Hey there, I am relocating from the Brisbane area back up to Townsville. Also moving with me is my nearly 5 year old Cattle Dog x, Syke. He is a very gentle boy who loves giving out cuddles. He is very people friendly and gets along well with other dogs. Syke is also completely house trained. I don't mind whether the property is furnished or not as I am happy to either bring my own furniture or store it. I am also open to moving to all areas of Townsville. I am very respectful and considerate of others and their property. I am tidy, kind, friendly and like having a laugh. Please feel free to ask any questions and I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi, my names Tiana! I'm 22 years of age, working in childcare and studying my diploma. I'm a very quiet at first, then once I'm comfortable - quite quirky and fun. Generally I will be stuck in books, studying, listening to music or out and about. I'm very tidy and respectful of others people space. I love too cook, trying new things to make and baking treats. I believe that music and food are 2 things that bring people together so I like to have nights where cooking for friends and family and spending time together with everyone over a few drinks and music. I've moved up to Townsville not to long a go, so would be great to have people I can befriend and get to know.
I'm a quiet, clean person. I'm nice. I'm looking for Looking for a room to rent. Would like a fairly decent size as I have a few piece of furniture. Can pay up to $150 a week and would prefer internet and electricity included. I don't drive so I would prefer it close to shops and bus stops. Need to move out before sunday 2nd July.
I'm generally happy, easy going, clean and don't really party. I like to get outside and explore when I can, I eat healthy in fact love to cook and will be spending most time studying with uni or at work when I can. I have a cat he is just over 12 months old and is social (with other cats) friendly, affectionate and playful. He has a scratching post so doesn't attack furniture and is obviously toilet trained. I'd love to have an environment where I feel comfortable and essentially make friends with housemates who may be able to show me around Townsville as I am moving from NSW to study and don't really know anyone :)
Hi everyone! I'm an international student from Germany and will be studying at JCU for one semester starting in July. I'd say I'm a pretty easy-going, clean, quiet and friendly person. I hope to find a place with flatmates that I can call my friends:) I'm always up for a chat, a netflix session, a beer or a few glasses of wine and maybe a fun night out but I also like to have my personal space. I like cooking, going to the beach, playing basketball, reading and hanging out with friends. Nonsmoker, no children, no pets (but I do love dogs!) I will arrive on July 11 and have booked a room in a hostel for the first few nights as I would like to view the room and meet potential flatmates before committing to a place. Looking for a furnished place that I can live in until late november/early december. Feel free to message me:)
I'm an engineering student about to do a 3 month internship at JCU. Sociable, easy going, smiling person. I'm coming to Australia for the first time and would loved to meet other person. I'm coming from a little island named Reunion Island and people says I laugh a lot. I cannot wait for this new experience. I love nature, animals and having dogs is one of my dream.
I am an international student from Ft. Collins, Colorado, USA. I am studying to get a Masters of Public Health at JCU. I enjoy scuba diving, tennis, biking, cooking, and socializing and having a drink with friends. I am really clean and am quick to clean up any messes I make. I am easy going and I am hoping to explore Australia during my time in Townsville!
I am a Danish engineering student, going for a semester in Townsville (2. period 2017). Looking for a place to stay during my study period. I am easy going and prefer social flatmates, but also respect a closed door. Contact me if you want to know more.
I am an easy-going and tidy postgraduate student at JCU. When I am at home, I usually keep it to myself because I need to spend quite some time studying, but I don't mind some interaction with roommates as well. In general I am a quiet person at home and I like keeping my place clean and organized.
Looking for a share house or someone to team up with to rent a house. Wanting to share with only 1 other person. I have 2 very well behaved medium sized dogs. I'm self-employed and work in the pet industry. I'm respectful, considerate and reliable and expect the same in return. Most areas of Townsville considered. Rent budget approx $150 including all bills.
We are two girls from Denmark, who are moving to Townsville to study finance at James Cook University. We are ready to move in around the 12-13 of July. We are looking for an apartment that we can share the two of us or an apartment that we can share with other students. We want to live close to James Cook University. Furthermore, we would like that internet, electricity etc are included in the rent. It is a huge plus if there is access to a pool.
I'm Sarah, I'm currently studying at JCU aswell as studying musical theatre here in Townsville. I'm a bubbly, positive person who is rather social, however I do enjoy my own space. I have been living away from home for 2 years now so I know how to fend for myself. Message me if you're interested :)
Hey :) just putting my feelers out there to see whats available! Looking to move into a more central location! Clean, tidy and hardly ever home however do like to chat & socialize but do respect other peoples privacy! Let me know what you have to offer :)
Hey mates! I'm moving up to Townsville from Ballarat to study Zoology at JCU and so I'm looking for my new home somewhere reasonably close to uni. I'm really excited about the move and sharing a place with a few like-minded people. I'm an easy-going friendly guy who has spent two years living on campus at Melbourne Uni so I know plenty about living with fellow students, and also having spent the past year working I'm financially pretty stable so rent is no dramas. In my spare time I enjoy a beer and hanging out with friends, but I also like my downtime when I'll listen to some tunes, read, or go for a run. I'm also keen to get outside for some fishing and diving so outdoorsy people would be a bonus. Please do shoot us a message anytime and hopefully we can sort something out. Cheers!
Hi! My name is Natascha. I am a Danish student studying at the University of Southern Denmark. From July to November, 2017, I am studying a semester at JCU in Townsville. I am 22 years old, and moved out of my parents house at the age of 19, thus I am used to take responsibilities. I am very organized and hope that my housemates appreciate clean surroundings as well. I hope to meet new people and get a lot of great experiences during my stay. And it would be nice to live with someone who is social, but still respects a closed door once in a while. My preferences: I look for a place to live near the city or JCU, preferably with other students or people in the age range of approximately 20-30. The house (and room) needs to be furnished, since I will not be able to bring my own things from Denmark. And it would be great if my potential room did not have a carpet, since I am allergic to dust. It is a plus, but not a must if there is a pool ;) When arriving in Townsville on July 12. I have booked a room for a week, thus giving me time to visit potential housemates before making a commitment. Feel free to message me with details of the room, if you think that I could be a potential housemate, and let's set up a meeting.
I'm an easy, outgoing girl coming to Townsville for internships for about 5 months. i'm originally from a little island called Curacao and hoping to find a quiet place to stay and hopefully make some new friends!
