Hi, my name is Ajay and I am a full time student working full time hours. I am currently studying business at Vic Uni and work most evenings. I am a very clean and tidy person and love to socialise being fully aware that everyone needs their own space. I prefer to live outer city suburbs (or cbd). I am a very easy going person and would also be interested in teaming up for a new lease.
Hi folks! I’m a Photography student at RMIT with a part-time gig as a bar guy at a chocolate brew house (...yep, weird). I've been back home in Melbourne for quite a few months now after living in Latin America for over a year: studying in Mexico, working in Panama and backpacking across Central and South America. Things I love doing are: • Travelling and anything to get me back out to nature - hiking, camping, etc. • Learning languages. Currently I'm learning Spanish and seeking opportunities around Melbourne to practice it as much as possible. Also a huge nut for Latin American films. • Photography - the love of my life since I picked up my first camera at 15. Above all, I enjoy the simple things: morning yoga, catching up with friends; cooking weird shit in the kitchen; thinking about my next tattoo, drinking a lot of wine over a great book; looking after easy-care plants (cacti...) and having thought-provoking or nonsensical conversations over coffee or beer. As a roommate, I consider myself to be a no-dramas, care-free and mindful person, and can offer the house some sarcastic humour, and unsolicited life advice . I'd love to live in a house with a great culture of balance, fun, creativity and cleanliness! Ideally looking for roommates I can hang out with every now and then, but will also respect my right to privacy and personal time. If you've somehow made it to the end, I'd love to hear from you!
Hi guys I'm currently living in Tamworth NSW, but I am transferring to Melbourne in a month. I work full time in optics but I'm also a fully qualified makeup artist, so girls be prepared to model for me! And boys, I know how to do drag makeup so also be prepared to model for me. I'm really friendly and easy going and always down for a chat. I would be relatively new to Melbourne, so I might spend most of my time out and about checking the sights and catching up with a few friends I have here. I love cooking, so expect a few meals from me every now and then. I also enjoy crafting but am terrible at it so also expect some hideous handmade scarves and stuff you would probably hate. If you're keen to know more hit me up! I'm excited to get going with this move!!
I'm originally from Cape Town, South Africa. Moved to this side of the world last year after working as an entertainer on cruise ships all around the world. Now I'm studying 2 days a week and working the rest of the time as a barista, so good coffee will always abound wherever I go :) I'm extremely clean and respectful of other people's space and time. I'm pretty independent but don't mind sharing a few drinks and meals if my housemates are up for it.
Hi there! This is Amit, originally from India but currently working with an Oil and Gas company as a project manager in La Strobe Street. I'm looking for a furnished private room close to work. Personal hygiene and privacy are essential to me and I consider myself to be neat, tidy and well organised. Non smoker but occasional social drinker. Hobbies include cooking specialty food, scuba diving and motorcycle rides. Please PM me if you would like to go ahead with an inspection.
looking for 3 months minimum but happy for long term hey all Names Daniel I'm moving down to Melbourne from Sydney. looking to restart my life. Hey there, I'm looking for a room in a share house around Footscray, inner south or inner east suburbs. Ideally looking to share with others who are also easy to live with and well housetrained- clean/tidy and prefer a home to be a place to chill out, enjoy and relax at the end of the day. About me-I am female, 28 years old and studying Exercise Science full time at Victoria University. I still have 1.5 years left then I am looking to do a masters degree. I also have two pet dogs (a boxer and border collie, 8 year olds) who I would much prefer live with me, so a secure backyard with verandah is ideal. Previous housemates really enjoy their company as they are great dogs and I walk/exercise them regularly! Therefore looking for long term (1 year+) if this is available. In any spare time from study/work I train in Crossfit, some yoga, some cooking. My rent per week range is around $180 or up to $220 for a place with a yard. I'm currently overseas in Japan so I am looking to move into a place when I get back to Melbourne from the 1st of July. Look forward to hearing from prospective housemates!
An easy going couple, clean, tidy and quiet. We enjoy chat and sharing moments with housemates. Actually in WHV, turning on a 2/3 years student visa so we can stay long term.
Enthusiastic Frenchie, 27 year old, full-time student, wannabe highschool teacher, house trained, is looking for a cosy little house where she could study and share nice meals, movie nights, and conversations with her housemates. About me: clean and tidy (and would love to expect the same from my housemates), foodie, wine lover, op shops fan, documentary savvy. Has an old soul, and soul music tastes. You will find me at: Savers, libraries, gigs, movie theatres, Vietnamese restaurants, fake French boulangeries, parks, beaches, or just on the road, always with food and a bottle of vino.
Allo there, I'm a professional creative, Graphic Designer, who runs my own business and I love it. I have a studio in West Melbourne and currently live in West Footscray. I work hard which sometimes means on my home computer, and I like to relax when away from the desk. I love the arts, music, design, travel, food, cafes, bars, drawing, photography, movies, Netflix, fitness and spending time with mates. My fave food spots, gym, cinema etc are all close to my current home, so I would like to stay within a few suburbs of them. In a living space I enjoy sharing with housemates and hanging out, just as much as quiet time alone to relax after a busy day. I’m an avid bargain hunter at food markets and I love to bake. Pets are awesome and I'm considered a cat whisperer, let me at them! I’m clean and tidy and expect the same, though I’m not regimented about it. Gardening is a meditative passion and I own some furniture and white goods. Creative people make me happy. I love to share ideas, crafts, artworks to inspire each other. I have a fairly kooky sense of humour, but I assure you I’m a nice guy who is country bred. Hit me up for more and let’s do this!
I'm from Vietnam. About to turn 21 and finishing my last year at RMIT. An easy going, open minded and friendly ambivert passionate meeting new people and setting foot in new lands. I'm also neat and enjoy fitness, swimming and the beach.
I am currently looking for a quiet location on my own to allow me to fully concentrate on completing a degree in social work. I am a quiet and respectful tenant and my pet is a small, very calm, cat.
I'm relaxed, easy going. Pay attention to cleanliness but I'm not over the top. I enjoy socialising but also respect and value privacy. I have a passion for health and fitness... and a passion for beer and wine. Life is all about balance 😊
Hello to each and every-one of you, who is taking the time to read my bio. I am gonna tell you, as it is; I am a great cook (but I am not a foodie, no way). I mean what is a, "foodie"?? The latest, "Trendy" word of the hour? Get out of here. When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy heading into town, meeting up with friends, museums, movies, parks or just hang back at home and read a good book. I am outgoing, but on the flip side, hanging about home with any potential housemate/s, provided they wish to is just as chill. I love to spend time with friends, just as much; I enjoy forming/making new friendships. I am a very approachable, friendly individual and I am a great listener and I give as well as I get. I am well read, and proud of my educational/work achievements. I had the pleasure of Studying: Engineering and Law. My Engineering major was in Automotive/Aerospace. This allowed me, to Work and Befriend some of the brightest of people in the, Australian Engineering industry. Other things about me; well my Father is from Austria, whilst my Mother is from Turkey. The rest is for another day. Now to my point; "So Just Chill", cause I am, I am as cool as a cucumber, and do not sweat the small stuff (well, I try not to); What For? Anyways, to those who are reading my intro, I believe I’ve bored you plenty enough, or maybe not. Nonetheless, I now call an end to my intro, wishing all who read or do not; a Remarkable, Blissful, Happy, Healthy, Prosperous, Joyful, Imaginative, Momentous Life. I honestly hope you find what you are looking for in life, the thing that makes you "HAPPY", as well as those around you (your happiness, should not be as a result of someone else demise). Thank you in advance, for taking the time to read, take care and be well. Kindest of regards, Ken.
Hi, me (Yash) and Eishica are students at RMIT University who just landed in Melbourne. We're around 22-23 years old. We're looking for a nice little house/apartment in and around the city, in the suburbs. We've known each other for a couple of months and can vouch for each other being pretty fun people. Not exactly party people, but always up for a quick chat/drink. Looking forward to finding a home for ourselves.
Hi my name is Lilly, a bit about myself in simple dot point form: - I'm quite social. Not a massive going out party person but I can be easily peer pressured for a night out - I enjoy playing a lot of sport (still constantly unfit but) - I love chilled drinks and house gatherings every now and then - I enjoy a good board game, Netflix binge and movie nights in general - I work as a CRT (Casual Relief Teacher) at various schools. Despite the job being 'casual' I'm still working full-time hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm. - Clean and tidy but relaxed; I'll clean up after myself in the bathroom, kitchen and any shared spaces. - I just graduated last year from a Medical and Health Sciences Degree; specialising in Physical Education and English (basically I'm a qualified PE teacher)
Hello, I'm Kirsten :) 28, a primary teacher, and seeking a place to call home in the Kensington area. Since I deal with screaming children all day I'm looking for a calm, peaceful home where I can relax and unwind (and do all my marking/lesson planning!) rather than a super-social party house. I've had pretty good experiences sharehousing over the last 10ish years, so I like to think I'm fairly well house-trained! I pay my rent & bills on time and am very happy to keep the house clean and tidy. I'm always up for a chat, drink, or share a meal in the evenings or on weekends, while obviously respecting personal space/privacy/need to be left alone sometimes. Interests include reading, music, cooking, travel, catching up with friends, and speaking French when I get the chance. Ideally looking to move mid- to late-August but reasonably flexible with dates. Let me know if I sound like a good match for your home and you'd like to know anything else :)
Hi, my name is Nuno, I’m currently living in Melbourne for studying and I’m also a full time worker. I'm 38yo photographer, easy going and a relaxed person, tidy and organized. I like to meet new people and different cultures, listen to music and play it as well, watch a good movie and I love to cook and have nice dinner with friends, sharing experiences and have a good chat while drink some beers or enjoy a good wine, relax and have a good time whenever it´s possible. I like to have fun and I love action sports, which is my main work (as a photographer). Love the beach and the great outdoors and anything related, camping, trekking, 4wd off road trips, mountain biking, travel and explore are my main hobbies. I also love gardening (also do it as a side job) and I'm ok with pets if it matters, love wildlife, animals and don't mind to share a sofa with a dog or a cat.
We are looking for a room for couple, we are responsible and honest people, we are foreign students and we work from Monday to Sunday at night. We are looking for a nice home to share with honest and responsible people.
I am social, clean and have lived in share houses before! I will ensure that I clean my own mess and am respectful of others space and property. I enjoy meeting people and am happy to be as social and involved in your share house as you would like! I´m a non-smoker, LGBTQIA friendly, social drinker, happy (really happy) to live with pets!
