Hi, my name is Ajay and I am a full time student working full time hours. I am currently studying business at Vic Uni and work most evenings. I am a very clean and tidy person and love to socialise being fully aware that everyone needs their own space. I prefer to live outer city suburbs (or cbd). I am a very easy going person and would also be interested in teaming up for a new lease.
Hello there :) I am a 30 years old, PhD student at The University of Melbourne and I am based at The Royal Children Hospital to do my studies. I was born in Italy and lived there until 4 years ago. Then Melbourne captured me with its sunsets, stunning views and multicultural&funky vibe. I am looking for share housemates who are open, respectful, friendly and don't need all the time to do things together to feel they have a good vibe in the house. I can offer the same in exchange. I want a cosy place that will feel like home _a place where I can relax and get rid of the PhD&life stresses. Don't mind if you do parties or have friends over and I hope I may be able to invite few friends over, too (I like to host small pizza party - i have an electric oven which simulates a woodfired oven ;) ). However, I am not up for a constant party house. I like people and i usually get along with others easily if things are communicate openly. I want to leave in a decent and clean space. I am happy to participate in a cleaning roster (actually i would prefer that so no need to argue about who did the bathroom last time ;) ). Things that makes me happy... hang out in parks, having long skype calls with my family&friends, doing yoga, exercising, going to markets or second hand shops, going to the Abbotsford Convent, cooking and baking, talking about science and philosophy (don't worry not too heavy stuff!), art galleries wondering. I am Pescis if this matters ;)
Hey I'm James, British, 31 years old, looking for a place so that I can stay in Melbourne long term, here on a working holiday visa, but the working is working on how to stay here! Trying to get sponsored. Work in the CBD Mon - Fri also a soccer coach for RMIT. I'm pretty laid back, get along with everyone, clean tidy, punctual with bills. Enjoy socialising, not one to really stick to my room, like to chat with whoever I'm living with. Available pretty much straight away for a move.

Enjoy producing music or playing around on my decks, going to the gym and playing bball in my free time. Keen to join a household that's up for occasional hangouts or shared meals. I'm easy going, open minded and considerate. Looking for a long term home and not just a house.
Hey everyone! My name is Ben and I am wanting to move to Melbourne for a change of scene. I'm currently from the Gold Coast and have lived in many share houses before. Looking forward to experiencing all the great places Melbourne has to offer. Please send me a message if you'd like to know more about me or may have a room for me! Hello! I'm a Creative Writing student at Deakin University (Burwood) working part time. I write a blog about anything and everything. I'm not a big party person although I do enjoy dinner and drinks, and prefer to watch movies or Netflix in my leisure time. I'm a relatively quiet person, albeit quite social as well and I try to maintain a tidy space as well as living minimally in my space. I like to get things done sooner rather than later. I get along very well with pets (but don't have my own) and will be mindful of others during night time hours.
I love meeting new people, socialising, and being a part of household that enjoys hanging out but respects people's alone time. I am someone who likes to keep peace and harmony within a share house since nobody wants to live in an hostile arrangement. I am happy to share my stuff (as long as you ask) and the responsibilities of house-keeping; I am not super stringent but I like to keep shared spaces tidy. Since I’m moving to a new city, I am looking for a share house with people that I can be friends with to make the transition easier. As for my interests/hobbies, I enjoy theatre/musical theatre, bike riding, dancing, going out, reading, video gaming, politics, and martial arts. In terms of my share house experience, I have lived at my current share house for nearly 3 years now with three others (two of them I have lived with since I moved in). Before that I spent 2.5 years at a student college with the final year as a senior resident/resident assistant that is I had pastoral care duties for 24 people living on my floor. Since I live in Canberra, I am going to go down to Melbourne from the 26th to the 28th of May in order to squeeze in as many potential house inspections as well as celebrate my 24th birthday with my two best friends. If we are unable to meet up during then I am happy to do a Skype call but I understand if that isn’t your cup of tea when reviewing potential housemates.
I'm relaxed, easy going. Pay attention to cleanliness but I'm not over the top. I enjoy socialising but also respect and value privacy. I have a passion for health and fitness... and a passion for beer and wine. Life is all about balance 😊
I'm Akshay, 23, Graduate Electrical Engineer looking for any engineering opportunity, till then working full time as a purchasing assistant. With my spare time I like to try new food, brew beer and hang out with mates. I'm super relaxed and just looking for a house that is to. But don't panic I'm not relaxed when it comes to keep things neat and clean in the common areas of the house. I've done the share house game before, so I'm more than comfortable giving people their own space, and I enjoy time to myself as well, but it'd be really cool to have some housemates who like to have a drink and socialise a bit as well. I'm reasonably neat, and my employment is secure, so no issues with the rent. I am moving back to Melbourne around June, and would prefer somewhere near city, but will happily consider other areas as well. If you think you might have what I'm looking for, or have any questions, then I would love to hear from you! :) Akshay
I am a clean, respectful housemate who is also a great cook and baker, ear for venting, fun person to be around, warm friendly and down to earth. I always pay rent and bills on time, always clean up and am always up for a chat/share a meal or a beverage but also respect people's alone/quiet time and privacy.

Hi I'm Rod. Just finished my Master of Architecture at Deakin Uni and now commencing a Graduate Architecture role in Flemington. I returned to study after 20 years as a software engineer. I have a diverse range of interests and can talk about most things. I'm pretty quiet and generally pretty busy with work and evening classes (2 nights a week) at Box Hill TAFE. I am house proud and take my flatmate responsibilities seriously. I can provide references. Currently living in Geelong, but would like to move into Melbourne to be closer to work and friends.
I'm a 26 year old Insurance Professional working in Melbournes CBD. I adore Melbourne, but hey it is the best city in the world!? 6 years in a row, just sayin 😉 I'm outgoing, love a good conversation, none of this small talk stuff. I love trying new places and adventures. However my home life is where I come to regroup and relax. I'm clean and tidy and can cook. I have a small white cat, she is house trained both inside and outside, short haired and well-behaved. You won't even know she's there :) Some of my other loves include music and ice hockey 🎶🏒 Please help me live in the city that I work and breathe in - Jessica

My name is Tjaša (26 years old) and I am Slovenian. I moved here recently - straight from Berlin:) I just started working for a nice tacos place, helping them in service, social media and some other new projects since my background is advertising and I was also managing a coworking space in Berlin. Otherwise I’m very positive and easy going, I like to read books and watch Netflix (when my brains are to dead for anything else:)). I am into yoga and meditation but also for a glass of wine and a nice chat. As a flatmate I am tidy, responsible and easy to live with, at least they are saying so:)
