Hi, I'm a student and a part time sales assistant. I'm out going and a neat freak. I respect people's privacy. I'm looking for a PRIVATE ROOM below $230 with all bills included.
Hi! I'm Karina, a full time student studying conservation genetics and part time barista. I have lived in a few house shares over my time in Sydney, so am very aware of the perils of house sharing, and hope to find a group of easy going and friendly house mates to spend the remainder of my time in Sydney with, and to ultimately make a few friends along the way. I am rather busy with my work and studies during semester, but love socialising with my housemates when I have the chance. I am considerate, quiet, tidy, and like to think I am also a pretty solid room mate. If you have a room available or would like to start a house share with me, great! I am fairly flexible with move in dates and stay, but am not interested in shared rooms
I'm looking for a third housemate to join my mate Austin and I in a house at the beginning of March. I'm employed full-time at a music shop (instruments, not CDs/vinyl), and do freelance media and radio work on the side. I'm tidy and keep to myself when the time is right, but I'm also really keen to find a housemate who's down to listen to tunes, drink some beers, have a chat, watch some B-horror movies. Austin is a psych student who works in a bar. He's a great guy who's super organised, and comes with a loveable, scruffy beard. We both have long term partners who'll be around sometimes. Primary qualities we're seeking in a housemate are somebody who's friendly, respectful, an open communicator, and who would be open to participating in household Taco Tuesdays. We're going to be joint leaseholders, and it would be ideal to find somebody who's looking to stick around for a minimum of 6 months. We've already taken steps to secure a place, attended inspections, and have a few homes in mind. We are a progressive pair and do not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, etc. of any kind.
I am a 25yo male who is commencing work as a Paramedic in the inner west. I like music, board games, video games and the beach. Keep to myself most of the time, but am more than happy to hang out for a chat/drink with some music. First time living in Sydney, will be moving from the Central Coast.
I'm a very neat and clean person. I work in a corporate bank, so I'm out all day during the weekdays. I consider myself to be a very social person and would love to share a drink or two after work or maybe watch some Netflix. I respect everyone's privacy and would expect you to do the same. I do smoke occasionally but never inside the house and I can assure you that it wont be an issue. Looking for working professionals or uni students in their final year so that we can understand each other better. I like my home to be a clean, calm and a comfortable place to unwind and chill out. I do enjoy a good catch up when it suits everyone else and I love to cook and when I get the time so that might be a bonus for you. Only interested in non shared private rooms with my own washroom or ensuite (NON Negotiable). I love pets even though I don't have any of my own at the moment and you are more than welcome to bring in your little friend along :-D PS: I really like the block of apartments available around Porter st, Belmore st , Junction st at Ryde and would be keen to start a house share for 2 bed 2 bath apartment
I'm quiet and to myself, very accommodating and easy to get along with. Clean, reliable, friendly. I'm studying at Macquarie University, and work for the campus magazine so I'll be at uni or work most days. If I'm not busy, I'm a homebody, so will be curled up in bed with a cup of tea and a book. I'm vegetarian and cook a lot, always happy to cook for others.
Hi. I am looking for a single room and is MAXIMUM 3 MIN WALK to station or bus stop. My budget is MAXIMUM $200 per week including all bills. Thanks.
My name is Emily and I'm 24 years old originally from NZ. I'm a professional actor/singer/dancer who works many promotional jobs on the side to support my rent etc. I am a home bunny I like to keep to myself at home, mostly chilling in my bedroom but am always down for a casual chat. I am also very neat and tidy, don't cook often and I have lived in Sydney for 5 and a half years 😊 would definitely only prefer to live with 1 person - if not on my own!
Hey! I am a Mechanical Engineer, and a born and bred central Queenslander, moving to start a new career in Sydney mid February and looking to find a place nearby to my work. I will be working in Granville, and am willing to live in the areas listed or similar suburbs. I'm looking to live with students or other professionals. I am clean, tidy and can cook well, and have a good choice of cookbooks for others to leaf through. Quite happy to split food costs with others, as well as household chores and cooking, I have done this before with great success. I'm also currently studying my Masters in Engineering Science. I like my own personal space but am friendly and don't mind a chat over morning coffee/brekky. I come with a Netflix account! I'm an avid home-brewer (I have won several bronzes, silvers and placed 1st and 3rd in state competitions!), I love brewing and am constantly striving to improve what I make, and love exploring the many different styles of beer. I own a 3-tap Kegerator, which holds 3x 20L kegs and I hope to continue brewing in Sydney. The brewery takes up a bit of space, but if worst comes to worst I can modify how much of it I need to fit somewhere with less space. I also love low and slow BBQ, and have my own smoker, and have used this to make my own bacon and American BBQ. I love making things, and have done my own sausages, bacon and other things. I know my home brewing requires a bit of space, and I utilize fridges for temperature control when fermenting - I do own a power-use meter and am happy to have this hooked up to monitor the costs of fridges, and to pay the extra costs to run this. I'd prefer to keep the fridges outside, so I can hose out any messes/spills! I'm also an avid gamer, and foodie. I enjoy multiplayer online gaming, and love food and cooking. I am willing to organise with other prospective housemates to get the best gear to the place. I own the following gear: - Washing machine - Dryer - Large double-door fridge (~520L) with freezer bottom - Projector and surround sound system - 55" TV - high-end NBN-ready modem I have left my preferred timeline at 6 months initially, as I am on a 6 month probationary period, however if all goes well at work, and we all get along, I have no issues extending that out! I also love dogs, I have lived with them most of my life and am open to sharing a place with owners. Lastly - I have let myself go a bit in terms of physical fitness due to long hours at work, but the new job looks to have shorter hours. A housemate who is a bit of a gym rat would definitely be favourable, I need that motivation for the first couple of weeks to get back into things. A gym partner would be fantastic! I eat fairly clean and don't mind cutting things out (to an extent, a cheat day is great for sanity!!)
I am an easygoing person to live with, I clean up after myself and am respectful of others. I want to make the place I move into my home so I am looking for friendly and like-minded people. I am respectful of privacy and have lived in house shares before. I am a high school teacher and am moving to be closer to my job. I look forward to hearing from you. Cheers
Hi potential housemates! I will be moving to Sydney in February. I'm a medical professional so I work a lot, but I'd love to get involved in the social side of the house as much as I can :) if there's not that much of a social aspect to the house that's ok too - I do already have some friends in Sydney. I'm VERY clean and tidy, but not so bothered by other people's mess (within reason of course). I come with an adorable young toy poodle puppy called Luna - but please don't discount us as housemates because of the dog thing! She's tiny, doesn't shed hair, hypoallergenic, extremely well-trained (housetrained and obedience), quiet, used to apartment living and gets on well with other animals (not to mention she will bring you so much joy!) I also love cooking and am happy to participate in any shared meals or just share my leftovers with you. If you have any questions at all, please contact me - I'd love to hear from you. Cheers!
Moved to Sydney for work in the interior/event design industry and relocating inner west. I used to live in Manly with a great house and looking for something similar with a social and friendly vibe !
We are a working couple. Myself, working at Macquarie park and fiancee working at Wynyard. Both of us start by 7.30- 8 am in the morning. We don't party in the house but don't have any problems with others partying. We are very friendly and respect personal space of others and expect the same.
Nathan: i was born here with Italian heritage. I love sport in particular boxing and that is why a pursuit a career in the sport industry. Currently working at Sydney Olympic Park which is the best location for myself. One of my passions is traveling to different countries to see all the beautiful location this world can offer.
Super chill and like to keep the house clean and tidy. Mostly at uni and work so you won't see me around much, but I do enjoy occasional wine and catch up from time to time.
I am a easy going person love to cook. Get along with anyone. Have a small dog he is desexed has a great personality and is toilet trained. I am on a disability support pension but looking at studying. I like a clean place and believe everyone needs time to themselves. Hope to hear from you. Kind regards Mary Gresham

Hey im Larissa! Im new to sydney. So keen to meet up with some new housemates and be friends. I work full time as a nurse in Parramatta. So my working days/hours are very different. I do 12hr shifts. So a few days/nights of the week ill be busy working with the odd nightshift. So i would like someone respectfull of that especially when im sleeping during the day. Overall i love almost all music/Netflix/wine/drinks and a night out on the dance floor. Im not the best chef so would prob just buy my own food. But always keen for a housemate feed. I try to stay tidy. But im not fussed if someone leaves a knife in the sink! Plus i love animals and happy to live with either male or females :) Looking for a place for 1 year. Need to move by end of Feb 2018 🤗
I’m a cool dude, a non-smoker but I don’t mind if I live with a smoker, I don’t drink often but occasionally I can be persuaded to. I need a place to stay while I complete my final semester of study, I will be working and studying most of the time so will likely keep to myself, but I’m always happy to chill out if something is happening. I’m strait but an ally, and generally a lefty. I study Journalism, Asian Studies, and Indonesian language. Let me know whether I would be the right fit for your household. I’m looking for a place which can fit or has a double bed, a desk and chair, wardrobe, and somewhere I can store a decent amount of books. Cheers, Beau.
Hi All! I'm currently looking to move into somewhere where the environment is relaxed, and respectful! I'm originally from the country and have been living in Sydney from the start of 2014, so I have well and truly learnt now about personal space and privacy that is needed to live with others! I'm studying full time at ACU in Strathfield while the rest of my time is taken up by work or sport! with not much time left in the week I'm normally relaxing and catching up with family or friends! Glad to answer anymore questions that is needed! Thanks Matt!
I believe in cleaning up after myself and doing my part when living with others. Which I have done for the past 10 years. I would say I am a lot of fun and nice to be around. I work as an Art therapist, working with kids. I am orginally from Sri Lanka, but was born in Botswana, lived in Malawi and Sri Lanka and have been in Australia for 11 years. Travelling is one of my biggest passions.
Hi I'm Christian, Currently working 9-5 in the automotive industry as a Marketing Manager. I like to describe myself as laidback, easy going, respectful, helpful and social. Some of my interests include photography, music, hiking, cooking, and trying new things. I enjoy spending time with others just as much as having my personal space. I'm very clean and like keeping things neat and tidy. Ideally, I'd like to live someone that's likeminded and easy going. If you'd like to know more feel free to send me a message.
Hi. My name is Nancy im from Thailand. I need a room for 2 people me and my boyfriend. Me as accountant and he is cleaning supervisor. For stay about at least 2 months or more. I have a car so i need a car spot that i can park 24 hours without moving the car too. I can move in on 4 March 2018 If you have a room with car spot please let me know. Ps. I am a student who is going to study IT in usyd, enjoying cooking and traveling, maybe we can hang out together in the spare time or i can cook Chinese dishes for you. I am clean and tidy, seeking a nice place to live and study which has easy access to usyd since late Feb.
We're 2 female full-time students, both 22 and working part-time as tutors. We're both friendly, laid-back and respectful of others. Sandy is doing her masters in early childhood education, loves dogs, watching movies in her spare time and enjoys socialising with her mates when she can. Andrea is studying mathematics and secondary education, adores cats, likes food, and prefers to keep to herself.
I'm David, a 31 year old currently working full-time at a not-for-profit in the CBD. I’m pretty positive and outgoing by nature, though not to the extent of being an insufferable d-bag that doesn't appreciate the need for occasional quiet time. At home I’m fairly laid back, though still careful to keep what needs to be tidy in good order. Am also generally interested in the world and in other people, have travelled a fair bit, and otherwise have a shamefully predictable collection of Inner-West type interests, revolving mainly around food/wine/taking inspired photographs of turmeric lattes (mercifully, that last one is a lie).
Hi! My name is Bilal. I'm a recent university graduate, now working fulltime. Looking for a place to stay in the Homebush/Olympic Park/Strathfield Area. Preferably within walking distance to Strathfield or Lidcombe Stations. I would ideally like a place where its easy to get to the City and Parramatta. I'm clean, organised and have always been happy to do my bit around the house. My interests include video games, sports, cooking and travelling. I'm a relaxed, and sociable person. I'm happy to have a chat, but I don't mind giving people their personal space either. I'm not much of a party person so I definitely will not be making a lot of noise around the house :) In terms of the place I'd like to live: Private Room, Walking distance to public transport (train station preferable), New/ Modern Apartment Preferred, clean and easy-going house, parking available (street parking is fine as long as its free). I'm willing to consider all offers, so if you have any accommodation that fits my criteria, feel free to contact me Cheers!
Hi! My name is Serena, I am a Masters of Physio student at USyd and will be completing my final year of study. I am very tidy and I spend most of my time either studying or out playing sport. Looking for a place to stay while I am studying, I attend the Cumberland campus and will be doing full-time placement too.
Hi! My name is Naomi and Im 22. Im currently studying a Masters in Teaching at ACU Strathfield and Im looking for a place to complete my studies. Im clean, friendly, love food and always up for a good chat. During the semester Im quiet because Im studying, but I do enjoy the occasional dance every now and then :)
I'm an easygoing Kiwi girl who has recently moved over to Sydney. I work full-time in the city as a research analyst but am equally happy helping out with household chores or sticking around for a chat (or wine. Both are great). Whilst being available for a kitchen yarn, I give people space and would very much appreciate the same. I will also laugh at all your good and bad jokes (or a bad pun. Appreciate those immensely). Looking for somewhere close to public transport into the city; this is really important for me. My current bus stop gives me the heebie jeebies after dark, so ideally looking for a place that doesn't require mad dashes through unlit areas and composition of mental love notes/last farewell thoughts to family & friends etc ;P it's not that bad but you know, it kinda ruins any possibility of ever watching scary movies again (appalling prospect). Have a pretty busy schedule so I may not be around all the time :) Not into parties or drugs and that sort of lifestyle. Would prefer a female-only household, and not a place where strange guys sleep over all the time. My move date is flexible but I'd love to give my lovely current flatmate as much notice as possible. Love animals, BBC, poorly attempting to salsa (laughable really haha) and the theatre. Reading is a passion and I love gardening. I'll try not to kill plants!
I am a student taking my Masters degree at Macquari University. I am friendly and happy person. I am tidy and responsible housemate. I am easy going person who loves to socialise

Looking for 2-3/4 people to start up a house around Strathfield I'm easy going, easy to talk to, clean as i go . Clairvoyant and medium so i like my incense . I was a chef many moons ago so can cook anything. Pretty much a jack of all trades , I'm a light dinker unless a night out is planned but don't mind a quiet one with housemates on a friday. I like to have fun and laugh as it keeps me young , I'm 46 but look like I'm in my 30's and act like it too sometimes . I can hold my own in a conversation , I am an outdoor smoker (sorry) .. I'm looking for people who want to create a home not just hide in their room . Currently studying massage therapy as well as reiki energy healing with an aim to set up a practice ( currently have 3 regulars a month) at home initially then in a business as clients build. Let me know if your interested.. I also have furniture and electrical goods except a washer and dryer...
Friendly, respectful and very tidy mature female. I'm currently working part time in fitness industry. I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now and at the moment I am looking for long term accommodation. I NEED a room with at least DOUBLE BED. I hate single beds as I'm 5'10" and Im not going to settle for a small room for a big price. If the room is spacious enough I am willing to get my own bed. The area I'm interested in is preferably with great access to the city (close to train station) and surrounding areas by public transport due to the fact that I don't own a car. I am at uni hence I would prefer a quiet place but I like socializing from time to time over a drink or two ;) I like cooking and I'm prepping my meals in advance so I need a place where I am comfortable doing it without restrictions. I wanna feel like home not prison. Thanks!
Hi, I am a PhD student at Uni Sydney and looking for a private room. I am respectful to housemates' privacy and happy to share house duties like garbage dumping or cleaning. I don't do parties because I need quiet setting for writing. Also, I am no smoker. I cook quite often and always keep the kitchen clean for others. For exercise, I like swimming, jogging, and peddling, though quite clumsy. Where there is enough space, I will have some green plants.
Future post grad student at the University of Sydney Cumberland campus. Coming from Canada to get my education in physiotherapy. I love fitness, sports, the outdoors, and being social. I will be mostly busy with school, gym etc, but i wouldn't mind roommates that enjoy an outdoor adventure and or a drink on the weekends. Respectful, easy going, fitness/sport enthusiasts, students or professionals is preferred. Cheers.
