog, My children are all around the ferny grove area and it would be nice to be close to them. Other than that i enjoy my own company and space, i would much prefer furnished so i can just move in straight away without any hassle. I will be arriving back into Aus at the end of January as i can't move back in with my son due to the newborn i will be looking for a place at this time for 4-6 months.

20 years young. •I'm a very tidy person, don't like mess. •I'm respectful and honest, up front and easy to get along with. • Don't drink nor go out much. (Doesn't mean I don't like to have a good time) • love my fitness and positive vibs. • Studying nursing and work casual. • PREFER a master room. Although I'm easy either way. Im honestly very easy going. looking for somewhere quite and nice, to call home for a while. preferably 2 house mates max. Xo.
Updated: North Brisbane **specifically looking for a granny flat thanks :)** Hi I'm Amy, a 23 year old cake decorator working 3 days a week for a small company located on Brisbanes South Side. However I am considering returning to volunteering and studying next year and would strongly consider moving closer to my partner. I'm passionate about baking and all things cake/deserts. I am a fairly harsh critic and rarely live up to my own standards. I'm always looking for constructive criticism and am willing to share my baked goods. I enjoy going to the markets, baking, reading, fithooping (weighted hoola hoop), walking, Kitten D'amour and board games... I really enjoy board games! I am fairly kept to myself and have a small circle of close friends. At present I am only looking for a grannyflat. My partner lives in North Brisbane and is currently studying and working so I am usually away on weekends. If you feel I would be the right tenant for your property I would love to hear from you! Kind Regards, Amy

I'm pretty easy going, if I'm not working then I'm either at the gym training for an upcoming INBA competition and future job in the Defence Force, or at home reading a book or binging a TV series... but don't get me wrong, I'm always down for a couple of cold drinks and a story in the afternoon with my new flatmate family.
Quiet, and well mannered. recently separated from my wife. Looking for a room, or preferably affordable place. Easy going full time working professional (IT / Projects) looking to house share within Brisbane region. Clean and Tidy and social personality but also always respect my flatmates space. Good with pets (especially dogs! lol) and easy working in with flatmates when it comes bill sharing, etc. I commute to CBD daily for work so would be great to find a place close to train lines. Originally from NZ and been in Brisbane for almost 3 yrs now, during the week i'm pretty boring (lol) normally just busy working, gym, and a little study or TV comprises my daily routine, but on weekends love to get out to the Sunshine Coast or GC when is sunny, or hit the local and watch rugby / sports. As mentioned I'm super laid back and respectful as a flatmate, and looking to fit in with a cool bunch who would hopefully end up awesome mates as well as flatties! Feel free to ask me any questions.

Quite simply a busy chick looking for easygoing down to earth roommate that preferably won't try on my underwear while I'm not home. feel free to email me
I am a family-oriented, neat and tidy, non-smoking/drinking/partying, people-friendly, caring, responsible person. I'm looking for unfurnished accommodation (1-2 bedrooms) for myself and my 5 years old daughter. She goes to school in Everton Park. We prefer living close to quite streets, single/double story dwelling, a garage/carport for my car. We've been renting since 2012 & is able to provide reference.
I'm a quite person who suffers from OCD so everywhere will be kept immaculately clean. I love to cook and enjoy exercise. I'm from the UK and have lived in this wonderful country for 2 years. I'm living with my daughter and her family at the moment, but, miss my 'own space'.
Laid back, tidy, mature, friendly gal looking to share with similar aged people. I work part time in hospitality and spend the rest of my time working on my online business. I am sociable and enjoy a wine and a chat after work but also enjoy my alone time. P.s. as much as it saddens me, i am allergic to cats :(
I'm an easy going friendly guy. I work as a plumber and do long hours. I mainly come home just to cook and then sleep. I am respectful, quiet, neat & tidy. I like to chill out with friends on the weekends & always keen to meet new people & have a laugh. If you are keen to team up, send me a message :)
Good working professional, CBD based for work looking to move closer to Mt Cootha for hiking and walks. Clean, reliable and respectful. Moving back to Brisbane from interstate and looking for a place to call home.
Hi my name is Javana, I'm 23 and I work in customer service and also study part time. I am friendly but respectable. I spend a couple (or more) nights with my boyfriend whether it be his or mine so I would prefer a place accepting of couples. I am a private person but I do know how to socialise and be friendly! I am very tidy as long as the house work is shared between everyone. If you think you can help me out please message me! But please make note of my move in date! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I work full time, gym a few times a week and play indoor soccer on Friday nights. My weekends are either insanely busy catching up with family and friends or spent unwinding at home. I enjoy live music and exploring new places. Looking for a clean, tidy, friendly, respectful and social house.
Pretty open about life and tolerance levels are high. But if you are religious we probably won't get along. Officially a contractor to Dexion and will operate out of a storage shed. Part of the production crew at Blend Line TV and can get passionate about motorsport. Gaining an interest in philosophy. Probably a spin off from practicing yoga. Board game enthusiast and likes being around dogs and cats. Likes dog memes. Chases food trucks around Brisbane and is a light drinker. Only speaks about himself in third person when filling out profile descriptions. Prefers unfurnished room. Can provide fridge, dishwasher, lounge room stuff etc.
I am a very tidy and considerate person, I don't like to make a lot of noise. I like to eat healthy and keep fit. I am very outdoorsy, so I am always off on an adventure. I have a cute mini foxy who will sleep outside or inside and has the best personality.
Well, this isn't my first rodeo when it comes to house sharing, so I hope I make a good flat mate.... I'm quiet and respectful, clean and tidy, I love to have a good old chat and have a wine or two of an evening with dinner - but I won't be in your face 24/7 and I'd hope you're not in mine. My hobbies include TV watching (various things and definitely some trash TV), hanging out with friends on the weekends (brunnnnnnnch!), drinks on a Friday night and going to the beach most weekends - as an ex-Melbourne girl good beaches are still somewhat of a novelty for me. At the moment I work full time, and in the new year I will be leaving my current job and commencing part time work as I'll be continuing studying (Nursing), so between work and uni 2017 is going to be busy. I come with stuff too if we need it, like a washing machine, fridge, couch and kitchen items, but I'm also happy to find storage for these things if need be. I lovvvvvvvvvvvvve to cook and bake so if you like cookies I'm your girl! In a nutshell I'm looking for someone I can be friends with and live with I'd love to live with someone similar!
I'm fairly quiet and a considerate housemate. I have lived with lots of different housemates and moved more times than I care to remember. So I'm very adaptable. I like my own space to just relax but I also enjoy having someone around to have a chat. Certainly enjoy the occasional Friday night wine and getting out of the house on a weekend. Definitely don't party too much anymore but I'm always up for a fun social activity. I like to cook meals during the week and try to eat relatively healthy. Always cook too much so would love a housemate to share a family meal with a few nights a week. Work full time Monday to Friday in Enoggera so looking to stay in the area nearby. During the week I like to keep fit and have sporting commitments 3 to 4 nights a week so would be out most of the time. Would prefer a room not too small with a good sized wardrobe, a little bit of storage sapce and my own bathroom or ensuite would be amazing, but honestly I'm pretty easy so not too picky.
Hey everyone, I've only moved to Brisbane a week ago but am still looking for somewhere to call home! I'm 18 years old and am a retail manager, I'm a very social and outgoing person but at the same time like my own space! If you have something suitable or would be keen to team up with me, send me a message! :)
Hi potential roomates! Im Jess and looking for a room to rent around the Everton park area (and surrounding) i have lived in share houses before but decided to move to Bundaberg for a year to be closer to family, however time to move back to the city! Im easy going! And love to be social but at the same time respect the need for people to have their own space and time (myself included) ideally if i could find a furnished room that would be a bonus! :) Im currently in Bali at the moment teaching english but will be returning to Brisbane on the 18th of December, and am able to move in ASAP. Thanks.
We're both people who like to keep things clean and orderly. We like to have roommate hangouts. We like board games, movies and just being chill with everyone. One of us is still studying in university while the other is starting work after having recently finished university. We would like to have house meals (cause we'll be doing that, and the more the merrier) and to support and be there for each other as roommates (and hopefully as friends down the road). Our criteria for a location is somewhere that isn't far from public transport to CBD area and within walking distance to a Coles/Woolies/Aldi. We're okay with moving anywhere within 2-3 zones out from the CBD, so our list of locations definitely does not cover everywhere. Our max budget per person would be $150 per week max (hence $300 in the listing) though our ideal amount would fall somewhere around 100-120 per week. We would like it best if utilities and internet are included in the rent amount or at least add up to our max amount. We don't have pets but wouldn't mind living with pets so long as they are being taken care of properly.
I am currently living in a share apartment with a small courtyard and am wanting to move somewhere with a big fenced backyard (with a pool if possible) so that my dog Baxter can have a happier life being able to run around outside. And I will soon be bringing my cat up from SA so looking for somewhere that is happy to have a dog and a cat as furry friends too. One of my current housemates may be wanting to move with me to a larger place too so am in a state of unknown at the moment but just wanting to see what is available now. If he is keen we will need a place with 2 rooms available that is close(ish) to the city as he works there and uses public transport. Should know by end of December. Our current lease doesn't end until February 2017 so if a great option comes up then will look at breaking the lease or replacing me/us. Baxter is only 9 months but the sweetest natured dog I have ever met. Great with adults, children and other animals. He is Maremma x German Shepherd x Border Collie x Cattle Dog. My cat Lola is a Ragdoll and like most cats is possibly bipolar and is either wanting to play or keeping to herself. Both pets are currently inside pets but will be converting them to outside pets mainly but want a place that is happy to have them inside still for cuddles every now and then or when it is bad weather. I have my own creative and consulting business and work mainly from home so looking for a place with a largish room that I can also use as my workspace. I am hopefully enrolling in part-time study next year to do biomedical science at UQ so I will most likely have my nose in books or my computer working a fair chunk of the time. I'm not really a party-goer but like an environment that has a homely vibe where everyone can have a laugh and get along but also happy to have their own time too. I love hiking, travel, being outside, exploring/trying new things. Also regularly take Baxter to the Nudgee dog beach so trying to find a place close to the river to go for walks or hikes at Mt Coot-tha or close to a dog friendly park. Needs to above the river as most my commitments are there and I want to avoid paying tolls or long travel time daily. Most important thing to know about me is I am considerate and polite and respectful of others in share accommodation and get along with most people. Love learning new things, cultures, and people. But, I can't stand liars, rude, contradicting or untrustworthy people so if that's you maybe skip past me.. ;p
My sister and I are looking at moving to Brisbane in the next few months. I work full time for a company and plan to transfer, while my sister has just come back from working in the USA and is hoping to find full-time work. We are both very social and familiar with shared living.
Hey! Firstly, I'm not needing to move until January. I currently work fulltime at Mount Coot-tha and I've been living in Taringa for the past 3 years. I enjoy eating out, going out, having a drink after work, music festivals and going for runs along the river - or just staying in and binge watching netflix. I'd need to move early January, ideally looking to stay around Toowong/Taringa (train line / bus line) - but pretty flexible. I have my own communal appliances and furniture to bring with me if needed. Shoot me a message if you would be interested in starting a new place or if you need a spot filled and we can grab a coffee - Thanks!
I'm looking for a room to rent in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. Ideally the closer to Clontarf the better as that's where I work however I am open to everything at this stage. Must be pet friendly and good with animals. I am 19 years old and have a permanent job, so am reliable with rent. Would prefer a female housemate but like I said, am open to options. Please if you have anything or know of anyone who does do not hesitate to contact me. Also, if you have any questions just ask ☺️
Hi! Just moving from Melbourne to Brisbane to work full time as a teacher. Been living in share houses for the past years so I know what it takes to make a house run smoothly and to cooperate with others
Hi :) I'm an easy going music student, I play guitar and sing. But I'm always respectful with my noise. I am studying in south brisbane so I'd like to live within approx 30mins of uni (on public transport), I do also have a car though. Ideally I'd like to find some people that I get along with well, I am good at just keeping to myself, but would prefer to make some friends :) My ideal place would have a fairly large bedroom (I have a fair bit of music gear etc) and a bathroom to myself or one that doesn't have to be shared with too many people. Also my boyfriend lives on the Sunshine Coast and sometimes comes over on weekends so it would be good if the house was okay with that . Thankyou :)
