I am a working professional in the media/publishing industry looking for long-term accommodation close to or at least accessible to my office at St. Leonards. I've been slowly transitioning to a (relatively) more minimalist lifestyle as I make the move so staying neat and clean should be with less effort. I can be relied on keeping the rest of the flat/house clean as well. I'm a non-smoker and would prefer meeting my friends outside rather than do house parties. In my spare time I usually try to be active - I often play badminton and do a little bit of cycling here and there. I'm also keen to learn new sports/activities and join any after hours/weekend clubs. I play some PC games a little bit and I'm a huge fan of the NBA. I'm still learning how to cook more food, but am keen to share whenever I make something nice. I'm pretty social and keen to meet new people, so I'd be down for a few drinks (in a relaxed environment) once in a while to unwind. As I am working full time, inspections are preferred after 5:30pm and on the weekends.
Hey guys and gals, I am looking to team up with 1 or 2 people who are wanting to split the rent on a 3 bedroom townhouse or home on the lower north shore where I work. Preferably with space for washing line or a balcony. I like to live in a nice home that is relaxing and clean. I usually go to the gym, watch tv, read, or study after work. I am a dietitian and I usually like to cook. Drop me a line if you think we'd get along. I am house sitting at the moment so not in a great rush.
Hi Im Vivien, 24 years old, very quiet and respectful and extremely clean person looking for a share house/apartment. I have 3 little Scottish Fold kittens with me, they are very friendly, 100% toilet train and have their own litter robot which clean itself without any mess.
My name is Bec, I am looking for a like-minded person to share a place with. I am conscientious of other people's living space and hope for that in return. I moved here from Canberra about a year ago and still go back to Canberra on the weekends alot. I don't tend to spend much time at home (if ever) on the weekends so the place would be free. i think it is important to be open minded and respectful of everyone's lifestyle...but what's most important is to have a housemate that can also be more like a friend. I always try to be as considerate as possible and clean after myself - always. :)
Love good conversation, quite intellectual, enjoy sharing a meal and some heady discussion, mature minded, LGBTI friendly, clean up after myself. I have a cat as well, and am an animal lover. Work part-time in mental health, but will happily work elsewhere if someone's prepared to pay me for my time (lol!). Keen to move in as soon as possible.
My name is Antoni. I am 34 year old male, living in Sydney now for 3 years (originally from Adelaide) but have spent the last 4 months in Singapore for work, so moved out of my last apartment and moved all my belongings into storage before relocating for work temporarily. I work full time in Lane Cove West with a little bit of interstate/overseas travel from time to time. I am looking to find somewhere to call home with someone who is relaxed & easy going. I would prefer somewhere furnished as I've been living in furnished apartments since moving here and with own bathroom. I am prompt with rent and all bills and am more than happy to share the workload with others to ensure a positive vibe and a clean household. I enjoy the good company of housemates over a wine/scotch and cheese platter, but at the same time enjoy space to myself. If you feel you have a place for me in your home then feel free to drop me a message. Thank you.
Laid-back guy here moving to Sydney on the 6th of March for work and adventure. Born in London but raised in the island of Cyprus. Transferring with work (H&M) for a year, possibly two, and looking for a nice household. I'm a genuine person who can live and adapt with all sorts of people, provided they are also clean, tidy, respectful and open-minded as me. Basically, what you take, you give! I want to live with people where I don't feel awkward with and I can eventually call them my friends and not my flatmates. Hobbies include movies, travelling and exploring new things. Looking for a nice household that I can feel comfortable in while I enjoy my year down under :-)
I am a French student and I am currently in the first year of a Master of Biology in Paris. I’ll come to Sydney from mid-February to mid-July for a research internship. I’ll work with a team of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Macquarie University. I am looking for an inexpensive place to live near the University (because I won’t have a car). I would enjoy to live with flatmates as it will be the opportunity to meet people (from Australia or not). I’ll be at home the evening, for the meal, and the weekend. I also wish to discover Sydney during this free time.
I'm a country guy that works as a Stage Manager and am very friendly and outgoing. Also am clean and conscientious of others space and belongings and always keen to hang out and enjoy a movie night over a glass of wine.
I am clean, mature, hardworking, compassionate, very highly educated, well experienced, cooperative, thoughtful, athletic, funny and energetic. I am looking for a kind of spacious, clean, relatively quiet, clean room and place. I love cute animals. My main occupation is a teacher (having been so for a few decades). I work for child care based work too.
Hello everybody! My name is Andrés and I'm coming to Australia (woohoo) to do my PhD at Macquarie University. I'm arriving in Sydney on January 30th and I'm looking for a nice place, with nice people and nice location to live. I've been sharing a flat in Amsterdam during the last year, and before that I've been living in shared flats for almost 10 years in Barcelona... So, yes, I know almost everything about roommates, weekly cleaning and shared dinners... :) I am 29 yo, gay, clean, tidy and outgoing. I enjoy talking with flatmates, but also enjoying time by my own. I like cooking and share meals with roomies. I also enjoy outdoors, cycling, movies, netflix... a normal guy. Not a party animal, I prefer having dinner with friends or chilling at home... but sometimes partying is also nice. If you think I can be your next flatmate message me! I'm also available for teaming-up! Cheers! :)
