Reliable/Responsible Tidy/Neat Friendly Good listener :) Hi, I'm Kyu, a graphic designer at SWD Australia who loves surfing, eating good food, hiking mountains, camping and just chilling at the beach. Currently looking for a place close to my office that I can move in mid-January 2019. If you've got a spare room or would like to find/lease a property with me, let me know and let's have a chat!
My name is Cheyenne, I'm a Canadian/Australian Registered Nurse working full-time. Easy going but still reliable and tidy. I enjoy going outdoors for adventures and am partial to a few drinks on the weekend. I am looking for a place where I can bring my 5 year old male Golden retriever Leroy. He's a super calm de-sexed dog who just loves people and is used to roaming in and out of the house. I leave him happily in the backyard (fenced yard required) when I'm at work but he likes to hang out inside when I'm home. He's not a barker/doesn't have any bad behaviors! So I'm in need of some dog loving house mates! I also have two cars so am in need of a place with lots of off street/street parking! Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions :) Cheers, Cheyenne
Hey, I moved to Brisbane over two years ago and love it. I work full-time in the City Mon-Fri, 9-5. I'm social - enjoy getting out of the house for food, wine, gigs and outdoor adventures, but I also love my down time and chilling out watching Netflix. I'm friendly, respectful and offer quality banter. I have lived out of home for 10 years, so I am fully trained in cooking, cleaning and functioning like a normal adult :) If you want to know anything more, let me know.
I’m super tidy and I’m respectful of common areas. I currently work in the car rental industry as sales/detailer. I love the beach and going on adventures, always looking for good coffee places 😁. I’m always up for a chat but also like my space too.
Hey, I’m a 22 year old working full time in health. I am very friendly, social and always keep busy. I am clean, tidy and respectful of others. Enjoy a social drink on the weekend- and will generally be out and about with either friends or family. I love animals and if you have a dog that is a bonus! I'd like to move into a friendly household with people who are keen to hang out for a chat/Netflix binge or even a drink every now and then. Also need to be open to my friends and family visiting occasionally. Prefer for utilities to be included in rent amount, I am flexible with the move in date. If you think I'd be a good fit for your house, please send me a message :)
Clean, friendly and extremely chilled. Running my own businesses has kept me very busy since the age of 20, finally it is time for me to grow up and move out with some cool like-minded humans. Travelled to a lot of funky countries and experienced eye-opening cultures much like most adventurous Australians, enjoy weekly yoga and boxing along with good food and vibes. Would like to find a 2 or 3 bedroom open plan living space with one or two like minded people, I am looking to settle in by January but open to finding the right place
I’m an easy going Kiwi that’s into the gym, outdoors and art. I work at the airport so I’m looking to move closer to work cause where I live is Bayside which is about 40mins away, so I want to save on time and travel costs. I’m looking for share accomodation and can pretty much work in with a variety of cultures and backgrounds respectfully.
Hey! I'm an Irish doctor looking to share a place with one or two easy-going people. I'm moving from Perth to Brisbane in late January as part of my training, and I would love to have something organized before then! I would prefer a house rather than an apartment if possible, and need parking. Ideally I would like to have air-con in the bedroom and my own bathroom as well, but I'm not too fussy about these. Let me know if you're looking for something similar!
Looking for someone to team up with to find a rental property in any of the listed suburbs. Ideally I would like to find someone who is willing to go onto the lease with me for a 6 to 12 month period. I'm a 30 year old female who is self employed. I often work long hours and sometimes travel for work. I do have a border collie so would definitely need a place with a yard (when I travel I usually take her to a friend's place to be looked after). I'm very friendly, relaxed, easy going and tidy. The criteria I am looking for in a home is a garage space, decent backyard for the dog, 2 bedrooms for myself (one to sleep in and the other for my home office/studio) and own bathroom. I don't mind if I don't get the ensuite. I have some furniture but not alot. I can contribute the following items to the shared areas of the house: 1 x 3 seater couch, 1 x armchair, 1 x washing machine, 1 x tv unit, 1 x tv, kitchen items etc. I also have my own bedroom furniture and other household decorations etc. I am happy to pay a max of $300 per week Inc internet.
I am looking for a place that I can call home. I am half Thai, was born in Thailand but don't like Thai at all. I can make a great Thai green curry chicken! I am an easy going and friendly person. I have done a Associate Diploma in Media screen/special effects make-up. I am working Part time at McDonalds. I love animals, music, movies and going out with friends in my spare time.
Hi there I'm employed full time in hospitality, at the airport, tidy, get along with a variety of people, of all ages& backgrounds and respect others' privacy. I have lgbtiaq friends so it's important that we have similar core values. :D I enjoy quiet times but happy to chat as well. On my days off I like to spend time with friends, family, brunching, drives up the coast, hikes/ walks, movies, discovering new cafes, reading, putting my feet up :) etc I'm no stranger to sharing homes and I've previously owned a place, so I'm respectful of others property. Cheers :D ( would prefer to live with other females thx) >off street/ nearby on street parking an advantage >preferably sharing a bathroom with only 1 other person >key locked door a plus > love animals esp dogs, small dogs a bonus! >move in date flexible
Hey I'm Aaron, a 25 year old creative designer that's working full time in Brisbane. Currently, I live in the Newmarket area and preferably looking for a place not too far from there. I personally get along well with females and would prefer to live with them. My current living situation (which is only ending because the owners are selling the house) is with three other females - we've lived together for the past 2 years but unfortunately it comes to an end! I'm a pretty relaxed, no stress, clean and tidy kinda guy who understands the need for personal space but also doesn't mind a good chat or quality hang time with friends. I spend most of my weekdays at work making things to look pretty on a computer... but after hours I play both social and competitive Netball. On weekends you'll probably catch me playing netball (again ha), mountain biking, jet-skiing, hanging with friends or even back on the computer catching up on all my favourite TV shows. I've only been in the Brisbane scene for the past two years so it'd be nice living with housemates that occasional embark on odd excursion out of the house here and there. Otherwise the general cleanliness & respect you'd want from anyone else without being a total OCD control freak would be great! Send me a message if you're interested.
Hello, I’m Madii and I’m looking for a new living arrangement. I’m a friendly, neat and respectful person who is looking for a fairly quiet place to live with people I get along with. I’m fairly introverted/ can keep to myself/ bit of a homebody but like to have a chat or watch tv/ movies with housemates. I consider myself pretty nerdy and like going to the cinema, seeing live music, stand up comedy, video games, plants, cooking/baking, crafting and relaxing with a cup of tea. I work casually and am on centrelink but I am always on time with rent and bills, and earn enough to support myself comfortably. I am also actively seeking more work and/or full time employment. I like to keep my space and my home very clean and am looking for people similar. Ideally, I would prefer sharing with just one other person in a 2bed apartment, but I am open to more people and to houses/ townhouses as well. I love dogs and am open to people with pets, as long as they are approved by the real estate/ property manager/owner and are cleaned up after and well-trained. I don’t drink but don’t mind if you do, but I’m not looking for a party house or people who have guests/ partners over all the time. Not interested in living with couples, smokers or drug users. I would prefer something in or very close to Chermside, for work and convenience, but can look elsewhere if need be. I have my own car and would require a parking space, preferably off-street. I get along well with pretty much anyone and am respectful of different cultures, religions, lifestyles and only ask the same, but LGBTQI+ friendly is a requirement for me. I have multiple references as being a good housemate and hope you will consider me! I’m open to team ups as well as existing rooms. I also can bring a lot to a new place! I have a good amount of furniture + appliances for common spaces if need be, and I have a spare king single bed for sale for cheap if you need one.
As a working professional, I'm pretty quiet during the week. In my free time and on weekends I'm generally out and about seeing friends, brunching, yoga/pilates, hiking, markets. I'm tidy and respectful and value my down time but I also think it's important to have a good friendship with the people/person you are sharing a home with. I own a couch, washing machine and a cherished moroccan rug I bought in Morocco recently! Also have the kitchen essentials pretty much covered. Ideally I would like to find someone like-minded to team up with and find a place of our own. I'm hoping to move January and looking to stay around the inner northern suburbs. Reach out if you want to catch up and see if we would be a good fit.
Hi! We're a pair of friends looking for a third roommate! We both love playing board games and get competitive over who's the best uno player. We're happy to share our food, and David will happily cook any recipe you like, as long as you ask nicely! We're also both really keen to make friends with our roommate, and would love to be able to do group activities like bowling and escape rooms! We're also both very tidy, and love relaxing and chilling on the couch talking about absolutely nothing. David has two cats, Spencer (the older sister), and Griffin (the annoying baby brother), and will be bringing them with him! We're looking for a relatively cheap place even if that means getting further from the heart of Brisbane and into the suburbs, and hoping for a place with a yard. We’re not a couple, and need seperate roooms. We're extremely flexible with move dates and can move anytime in January. The max budget listed is our combined max budget, but if we could get cheaper that'd be even better!
David and I are a pair of friends looking for another like-minded individual who doesn't mind losing a game of Uno. We both share a love for food, movies, and relaxing on the couch talking about absolutely anything and everything. That being said, we also enjoy our own company and would prefer to live with somebody who also likes having their own space. David has two cats, Spencer and Griffin. We are trying to keep rent relatively cheap, even if that means getting out of the city and into the suburbs. Moving out during the month of January would be most ideal. If you tick all of the above and would like to get to know us better, please message me! **PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS OUR COMBINED MAX BUDGET AND WE WILL REQUIRE SEPERATE ROOMS**
Hey I’m Emily. I work full time in the city and moved to Brisbane in March this year! Would love to find some housemates that love a wine or 2 but also like their own space! I love to cook and am a fairly tidy housemate! Swing me a message :)
Hey, we are a young couple looking for some like-minded chill people to rent a house with. we have been together for about 3 years, we don't party, or smoke. we are into living a healthy lifestyle and training. Megan is studying nursing and psychology and works as a Barista (the coffee is the best in Brisbane!!). Cleaning up after yourself is a must, but we don't mind doing someone else's dishes as long as it goes both ways. :) we are looking to create a friendly, considerate and comfortable home environment. We understand that living with a couple might not be ideal for some, but we can assure we are very normal, calm people who value courtesy and respect. We are quite busy people with work and studying, so we aren't around that much. We are looking for a moderately big house with 4 bedrooms with open living, a great kitchen and several bathrooms. Zach is starting a PT business from home so will need garage space. we are looking to get a dog in the future, so we also welcome any dogs. We are currently inspecting places and will hopefully move out in December. Cheers, Megan and Zach
