Heya! I am moving up to the central coast for work at the hospital come january. If you can help me out with a roof over my head (preferably mid january-ish) i would be super grateful!! I am a non-smoker, non-partier, value cleanliness, tidiness, respecting others need for space/peace/quiet, keeping on top of household duties, so will endeavour to provide minimal hassles in those departments. I have lived in rental properties with many people over the years with no issue, and can provide references as well as references from real-estate and other if it helps! Would love to hear from you when you get the time/chance! Will p.s. i put 4 months as length of stay as sometimes things dont work out or you may not be able to offer longer, but if were both happy, longer would definitely be ideal if possible!
I am a mature easy going professional looking to rent a quiet place on the Central Coast. I have some furniture that can be added to an existing place or happy to move into a fully furnished house. I like movies, listening to music and spend a lot of my spare time volunteering in musical theatre and my surf club bar. I have a steady income from my employment in aged care.
I am a full time employee at NSW Health Pathology at Gosford hospital. I am also in my last semester of biomedical Science at University of Technology Sydney. I am a friendly outgoing 22 year old and keep my room/place tidy and clean. I am looking for a private room preferably with own bathroom and close to my work as a driving distance. Great internet connection is a necessity as i need it for both study and work. I have my own furniture so if the room is unfinished its all sweet. Looking forward to finding a great home and new housemates :)
I'm friendly and a bit outgoing but I also like my alone time. I'm a clean person and respectful of other people. I’m currently looking for a job however I have a steady income. I love to be by the ocean and really enjoy exploring so ideally would like to live close to the beach. But I’m not picky either. Just want to find a nice chill place. Message me if your keen to join up and make a home! :)

We also enjoy staying in and relaxing with a film or TV series! Please feel free to contact/message me on here, just follow the link or search for Jen Horsfall and you will find me :)
Hi my name is Jesse, I am a genuine guy that is looking for a room to rent in a shared house, you will find me to be neat, tidy, and reliable. Someone that can have a joke and a good time, but still have time to myself as well. I'm currently working Part-time however this is due to a work accident and my rehabilitation should be ending in Jan-Feb with me being allowed to return to full time work there after. I'm 36 with 3 children who I adore, however they would not be relocating with me. I'm down to earth and easy going. I enjoy a good laugh and I love to cook. I love my Xbox gaming but love camping and hitting the outdoors. Originally from New Zealand so I love my rugby and the mighty All Blacks but love the trans-tasman banter between AUS and NZ. Also an avid fan of the Parramatta eels and I enjoy the NRL rilvary. I'm a competent guitarist and love music festivals, concerts and a good old Aussie pub band. Thanks for your time in considering me as a future flatmate.
im a clean and well mannered young man spend a lot of time at my partners house and work so I am basically looking for a home base at the moment, I always pay my bills such as rent, utilities ect. before any other expenses and I have never been late, not an urgent move as I always have places to go, just looking at options feel free to message me and ask questions, ill reply within a couple of days, keep in mind I need to be near late running public transport i.e trains as I work at night on Friday and Saturday side note, I like to smoke a bit of weed occasionally and am looking for a place that won't make a huge deal out of it
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
I am a quiet, easygoing guy who mostly keeps to himself but does enjoy being sociable and having a laugh. I am clean and tidy, friendly and honest. If I am not at work I either am fishing, exploring new places, on the open road or seeing friends. I am not too fussed on the length of time for a place, but anything over 3 months is preferred. I think I bring a lot of positives to any sharehouse. If you let me make your place our place I totally reckon your day to day domestic life will improve by a considerable degree. Give me a run, see how it goes 👌
