Full time worker. Often working over time. If I'm not working I'm spending time with my girlfriend or at her house. The only reason I go home to my current rental is to sleep. Reason for Moving: I feel the rent I'm paying is too high for the room I had and looking for something more value for money. Not a party guy, no pets, non smoker.
Im easy going pretty difficult to annoy me unless you try hard. I can cook, keep a tidy room and dont have excessive body hair :)
I am a clean, chilled and fun loving person. I like anything to do with fitness. I love putting those trainers on and going for long walks. I am a full time uni student working part time in Miranda.
Im quiet, non- judgemtental and prefer to keep to myself. I get along with pretty much everyone. I am an optomist with a good sense of humour. I base interactions with housemates on respect and courtesy an and Im not at all interested in getting involved in house politics. I owned my own home for 10years and am house proud and hands- on and love project's. I like to potter in the garden will help with renovations, if there's an opportunity. I keep common areas clean and tidy and am a freak for cleaning my bathroom and the odd friend's bathroom lol. I don't cook a lot and stay elsewhere a couple of nights each week
Hi guys, My name is Asad, I am 30 years Logistics manager. Work full time Monday to Friday. Very tidy and neat guy who looks after himself and his surroundings. Very easy to get along with. Looking for like minded nice guys to share a house with and nice chats over the dinner or hangout over the weekend. Or just go out of Sydney on a nice weekend. P.S. I drive and I love driving, wouldn't mind a bit of company on my weekend adventures :) Oh I always pay in advance and on time. If you think that me you looking for. Please do not hesitate to contact me or send me an email. Kind regards Asad :)
I'm busy with my own life, often work late or out with family and friends. However, sometimes I like to work from home if the environment is right. Either way, I enjoy getting to know others and having a chat on a lazy afternoon or winding down after work. I have a good sense of fun and knowing when others want space. I'm simply after a relaxing home environment without any drama. All bills get paid on time.
💻📱⌨⌚️ IT Graduate looking to share with positive vibe-full and tidy people, MAX 2-3 tenants, own room and bathroom REQUIRED. 🎓 Quiet, very clean, keeps to himself, studious/analytical type :) but isn't afraid to strike up a casual chat if we can relate and get on well, even if it's just about the weather I suppose. :) I take great and constant steps (literally and metaphorically) to ensure my health is always in top-notch. I love to go for walks while listening to my best tunes/music to exercise when I can, or bike rides / tennis / indoor soccer, but don't play sports too often. 🌠⚽️🎾🚴🍓🍒🍉 I also drink a lot of water regularly because it's important in maintaining great health and I highly value my sleep and getting in at least 8-9 hours a night at around the same time although this can sometimes be offset by stress. I am an IT Professional and have just graduated, looking at working full-time early this year (2017) (I have been through several interviews at top tier web companies). I need an ensuite bathroom so we NEVER have to worry about conflicting toilet times or always doubting personal cleanliness among each other. :) Hmm, so... what I do for fun, is there even any more time for that any more? I enjoy taking photos of landscapes/buildings/nature and Progressive/House/Deep/Trance music to relax. Mostly just get my kicks from browsing the web, being productive and always learning something new, either professionally or through personal web searches / reading historical tech events / recount books of how companies were founded and documentaries too! :D I don't like uncertainty, it makes me feel extremely anxious, so I am more of a dedicated long-term trooper, but if I don't like something I find a way to better it or change it completely until it's better for me or everyone involved. Best of all, I try and find the right solution right from the get go before ever committing to something big. Overall, I am a very knowledgeable and versatile guy intellectually (always have been the meticulous/thorough type, but I try not let that get too much in the way and sometimes it's just best to go with the flow, but other times in ain't). 🤓 But I never feel TOO nerdy, I feel more hip with a social factor to myself :) Please drop me a message if you think I am a good fit, here are my property requirements: - Looking for 1 bedroom with an OWN bathroom /ENSUITE which the bathroom has a WINDOW to breathe fresh air and rid potential mould fast. - 2-3 flatmates max. - I have my own room furniture: Spacious King Single bed, 180cm X 80cm long desk (I am looking to downsize the desk though), 43" 4K LG Smart TV (which can go in my room) and small filing cabinet (fits under desk) and small bookshelf (64cm L x 34cm Depth) although I am in the process of selling some of that. - Please send me your room dimensions so I can calculate how everything will fit if it all does and also send me when you would be available for inspection / which date you're looking for someone to move in. 📅🏡🏠🏢 - Has to be close (10-15 min max walk) to a train station since I rely on public transport, and buses don't seem all that too reliable or on-time from my past residency and experience on this Earth. :) - No loud or overbearing pets (I'm mild asthmatic, and like my sleep :) ), no smokers please. - Quiet location and neighbours - Bright sunny filled place. - Aircon preferred but not essential. - Constantly well ventilated place (through window drafts) is a MUST! (No stuffy or dark feeling places). - Gas cooking. - No long / tall trail of stairs. - Quiet, not near any main roads. Thank you! Kind Regards Stefan IT Professional and recent Graduate

Hi! We're a newly wed couple, both engineering/IT professionals in their late 20s from the Philippines. We're easy going, friendly, and totally respect the privacy of others. We're looking for a tidy room with heating and air conditioning. Preferred to have our own bathroom/ensuite but it's not a deal breaker. We can consider a shared bathroom, as long as the bathroom is clean. We are looking at an initial 3-6 months rent, but could extend up to a year if we liked the place.

I love cooking if I have the right space and amenities. I generally cook from scratch, but on my off days I'll just cook something from a packet. I tend to just fade in with the crowd around me. I am a fun and exciting person when you get to know me and vice versa. I love playing video games and I'm always looking for someone to play with :) I do have a dog who is an amazing bundle of joy and she seems to love all humans. I'm originally from Victoria, moved to Queensland and then moved and currently reside in Sydney with my partner of four years. Although, I'm preparing for a breakup. Long story, sad ending.
I am looking for a granny flat with acceptable time to CBD. I am a Filipina and will be working full-time as an IT professional. I am very clean and organized. Can tolerate acceptable noise, respects privacy. I will be the only one staying in Sydney but my husband and son will visit me once or twice a year.
I am a full-time worker who does not smoke and has lived out of home for the past five years (just to dispel any first-time-home-leaver fears out of the way). I go through periods of time where I am rarely home - whether as a result of work or because I am out socialising, as I much prefer chilling at the pub, gigs or clubs than partying at home. On the other hand, I am a massive reader and avid movie watcher, so I have periods of time where I am happy just going to the beach, hanging at home and having chilled out fun. You can add clean and a fan of organising to my resume. :p
High School Science teacher who is incredibly clean and thoughtful. Looking for someone open-minded and insightful to flatshare with. Preferably with covered car space (for my beloved Alfa Romeo) and near a train station!
Coming from Hong Kong, I will start my life as a research student in USyd in July 2017. I will focus on my studies as a research student fighting for my future. Ideally I prefer having research students as my flatmates as we can boast up each other when one of us are feeling low, but that is not essential. I am LBGT-friendly and I welcome flatmates with friendly pets. People in Hong Kong are fairly dependent on air-conditioner. I prefer a bedroom with air-conditioner, but I understand it is not common in Syd. So I am not putting it as a strict criteria. I am an awardee of University of Sydney International Scholarship. I will be given stipend by USyd - that would make me financially stable to pay the rent. As a research student, I will not spend too much time on entertainment or party. But sometimes I would like to relax as well! In general, I am a healthy person. I don't smoke, and I rarely drink. I often go to gym room during my leisure time.
Hello everyone. I am Andy. I am currently working at the University where I work as an Admissions and Recruitment Officer in the Marketing & Admissions team. I am an easy going, friendly person as it is part of my job. I am neat, clean, working full-time in a professional field.
I'm 25, work full time , shift work. I'm a very easy going laid back typical Aussie kind of girl. I love to go to the gym or the beach in my spare time. Or kick back and have a nice glass of wine and a good convo.
********** MOVE IN ASAP ********** Hi there, I'm Nimisha from the UK (born and raised). Currently, on a one-year working holiday visa in Australia. I enjoy networking and socializing. I am an easy-going, friendly and active individual. In terms of living, I am a clean and tidy person. What I'm looking for: - Clean and tidy household - Own room, fully furnished with clean bed - All bills included - Rent no more than $120 per week - No bonds, prefer to pay weekly - Preferably girls (possibly 1 guy) - Short distance to trains (5 to 10min) - Some friendly flatmates
Clean and tidy, easy going person. Love to bake. Work full time in a professional job in Sydney. Originally from Wollongong where I go back to visit on weekends. Want to live close to work. Looking for friendly welcoming people.
hi , i am a marine engineer by profession and my wife a theatre artiste, originally from new delhi but have travelled all over the world for both work and pleasure. we are an easy going , neat and tidy couple who love to travel , take long walks , very affable and enjoy long conversations if you are up for it ;).
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for flatmates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively.
My girlfriend is coming to Sydney for the next 3 months so need to move out of my current home (strict Asian parents) and find a new one :( I am pretty friendly and easy going person born and raised in Sydney, with Asian parents from China. I recently worked overseas in Amsterdam and Singapore, and came back after missing friends and family.

I'm looking urgently for a place to live close to public transport and pet friendly. I'm currently working in hospitality so mostly weekends and nights. I am social although keep to myself mostly. I have a well trained chihuahua who is completely house broken and absolutely adorable! Am willing to be flexible with budget for the right place.
I am a disciplined guy who loves to stay clean. My nature is polite and humble to people. My previous neighbour found me very friendly and quite. Till date where ever I have lived, I have never received any complaint. I am not a party person so I am not involved in noise pollution. And these words are not just written to drag attention but i am genuinely what that I have written.
I am a gay (although you wouldn't know it) British university graduate here on a two year working visa. I am exceptionally clean and tidy and take great pride in where I live. I am a great cook and enjoy the gym, swimming, yoga, holistic therapies and going out at the weekends every now and again! I work two jobs in Brighton Le Sands and would like to live close to here. I want to live with sociable people who enjoy a good chat or drink but also respect personal space. I have not long been in Sydney and am looking to make new connections/friends through work/home.
