Hello future flatmates! I am a 19 year old Canadian, who moved to Sydney in September. I was an aupair for a while and now looking for a different full time job and a room! I am respectful of other peoples privacy, organized, outgoing and love to enjoy what this city has to offer! (pubs, zoo, tracks, the beach!!)
I am fun-loving, bubbly, active and consider myself to be a little bit of a clean-freak person. As much as I enjoy hanging out with my mates, I also understand and respect the privacy of my housemates. So if you are looking for a well-balanced person to live with and have a reasonable place to offer, feel free to shoot me a message here. Cheers! 😄
Outdoor adventurer working North Sydney during the week, exploring Blue Mountains on the week end. Easy to get along with, healthy eater, enjoy a good laugh and to tell a good tale. Being new to Sydney and job I am keen to spend some time finding my feet. Initially keen to work out the first month and if it works out with the accommodation I would be happy to sign on for longer.
Hi there, I’ve recently found a new job as a project consultant in Lane Cove and am in increasing need of a new place to match, with a move from Melbourne to Sydney being problematic without one. Preferably I’d be looking to live within a reasonable distance of work, haven’t thought far beyond that at the moment. I’m a very relaxed person and don’t stress or rush over many things, not too worried about housemates having a similar outlook, I’m sure everything will be manageable. On occasion I’m fairly quiet, outgoing most of the time though. Prefer things clean and tidy and I'm sociable while being respectful of others privacy. Would prefer something mid to long term rather than shorter and I’m open to teaming up. If all sounds good feel free to drop me a message. James

I'd love to live with people who are clean and friendly. My ideal housemates would be people that are up for a chat at the end of the day and occasionally keen to hang out and do things, but also people who are ok to be super chill and enjoy quiet time as well :) I enjoy outdoors, watching sports and TV shows (GoT anyone?) fitness and the beach.
Looking for a comfortable, quiet space close to work. Currently renting in Neutral Bay (short term) I am a conscientious roommate, always happy to pitch in wherever needed, will give others their privacy but happy to be there at the end of the work day for a good rant. Studying at Macquarie University and working most other days, often overnights, I happy to share space with women or men. I can also be relied upon to have some sort of chocolate available if needed.
I am very considerate and easy-going person. I am an architect who enjoys surfing, and now am moving to Sydney from Melbourne. I am super easy to live with, unless you are a total mess and do never clean up after yourself. Im looking for a place either close to my work (CBD) with off or on-street parking or at the beach, but close to a train or ferry.
I'm a recently graduated engineer working full time in Artarmon, looking to find someplace close to work and cut down on my commute. I like to cook and to have a chat over dinner but aside from that I'll be keeping mostly to myself. An ideal room would have space for a double bed and a desk. An ideal house is clean and friendly with clean and friendly housemates. I can provide references from previous housemates/landlord on request. I'm in no rush, move in date is very flexible, feel free to message me to chat.

Hi there this is Angela. I work in digital marketing in the city and after work I usually go to the gym most week nights. On the weekends, I also like going to the gym, catching up with friends, eating out and going for drinks. I'm friendly, clean and easy going person who also like to share a place with clean, nice and respectful people. If you know or would like to practice Spanish then you find the right person :) I'd love to find someone to share a new place ideally near the city like Waterloo, Alexandria. I also like the north shore or eastern suburbs. Looking for a 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms would be great.
We are young professionals who work in the CBD full-time in health and finance. We currently live in Lane Cove North and love the area as well as the accessibility to the city, so we would be keen to live in a suburb close by. We are both down to earth, relaxed and clean people who enjoy going to the gym, brunching on the weekends and time to ourselves. We are generally busy through the week so enjoy just chilling out on the weekend. Interested in teaming up with one person to look for a two bedroom, two bathroom place. I have a car so will need a place with secure parking. We will be bringing a couch, washing machine, dining table w/ four chairs, and a number of kitchen appliances.
My name is Alina. I'm 27 years old and working full-time as a Graphic Designer. I'm an active, very clean person and have a happy personality. My holidays are usually spent on sight-seeing adventures with friends and I'm big on dancing! I like to cook and have a huge sweet tooth but breakfast is definitely my favourite meal of the day. After work I like to relax and am partial to a glass of wine with roommates. I'm looking for a friendly and sociable home where we respect each other's space so get in touch if it sounds like I could fit into your home!
Hi everyone! I'm friendly, tolerant, reasonably clean and tidy, and ready to do my fair share of house chores. I respect peace and privacy around the house, but I'm happy to befriend housemates too. I'm an IT professional. I'm quite and I keep to myself but that's not to say that I don't enjoy having a drink and a chat over a barbecue! For in-house fun, in my past years sharehousing in Sydney and Newcastle, I've been known to occasionally cook the house dinner (barbecue!). I'm good with sharing my coffee in the morning, and I don’t have a problem sharing little things like washing power, sugar etc. I can enjoy housemates' company for movie or game nights, or back-porch beer banter or random-topic TED Talks. Outside of the house, I'm planning on doing more fishing, bush walking and I’m working up the courage to sign up to a gym because desk job :( Would love to live in a house of people with similar interests.
I'm 24 years old and work in finance in the CBD. I am a bit of a home body especially on weeknights. I love to cook and enjoy keeping fit. I am happy to have a chat after work but also respect when people need their own space.
I'm a full time professional looking to rent a studio or granny flat. Otherwise happy to share a unit/house with one other (not a house full of people or students). Preferably my own bathroom. Apart from that I'm easy going, clean, quiet and friendly.
Quiet and a clean person.
Single mum with 2 boys (16 and 10) who are polite, friendly and considerate. I am self-employed and work from home (just need my laptop and internet). I would be happy to team up with another single parent if a property was large enough. We are clean and tidy (yes, even the boys).
I'm a business analyst working full time. I will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane on the 29th of January. I'm easy going, independent and I don't party much. I enjoy Netflix, TV, movies, books and comics. I also like building and fixing computers in my spare time. Basically I'm a huge nerd.
I am Joint-PhD student from Germany, enrolled at Macquarie University and at the University in Hamburg (Germany), where I currently live. Every year, I return to Sydney to conduct the experimental part of my PhD research. I am clean, tidy and very responsibly. In my freetime, I work as a volunteer youth leader in international camps for kids and teenagers. I also love to cook and live a healthy lifestyle - no smoking, no excessive partying.
Hey! I'm Kelly, 24, full time hairdresser from England and will be returning to Sydney on the 25th of this month and need a private room in a share house (or apartment or whatever!) ASAP. I am open to the location as long as it is easy to commute into the city centre. I'm fun, friendly, easy-going, clean, sociable but respectful of privacy. Looking for a like-minded similar aged flat buddy! Please message me so we can chat if you're interested :)

Hi, My name is Ingrid and I am a 25 year old teacher currently living in St Ives. I am looking to share either an apartment, house or townhouse and would prefer a room with an ensuite/own bathroom. Look forward to hearing from you!
I work in North Sydney looking to find a place on the Lower North Shore. I'm reliable, open minded and easy going. Ideally looking to team up with someone (M or F) and start a new share place, also happy to consider an existing share opportunity. Any questions happy to chat.
I am a clean person and motivated with working towards my career in music and performing. I am a friendly, sociable person, but I am also happy to keep to myself company as I have a busy life between studying, working and working on performance opportunities. As a flatmate, my only desire is for Home to be a comfortable, relaxing place to be.
Hey, my name is Peter and I would describe myself as a very career focused person who spends a lot of time on study/work. I am laid back and occasionally unwind by binging on netflix :). Enjoy study and just finished a bachelor of IT in July and starting masters in the beginning of 2017. Flew from QLD to Sydney for a job. Currently staying at an Airbnb property (and breaking the bank lol), so I am seeking a more suitable long term solution to help settle into Sydney and my new job :). Also ride a motorbike so if there is secure parking, a shed or somewhere out of sight to park a motorbike that is definitely a bonus!
I'm a quiet female professional who loves her own space and privacy. However I am very friendly and cheerful even though I don't like noisy atmosphere. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker of alcohol. I am very clean and tidy and would appreciate sober housemates. 😊
I'm a clean, considerate and sociable IT consultant who has lived in shared accommodation over the last 8 years and I've always gotten along well with my flatmates. I've spent the last 4 in Chatswood. I enjoy tennis, hitting the gym, drumming, hiking, k-boxing and dancing. I'm always up for a chat and would be keen to meet like-minded people to team up with!
I am a fun 20 year old whos looking for a place somewhere along the train line close to my needs. I'm working in chatswood and also have a car. I work mainly night times and my shifts are a bit all over the place but I'm keen to find someone I can become friends with but also have our separate time when needed. I go to the gym a fair bit and enjoy getting outside in the good weather and also hanging out with my friends and having a drink. I am a reliable and tidy person.
Hello, I am relocating from interstate to Sydney for work. Looking for a studio, 1 bedroom or granny flat. Ideally partly furnished but flexible with that. Would require parking. Looking for anywhere around North Sydney, Crows Nest, Roseville, Lane Cove, etc. Would consider a share property with the right amenities - own bathroom and car park in a great location.
I have recently finished my uni studies at Newcastle and will be commencing work at Royal North Shore Hospital in 2017. I am a friendly easy going person who respects personal space and privacy. But I do enjoy socialising and look forward to adventures in Sydney on weekends and days off work.
We are looking for a team up to find a new share house. We are an Italian-Australian male and a Japanese-female couple. We are social but also respect other flatmates privacy. We are both working but also studying at home as well. We also like exercising, movie and video games. If you are interested in learning Japanese, I am happy to help you.
There's something about the lower north shore that draws me...so close to lots of water and lots of trees and big green spaces. I love bright light airy spaces to live in and I enjoy sharing and slowly getting to know new people I live with. I'm pretty tidy and do appreciate well maintained and well cared for spaces and enjoy doing my bit for that. I eat clean and green, don't imbibe anymore in anything and enjoy being outdoors and heading out for friends, study, work and travel. I guess I've a relatively steady routine during the week and like being totally into all things female especially on the weekend...face mask, mani, chilling (yes even housework and yard work) etc and I enjoy sharing a meal at home. I'm looking for an unfurnished room or space.
Flexible, social but yet independent, Don't have much stuff to clog up a smallish place and all the common areas. I have also lived with all different types of personalities before as well as on my own.
Hi! My name is Shona, I'm 23, and I'm moving to Sydney in February to study a Master of Genetic Counselling. I'll also be looking for a casual/ part time job. I currently live in Canberra. I am an easy going, sociable person and like to have dinner and drinks with friends, but I also appreciate my alone time. I like to read, watch Netflix and do lots of dancing. I'm looking for a new home with friendly people! I am a clean and tidy person but not too pedantic about it. Send me a message if you think I could be a good fit for your place :)
Looking to move any time around mid Feb 2017. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with former housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually to Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I am looking for a room to rent in the Artarmon area in Sydney, or near public transport that gets me there. I have got a new job in the area as a professional Engineer that starts mid January, so i expect to stay for long term. I have no pets, no kids, non-smoker, and i have no interest in getting drunk, only for social drinks. I wash my dishes, and i clean up after myself.
I'm a laid back person that can get along with almost anyone, I've had experience living with roommates before and have had no issues. I'm always up for a chat but also respect a persons privacy. I'm polite, courteous, always clean up after myself and believe in a fair living environment. I will be working full time as an intern Radiation Therapist in 2017 and will be making the move from Newcastle.
Hi, my 16 year old dog and myself are looking for a lovely quiet home. I do many different hours due to a few different jobs, day and some evening shifts and needing a quiet and relaxing environment to spend my time off in. I'm not a party person, but enjoy socializing when i get the time. I'm into holistic lifestyle and Very open minded, respectful of others. I am an Art Therapist and also work in Disabilities. I'd love a big enough space to be creative in. A garage would also be handy, and a fenced yard for my doggie whilst I'm at work. Looking for modern, or old with character " clean" home preferably with built in wardrobes, or at least storage space with wifi included.
Hi. I currently live in Melbourne with my partner, but a new job in Chatswood area, so need to move to Sydney for work. Most likely I will be coming back to Melb most weekends, & hope to be able to work 3-weeks Syd, with 1-week in Melb. My partner will come to visit some weekends, so hope that will be ok... She cannot move to Syd due to her work commitments. Not looking for a party house, as I'm well past that, so looking for somewhere quiet. Cheers for reading
Hello :-) I am Lisa, 22 years old and from Germany. I will start working for the Park Hyatt Sydney Hotel in a full-time job from February to August. No shift, weekend or night work! I am very uncomplicated, easy going and have experience with living in a flat share. Living together with locals or international people would both be great!
I'm friendly and get on with most people, but a little bit introverted. Tidy up after myself and have a clean room. Love the beach, like to cook and don't mind sharing. would like to move in with people I can be friends with. I work a lot so will be in and out the house. I have some furniture that takes up space like a fridge, chair & futon, outside table and some little things like glasses & mugs I've been collecting. I also have a car so at least need street parking. Looking to move out in March/April
Hi, I'm a friendly and easy going graphic designer working and living on the lower North Shore. I work the Mon-Fri plus the odd late night freelance job. On the weekend you might find me hanging out with friends or heading north to spend time with family. Otherwise, I'm more than happy to relax with good chocolate, coffee and Netflix.
Hi I'm a 31 year old male psychologist from Victoria about to undertake a Master's Degree in early Feb in Sydney. I'll be able to come down on the 6th of Feb onwards. Fairly social person, but hope to be buckling down for my course over the next 2 years. Pretty easy going and don't make much mess. Happy to contribute to household responsibilities. Not a fan of smoking or drugs. Not a big noise maker or late night party-er.
We are a professional couple from Newcastle (Luke an Engineer and Lauren a Dental Nurse) who start work 06/02/17 in North Sydney and would like to live somewhere that is within a one hour commute via public transport to North Sydney. We are a fairly chilled out couple who enjoy going to the beach, watching movies/.tv shows and travelling. We currently have a small cat that we would love to be able to bring to Sydney with us, but can make other arrangements for her if required. We would like to have somewhere to park our car (street is fine). We have most of our own furniture/appliances (bed, fridge, washing machine, kitchen appliances). Our preferred budget is less than $500 per week and we are looking to share for 6-12 months.
Hello! My name is Samantha and I am an Australian living in Sydney at the moment looking to move out. I have lived by myself before and look forward to meeting new people from different backgrounds, cultures and sexualities. Mind you if we're both Australian then there's nothing wrong with some snags on the barby! I am not a party animal and often I will either be working or studying at University. I am in the final years of my degree, looking to move out and spread my metaphorical wings. I come from a background of English and Spanish descendants and happy to help around the house and I am very respectful of other room mates. I am easy-going and friendly, although because I like to read I can be mistaken as being rather shy at times. I like to relax after work either with others or with a good book. I like to cook for others including myself and pride myself on cleaning up the kitchen afterwards. I think the housework chores ideally are taken on my everybody and I am not impartial to celebrating life special moments, for myself and others. I look forward to hearing from you and I hope you're having a great day. See you soon, roommate!
