Hi, I'm Tenice 38F, looking to rent a room, preferably with own bathroom. I'm a fun, friendly and outgoing person, who loves a chat. I do however enjoy and require my own privacy also. I tend to get along with almost everyone I meet, as I treat people the way I would want to be treated. I'm very neat and tidy and I pride myself on being an honest, reliable and genuine person, the bills would get paid on time, every time! If I sound like I could fit right in with your household and become part of the furniture (so to speak😉) please contact me. I look forward to hearing from you... Cheers, Tenice
Hi, I am looking for 1 room for rent. I am a respectful, clean and tidy person. I will help out around the house and be sure to pay rent/bills on time. I have a bubbly outgoing personality and love to converse with others but I will also be happy keeping to myself if that's how you are. I love pets but unfortunately don't have any of my own, currently work part time as an assistant store manager so I won't be home too much as along with work I travel to see my partner on my days off or I socialise with friends.
I recently sold my house and now looking for a little cosy and peaceful place as a transition. I'm French but been in Australia for the last 20 years, had my own business of pottery for all this time but now I'm currently working in age care and disability helping people in their home which I find very rewarding. I'm 49, young spirited, open minded and easy going. I like beauty, nature, gardening, meditation, travels and if you have any pet i'm pretty sure I ll fall in love! I don't smoke nor drink.
I'm a super friendly, happy person who loves living in a clean home. I work a lot and see friends often during my time off. I'm happy to live with someone who wants their own space and I'm also happy to share a wine and watch a movie together. I also have a gorgeous, friendly cat named Barney who loves a cuddle.
I am an organised, bubbly Early childhood educator who is very easy to get along with. I am vegetarian, new to the gym (loving it) and try to be as eco friendly as I can. I am always happy to go out or have dinner with flatmates, but I like to spend time with myself to recharge.
I am 20 years old boy working as a part time chef in American restaurant. I am international student as well. Very conscious about health privacy and cleaning. Very easy going person. I am looking for one room for myself in eastern suburb.
Hi I’m Ginette, 38 year old female. I have a gorgeous, super friendly female dog that’s a kelpie x staffy, whos 2 years old. She gets along with cats that are ok around dogs so I’m open to having that in a home. However, other dogs are not possible as she gets territorial with her food and toys. Other than that she’s so friendly towards dogs, cats and people. Very quiet. Occasionally barks if she’s outside and sees a possum etc.. usual behaviour. Not a constant barker. I’m a huge dog lover and looking for a pet friendly place with at least a small yard. A granny flat/bungalow self contained/or not would be a big bonus but I’m open to all accommodation except for apartments due to lack of space. I’m looking in the eastern suburbs. Mainly Manningham, Maroondah, Whitehorse and Booroondara. Just looking for a chilled out, respectful and down to earth home. I’m on disability support pension (DSP). So I do not work but am capable of contributing to household chores and also am timely on the rent. Hope this finds some good people who’ll give me somewhere to live that’s homely yet private. I currently don’t have my dog but am trying to find a place that allows pets. So I won’t be having my dog immediately come and stay with me until I’ve settled in and give it up to one month. My ex partner looks after her so there’s no rush but asap accommodation would be really great and appreciated!
Hi. Working full time, and mostly looking for somewhere to sleep and get ready for work. Only temporary until my family are able to move down in the new year. I study part time, and what spare time I have I like to watch movies/TV series or play PC games. I don't smoke. Barely drink. Don't have animals, but don't mind them.
Hi I’m a easy going chick with a small-med size female dog. We’re a package deal. I need somewhere that’s pet friendly and the atmosphere is good and calm. I don’t work as I’m on a disability support pension. I have been for quite some time due to health problems but I’m not a cripple and can contribute to household chores and socialise occasionally. I have shared a few times so understand the etiquette of sharing and the duties it generally involves. I can keep to myself too abit and do head out to run errands, take my dog for a walk etc.. I’m 38 years olds and months off from 39. I hope to find something ASAP. A granny flat, bedsit, bungalow would be a bonus. Don’t have the dog with me currently but will get her within a month of being at the new house I find here. My ex currently looks after her until I can have accommodation that allows pets.
Granny flat preferred. Wanting somewhere to stay during the week to reduce travel time. I have my own place in country. I'm ultra neat and tidy. Minimal to no visitors. A place to sleep & relax at night.
I'm a 53-year-old calm & gentle Pom that has Arthritis in both knees so stairs are very difficult. I work part-time in Childcare and have my own Business in Men's Work that I started last year, so Internet is very important as I use Social Media extensively. I have my gorgeous 7 -year-old Daughter stay twice per week.

Well, I'm 18, I have a galah named Mate, a female rat named Eisa and a fish named Opal. I love my pets very much and hope to find a home for all of us. I am a very tidy person, I will be more than happy to keep the rest of the house clean as well. I am currently actively searching for employment and i have been renting a room from a family friend however they are now asking for more than i can afford. So please, if you believe you can help me and my odd family, feel free to contact me.
Hi, I’m Ryan. I’m currently working in winemaking at a winery in the Yarra Valley. I’m also studying my degree in Wine Science. As you can imagine, I’m fond of a wine! I am friendly, courteous and clean. I’m looking for a place within the vicinity of the Yarra Valley to be closer to work.

I’m clean, easygoing and respectful. Am moving from country for Mrs and Work amd need a reliable and mutually respectful house to share for the settle into Melbourne Move I’m making for aprox 3 months. I pull me weight and do my share around house. Am hopeful to share with likeminded ppl. Have a fiancé so will most likely be only home 3-4 nights. Love to cook, clean up after myself and share household duties equally. Preferably male only flat mates but beggars can’t be choosers they say ! Look forward to meeting and getting this ball rolling. Begin my new role full time very soon so time is critical. Hope there’s a couple of us blokes who will adapt effortlessly and hastily. Talk to you soon hey 😀
Hi my name is Bianca Matthews, I'm 20 years of ages. I'm originally from new south wales but moved to Melbourne 12 or so years ago. I love to work and hang with my boyfriend. I own a fish and a baby turtle. I'm a very shy and quite person, very clean and tiny. I'm looking to move out of my parents house so I can feel independent and see how I go. I have my owe car and have been working at the same company for 4/5 years. I'm looking for a place to live with people around the same age, I would prefer to have my owe bathroom but again I'm not a fussy person. I really don't mind 😊
I've only lived in shared housing as an adult, most of it in barracks or dorm environments. Like a tidy home with other chilled out adults where we don't have to spend time together but a shared meal/drinks is awesome. (I love to cook btw). I'm a 38 yr old American expat who comes package deal with a 13 yr old jack russell cross - also american expat - and my 3 yr old floofy cat. I spend most of my time studying, reading, arting, going to the gym, and going to the footy on the weekends. I enjoy playing board games, PS4, and all sorts of co-op goofyness. I'm massively LGBTQ+ friendly, mostly vegetarian - chicken eater here and there, eco-friendly, don't smoke, enjoy a drink here and there but not a 'drinker', ex-military, extremely chill human being. I've recently divorced so looking for a stable environment. I'm looking for space enough for my queen bed, computer desk, dog, cat, and aquarium - the rest I can figure out. I can come with a small fridge, dryer, and probably a washing machine. I have a full set of kitchen equipment and vacuum as well. I drive a swift so some sort of parking is ideal and also own a motorcycle that I ride most of the time and they can share a parking space, yay for small cars. I don't care if I live with men, women, or anywhere on the spectrum of gender as long as they are decent human beings and treat my pets well. Also, looking for somewhere along the Lilydale trainline from Hawthorne out to Lilydale + or - a suburb or two - I study in Lilydale and everything else in my life is near Box Hill.
Hi, I’m 30-year-old non-smoker. I'm a bit of a nerd, and am a fairly down to earth, reasonably quiet person. I'm looking for a private room (preferably in a house with a bath) that is big enough to fit a desk and a queen sized bed in it. I'm not really interested in living with couples or children, and I need a place that accepts pets. I don't drive, so I'd like to live somewhere within a 10 min walk of public transport. Ideally, I'd like to live somewhere along the Lilydale/Belgrave or Frankston train lines, but might be open to living in other areas. I value having my own personal space, but do like socialising with people too… I much prefer to cook and eat with others, over doing so on my own. I also prefer having in-depth conversations with people, instead of making small talk. I have lived in share houses before, and I've got a good rental history. I’m currently unemployed, but I’m receiving the DSP, so paying rent and bills won’t be an issue. I’m more than willing to Centrepay my rent, which means that it will automatically be deducted from my payment each fortnight. I will more than likely look for a part-time job once I get settled, because sitting around at home all day is nowhere near as fun as you’d think! If there’s anything else you’d like to know about me, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Hello potential roomies. i am 29 yrs old I am Clean, neat, tidy, bit laid back individual. I currently work Casually in Hospitality, events & also as a security guard & crowd controller in the city most of my work lies on the weekends so I hope any potential room mates aren't bothered by this as i'd probably be coming home late like after 1am. Looking for a place asap & long term Looking for a place close to the city in Melbourne for work and to save on travel because i don't drive. What I am Looking for in a place: I will require a built in robe preferred for storing my clothes & stuff & Desk I have some furniture at my parents place belonging to me such as ,bookshelf, study desk, beside tables i will not be bringing at this stage they will be stored until i decide to get my own place or upsize but for now a room and a bed is what i need and i'll try not to be fussy but place needs to look in a reasonable sate to live in sorry . Also Kitchen with basics to cook and eat with. i am happy to buy some crockery to have meals etc and if people want to do shared dinners i am willing to pitch my pot and buy ingredients and contribute to a meal. As i know living out of home is hard :X preference I Would like all bills, electricity gas water etc & internet included in this so I may B-Pay rent & all bills etc when due. (all this to be discussed of course as to a system of how bills are paid etc) Prefer to fit within my budget and for ALL bills to be covered in rent( struggles of renting and budgeting on low income) if require a Bond i will be registering this with the RBA sorry But that's just the law if you don't agree with that then that's fine clearly i am not the tenant for you. So if I sound like the flatmate 4 u message us. i am fairly new to the whole renting thingy so apologies if i have left things out i am sure you have questions about me so don't hesitate to contact me. What I am asking for in a roommate: Social- wants to get to know a bit about me the person living with them. i am shy but i like to try to be social and make friends where i can despite my age & difficulties but at the same time i respect peoples privacy but... if i am going to be living with you long term it be great if say example Tuesday is friends night and you guys are having a movie night if you don't mind me joining you or want to go out to a movie then extend an invite or if your someone who gyms or trivia & wants a partner count me in as i'd like to be an active housemate Nice mature People. smoking is fine although i don't smoke personally so not inside if you do Casual drinker is fine i enjoy a casual drink but i am not a heavy drinker. No drugs i don't want to be around this personally Respect where respect is due is important to me I need to feel some sort of trust. any more info please feel free to contact me. Will also consider team ups for a new rental if their are people male or female of same age bracket 20-30 4 people max including me . (i am nice i don't bite LOL) if you like superheroes & marvel we will get along fine i am sure. Please No time wasters if you are serious and offering a place i have had so many people organise inspections and what not only to take it back or no longer interested so please no time wasters.
I’m a relaxed guy who will try to stay out of your way, but I’m happy to have a chat if you want one. I’m not home a whole lot as I’m either working or with my fiancé (who will not be moving in). I’m quiet and try to keep my animals just the same (puppy and rabbit). I work for Hungry Jacks but am looking for full time work also.
I am a quiet person who enjoys spending time with my two little dogs, also love watching movies. Pretty much keep to myself but do enjoy having some company. Ideally I would like a large bedroom with own bathroom, and also another room I can set up as a dining room with my parents special dining setting and crystal cabinets. There would also be an enclosed backyard where my dogs and my could spend some time and be safe.
Heyo, I'm Farrel! I'm literally just an average person. I'm easy to get along with, scrumptiously neat, and I don't take up much space. I'm currently studying Criminal Justice and Working part time at a Spudbar. I'm Mcloving it. I really am. If you're planning on murdering me in my sleep, that would be quite convenient, as it will literally solve all my life problems. Looking forward to meeting you and seeing you now and again at our future home to talk to you about your life story and crappy ex's. That's not sarcasm. I will genuinely roast him/her with you. Cya then xo
Hey my name's Tiffany I'm 22, currently doing a traineeship in the city. When I'm not working or studying, I'm usually writing, doing art, and reading book. I also play video games, but aside from that I like hanging out with my friends a lot too. I'm generally quiet but I like to be social with whoever is around. I'm currently living near frankston and looking for somewhere thats either closer to the city for my work and study or a place near good public transport. I don't mind sharing with a few housemates or just one, I'm pretty chill with either.
