Hi, my name is Matthew I am 19 years old and work full time whilst studying a double bachelor degree in Business and Economics via online. My business hours are from 8:30-6:30, however, I usually stay back a few nights a week. I always pay on time and you will never have an issue with finances. I am very clean and respectful towards others and their possessions. I am a very friendly guy and will get on with everyone, I am not conceited or rude, but I do like my own personal space as do most people. On the weekends, I most likely study but on the off occasion, I do like to socialize. Most people see my age as a disadvantage, and though I am quite young, I am very independent for my age, I am seen as very mature for my age. The age group of the people I usually associate with are in their late 20's to late 50's as I get on with them easier than people from my own age group. Hopefully, I have covered everything and if you do have other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
I'm a very considerate, clean and tidy flatmate with a GSOH. I have really nice furniture. I have a cat, she is also the above (except for owning furnishings but to make up for that she winks for her cat treats). ;) its true! I am a photographer and photography lecturer at UTS, I freelance and spend time at my studio when I can.
Young, hard working Aussie professional moving to Sydney from Melbourne, social and very easy going. Clean and tidy. Well rounded person - works hard, but enjoys checking out new bars and restaurants on the weekends, or having a chill out beer at home with friends. Looking to live with social, easy going, and friendly people.
I work in advertising which means I work long hours. I liked chilled out weekends and am looking for a place which isn't the life of the party every weekend. Don't get me wrong I do love a good ole' drink every now and then but I need somewhere where I can unwind after a hectic week
Hi! I'm a 26 year old working professional, and just moved back to Australia from London. I'm originally from Adelaide, but am starting a new job in Sydney. I'm very easy going, clean, quiet but am always up for a glass of wine and chat after work!
Hey! I'm Marc I'm 26 and I'm a fully qualified mechanic from the UK/Scotland. I'm about to start work at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Rushcutters bay. I imagine I'll be fairly busy during the week working 8-4 Monday to Friday, so I'm looking for somewhere that I can come home to and chill out and relax. Currently in staying in edgecliff at a hotel so I'm looking for a place ideally as quickly as possible, hotels are nice but they don't have the homely feel and help to settle down. I'm a clean and tidy guy and back home in the uk I spent most nights down at my local gym and attending a few classes of mixed martial arts, I'm hoping to continue this here in Sydney aswell. Very open to exploring the city, beaches and any other things I don't know too much about, very easy to get along with and fairly laid back and hopefully find someone in the house who can improve my cooking skills! If you have any questions please don't hesitate too send them to me, I'll respond as quick as I can.
Professional and pretty much busy during business days. Like to socialize and to have fun during the week end. Not a party person although I'm clubbing from time to time. Easy going, tidy and open to share a meal and to have a chat from time to time.
Hi future flatmates, Myself and my husband Jay are moving from London to Sydney and land on 1st June. We are looking for a flat share for the first 6 months whilst we get sorted and on our feet. We are both professionals, and will be job hunting when we arrive. I work in marketing and Jay works in IT. We LOVE the beach, keeping active/running/hiking/eating out and generally relaxing and making the most of the outdoors. We are both very tidy and clean, and will contribute to housework and chores. We are also very quiet and won't make any noise :). Jay is really techy and can pretty much fix anything that is broken! We are looking for a flat share because we want to get to know people and make friends! We are looking for a place that we can relax on the weekends whilst working full time during the week. We are not party/clubbing people but definitely like socialising with our flat mates and having the occasional gathering. Let us know if you think we'd be suited to your place :)

I am a professional moving to Sydney. I am quite the most time, enjoy cooking and walking around leafy eastern suburbs and bays. If anyone has interests in learning Mandarin Chinese, that would be a bonus, I am happy to teach.
I'm a mid-30s professional who's friendly and happy to share a meal or bottle of wine every once in a while, but just as comfortable doing my own thing. I am from Canberra and moved to Sydney for career opportunities. I work long hours so having a really nice, clean and tidy home in a good area is important to me. Having friendly housemates who are on the same page is equally important. I'm currently living with old housemates until I find somewhere great closer to the city. I hope to chat more! Amy :)
Hi, I'm Gabriela, 29, and I'm looking for a nice single room where I could be feeling like at home. I'm working at Darling Harbour as a waitress and so I'd prefer something in a good walking distance to the city (e.g. Pyrmont, Darlinghurst, Pots Point, Paddington etc.). I'm a very friendly, clean and organized person. I like cooking, reading books, travelling, hanging out with my friends and visiting good restaurants as I love quality food :-) I'm also very active (I do a lot of sport - yoga, tennis, swimming, and I'm very happy to walk everywhere). I've already been living in Sydney for 2 and half year and I absolutely love it here, especially the beaches and people. I feel that it's a right time to get my first single room as I'm a very talkative person but at the same time, I need a privacy. I'd like to find a home full of nice atmosphere and friendly people. I have a student visa but I'm currently doing my 6 months work placement which is giving me more free time. Hope to hear from you soon :-) Cheers Gabriela
Hi guys, I work for the Big Four in England and am coming over to Sydney on secondment for a few years. Ideally looking for somewhere with people who I can spend a bit of time with, but also aren't making a racket every night so I can get work done during the week if needed. I like to think I'm a pretty decent housemate but I guess everyone says that. Would like to be within walking distance of a beach if poss! Into sport so flatmates with a vague interest may be beneficial but if not as long as you can put up with me talking about it occasionally we should be fine... Would like to look round any potential places when I come over wc 1st May
Hey I'm looking for a room max 6 months. I'm friendly, easy-going, clean and tidy. I have experiences living with flatmates/roommates, but I would like to share max with one person. Better if it's a single room. I like parties, but also great conversations with beer or tea. love netflix :D! I'm from Santiago, Chile. I'm a student of a certificate IV of business, and working part-time.
Hey, I'm Will. I've just moved from London to Oz and I'm looking for a place to live in Sydney. I've got a full time job starting at the end of the month. I'm easy going, sociable, neat & tidy. I like music, food, films and travelling. Pretty outdoorsy - coming from the UK I'm looking to spend as much time as possible in the sun! Can cook pretty well and would be happy to share food.
Hi there, I'm a social, 34yr old professional working in arts marketing, looking for a clean and relaxed place to call home. Considerate, easy-going, tidy, open to a chat and wine/dinner from time to time but still respectful of one another's space. Wit and good banter a bonus. I'm pretty active during the week and ideally looking for other professionals to share a home and the occasional wine with. My interests range across music, the arts, travel, cooking and sport. Would be happy to contribute furniture where needed.
Hey there! I'm Jack, 23 years old, fresh out of uni and currently working as a professional in the city looking for a new place to live that makes my commute to work more convenient. I'm a clean, easy going and fun loving person who loves the outdoors. I also love cooking, as well as playing guitar, fishing, kayaking, cycling and racing motorbikes in my spare time. I'm from the Central Coast originally, and have lived in Sydney for the last 4 years or-so in various places, so I'm pretty familiar with the city and would love to show any newcomers around if they liked. I'm looking for a friendly few people, preferably a mix of genders, ages, occupations, nationalities, interests etc. to make life a bit more interesting. Also people I can hang out with, cook with and have a few drinks with is always a bonus for me! I'm also pretty flexible on the timeframe of the stay, but it needs to be at least 3 months. Anything else I'm happy to talk about with you.
My girlfriend and I are moving to Sydney to work full-time. I work as a solicitor and Emily in real estate.
