Trained teacher, professional footballer, easy going and am social but also love my own space. Playing football for Bankstown FC this season and want to be closer to work. I'm pretty driven but if you need me always willing to help x. Nothing really worries me.
I'm an undergrad student about to finish my last semester of university (*knock on wood*) and I am looking to move out of my present place by January. In addition, I am presently an intern for a film festival company + work part-time + looking to get a full-time job after graduation. That means I'm very much into movies! I love music as well and into vintage hifi and vinyl records. *update* Starting a paid internship (finally) role January 13! I identify as an 'ambivert', who enjoys the occasional night out and drinks, or even a cookout at home. That said, I "believe" my days of getting wasted are over, and I consider myself an 'old soul' who values his personal time and space at the end of the day. Nonetheless, I'm down for almost anything (driving out, trying new places, experiencing culture, etc.). I'm an individual who cleans up after himself, and hopes to have the same-mannered flatmate/s. I am very considerate of other people's personal life and beliefs as well. Low maintenance place please! BUT DOGS ARE VERY WELCOME.
Hi, looking for a room - preferably near the city where I work. I'm quiet, clean and organised.
Hey, I'm Kyle! A twenty-one-year-old currently working freelance in television post-production. I work pretty constant fifty-hour weeks, so I'm a fairly busy boy. Ideally looking for or two people to start a share-house with in January - or rather - start a share-home with! In other words, team-ups! That being said, if there is a truly special home already just raring for someone amazing, i.e. me to join it, I won't say no to that either. I love to relax after work with a glass of Jack and Coke (or whatever beverage I'm feeling at that particular moment) and watch some trashy television while eating dinner. Someone who can appreciate a similar thing would be awesome. In terms of needs - some decent storage and parking are all I'm really after. Happy to pitch in with buying furniture etc. as well! No shared rooms and would prefer no couples. If this seems like a match, hit me up. Thanks a bunch!
Hi there! My name is Carina, I'm 24 years old and moving to Sydney from Adelaide for an exciting new job position in the next month! I'm easy going but outgoing, quiet but always like to socialise, open minded and tidy. I enjoy writing, going to the gym, being outdoors and trying new things.
Hey! I work full time in PR in Pyrmont and I'm looking for a private room to rent that is closer to work as I am from the Camden area. For fun I enjoy bingeing Netflix, hanging with my friends or chilling with a good book. I enjoy spending time with others but also respect the time and space of others. Looking for a place close to a train station and where everyone treats the house like a home ☺
Hey I’m Grace :) I’m looking for a room to rent or to team up with someone to find a place after the new year. I’m working full time, I keep pretty busy during the weeks but am happy to socialise with friends/housemates. I enjoy having a laugh, binging on a good Netflix series and having a wine or watching a movie. I am super relaxed, bubbly, easy to get along with and I am respectful of people’s space and tidy around the house avoiding a lot of clutter. I also come with a small dog, his an angel and very sociable with other people, so I would need somewhere secure :)
I love meeting new people, I’m considerate to live with & enjoy cleaning (I know, weird right?). I’m a British Australian currently in the UK. Returning back to Sydney 6th July so looking for accommodation from that date.
Hi, my name is Louis but I normally go by Lou. I am looking for an existing place or like minded people for a team up. This will be my first time out of home on a permanent basis, something I am very excited about and have thought of for a while now but had to put off to pursue of other goals. Though I have never lived out before, don't fret, I am well travelled and have shared space with people for extended periods before. By trade, I am a professional in the finance industry specialising in commercial lending. Work's pretty full on so I'll be still at work or enjoying the extracurricular activities I do until mid evening most days. My weekends will be involve a mix of downtime/relaxation; catching up with friends, fitness and pursuing various interests. Places I would be interested in would be: - Clean and tidy - With my own bathroom preferred (but not essential) - Off-street parking - Modern style apartment - Has a warm homely ambience - No more than two other housemates, preferably just one - Non-party house - Has or willing to split internet - Convenience to transport, shops and amenities - Airconditoning! The housemate I would be is: - clean and tidy (semi ocd) - respectful and considerate - sociable - lets chat or hang out but also will let you do you whilst I'll do me - easy going If you have a place that fits the brief or maybe we can set up a place together then lets connect and see if we can co exist in the same habitat!
MOVE IN DATE: January Ideally looking for a place with nice housemates :) I'm a musician and student at usyd, looking for a comfortable space near uni/a station. I have a really nice place now with great people, but long-term construction at the doorstep has me looking to move elsewhere. I have experience with shared living arrangements - grew up in sharehouses run by my mum and living in one now. Reliable income, clean, chill, loves to cook. Bilingual - Japanese and English Looking to stay at least 6 months, ideally until graduation (end 2020) Why live with me ? I am a responsible dork that is kind and pays her rent on time. Frequents music things/Queer parties and will let u know about them. Will most likely offer to feed you. Can teach guitar for free because I guess why not... That said, am equally happy to live where people keep to themselves, as I like my own company.
Hello! I'm currently doing my PhD at UTS, but also teach and work in science marketing at the university. I have plenty of experience with living in share houses and have had no issues paying rent on time! I'm quite an easy going person, a foodie so I love cooking, and love a good chat over coffee or wine. I have no qualms about living with others who own pets, smoke, or just generally have really busy life styles. LGBT+ friendly as well! I am currently working in Europe until 18th Dec so looking for a place that will be available to move in from the beginning of January onwards. Cheers
