Hey hey =) Im Giorgi, 24 - I love adventuring, whether it be to the beach, rainforest or a road trip. Im a quiet person unless we get on like a house on fire they'll be many laughs and great conversations. I like to be neat & tidy, I dont party, rather go sit on the beach or somewhere nice and hang with friends. I study primary education. I used to run my mums business called bricks 4 kids and im currently talking with the new owner about returning! I'm looking for something that's spacious enough, along my budget, clean, possibly aircon because that humidity in Summer is insane, looking to share with people around the same age & non smoking.
My husband and I have reached a time when life is just a bit more fun. We no longer want to be tied to a house but want to enjoy life and to travel. My husband is a very young and fit 64 year old and quite cluey at handy man stuff. He’s also a bit nerdy in that he likes computers. Me- I have my own kind of nerdy in that I like to sew/knit/cook/read/walk/bike/swim and yoga. I think I am a little quirky and love a good laugh. We don’t smoke, drink or party but bbq’s are cool. We are both teachers. At this stage hubby will continue to stay in Melbourne and finish off our house and sometimes he will come up for a few days and sometimes I will go down. Once that’s done he will join me. I am looking for the not negotiable of my own bathroom. I like time to myself but I’m not a total isolate and like a chat from time to time. I like a calm environment and I enjoy good music. I like to cook and we are both vegetarian, well I am trying to be vegetarian. Mostly I am good. I have said 2 months as we have our own rental property that may be vacated in 2 months but if not we would like to stay longer. Also I think 2 months is good to set so we can have a conversation at that point and see how we are all going.
Hello, my name is Jordie. 27 year old male that loves the outdoors! I work as a tour guide / instructor in between Currumbin, mt tamborine and south Stradbroke island. I am looking for a spot for me and my dog (nearly 8 year old kelpie) to hang out when not working or exploring. I have just started my own business (bush to coast expeditions), so do a lot of work from laptop and keep to myself, plus also enjoy a social drink from time to time. I am respectful and clean, my dog isn't a hassle and usually makes best friends with people everywhere she goes. Thanks for your time :D
Looking for a place from 4th August preferably in the Mermaid Beach, Nobby, Miami, Burleigh areas but love Currumbin if anything comes up there. I am 41 years young and work full time for the Government in Tweed Heads. I would prefer a garage for my car and my own bathroom. I am mainly at work and often work Saturdays although I hope this will slow up from July. I have been renting the same unit for the last 3 years and was very happy there however another rental increase forced my hand and I would like to find somewhere that is reasonably priced enough to save for more trips overseas. I am overseas for the month of June and have a place aorted up until 4th August abd will then need a more permanent home. I am a quiet person, sociable on occasions, I enjoy morning walks, the beach, cycling and the odd night out (very rare though). I am not a partier and I live a healthy lifestyle (most of the time. Coffee and chocolate are 2 of my vices tho eek)
Hey future house mates! I work as a dogtor full time, including some weekends, am fully house trained; and super easy to live with :) I'd love to find somewhere I can call home, with nice people who are happy to share an occasional wine or movie. I'm new to the area but so far am loving the beaches, coffee and all the national parks. I come with a small, cute but cheeky inside cat named Billie. I'm hoping to move in the next month but longer than that could work too.
Hey there, I'm Sharni, I'm currently not working due to illness but hoping to get back to the workforce asap, I have well-behaved little cat named Baby (she happily lives in my room and will basically just follow me around), I am very clean in shared areas, and friendly, though I mostly keep to myself. Unfortunately, I do smoke currently but it's not much and I am cutting back and hoping to quit completely soon. Day to day I spend most of my time just relaxing at home but I do like to roller skate, go to concerts and festivals, and explore local nature areas. I like to keep a clean home, especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas, and am very considerate of others and their belongings. I'm after somewhere to call home, somewhere safe, with good vibes and cool roomies, if any of that interests you please get in touch :). Ideally I'm looking for a studio/granny flat type space but am also considering teaming up or joining a small houseshare. As I have my cat having a bathroom/ensuite or separate space to keep the cat litter is preferred but not essential. If you're interested in teaming up, ideally I would want to look for a 2-3 bedroom place in the south GC area. Or if you have any questions about me or how I might fit into your existing household please contact me. Anyway, thanks for reading, message me if you have any questions :) I look forward to hearing from you.
I am a pastry chef/baker, I work for Burleigh Baker at the moment, 5 nights a week and in my spare time I work on my own project (I am opening my own bakery). I worked in Melbourne for 4 years (before moving up to Byron then the GC) as a chef in a few of the best restaurants down there. I am 30 Y.O quiet and calm, I like sports, love surf and love yoga. Originally from Colombia I have been here for 12 years so I call AU home. My partner lives in Byron Bay also so I go down to visit her in Byron often. I have my own things/furniture but I am flexible with the circumstances. I love cooking at home I cook simple organic food (mostly vegetables) as much as I can. I love going out to restaurants and cafes to check the latest in food. I am passionate about the process of making croissants and the science of food.
Fun, fresh and always have time for others. Have lived in many share houses before. 🌼 Currently living in Byron at the moment but searching for a new place on the Gold Coast as I am commuting to work everyday. I work full time for a digital marketing company. I intend to go back to studying Design at Griffith this year part time. I have lived in many share houses before so understand how to respect others. Not a big drinker but love to get out and socialise. Outside of work I live a healthy/active/creative lifestyle.
Hey Hey, back on the housesharing scene as I'm newly single (not looking to party or date, just chill and get back to the fun stuff). I'm a 32yr old, fulltime working professional; reliable with rent; respectful and considerate. Keen to live with people who won't stay strangers and are happy to hang out sometimes. I enjoy the outdoors, love music (not that I have any musical talent) and am a happy, cruisey individual. I'm not into drugs and partake in only a rare social drink but enjoy a good laugh.
I'm quiet and friendly and also a great listener. I've done a lot of world travel (and lived in London for 15 years) so have interesting experience to share. I love dogs and cats and want to get into gardening and growing my own food. I'm interested in personal development, women's empowerment, conscious communication (Wheel of Consent, Non Violent Communication). I have trained as a yoga teacher and a women's bodyworker. I love conscious dancing, nature, the beach, watching movies. I'm a full time student with ACAP studying a Diploma of Counselling online. I'm a non drinker and non smoker. Looking for somewhere in nature, quiet, ideally with flatmates with similar interests. Looking for a house not a unit and ideally on a bit of land.
*Ready to move last week in July* Considerate, quiet, love space and respectful of others. Mature, world wise, responsible, sense of humour
Looking for the right people to team up with (together with another mate) or a room in the right place. Hoping for a spacious room, ideally in a leafy setting (i.e. not a concrete residential area) in a nice home with some down to earth housemates. Spend most of my spare time outdoors, hiking and exploring, at the beach or just chilling. Vego, don't smoke, healthy lifestyle, love animals so more than happy to move to a place with pets present :) Not looking for a party house but more a chill home with likeminded people - chill, fun, creative and environmentally conscious. Enjoy a laugh and a good conversation, sharing dinner or a drink with housemates, but definitely also like to keep to myself.
37, I’m respectful, friendly, clean and a full time working single female. I live a pretty active and healthy lifestyle and get up early most mornings to get to the gym before work or gym/walk on the weekends so am pretty quiet during the week & am definitely an early riser & not a night owl. I enjoy going out for a nice meal over a big night of clubbing these days, although on the very rare occasion I don’t mind letting the hair down. I equally enjoy relaxing at home if I don’t have much on. I enjoy cooking healthy nutritious food, and often bake “healthy” treats so you might be a taste tester at some point as well. I only want to share with one other person, and I’d prefer to live with another single female around the same age who enjoys a similar lifestyle. Who I can have a laugh, drink or meal with occasionally and who doesn’t take life too seriously. I am open to living with a single guy, again around the same age or a little older with a similar lifestyle, but MUST be respectful of their female flatmates and clean, and there needs to be more than just a wall dividing the bedrooms. I have had to break my current lease so I do have a unit full of furniture, most I will be storing, but if you need anything then I may already have it. I have some indoor plants which will be coming with me as well as a push bike hopefully there’s somewhere to keep this. I only want to live in Palm Beach or Currumbin (& maybe the very south end of Burleigh). I'm after a home and not just somewhere to sleep. I have to vacate my unit on 6/7/19 & hoping to move my stuff to new home 5/7/19. Thank you, Lou
I am a 3rd year Occupational Therapy student at SCU, and I work casually as a therapy assistant at a paediatric OT clinic in Burleigh. Myself and a close friend Jarrod (a Masters of Social work student at SCU) are trying to find a place for the next 6 months in a nice location with a friendly community and reasonable price (as we are both students). We are always keen for a good time and good laugh. Both pride ourselves in our cleanliness and are super easy going and friendly people who just enjoy good company.
Hi I’m Mitch I’m 19 years old I’m clean, tidy and responsible. I work 5 days a week so I’m not home too much. I’m also social but keep to myself.
Myself and my 22 year old daughter are clean, respectful and honest people looking for somewhere to stay in between moving house.
My bestfriend bree and I, have just recently moved out of a share house in Robina, as the lease was up. Looking to move into somewhere as soon as possible. We have lived in share houses and rentals previous to this (total of 7 years combined) We are very reliable, tidy, hygienic girls who contribute and take initiative with cleaning (both personal areas and public). We both work full time jobs and have stable incomes. We are two very easy going, social girls and get on well with any company. We are looking for a group of reliable people who match these qualities. Two bedrooms is needed, happy to share a bathroom as that’s what we have done previously with no problems but not open to sharing a room
I am an Australian who has not long moved to the Gold Coast. I work full time as a bartender and love my job. I love keeping fit, spending time with mates and enjoying a few beers on my days off, I am also planning to take up surfing soon. I am not fussy when it comes to a place to live, I am open minded and just enjoy the company of others and meeting new people. I am hoping to be with in walking/cycling distance of the beach, but am flexible with that too.
I’m clean, quiet and like to go about my own business. I’m friendly however I like my space Im into my fitness and eating healthy, I like to go out on the odd occasion. I work full time as a dental nurse
Hi there, I'm pretty cruisy, bit of a home body but love to get out and mingle and meet like minded people. Very friendly, reliable, honest and respectful. Love nature, a healthy lifestyle, bit alternative (background in health). Love my movies, cooking, and a good excuse to laugh. Unfortunately not working due to a few health issues, but i am doing a bit of study on the side and will definitely give you your space and respect your quiet time. Looking for someone to share and find a 2 bedroom place together that we can both call home. After someone friendly, genuine, cruisy, mindful and trustworthy. I'm a good communicator so if there's ever any issues I'm extremely open so it makes life a bit easier for us all☺ Feel free to message me to know more.
We are a friendly young couple from Tasmania looking for a place to call home. I relocated back to the Gold Coast in February this year in order to finish my nursing degree and Reese is planning on making the move at the end of July/ early August - so it will just be me until then! Nicole : 25 year old nursing student 👩🏻⚕️ When I’m not studying/working you will find me market hopping, relaxing at the beach and enjoying all of the things the GC has to offer. Reese: 26 year old Teachers Assistant looking for a sea change. Loves being in the outdoors, surfing, mountain biking, etc. We are super easy going, clean, respectful, and are usually pretty quiet during the week, but don’t mind a social BBQ and beer on the weekends 😊 we would prefer a modern home, furnished room and bills to be included for convenience. Looking for roommates around the same age
Hi, I am a 29 year old female who is looking for a roommate to share a place with. I work full time Monday to Friday, like to live in a clean place close to the beach or on near the lake and am an active person. I am flexible with move in dates and would prefer a small yard but not essential. I would all so be keen to live in Emerald Lakes as it is close to where I work and the area has a lovely community feel to it.
