I am very clean, organised and love to cook. Like to keep to myself but can also be social when I'm free. I'm a full-time uni student but also work part time as a dog walker and pet carer. I spend most of my time at home studying, working or hanging out with my dog Bruno. I am looking for a pet friendly stay with my dog as he is like my family, he is extremely gentle, friendly, obedient and just likes to lay around in the backyard all day. He is a English Staffordshire Bull Terrier (Desexed) He is medium sized and about 50 cm tall and weighs 20kg. He is an outdoor and indoor dog.
I work full time in banking and generally like to chill out in the evening during the week. I get along with everyone I meet and I like making new friends. I love cooking, wine, gardening, animals and watching tv. I enjoy hanging out with people and can hold a decent conversation, but I also appreciate the need for privacy. I am clean and tidy and must share with people that are too. Looking for a large private room (Will not consider share rooms) Max budget $250 per week (incl. bills)
I'm tidy, reliable, I like to make the people I'm around feel comfortable and happy. My dogs are friendly, well trained and I take full responsibility for them including of course feeding and cleaning up any mess they make. I'm not loud and I don't invite friends over to drink or anything like that
Hello! I will be moving to Sydney to get a Master's degree at BMIHS! I am a very happy person and very easy to get along with! I am originally from Venezuela but have lived in the U.S. and the U.K. for the last 8 years or so. I also love cooking and I am very clean! Thank you for looking at my post! Sam.
Laid back professional photographer who enjoys quiet nights in as well as socialising with friends at various bars, cafes, diners, live music venues, art events, gym, outdoors when not working. My week various - I'm a freelancer who is either working from home or out shooting on location most of the time. I've lived in Sydney all my life but spent the past 12 months abroad volunteering in Nepal then working in Bangkok so I have minimal furniture but plan to purchase whatever is necessary (so ok with a furnished / unfurnished room). I return back to Sydney this Thursday (27th April) and can view and move in straight away. I clean up after myself, is social enough to hold a conversation with you and your guests when we see each other around the house but know when to respect your privacy. I'm housetrained :) and is happy to share the chores / bills for common household items. I LOVE animals though have no pets of my own but if you do I'd be more than happy to help with walking or feeding said furry creature when you are too busy etc. If there is space for gardening I'd love to maintain / contribute so we can always have fresh herbs and veggies. In regards to rent / bills, after the initial bond and 1 month rent, I am willing (indeed would prefer) to pay monthly in advance. In terms of contract, I am hoping to settle into my new home for more than 12 months if we are all a good fit. Ideally, it would be great to get along with my flatmates outside of the share housing situation. In the past I've had flatmates who became friends / regularly gone out together in social situations.
Easy going, good cook, great bartender, and am always open to new adventures. Do a lot of travel and exploring, would love to be with people who will just as easily go for a run as chill at home watching tv and eating. Studying Journalism/Law at UTS, and also work part time as a bartender. Extremely pet friendly/dog obsessed, and full of good banter.
Heya, I'm Stacey. Originally from the South Coast, currently studying a Masters degree at UTS. During the week I'm usually at uni or studying, and work on weekends. I enjoy relaxing at home with a good book, watching movies, socialising with friends and family, laughing and love desserts any time of the day. I am reliable and a clean freak, ideally looking for a home, not just a house (close to public transport would be fabulous).
I'm a quiet 3rd year law student @ USYD who works part time in the city as a paralegal and as a private HSC math tutor. My girlfriend is coming over for a short holiday in Australia during my university break and we're looking for a place where our privacy can be respected. Having said that, a granny flat or studio will be our priority but should we fail to find those accommodation types, we're open for a private room in a shared house. We both do not smoke or drink. We wouldn't come back at late hours. We don't have any pets. I enjoy cleaning my area occasionally so you can be rest assured that your premise/room will stay cleaned at all times. Location doesn't necessarily matter, I've just listed a couple that I prefer as I used to live in Burwood, 2134 some years back. Currently, I live in Miranda 2228 with my family.
Hey all, I'm 22 and working full time in Redfern. Currently living out in the shire and the drive is getting to me so trying to move closer. I'm looking for either another one or two people to find a place together or if someone has a spare room in their current place. I don't want to live with more than four people as I'm a shift worker and enjoy my sleep after night shift. I love going to the gym and being adventurous but also love socialising and having a few drinks and going for a dance. Currently trying to live a very balanced life between work, fitness & a social life (its totally doable) I'm looking anywhere within half an hour drive to Redfern for max about $240 each but very open to suggestions. If your interested send me a message as I am looking to move somewhere as soon as possible. Thanks, Monique :)
Hey Guys! So I'm not really sure what write here but hopefully you will get a a good overview of my current life situation :) so here we go haha My name is Victoria, I'm 22 years old and I am currently studying a bachelor of design with my major in fashion marketing. When I'm not at uni or studying at home most likely I'm at work, I work part-time (15-20 hrs/w) at David Jones Online in the city which is great :) In my free time I like to catch up with my friends and family either for dinner during the week or out for a couple of drinks on the weekend (depending on my schedule). In all honesty, I'm not much of a club person but I do like to socialize over drinks or food (like who wouldn't want to over food, lets be honest here), meeting new people and making new friends :) I'm pretty chilled out and quiet when I'm home, basically because I see a home as a relaxation haven rather than a party house. I appreciate quiet and serenity especially during busy periods in the year. Like everyone else sometimes I enjoy being alone and I respect other who need the same space as well so I am looking for a home that appreciate the same above all else :) Overall, I love a good chat, good food, nice drinks, me time and puppies :) (if you have any puppies please take me in, thank you ) I hope you guys find this useful and adopt me as one of your own haha Xx Vic

Here's pretty much what you need to know about me: I work and go to school often, so the only time you'll probably see me is when I'm using the microwave at three in the morning. (Jokes. I'm actually pretty quiet.) I like to play music and have really gotten into Simpsonswave recently. I'm going to hog the washing machine and do laundry often. Gotta smell fresh. Plus, I make a mean meatloaf. Also, I suppose I should mention that I'm from Canada's Mexico. Contact me for more info??
Hi there, I am looking for someone who would like to combine with me to share a lovely 4 bedroom house anywhere in the Inner West, allowing us each to have our own bedroom and our own work space. I am a hypnotherapist and tarot reader who has been running home practices since 2006. I’m looking for someone who would like to share a house where you could work from home, either as a therapist, practitioner, sole-trader or even student. Together, we could look for the right house that works for us both and move in somewhere over April or May. I was thinking of rent between $350-$450 each and of taking a 12 month lease. We would share the usual rental costs and living expenses and we could also unite on business costs if you're interested. This could suit any form of self-employed person who wants a combined home and work space. If this sounds like something you may be interested in, please send me a message. I’d love to chat! Thanks :-)
