Looking for a place ASAP. Our budget is $350 - $400 but we can definitely be increased for the right place if we love it. We can be very flexible with how long we rent for... Either short term rental for a week or two OR we can also look at renting for up to 3-6 months. We may be open to extending beyond 6 months but initially we need to see how it goes with our visas as currently we can only stay in Australia until the end of October. We: Are a married couple from the UK Friendly Can be as sociable or as in sociable as our flatmates want Can easily adapt to new living situations Are reliable Are clean, tidy, organised Will both working in the week (HR Manager and Engineer turned Carpenter) Love to go out in the week to events e.g. comedy nights, live music, breweries etc Enjoy exploring at weekends in our 4WD- hiking, beaches, camping etc. We will need somewhere to park our car (on street is fine) and ideally internet and bills to be included in the overall rent. Thanks for looking at our profile 😊 (we are on facebook so you can check out our profiles and learn a bit more about us)
Hi, I m a French dude, working part time during the week and running my small catering business cooking delicious omelettes on weekends. I lived for two years in marrickville and most of my mates are around the area. I used to have my stall at Addison rd market selling jerky. I enjoy cooking, hiking, drinking with my mates, BBQ with my housemates, hotwheels, new business ideas brainstorms, riding my bicycle, need to go back on climbing. Anyway, my relationship just ended and i m looking for a new place to call home ASAP. Positivity, cooking and a can do attitude is the best i can bring to the table 🙂 Looking forward to meet ya 🙂 cheers
Hi, I'm Stevanus, an Australian Awards awardee from Indonesia. I'll start my master on UTS in February 2018. currently, I'm looking for accommodation. I'm a tidy person, a non-smoker but still tolerable with a smoker (but I might walk away if I feel uneasy with the smoke), I would enjoy a good chat over a drink or dinner or whatever every now and then about movies, music, foods, sports, and world issues.
Hey Sydney, I've Just accepted a Graduate position in the city so looking to relocate for the foreseeable future. Originally from Melbourne, I've most recently been living in Canada but am now returning to Aus to get my career started (RIP/Pour one out). I've lived in most kinds of shared accom you can imagine - sharehouses, college at uni, staff accom for work (So well versed in passive aggressive cleanups). I'm pretty reserved and easy going (actually though). Also an eldest sibling so I have all the tidy/neatness genes I'm hoping to find something relatively close to a train line, have somewhere to park my car and definitely my own room. Ideally under $300/week, but no real specific areas. Definitely looking to make some new house friends to do stuff with as I only know a couple of people up this way, Cheers!
I am a down-to-earth mother with a fun, adorable 2.5 year old. We live quite simply, love nature and people with happy and positive vibes. I am also a musician and play the piano so prefer to live with someone who doesn't mind music played in their home :)
We are easy going would much rather be doing something outdoors rather than partying, love to cook and in our spare time play guitar and ukulele or go for walks and explore new cafes and restaurants. We have a Labrador called Chilli who usually comes everywhere with us when she is not spending time with her grandma in the southern highlands. We love the beach and going hiking so we are generally out most of the weekend.
We are a couple returning from an extended stay Mexico and looking for a new place to live. This is Monicas first time in Australia and she is looking for a job as a barber in the innerwest/ city . I ( Charlotte) am from Sydney originaly and work as a support worker around the inner west and eastern suburbs of Sydney. We are looking for a warm and friendly house to become apart of.
Hey potential housemate! My name’s Jonty, I’m 24, I work in a bar (possibly two bars soon), in my off time you'll find me quietly pretending I'm apart of The Beatles with my guitar or gaming on my computer but still like to find time to enjoy a beer, get out and socialise. I’m clean, respectful of privacy and I'm looking for a house with like-minded, easygoing individuals who aren't opposed to Netflix and a drink on a night in. I’m currently finishing up in a share house so I'm familiar with how it all works, if you’re interested then shoot me a message!
Hey there, I’m Kristin and I’m definitely the absolute best person when it comes to doing dishes. Haha. Super easy going and don’t mind a chat and a beer but also going to focuse on my studies a lot this year. I’m 24 years old and about to start studying a course at Australian college of business intelligence. Planning on getting a job on the side as well but not working right now since I just got back to Sydney from travelling India for a month.
Australian & Jamaican, moving from NYC around June/July. I'm super friendly, always open to trying new things, very clean and organized. I have eclectic taste in music, I love going out, and trying new restaurants as well as being a homebody
I’m currently living in Russell Lea where the rent is $260 each but I’m looking to save some money by moving to the other side of the inner west and much prefer a place with a train line! I am happy to either move into an existing home or to find a new place. I have all of my own furniture and am happy to sell some things if I need. I am super clean and organised. I have steady work and never miss payments. I have a 1 year old kitty named Tillie who will be living with us, she is very sweet and shy and doesn’t bother anyone but me :) I will be taking a 4 week holiday in the middle of the year and she will need to be taken care of and I can always arrange something else if you can’t. I would prefer just to live with one other person as this is what I have always done and it always works out the best. I am a really great person to live with, I’ll bake you cookies, I’ll do your laundry I’m the biggest Mum! :)
Hi all! Ivan and I are two mates originally from Canberra and are looking for a place together in Sydney. We have both finished our studies and will be working full-time. (Both of us in Finance). We both have many years of house share experience and have never had a single complaint or bad experience. We're both really neat, tidy and clean people and so easy to get a long with! But we also understand respecting people and their privacy. We're looking for a place to call home and not just somewhere to crash at the end of the day. We're not party people but we do enjoy hanging out and having a drink whenever theres time. Both super chill and open-minded guys having done plenty of travel in the past! We are looking for 2 separate rooms.
Hi there! I'm a 27 year old journalist looking for a home, not just a house. I'm outgoing, friendly, considerate of others and I LOVE to cook! I love going to art and music events and also exploring the outdoors, and if housemates want to become my buddies and join me on these are adventures they are very welcome!
Hi, I'm Richard. I am currently looking for a long term / permanent place to stay. Works in the IT Industry as a Software developer, loves working out, and don't cook much. What makes me great to live with? Peaceful. No drama. Just a chilled dude. P.S: I pay my dues on time. Clean and tidy. Do not smoke.
Hey, I’m 29, male and employed full time in hospitality. I’m from Sydney and am intetested in your place because I’d like to live closer to family, work, the bouldering gym and Sydney’s libraries. I’ve been told I’m easy to talk to and respectful. I enjoy listening to audiobooks, indoor bouldering and good conversation. Looking to move in ASAP.
29 year old working in something finance-adjacent (8am-7ish, ~a month a quarter of travel). Originally from Hong Kong but I come with an American accent. Clean, tidy, super easy-going. I like to swim, play squash, spend time with friends, read and cook. My chicken adobo and cheese shortbread get fairly positive reviews and I'm always happy to share!
Hi! I'm Matt, 24 and working full time at the family packaging business out west (cardboard boxes etc). I like to think i'm pretty considerate of other people's space and things. I do enjoy a good netflix binge on the couch with a couple beers, and grabbing brunch at the local cafes (just like everyone else). I'm currently living in a place on my own, but am keen to cut down on the $rent$. Looking for a sharehouse with some sort of backyard ideally. I do have a few furniture items and a new tv that I could contribute to a sharehouse if needed :)
hey guys, i am looking for one person to move with. i am very clean, respectful of your privacy and very easy going. i work 45-50 hours a week and i like to keep active, rock climbing and cycling are my hobbies, looking to do more stuff if i have time. i am barely home, but i like coming back to a clean, happy home. i am not a party animal because i like to keep fit, but i don't mind the occasional house party or drinks. i would like to have a dog eventually but not a must. if you'd like to see if we could team up to find a 2 bedroom apartment/house hit me up :)
I currently work full time in the HR industry and I have been living in Sydney for almost 10 years. I am a clean and tidy person, easy to get along with and love meeting new people! I generally keep to myself and am respectful of my roommate's space. I usually like to go out on weekends with friends for fun or have a quiet night in with Netflix. If you'd like to see if I would fit in with you, let's meet up for a chat!
