Hello! :) I'm Joey from Singapore, and I'm looking for a home away from home. I'm 24 and have recently graduated from uni in Melb. Moving to continue studying @ USyd in March. I'm friendly, clean, respectful and open to pets! Not really the party type, but I do enjoy a drink or two. Am doing my best to live a healthier lifestyle (eating clean, going to the gym, etc.) I also love going on adventures and taking pictures. My finances are assisted, thus I certainly will pay the rent on time. I'm interested in other cultures since I'm from a multi-racial country; I welcome living with flatmates of diverse nationalities. If you think I could be a good fit and would like to connect to know me better, do drop me a message. Cheers! :)
Young professional from Melbourne considering moving to Sydney permanently in the near future. Don't know much about Sydney suburbs, but work would be in the city, so as long as it's not too far out and easy to transport. Not interested in sharing rooms, and prefer to have my own bathroom. Pretty easy-going, like food & wine, a good laugh. Probably would be working extremely long hours, home should be the place to unwind and put my feet up. I have some bedroom furniture and considering hiring a moving company to bring them all up. Bedroom can't be too small as I have a queen size bed, a student desk and chair (with bookshelf) as well as a cabinet. Apologies for not being able to give an exact date to move in yet, in the process of finding the right job.
Hey! My name is Alex and I am originally from Toronto in Canada and will be heading to Sydney for vet school! I'm a very positive person who is very studious and respectful. I am a clean individual who is very considerate when living with others. Chances are I will be quiet in my room studying or will be out at the library/in class. Feel free to ask for my social media and I will be happy to provide :). I am looking for a furnished place (private room, shared bathroom ok) to stay preferably within walking distance (10-20 minutes) to the University of Sydney campus. My budget is no more than $300, including internet + all bills. I am unable to attend inspections until February 7th.
H there :) I'm looking for a new home after exploring in France and Greece for a few months. I work in community and social justice projects, and as a Nanny. I'm looking for a place that feels like a home. Somewhere to relax, have a chat and laugh with housemates over a meal and glass of wine. I'm friendly, respectful and independent. I'm a lover of mother earth, eco-conscious and would love to live in household with a similar outlook on life. Cooking, swimming, exploring in nature, travel, yoga, reading, art, films and music are a few of my loves.
Hey everyone! I am moving from Hawaii (North Shore Oahu) to pursue my degree in physiotherapy at Sydney Uni. Looking for a place to call home whilst studying. My passions: Surfing, Yoga, Pilates, Free Diving, Cooking, Gardening, Netflix, and the occasional porter:) I am a clean, quiet and respectful roommate whom is looking for a long term place. Furnished would be ideal but will work with whatever is available. I am very laid back and not a partier though I do enjoy a healthy social life. School is my priority so Ill be looking for places close to Sydney uni. Cheers!
Hey, I'm a 23 year old newby doctor looking for a place around RPA with some cool people who like to socialise but also respect privacy. I like animals, am cool with every walk of life and will probably spend a fair bit of time at work, but would love to come and wind down over a glass of wine after work.
Sisters looking for a house that has 2 rooms available so we can live together. I have just moved back to Sydney from Bangalow/Byron area and Abbey is already living in Camperdown. I am studying full-time at university in my 4th year and work part-time. Abbey is a high-school art teacher working full-time. We are both extremely clean, tidy, happy, respectful, positive and friendly. Work hard but also like to have a good time. We enjoy listening to music mainly rock, playing guitar, surfing, nature and hanging out with friends.
My name is Chloé, I am a professional dancer and ballet teacher and very focused on my career .. this is the main reason I am moving to Sydney. I am very out going, active, social and I try my best not to take life to seriously. I have been traveling around the world dancing for the last 4 years so I am quite a quick learner and love learning and seeing new things. I am a very tidy person and easy going.. not interested in any dramas 🙊 I am initially looking for somewhere for 3 months to get settled but will potentially like to extend this to a longer time period.
My name is Sinem (in the middle) and I am a 23 yo medical student studying at The University of Sydney and RPA Hospital. I'm pretty quite during the week as I'm either studying or in hospital in the day, so tend to prefer coming home to eat comfort food and lay on the couch watching various TV shows or movies (currently watching old Gilmore Girls for the first time). I casually babysit for two families and thanks to Malcom Turnbull I'm set on the paying rent department. I like to work out and keep fit - not consistently so if you do that would be great motivation. When I'm stressed with study, I tend to either clean or cook - two things which have come in handy living with others - I don't have a big sweet tooth so hopefully you enjoy cupcakes or macarons. I'm on a mission to try all the smashed avos around Sydney so I spend most of my weekends alternating between that, having a drink with friends, going to the beach or hibernating during exam time (two times a year). I'm currently in Melbourne until the 28th of January so I won't be able to do an in person inspection, but I'm happy to go by photos as long as a Skype interview also occurs. Hope to find a place :)
Hi I'm Lucy and I'm looking for a bright happy room of my own in a home with some friendly housemates. I'm 31, a full-time student and freelance graphic designer. I like to read/watch movies and shows, cook and do yoga. Weekends I'm usually working or doing homework, catching up with friends or just enjoying home time. I love to travel and do so as much as possible, enjoy a laugh and a beer. Please note: I am NOT interested in shared rooms.
Hey I will be moving to Sydney mid February on a Working Holiday Visa and I'm interested in getting a 2 bedroom place with someone :) I studied in France for 4 years and moved back home to South Africa for a while. But I am now looking forward to my next adventure in Sydney! :) I am very easy going 22 year old, who loves chilling at home watch TV shows and trashy reality TV, but also enjoy going out for drinks or dinner. I very much enjoy my personal space too, so will totally be respectful of yours.
I'm a well-balanced human with plenty to share yet know my bounds. I absolutely love being amongst great company yet just as equally love my own space. I work in Project Management with an education in Architecture - not to mention many a life experience along the way. I'm super respectful of people, their personal space and property and would appreciate the same in return. Genuine and open minded and make a point of not judging people for who they are (I don't do drama very well). I aim to live a holistically healthy lifestyle by eating well and keeping active. I don't watch TV (only movies) and tend do it in my own space if I do (I'd prefer to bond over a good conversation). I love my music (although some would question my song choices) and am also a lover of clean spaces and tend to be a bit of a minimalist at times - there's nothing more satisfying than coming home to a clean and positive home. I don't mind sharing a bathroom as long as there's a powerpoint for my electronic toothbrush (yes, I'm one of those people). I like to think I'm heaps of fun and love to lol and yet I manage to be upfront about things that may be of concern - communication is mucho importante! I come with a tiny dog (Louis the long-haired Chihuahua) who is FOMO at times but is always great company to those around him (let's just say that everybody that meets him thinks he's fantastic to be around). He spends a lot of time with his grandparents (especially during the week) so he'll be another well-balanced presence. Check me out/contact me on IG: etndbs. Peace.

We work during the week but in the weekends we venture out into nature, find good places to eat and drink, and catch up with friends. Time with mindful people, travelling, and aspirations of the future are the key to the life we lead. We regularly cook at home, and don't pass up good coffee and beer. We're pretty switched on, organised and tidy, and we'd love to share a homely space with great company. If you think you'd be a good match, get in touch!
Super friendly couple who is looking for a new place to call home. Love a clean and fun environment to live in. Both have our careers to attend to but want a place to come home to and wind down but also thats a bit of fun too. Looking for something medium to long stay.
I’ve just moved back to Sydney after living in NYC. I’m a 19-almost-20 year old doing a Bachelor of Arts at Sydney Uni. I’m a total creative and am an avid writer, adore all sorts of music and trashy novels. I also really enjoy cooking and eat a relatively healthy lifestyle, but guarantee you will find me in the kitchen at midnight every now and again consuming my bodyweight in ice cream. I’d love to have the total flatmate experience with barbeques and drinks, or just the occasional movie night but I am also someone who really enjoys having downtime and am totally respectful of everyone having their own space. I’m friendly, open, social and house proud which means it’s really important to me that I am living somewhere that feels like home!
Right now I call Seattle, Washington home, until February when I relocate to Sydney. I'll be studying business at the University of Sydney for a semester, so I'd like to find somewhere to live nearby campus. I love traveling and experiencing new things, and tend to be pretty spontaneous. Growing up at the beach in California and around the lake in Washington, I also love being around the water. I'm easy-going and respectful of others' space, and am hoping to make some genuine friends while I'm in Sydney. On the weekends, I like to relax, and often enjoy concerts and grabbing drinks with friends. If you're interested in trying to find a place to share, or have available rooms in your current place, it'd be great to hear from you! (dogs are a huge plus, too)
I'm a full-time university lecturer with interests in criminology as well as an exhibiting digital media artist. Non-smoker, friendly personality, respectful and very tidy! Most weekends I'll return to my home in the Hunter Valley. I'm looking for a room with own bathroom/ensuite or a studio apartment near University of Sydney.
Originally from Burma and has moved to Sydney for my studies. I recently finished studying commerce and currently working at a travel agency. I'm In my early twenties with a very friendly and easy going personality. I don't smoke and always do my best to keep my place neat and tidy. Love to cook and chill out at home with Netflix when I have the time to do so. And on weekends I like to go out for a few drinks and go dancing.
I am young and easy going. I am easy to get along with and easy to live with. Very clean and will have no problems making payments on time.
I am a fun, outgoing and friendly person! I love to meet new people and share new experiences. I am a student at USYD studying a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Anthropology and History. I am also a passionate barista and creating beautiful coffees are just one of my favourite past times. I promise to be the best housemate you've ever had!
Hello I'm Kirst, and I am looking for a place to call home somewhere in the inner west. You'll either find me at work (Tues-Sat), exploring the outdoors, sipping on a beer or hanging with a mate. I'm in my mid twenties and would prefer to be a part of a happy professional sociable household and share a meal from time to time! I would prefer to be close to public transport (even though I drive everyday day) I intend to make use of it one day! Prefer long term stay 6-12 months+, although it is preferred but not necessary. Also happy to team up with others. Flexible with move dates - the sooner the better, mid/late Jan would be ideal, though if it's quite the catch I'm happy wait a little longer! Hope to hear from you K
We're an easy going, respectful couple from NZ. We're clean, courteous and aware of other people's thoughts and feelings. I work as an Account Manager at a Marketing Technology company. In saying that we love to stay fit and are quite career focused.

Hi, I'm Lenka, 26 yrs old British girl working in Recruitment in the city. I'm a permanent resident here and have been in Australia for 3 years. I am very active; rock climbing, acroyoga, diving, hooping, gym and more! I spend probably about half my time at my partner's place in the inner west and am looking to move back to the area because I left to the Eastern suburbs about a year ago and I miss it! When I am home, I love binge watching tv shows or reading a good book with a glass of wine, or painting, drawing and being creative. I'm an avid cook and baker and love doing family dinners and cooking for other people. Cat and dog person even though I come with none of my own. Very sociable, chatty and easy going, I also take huge amount of pride in being clean and tidy and am looking for a long term commitment to a lovely place I can call home.
I'm originally from Perth in Western Australia and have just moved to Sydney. I'm looking for a furnished place to stay for the first part of the year (for the next three months or so). Ideally, I'm looking for a place close to a train line to facilitate a commute to work down in Kogarah. I'm interested in traveling, outdoorsy things, love the beach and I run. I'm also into illustration, design, music, art and cinema. I'm self reliant and house trained having owned my own place in Perth for a number of years. I'm not a party creature but enjoy a glass of wine, good conversation and a pub quiz every now and then. I'm an employed professional (English teacher) who can make a pretty good pavlova.
Hi, I'm a Kiwi living in Sydney. Looking for interesting people to live with. Moving to be closer to work in the city and among close friends in the inner-west. I work for a consumer goods company meaning there's never shortage of free household items for the flat! I am easy-going, open minded and respectful of others. A keen cook and traveler with interests in just about everything. I don't smoke and will have a few drinks in the weekend. Don't have pets but love to have them around and will occasionally have friends over for dinner. Let me know if you think I can fit into your place.
I'm a PhD student who is currently writing her thesis. I'm quite busy almost every day of the week and spend most of my days at uni. I'm looking for a room in a house / apartment that is quiet and relax, where I can crash at night after very long days of attempting to write.
Hi there, looking for a private room preferably with ensuite/own bathroom (not essential) in a share house/unit with one or two others. I'm easy to live with and consider myself to be a neat and considerate housemate. I have a healthy balance of being social and having down time too. Out the door to work at 5am Mon-Fri, which may suit some.
Hi everyone! I am an outgoing, easy to get along with French textile designer working full time 9 to 5 in Ultimo. I arrived 2 years ago in Australia and lived from that time in Newtown. I'm looking for a place I can call home... During the week I like to swim or go to my dance class, but also share a nice diner with my housemates and friends. On weekends, I'm really relax and I'm definitely not a morning person. I love to get a late breaky with my mates and go to the beach on the afternoon or go to some creatives events. So in summary, I can be quiet and keep to myself. But I can also have a good time and go out to get drinks with friends. Oh! And I'm really food addict... especially everything sweet, so I can tell you where you can find the best chocolat croissant in Sydney! I am looking for a long-term place to stay, preferably someplace that is close to Newtown and has public transportation nearby. I am open to living with a male or female roommate, just prefer someone that is clean and respects my space. I am very clean and organized. Thanks and look forward to meeting some new people in Sydney!
Fun, reliable, social, clean professional looking for a beautiful place to live, with like minded people :)
Hi there, I am Rhianne and a freelancer in the theatre industry. I am in sydney at the moment working with Griffin Theatre Company and looking for a place to stay until Feb 12th and then i will tour to Melbourne for a month and then need a place again in Sydney when i come back March 12th until May 2nd. I am fabulous with kids and pets and sleep well through the night so crying or anything like that won't bother me. I will be extremely busy on the show and don't know anyone so won't be bringing friends home, plus I'm engaged. BUT even though I'm away for the month in the middle I'm hoping we can work something out? I am super organised and clean but love a good sized pint at the pub and to laugh. A lot. Thanks Rhi
Hello hello! I'm Angus, and here's the essentials about me in a few bite-sized paragraphs with handy subheadings :) Work: Yes, I work and can pay the bills - tick! I work part time on the front desk of a hotel on the north shore and also do an occasional shift at a cafe in Glebe near where I currently live in a sharehouse. Passions: Music! I've recently completed an Honours in composition and composing is what I love doing. I'm really dedicated to it and spend a lot of time writing. Around the house: You'll find me clean and tidy, and respectful of people's things. I'm friendly and easy going, and I hope to live in a house where everyone is reasonably quiet but enjoys a chat. Move date: I can move any time from mid-January to the very start of February. Hope to hear from you!
Hi! I'm a 28 year old guy who just moved from San Francisco to study medicine at the University of Sydney and am very interested in finding a cool group of house mates to share a relaxed living space. I have a temporary place to stay for two weeks while I look for something more permanent - looking to stay for 3 months from the last week in January to the end of April, when my girlfriend arrives and I'll be moving in with her. I'm super laid back, clean, very open and accepting, easy-going, and have lived an international life. As a 1st year medical student I'll be focused on living healthy and staying on top of studying, while making time to get to know the city and new friends. I like cooking and eating good food, outdoor sports, live music, having a chill drink after work or class, and traveling, among other things! Looking forward to hearing from you, Clay
Friendly, clean, I like exploring and meeting people, good at giving people space and privacy. Medical school, working part time that involves travel.
Hey, I'm Raphael, 22 and from Luxemburg. I'm a tidy and respectful person and I really enjoy having a good chat and having fun but i also need some chill times. I will be working full-time in a research center in central Sydney during my 6 month stay.
Hey, my names Jess and I have been living in Sydney for two months now. I was living and working in London as a visual merchandiser for Topshop Oxford circus and I have transferred to town hall to continue my work down under. I am staying with my friends in Marrickville currently, but I previously lived in Darlington and am interested in and around that area. I am looking for a double or single depending on the price, in a sociable house or flat share with similar young and likeminded people. In London I work a very professional job and I do take this very seriously. Im very passionate for it and work long and hard hours. I would like to find a house where I can have the balance of respecting our own space during the week, but yet still like to share a glass of wine or two on the weekend. I'm very sociable and love a trip down to the pub, fashion and fitness. I am laid back and tidy person. I hope to find not only flatmates, but future friends. I am happy to look at short term lets with potential to save myself some money. My max budget would be $240 a week and hopefully including bills, I do enjoy a pretty and clean house/flat. I look forward to hearing back from hopefully a future flat mate! Jess! x
I'm a full-time post graduate student at USyd who also works part time around uni, which keeps me really busy. I've lived in share houses in Sydney and the UK so am well house trained, and am looking for housemates who are ideally working full-time, equally busy and a house that can become a home. I'm friendly, social and would love to be able to have a laugh and share a drink and chill out with flatmates from time to time - but understand everyones need for privacy.
We're an easy going, fun loving and respectful group of girls - 2 of us from the UK and 1 from Holland. We are huge foodies and love to cook, but we also enjoy keeping fit- 2 of us are Pilates instructors and we would be happy to workout with potential future housemates. If you surf that would be a definite bonus too as we all love to attempt surfing, but lack some vital skills. Cut backs not yet achieved. We're looking for either our own place or somewhere with a great bunch of people to share with.
Hi there, I am Julia and I'm going to stay in Sydney for studying psychology at the University of Sydney from February 2017 to July 2017. I don't like staying alone in a flat, as it is much more fun to have flatmates for occasionally dinner cooking, getting to now different points of views and life stories and just having fun living with other people. I have already some experience in living together with different people as I stayed one year with a host-family and a roommate in India, lived in a shared flat with four other students in my study town in Germany and during an internship in Berlin I stayed also with a flatmate. So I hope it is not to difficult to get a long with me. I am a tidy and clean person. I enjoy going out for a party but also a cosy evening with a movie and some wine and chocolate :) I love being creative, I like decorating things and doing crafts of any kind (I am kind of a homeworker :) and I am really looking forward to exploring Sydney and trying out some new sports. Perfect for me would be a rent from end of February to mid of July 2017, but I am quite flexible. I hope to hear from you soon :)
We're a 22 year old couple who have both lived in share houses in Sydney before, as well as lived together in Madrid last year. We're in the final year of our law degree and we work part time at UTS. We're social, enjoy a chat and a drink, but easy-going and respectful of our housemates' space.
I'm 23 a Taiwanese person who studied in usyd language centry . I'm seeking for a room near my school . I'm clean ,outstanding and tidy . I loved to share house and chat with the other people . I can move in in the middle of February . Plz send me a messenger if you have an accommodation.
Hey im looking to move out, im a clean person and tidy love the beach soccer and pretty much anything outdoors dont like staying indoors too much, very easy going i guess looking for the same :)
I’m an almost 20 year old that’s starting at UTS studying communications/international studies full time this year. I’m a super reliable, clean, open-minded person that loves music, stimulating discussion, art, films and tv series (broad city, westworld, black books to name a few), dogs and the occasional night out (mainly seeing gigs and finding new little nooks and bars). I’ll be working on the side and like to lead a social/active lifestyle so I’ll be out and about most of the time, however I do like to live in a clean homey environment so spending some time at home is also important. I’d love to move into somewhere that feels like a lil family, where we can share the odd dinner and of course the cleaning and preferably somewhere that is lively and groovy but also respectful of space! I would like to move in late January early February, so if I sound like a likely candidate to become part of your household I would love to meet up and discuss further ☺
Hey guys, I'm an open minded and fun person. But also very tidy and organized. I have 5+ years of experience in living in flatshares and enjoyed it a lot. Therefore I know when to give space and privacy. Because I work for a German company that sent me here for 6 months (maybe longer) I tend to be a little quiet during the week. But on the weekends I like to socialise, do sports or explore the city. I'm looking for my own place or a great flatshare that has no problem with me having guests that are visiting from Germany once or twice. The room has to be furnished. Also ideally the place is close to a train station because my office is in Rhodes. Hope to hear from you guys, Max
Hey! My name is Grace and I'm currently in my final year of a Bachelor of Art Theory at UNSW art & design in Paddington. During the week whenever I'm not in class I'm working as a part time nanny in paddington. I'm an easygoing adventurous girl who loves to travel, get together with friends, hang out at the beach and explore new areas of Sydney (I only moved here 2 years ago from a small country town) In the past I've really enjoyed having nice little 'family dinners' with my housemates every so often and sharing a drink together after a long week of work/uni so I'm looking for a group of people who are friendly and like to get together for a drink/meal every so often. Hope to hear from you!
