I am a fun, friendly, clean and organised individual who is mature for my age and respects others privacy and belongings. I enjoy having my own quiet space to relax and study, but also enjoy catching up with friends and going out for drinks every now and again (I'm definitely not a party animal, so you won't have to worry about me having heaps of friends over). I study Marketing at QUT and work a casual job in retail, so living within walking distance to Westfield, Chermside would be ideal. Interests: cooking, healthy food, keeping active, netflix, coffee with friends, weekend trips to the sunny coast (visit family and friends) Ideally, I am looking to rent with 1-2 females of a similar age, with preferably, similar interests; who will respect my own space and privacy, but are also willing to have a friendly chat and make a new friend :-)
Hey! I'm looking to move temporarily before moving into a place with my partner. Preferably all bills included and great Internet, if bond is flexible that would be even better!! Just looking to move out asap :) I'm currently successfully self employed as a Virtual Assistant and on newstart payments while looking for fulltime work after moving back from Melbourne in March. I have a boyfriend so if you are okay with him staying a couple of nights a week that would be great. If you are interested let me know, I'm clean and tidy and respectful of my surroundings. Im a quiet person, I don't party and I'm not noisy, hoping to find a place that welcomes friends over for dinner once in a while. Thanks!
We need a flat with a secure garage. Hobbies: 4x4, MX, boxing and mountain biking. We are clean, tidy and sociable (we just moved here this year so if you're into bikes, 4x4 or the occasional beersie that's a bonus :) !) We both have full time careers. Mitch is 25 (Engineer) and I am 27 (teacher). We are kiwi as, so pretty chill and friendly but also tidy and considerate of others. We are happy in our current place but need a secure garage so we can get back into our hobbies :) Feel free to get in touch, Kind regards, Renee
Hello future flatmate! I'm Bri, 22, studying full-time, working casual hours nightfilling 2-5 nights a week. I get government payments while I'm studying so bills are never a problem. I am going to be home most of the time studying during the day. In my spare time I like to hang out in my room and play video games, watch some Netflix or play on my laptop. I am not a party animal but every other weekend I like to go out and enjoy myself :) As I have no family here my few close friends are my family and I like to have them over to hang out and watch a movie in my room every now and then. I have lived out of home and been self sufficient since I was 18 so I am well adept at keeping a clean, tidy household and being respectful of my housemates. Please don't be afraid to send me a message if you'd like to have me join your household! My budget allows for rent of $180 per week including bills. Thanks for reading! Bri
Hey guys. I'm 25 years of age and a qualified plumber by trade. Looking for a place to call home with a couple of cool housemates. I've lived out of home since I was 17 so I'm pretty up to scratch when it comes to sharing with other people. I'm clean, respectable and easy to socialise with. I do have my own bedroom furniture so will be looking for an unfurnished room. Hit us up if you're keen to put me up!
Hi. I currently have a room available in a rented home at Albany Creek. The lease is ending at the end of Sept 17, so I am looking for someone to share the home using that room and also to then together find a new home to rent. We could also relocate before the end of Sept. The curent home is great and to read more about it and about myself, look at the property listing (on this same web page) for Cordia Crt Albany Creek.
I'm an easy going guy with a great outlook on life. Very clean and tidy with respect for other people's space and belongings. I'm a social drinker and very a very social person, I work full time and also have my own business. My interests are rugby league and socializing among other things. I have a house full of furniture that I'm happy to store. Ideally I would like to rent a three bedroom townhouse or flat with one other person. Look forward to hearing from you.
I'm living in a big house close to my work and only cost me 110pw. I'm looking for a new place cause my flatmates are either with limited English or anti-social. IT'S BETTER FOR ME TO HAVE SOMEONE TO TALK TO WHEN I CAME HOME. I like to talk to people that's why I work retail. If you like to know more about me I'm happy to tell you more. Just send me a message:)
My name is Eilish, I'm a 22 year old full time worker. I'm easy to get along with, love cooking/ eating healthy and I have a beautiful 7 month border collie x lab pup. She is kind and well behaved and has been trained as an outside dog. I'm happy to keep to myself or hang out and like to keep very tidy. I actually love cleaning. I work Monday to Friday and enjoy doing productive things with my weekends.
Hello possible future flatmates! Here's a little bit about us :) Alex and I are a very relaxed couple, we've been dating nearly 6 months now so we figured we would give this living together thing a go! Me (Ashleigh): - 18 years old. - I'm a first year student at QUT Kelvin Grove Campus studying Human Services. - Lover of music, food, plants and animals. - Very social but I know the importance of personal space especially when living with others. - I love to cook, especially baked goods; cakes/banana bread and stuff like that. Alex: - 20 years old. - Loves gaming and cars. - Works full time and is currently doing a trainee-ship located in Morayfield. - Is a current smoker but he's making an effort to quit. Both of us are fairly busy most weekdays with Alex working 5 days a week and me being a full time student so there's a pretty big chance we won't be around much anyway. We're sensible, tidy and quiet but we're always down for the occasional shared dinner or drinks or whatever happens really. If we sound like a good fit for your place chuck me a message and we can organize something! We look forward to hearing from you :)
I work full time in Chermside and am wanting to move closer to work, as commuting is wearing a bit thin. I'm a fair bit of a workaholic so I don't spend a lot of time at home, and when I am I'm usually asleep or doing chores. I'm very tidy, hate the sight of mess, tend to keep to myself but do enjoy being social as well. Only looking for up to 6 months as I just need to move down to Brisbane to set myself up before finding a place on my own and I will not be able to move until around September 23rd. Just looking prematurely. If you'd like to know any more about me, just send me a message ☺️
My husband and I are looking to rent a room around North Lakes and its surrounding suburbs. We are a church-going couple in our late 20s, and of Asian descent. Both of us are working professionals with regular hours. We are tidy, warm and love having a chat, but are also considerate towards others in the house and need our own space at times. We are non-smokers and do not drink/ party. We don't mind sharing the house with 1-2 other individuals, but preferably not more than that as we would prefer a quiet house. Ideally, we would also like a furnished room with an ensuite bathroom or a private bathroom that is not shared. We treat all the places we live in as our own, and therefore a clean place is very important to us. We don't mind children and pets in the house. If all goes well, we are looking to move in within the next 3-4 weeks. Our budget is $150-$170 per week inclusive of all bills (our utility bills are not high as we are not home very much due to work and church commitments). Happy to negotiate for split bills for a cheaper rental price. Would love to hear from you if you have a suitable room for rent. Thank you, Jerrine & Brian
Busy business owner Most weekends I'm travelling. Looking for ONE other positive person to live with. Super easy going. Clean..organised..HAPPY!..respectful I love cooking and animals
Hi people! I'm a 28 year-old uni student at UQ majoring in journalism who is looking for socially like-minded, drama-free housemates around my age. You'll find me to be someone who has their life together where I have clear goals and aspirations while working to achieve them. I'm also a producer and reporter, I do CrossFit and morning runs in my downtime, very passionate, ambitious, hardworking and a total professional but most of all fun to be around over a beer, some buffalo wild wings and a karaoke machine! I'm also well travelled having lived in New York for just over a year. If you think we'd get along nicely, not just as housemates but also potential friends, then swing me a message. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Chris
I'm family oriented, respectful, laid back kinda chick.. I'm fulltime shift worker doing graveyard shift so I'm home during the mornings/afternoons. I'm currently living with my parents, therefore I'm ready to be independent and social by meeting new people and who knows maybe friendship. People find me intimidated at first but once you get to know me I'm very nice yet free spirited, out going friendly person. I speak my mind. I do like to have my own space sometimes, I do enjoy having a few drinks now and then. I do know how to cook "nothing fancy though". I'm clean and tidy.. I do like to chill at home in front of the TV watching Netflix or Tv series. I'm also a smoker and I do know most of you's are non smokers but I am careful and i do prefer smoking outside of course.
Hi, We are all currently looking for a place to live either all together or as a couple. We are easy going people and great to get along with. We all are clean and tidy people, respectful to others and responsible. Our bills are always paid on time, and we have a bond loan and two weeks rent loan in place at the moment, just waiting to get a place to call home. We also have two fur babies, a 6 month old female dog Roxie.( jack rusell cross, under 10kgs) and a male cat Blue. (1 year old, blue point cross rag doll). Both pets are adaptable to any situation. They are friendly towards each other, other people and animals. Roxie (dog) is toilet trained outside. She spends most of her time outside, apart from night time she sleeps in the room with me. Blue (cat) is kitty litter trained and outside trained. He spends most of his time outside, or cuddled up in the room. We are all currently (4 adults) staying in one bedroom with the cat and dog. With a family of five. 3 of us are unemployed, myself (Macenzie) is looking for casual work and to start studying, but has a Centrelink income (Youth allowance).
