We are all first/second year university students/working part time, who are looking for a place with 3 bedrooms to move into as of December-January. We will all be studying full time, at UNSW, Macquarie, and USYD, as well as working. We are quiet, tidy, all non smokers, and we don't own any pets. Our max budget is $750 per week for all 3 bedrooms, and having the bills/internet included in the price would be really great! Somewhere with basic furnishings such as a fridge, a washing machine, and beds would also be ideal. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any information, or if you would like to look at our social media accounts to check us out! :)
clean & tidy person. General positive vibe, All in for learning new things and experiencing new stuff & loves to meet new people. Currently working in fast food. However also studying Hospitality & food safety, looking to move up in the world
Hello! I love a lot of the usual things people love - coffee, books, movies, tv, bars, music, going out and sometimes not going out. Did I mention my penchant for coffee? Some of the less usual things include musicals, theatre, and (very specifically) strawberry-flavoured doughnuts. I've done the sharehouse thing for several years now so I'm housebroken and understand the importance of things like courtesy and paying rent and bills on time. I'm easy to get along with, always up for a chat, but respectful of privacy and the need for quiet. I can even cook a mean*, family-style korma. *Don't worry, it won't hurl insults at you - it's the good mean type of curry.
I'm a bubbly at heart leo I sing & dance when I clean I'm always smiling I'm always happy.. Learnt a lot from life & gained a hek of a lot of experience. Never afraid to give a honest & opinion & point of view. Good at listening being inspirational & a very strong minded & a stern strong leader (but a leader for those who I ly want to help by helping themselves who accepts all walks of life. " the one & only one is you, so you are the purpose to smile COURAGESLY right through the roughest toughest to the most bliss MEMORABLE BLESSED MOMENTS IN LIFE"
I'm an enthusiastic journalist who just got a dream job in the city, working shift work. I'm Italian which means I cook a mean pasta. I'm clean and tidy, open to a quiet night in with a book or some wine and cheese. Super friendly and flexible.
Hi I’m Hayley :) I’m currently in the hills area but I work in the CBD so I'd like to live somewhere a bit closer to shorten the commute. I’m easy to live with and am looking for some similar housemates. I’m very clean, easy going, and pretty low key. Friendly housemates are preferred. I do need somewhere to park but I'm not fussed if it's secure or street parking. I've had to change my moving date to November - feel free to contact me if you have a room coming up which might suit.
I am moving back to Sydney after living in Canada for the past two years and Brendan is coming to brave the spiders from Canada on a Working Visa. We are both very friendly, fun, clean people who love a glass of wine. We love cooking and sharing our food with friends and bonus Brendan is 6'5 so he can reach all the top cupboards. I work in Media an have been working for a Radio station in Vancouver for the past two years so will be looking for something similar when I get back to Sydney and Brendan is in marketing and will be looking fo the same when he arrives. Looking for a fun, friendly environment to call home.
I'm open-minded and enjoy intelligent conversation, or a shared laugh. On a sunny weekend I'm likely to be out at cricket or the footy, off to the beach or pool, or walking to explore suburbs or the bush. A rainy weekend might see me at the state library, researching country rugby league history. I value my friendships, whether new or long standing, and make the effort to catch-up or attend events together. My music taste is pretty varied, and I love that a good gig or festival lineup will uncover new artists. I have been living and working in Wollongong for the past 18 months and with a new work placement in Sydney, I am looking to relocate (mostly from the long commute). Ideally, I'm looking for an unfurnished room that can fit bed, desk, bookshelf and a wardrobe if one is not already built-in. I've previously lived in Enmore, Newcastle and the Grand Duchy of Dulwich Hill. I grew up on the Central Coast where my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews reside.
Work in Geosystems and Machine Control. Travel with work a fair bit so I’m away from home at least 2/3 nights a week. Weekends are mostly spent out and about. Not gonna be at home a lot but just need a half decent spot with chill people.
HELLO. My name is Caroline, born in Sydney, lived in UK for 6 years, recently back to Sydney and time to settle here a bit so looking to do that standard twenty-somethings' thing and live in the inner west ABOUT ME: - I'm studying for a shiatsu (massage)/yoga teacher qualification - *and this is probs my best selling point* i.e. I am studying massage and i need ppl to practice on :D - I'm working part time (10-3, Monday-Friday) for a startup based in Glebe - I also teach dance occasionally, but looking to do this more in the next 6 months - I am pretty chill, I do things like cook, meditate, read, browse the internet - I also like to talk shit and laugh and sometimes just lay in the sun and do nothing - I am in to joint shopping lists, if that is your thing - I am clean and tidy - I am looking for somewhere that is chill and feels somewhat like a home
looking for something long term and somewhere to call home. Im easy going and like socialising but also enjoy my own space and respect others. I currently work as a full time motor mechanic in Marrickville. all in all just looking for a good house with good people to live with.
I'm a pretty relaxed guy, I understand that ones personal space and living environment needs to be respected. At the same time I am generally keen to hang out and have a beer/coffee and chat about anything. I am open to housemates having a couple of friends over as I would like to do at times too, it is as much your home as it is mine! :) I am a pretty clean and organised guy. I lived in the same room with two other guys for a semester in uni, and none of us killed each other. So I must be pleasant to live with haha. I have a solid full-time job as a Civil Engineer so you don't have to worry about me not paying rent on time. I usually work 7-5 Mon-Friday, with the occasional night shifts. I like to cook, mainly when I can collaborate with others, and I make some bomb ass pancakes 🥞. I'm really into my sports, mainly football (soccer), basketball and American football, also a bit into tennis and golf. I love to adventure and experience as much of my city as possible, such as live gigs, new parks, cafes, and bars, and also like to roadtrip when I can, my car is kitted out for it! If you've made it to the end, congratulations, I hope I seem like a good housemate, I think I will be! 😊
Personable, friendly and clean but mostly quite busy. I’m in between jobs so looking to move out from my current place as it’s expensive to maintain without my current job. I work in audit/professional line of service. I’m looking to start with 3.5 months tenancy and we will see how things go from there.

I lived at GoldCoast , Brisbane Adelaide and few months in Melbourne. I worked in E-commerce and DropShipping Business . I did plenty of travel here and there around the country. I travel overseas in my holidays. I'll keep to myself or I can be your best friend, whatever works. I always say " FIND YOUR TRIBE " & life will be more cool. I am Truely a Minimalist . Personal space is obviously pretty important too. Shoot me any questions if you have them. I am looking for long Term place for 10 or 12 months. I am quite reserved, easy going, respectful and tidy. Preferably looking to share with just one other but open to sharing with two in the right circumstances. I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed, easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I have good rental history , previous owners references will be provided on demand . I always pay on time . I'm looking for someone who has a positive outlook on life . The type of person I'm looking for has an easy-going attitude and has similar values on respect and care. Age is not an issue, its more finding the right type of person and to share with someone Fun / like-minded! :) . Looking for a flatMATE, not a tenant. Again don't want someone who hides in their room or isn't going to be around at all. I get bored of my own company....! Someone who is keen to hang out, like minded and keen for a good time. Hi folks, I'm looking for a place for me and my doggo in the inner west. I work full-time in warehousing and like to get creative in my spare time or hang out and chill with my pup. I've share-housed for a long time so I understand the rules. Keen to find a home not a place to sleep. Open to all housemates as long as you're a creature lover.

I am looking for a longer term stay 6+ months.
