I generally enjoy the company of calm relaxed happy ttpe of people. *i do not require the use of internet.
Hey there. My lovely kelpie girl Kim (strictly outside dog) and I are looking for a shareflat anywhere in the Wollongong / Shellharbour area. I'm going to study at TAFE in Shellharbour but I have a car, so anywhere in Wollongong /South Wollongong, Shellharbour and surroundings would be fine. We'd prefer a house with a yard that is fully fenced (high fence) so Kim can't get out. She comes with a cage she says in during the night and when I'm not home. She's very friendly and cuddly. I'm easy going, very eaay to live with, low maintenac, like it clean but not a clean freak. I'm very outdoorsy and try to spend as much time as I can outside with Kim when I'm not working or studying .
I work full time and do shift work. Looking to share with someone that is respectful of my different starting times. I’m not looking for a part house. Prefer somewhere that is fairly quiet. I’m a tidy person and need someone who is the same. Looking to move now. I like animals so if you have pets it’s no problem with me. I travel a lot on my days off so I won’t always be around but still looking for someone that is social and respectful of each other’s privacy.
Hello, I'm Madeleine! I'm a 22-year-old current animation and former vet nursing student! With the college year coming to an end for me, I'm looking to move up around the Wollongong area to be closer to my mother and brother. I'm a country girl born and raised and grew up on acreage around plenty of animals, so I'm passionate about all sorts, from reptiles to rodents, equines to dogs - I love them all! I also love doing art, and I can most often be found drawing. My second favourite hobby is baking, so if you like the occasional treat, I'm good for that too. I'm a major nerd and enjoy cartoons, sci-fi, reading, and games. I tend to be quiet and I dislike being a bother, but I do willingly and happily socialise once I get familiar and comfortable with new people, although I'll likely be shy on meeting. I'm also quite independent and like doing things for myself. I'm tidy and clean up after myself, and I'm not a partying sort and will probably always be home during the night, unless I end up sleeping over at my mother's house. I don't drink unless it's a very special occasion (e.g. Christmas party, engagement party), and even then I dislike the taste of alcohol and will usually just stick to a vodka cruiser. I'm also a non-smoker and don't participate in drug-use. I'll be gone during the day for college all week, except for Fridays, as I have that day off for doctor's appointments. Once college ends, I'll be looking for a job to work during the holidays. I hope to live in a place and with people who are dog-friendly, as I have a large 10-month-old puppy.
I've recently moved to the Wollongong area with full time employment. I'm a 50+ yr old male looking for a place to call home till the end of the year until my family join me in the new year. I'm a non drinker/smoker, I often travel back to my family on my days off from work. Easy going, quiet bloke and pretty well keep to myself but will still and have a good chat
I'm fairly neat and easy to live with. I'm a very social person and love to have a chat over tea or wine. Also love the beach and doing social things. However, I can respect privacy and alone time as I myself also enjoy having my own personal space. I’m always on time with bills and super reliable. Non-smoking, and don’t have any pets. Working part time while studying International Relations full time at UOW. Looking for someone easy going but fun to live with ☺️
I am fun and outgoing and love a laugh. I also like my down time to just chill and watch netflix snuggled on the couch. I work full time in recruitment and I like to keep fit and do outdoor activities on the weekend or just relax. I am looking for housemates that I can have the occasional wine with on the weekend and easy going. But, I am not interested in the party life style. I would be looking for a place with a shed or lock up garage that has storage it is a must. I do a fish tank with a few tropical fish. I also have an adorable cat that is well trained and a massive smoocher and is no problem at all. She is currently living with me in an multi story apartment and is not a bother and no-one even knows she is there.
Hi, I am looking for a place that feels like a home, with a garden to relax in and maybe a park or reserve nearby to jog along! I enjoy living in a house that has pets and I am doing part-time study in animal care. Outside of work I like to read, watch dvds, jog, yoga, garden. I like to keep my living space clean and reasonably tidy, I am fairly quiet and I respect others space, I also like to be sociable : )
I just want a happy environment to live in and to make new friends. I have a 7 year old son who stays with me from Monday-Friday. We both are gone by 8am and home after 6pm. We are easy going, happy people.
I have a dog named Theo but he is such a chilled laid back dog and so happy to be everyone's best friend. He has never chewed anything, happy to be outside all day alone and never barks except for at men he doesn't know. I'm chilled and laid back also. I like to be out and about when I' not working as I haven't lived in the area for long but also enjoy kicking back and relaxing after a long day. I like to do crafty projects and photography in my spare time and work full time as a vet nurse.
I'm Nicola, I'm 39 and I am studying aged care and doing freelance design work. I love swimming and being in or near water. I love arts and crafts. I I am friendly, relaxed & non-judgemental. I can laugh at myself. I hate racism and other discriminations. I simply lurrrrve animals. I'm from Sydney and lived in Melbourne recently too. I clean really well but I'm not pedantic. I'm quiet when it's quiet time and social when it's "Social-Time". I'm not needy and love chilling solo sometimes. Vote Nicola!
I am only looking for accommodation til Dec/Jan as i'll be moving to QLD. Just staying down here til my course is finished (studying disability support). I won't be home a whole lot, will either be at TAFE or work. Also going away for 1-2 weeks in October. Super clean/tidy and very quiet/introverted (with random spurts of eagerness to socialise haha). Love the beach, animals, yoga, gym and vegan food :) Ideally looking for somewhere between Wollongong and Sutherland-ish... Nice and modern, no clutter, with my own bathroom. $250 max including bills.
Im not really sure what to say so ill get back to this bit l8r i know iv enjoyed living with myself but i usually hold lease n share a room out so this would be my first time for looking for a room to rent in a shared home im quite bit shy to start with easy going not lazy
Looking for a peaceful place to call home between consistent working hours. I currently work six days a week between two jobs so I'm rarely home, and when I am I'm too tired to make any noise or mess. I have no trouble sleeping through noise myself so if you like to have a bit of a boogie on the weekend (or during the week?) you won't have to worry about accidentally waking your housemate. If you don't boogie you can blend a smoothie at 4am or practice drums at midnight, whatever you're into. I won't notice and if I do I won't care. I'm also really good at doing groceries, which is an incredible talent in my honest and humble opinion. Honestly I'm just looking for a few walls and a roof to store a bed and food within, and a flatmate to split the cost of those walls and a roof with. :)
I am a self employed bloke with no hangups and don't smoke or drink. Most days are spend at my engineering business, and nights just relaxing at home. I do like cooking. I am honest and tidy and punctual. I am from northern Europe but have lived in Australia since 1981. I like riding my motorbike and go away from time to time I live in Cronulla with my partner, but are looking for a room in the area where my engineering business now are located (Warrawong Business Park) I only intend to use the room during the working week most the time.
Hi, I'm a Australian female currently studying fulltime in allied health. Looking for somewhere long term but a single private room. I'm pretty quiet, chilled, peaceful and hate drama. Don't drink, smoke or take drugs. So Studying health I have a police check and a working with children check aswell. I would prefer to live in a all female household that is fine with my male friends to visit. Happy to live with a single mom , but no couples. Maximum for 180pw including bills
I work full time as a chef, so I’m out of the house most of the time. I always clean up after myself and keep things neat and tidy. On my days off work I’m usually out playing golf with friends or out and about shopping for the nights dinner :).
I am a share accommodation professional. I have been doing it for 17 years in 4 apartments (5 years, 7 years, 3 years and 2 years respectively). I am a fit and healthy semi-retired accountant, accustomed to spending time with younger people and I am good company; but also happy to do my own thing. I was in Melbourne for 15 years before I moved back to Wollongong 2 years ago to be near my family. In a shared accommodation residence I work to a very simple rule ... leave everything the way I found it. You will not find a better sharer.
