An international student in my last semester looking for a CLEAN and tidy house with normal human beings in it to be able to chat, share and live with for couple of months. As I'm focusing on finishing my study all fun activities I was doing up to now such as wild parties on weekend (even during the week) surfing, skating, smoking and drinking will be put on hold, a glass of wine while chatting with my flatmates would be appreciated tho as I'm always fascinated by new people and their stories of life and experiences. I'm a good cook and can promise a delicious traditional dinner once a week.
I'm a 25 year old male nurse with a job in Bronte -- I have my own care and am looking for somewhere to live ASAP. I do NOT own a dog as my photo suggests.
Here's pretty much what you need to know about me: I work and go to school often, so the only time you'll probably see me is when I'm using the microwave at three in the morning. (Jokes. I'm actually pretty quiet.) I like to play music and have really gotten into Simpsonswave recently. I'm going to hog the washing machine and do laundry often. Gotta smell fresh. Plus, I make a mean meatloaf. Also, I suppose I should mention that I'm from Canada's Mexico. Contact me for more info??
Looking for a furnished private room/place to move into ASAP for six months to infinity. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. LGTBQI friendly, animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station. Born in Australia but moved away and having been living abroad in Hong Kong and New Zealand up until 2015. I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Traits I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise and privacy and just being generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a penthouse apartment in a hotel, flatting with singles and couples (straight & gay) and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.
Hi! My name's Ash and I'm a 26 year old Aussie girl currently residing in Brisbane, Queensland but moving to Sydney to study a Bachelor of Entertainment Management at the Australian Institute of Music in Surry Hills. I will also be looking for part time work once I've relocated. Preferably looking for somewhere close to a train line as I don't have a car and will be commuting to and from university/work on the daily. I'm a big creative geek/multitasker and prior to my studies have worked as a photographer, makeup artist and web designer. I love to travel and go on adventures either locally or overseas, lived in Europe for 2 years and also 6 month stints in America and Japan. I can't function without coffee and am a big foodie, love exploring cities via their cafes and restaurants but also enjoy cooking at home, especially for my house/guests (always more fun than just cooking for myself!). I'm super friendly, very chilled and am guaranteed to laugh at all your jokes (and my own). I enjoy socializing but I'm not a party girl, I'd prefer to be playing video games (I come with a PS4) or watching Netflix with a bottle of wine then out in a club on a Saturday night. The only person I would have staying regularly sometimes would be my partner but he is staying up in Brisbane so it wouldn't be very often. I do enjoy personal space, so would be looking for my own room rather than shared. I'm very clean and considerate - the home is a sanctuary where you come to unwind not to be stressed by mess. I also find cleaning quite cathartic, throw on some sweet tunes and get into it. Currently I am looking for a place for about 6 months but if I feel really at home I will definitely stay longer. I also adore animals and will love any furry friends you have! Feel free to message any time on here or my socials :)
I'm a friendly, easy going Graphic Designer working full-time freelance in Pyrmont. I've recently returned from living in London for 4 years and am looking for a place to call home. I'm open to long lets/mon-fri lets/shortlets -but ideally a minimum of 3 months. What am I like to live with? I am easy going, very clean, friendly and respectful. I love having a laugh, enjoy a craft beer a couple times a week and socialising with my friends. Oh and cleaning the bathroom is my specialty. I'm not a bedroom hobbit nor a party gal. I'm just easy going and enjoy a bit of a chat if people are up for it. I never work from home, I'm always working from an office. I can move any time - I'm currently couch/spare bedroom surfing at friends houses. Drop me an email if you think I'd be a good fit in your home. Oh and my name is Amanda, and I'm 34. Cheers :)
I work full time as a pilot at Bankstown airport, some Saturdays but mostly weekdays. Like to socialise with housemates, fix things around the house, get out for some exercise, see live music and head out for good food and drinks. Like surfing, cycling, exploring new areas and trying new things. From Melbourne originally, have just moved to Sydney after mostly working in WA the past few years. I spent 12 months in Sydney in 2015. Have a girlfriend from Melbourne who will visit for a weekend about once a month. Always get along with everyone, people don't tend to bother me, can always be asked to help around the house :)
I am easy going, tidy and don't smoke. I like a great movie every now and then to unwind as I spend most of my time either working or growing my business. If needed I am very handy around the house as I've been involved in the building industry for many years.
I am a professional, female design engineer aged 42 and seeking a modern room preferably with own bathroom or one shared with another female. I am mature minded, humorous, warm hearted and respectful of others. I prefer to share with other mature-minded people, probably between 30 and 65 years old. I am a AAA rated engineer and take construction design contracts from agencies. Most of my work can be done on my own computer. I tend to rise at 7am, breakfast, make lunch sandwiches and then go to work. My workplace varies - sometimes a clients office, a library, a coffee shop or other social work space and sometimes from home. Contracts may be anywhere between a week and 2 years in length. I have confirmed work in Sydney until 8th May; thereafter my contracts may enable me to stay in Sydney or may require me to move. Its not predictable but I can say that my physical location does not matter for most of the work I do and that I shall endeavor to stay in Sydney. I am flexible on location - any suburb within the region roughly bounded by the north and east coasts of Sydney, Ashfield in the west and the airport in the south. I would be very pleased to talk with you about sharing. Kind regards, Kellie
Hello, This is Kamer, an Export-Import Executive working in the Manufacturing Industry and looking for a quite and clean room around Enmore, Newtown, Marrickvile. Cleaning, taking care of the place, behaving positively and always fixing problems with a calm attitude is about my characteristics. I am looking a single/private room. My move-in date is flexible as I can also move in asap. Please do not hesitate to contact me or ask questions. Please feel free to text or send a message. Kind Regards and Thanks, K.

Two Canadian photographer friends looking for a good group house or a great place to share while we adventure around Sydney. We both have full time jobs, and are neat and clean individuals. We don't mind the occasional party, but mostly like working on creative projects, camping, hiking, and checking out movies.
Hi, I am looking for a place to live for the next 6-9 months (possibly longer). I work full time, Monday to Friday and every second Saturday. Most nights I go to the gym, then enjoy coming home and cooking a nice healthy meal. I keep to myself but also love a good chat and glass of wine.
Hi all, I'm looking for a (long-term) room to rent in the Inner West! I can afford about $200 + bills. I like to keep things tidy and am always keen to pitch in with work. I'm laid back and sociable; always keen to crack a beer and chat, but also respectful of personal space. I work from home in web development. I cook (usually vegetarian, but anything goes). I like going to shows (love music) and watching campy horror movies. Thanks!
Hi! I'm easy-going and friendly, I love seeing live music, socialising with friends, going out for coffee and reading. I'm originally from Coffs Harbour and have been living in Sydney for the past 4 years. I work in the music and events industry and would love to meet new people to live with! I'm a tidy and respectful housemate, I'd love to be able to hang out with my housemates but also have time to myself and respect everyones privacy.
I'm hoping to find one or two other like minded people to share a place with. I'm really open with location, happy to look inner west, eastern suburbs or sutherland. I will be working full time in Gymea in ecommerce and management so I won't be around much during the week. I'm an artist and ceramicist so I will most like spend my weekends and nights painting and during summer I generally spend every spare minute at the beach. I'm really laid back and enjoy reading or watching things on my computer to unwind. I also am always up to socialise with my housemate(s) too. I also own all the furniture and appliances etc needed for a house! I come with a cat, Tessa, who is a one year old ragdoll. She is a sweetheart who enjoys hip hop and belly scratches (at the same time). Feel free to reach out for a chat!
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He needs to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water. My interests/hobbies include going to the gym, skateboarding, going to music concerts, taking my dog on mini outdoor adventures, watching movies, film photography, board games, and arts and crafts. I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week.
Always happy to chat but also like having chilled out times reading, listening to music and whatnot. Work in the arts sector so enjoy all things creative, plus beach, tasty foods and wines, walking in the park, chatting with cats and dogs, all that jazz :) Looking for a share house for a couple of months while wrapping up work in Sydney before joining my partner in the UK, currently living in Newtown.
Looking to meet new people, and experience Sydney for what I is. I am a graduate teacher, organised and love to socialise. I currently live in Byron Bay. I enjoy nights in eating good food and watching movies I am looking for someone who would like to join me in chilling out around the house.
I'm a clean and tidy girl. I work and study hard. I like going out, but I don't drink too much, I prefer to go out to dance and enjoy instead of getting really drunk. I like having some drinks and hang out with flatmates when they like it, but it's really ok to leave with non party people too. I'm easygoing and I've never had problems with my flatmates.
Hi everybody! I am a masters student working part time. I study philosophy and am interested in everything. I'm fairly quiet but enjoy good conversation. I'm an avid gym-goer with certificates in personal training, I like bushwalking, board games and cooking. I love learning new things and meeting new people!
Hi my name is Nokwanda I am 26years of age and am actively seeking a room to rent. I am a very clean and tidy person who is social and enjoys the company of good people. I have 2 jobs. Am looking to move out of home in the next 2 weeks. If you're interested please contact me anytime on Thank you
Hi, I'm looking for a room long term in the inner west. I love dogs so ideally your place has a resident pooch. I work full-time at Sydney Uni, like to have a chat but appreciate chill time too, and am clean without being OCD. I play soccer, like to snorkel and bush walk, and enjoy a few drinks on the weekend. I'd love to hear from you if you've got a spare room and need someone to look after your dog when you go away.
Hey! Im outgoing and love to have a good laugh. I work full time as a bar manager at the Imperial Hotel in Erskineville and always have some crazy, funny stories to tell. Im quite relaxed in my downtime, love to watch Netflix and can absolutely demolish a tub of Ben & Jerry's. I finished my BA of Music last year so love to write soul music in my spare time, and try and see live music whenever I can. I'm well house trained having lived in share houses for a few years, and haven't had any issues. Im clean, respectful and have a steady income so bills are always on time. I currently live in Arncliffe but am looking to move closer to work. I can also make a mean Spag Bol. Let me know if you need to know anything else :) Cheers Johnny
I'm a friendly, quiet and easy going 24 year old male. I'm respectful of peoples privacy but also good for a chat and a few drinks. I spend most of my down time watching tv, reading, playing video games, and go out on weekends every now and then. I work full time.
My name is Jess. I'm in my mid-twenties, my background is in science and I'm about to start a new full time job. I like travelling, hiking, gardening, going to gigs, and spending time with family/friends. I'm easy going, clean and considerate.
I am searching for a room close to the University of Sydney. Ideally, if it's within 20 min of walking distance or not more than half an hour with public transportation. I prefer single rooms, but shared rooms are okay, too, if the flatmates are chilled out. I'm friendly, very tidy, like to meet new people and go out. I will spend most daytime working at the university, thus I am very easy to live with, since I basically just need the flat as a place to sleep (and eventually eat). Most of the times I'm a relatively quiet person, but when I beome a little chatty, you just can tell me. I really like to cook and try out new things. Since I am a vegetarian (don't worry, I won't try to convince anyone), I am pretty eager to try out new ways to cook my all time classics (I've been pretty good in preparing meat before I quit). Thus I'd really like to cook together or for a group. I especially like asian and mediterranian cuisine (or what I make out of).
Hello! To summarise me, I am a photographer/videographer currently completing my Masters in Media Production at UTS. I also work part-time at the Daily Mail Australia. I love all things film, art and culture. I love cooking gluten free food (as I am a coeliac!). I keep myself fairly busy and respect my privacy and the privacy of those I live with. Although I don't mind the occasional flatmate dinner. I rarely drink and don't smoke. I am originally from Canberra. I lived in Melbourne for three years while completing my undergraduate degree. I've been in Sydney for just over a year now.
Hi! I am considerate, clean, respectful and honest - looking for the same! I'm social and like to have a chat, but I also like my down time. During the week, I go out sometimes (going to gigs or hanging out with friends), but mostly it's pretty low key - going to the gym and then hanging out at home. I like to be out and about on the weekends.
I've been living in Sydney for 6 years now (I'm french), love that city and planning to stay here for the next couple of years! I'm working as a research scientist at the University of Technology Sydney. I'm an easy going person who loves to hang out. Always smiling and very curious (happy to discuss about anything)! I'm looking for a house to share with 2-3 people max (no backpackers!).

I'm 24 years old this year, originally from Macau and just finished a degree in Media at Macquarie. I've been living in Sydney for the past four years now, but try to travel as often as I can. I work shift work in hospitality between a restaurant job and a bar job, so that usually takes up most of my time from Wednesdays through to Sundays, depending of how busy the season is. On my day offs, I enjoy staying active by going to the beach and playing sports. I also enjoy staying home to cook and read. I am clean and respect other people's privacy and will be available to move in at the end of March.
I am a pretty quiet person most of the time. I'm pretty sociable when I get to know people. I like going to the gym and going on adventures so on days off il probably get you onboard as well. I'm a breeze to live with and like things clean and tidy. Due to my dragon property manager I've been given a few weeks to move from a (not much time at all) sweet place so please pick me !! You will not regret it
Hello! My name is Mallory. I'm new to Sydney from the US. I enjoy running, reading, and drawing. I'm very, very clean and responsible. I don't party or stay up late. I'm friendly and respectful of others' space. I like socialising with housemates but don't need constant interaction. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
I'm a friendly Kiwi who plays guitar full time for the government (no joke!). I'm currently living in a one bedroom place in Marrickville and am looking to move back into the right share house. Dinner conversations are becoming a bit repetitive on my own.... I'm tidy, housetrained, love a glass of wine/beer with good conversation and enjoy cooking. When I'm not working I like going to the beach, gigs and discovering new pockets around Sydney to go bushwalking or general exploring.
Hey! I'm Michael a 25 year old Advertising student. I work in a bar from wed-sat and like to keep busy exercising and studying I love to eat! I do lots of cooking at home (not well) and enjoy sharing a meal. I'm very driven to succeed in my goals and love to socialise. I'm not really much of a drinker but once every few weeks i tend to have a few quiet ones. Looking for a place to call home for the next 3 months
We are friendly, cheerful tidy and clean flatmates, two girls from Italy and Brazil studying in Sydney, we are respectful and good cookers!!
I am an accountant (No, I am not boring!) in my early/mid twenties looking for a private room in the above areas (preferably within 5 mins walk from train station). I spend my free time hiking, baking (and of course sharing my baked goods), going to the gym (I really try to) and travelling. I am clean, considerate, friendly, peace loving and health conscious. I am looking for housemates that have similar qualities and values, along with a fun sense of humour.
I am a full time teacher who works in the Shire. Love meeting new people, chillaxing on the weekends and exploring new places. I have been told that I am a good at baking things and love to cook for people. I am neat, tidy, clean and organised given the nature of my job. I am respectful and quiet but know how to have fun as well!
I am an easy going, friendly and clean person who get along with people from all backgrounds. I run a charity that supports orphan children in Northern Uganda and I spend most of my time working for it. I am looking for a spacious bedroom and a place with either storage or room for my stuff if it is a furnished place.
Currently studying youth working at Ultimo TAFE and working as a retail assistant. I am a chilled person that enjoys watching Netflixs and socialising on the weekends. Will keep to myself at sometimes but I do enjoy having a good chat with people :)
This is Luca. I am a 38yo guy who is very down to earth and reliable. I like to have a chat but I understand people need their own space as well. I am full time employed looking for a room in the Inner West. Feel free to drop me a line if you think I could potentially be a good fit. Cheers :)
Hi! I'm a easy going ft student studying to be an art teacher. I work some nights in a bar in Petersham. I've been living in a flatshare with two very good friends for 1.5 years but unfortunately our time must come to an end. I'm a clean as I go type, I don't like to leave things out or leave things undone. Once a week I normally deep clean any areas of the house I think need it. If this doesn't suit you I'm willing to change my cleaning habits to suit my new house if you roster it or what ever. I recive youth allowance to study so I will always have rent money, I alway keep my payment aside to pay my bills. But of course I keep savings from working ft over each uni break. I like to go out and see my friends a lot, so often may be out on an evening. I'm looking for a new place where I get along with new flat mates but they'll leave me be if I'm having "me time" to relax. Would be great to share cooking and food shopping but I'm totally flexible. Please send me a message if your looking for a roommate in the innerwest (Petersham, Summer Hill, Marrickville, Dulwich Hill preferred.)
Hi, I'm Lily. I'm in my 20's and am an artist and full time professional in the art industry. My hobbies are painting, cooking, going to art galleries, reading, going to the gym & watching netflix. I'm super clean, friendly, creative, and respectful of space, but also can be up for chats, occasional dinners and a couple of wines with my housemates!
I’m Kate, 26 yo from Bathurst, have just left my home of over two years in redfern. I'm a musician so I come complete with a host of instruments. (I recently acquired a xylophone, so, that's useful to have around, right?) I will be around the house a fair bit, I'm usually listening to a podcast and doing something creative. I love gardening, having a laugh, chats and hanging out with housemates, and all things creative - crochet, sewing drawing, painting. I have many art/craft supplies in tow. I’m a non drinker, non smoker, non partier, I'm looking for somewhere that isn't a party house, but housemates that have the occasional drink about the place or friends round is fine by me. Need my alone time but would love to be able to spend time with housemates too. I’m looking for housemates that are comfortable with communicating. It’s really important to me that my home environment is relaxed so I'd rather talk face to face than have things brewing. I tidy up after myself and like to keep things clean. I would ideally like housemates who are willing to do their share of cleaning too. I'm a fan of the cleaning roster. I'm hoping I can find some folks with similar interests to me.
I currently live in the inner west area with my nearly 7 year old daughter. I am a single mum. I love the unit I live in but liking the idea now of moving into a share situation. I have recently completed my social work degree and have commenced starting my own little business online. My daughter and I get out and about a little. We have a nice group of friends within the area that we keep active with. We love our festival loving bunch of friends which helps us be amongst nature at the best of times otherwise seeeing a live gig, having a glass of wine or eating out with friends is my general thing. The person I ideally would like to share with would have to be someone that enjoys the company of children. I definitely don't need to talk my daughter up but she is a pretty awesome kid so I am certain it will work really well as long as you are open to the arrangement.
Hi! I'm Cassidy. I'm a peaceful, respectful individual who keeps a home clean and tidy. I enjoy hiking, crafting, hula hooping, cooking and visiting farmer's markets on the weekends. I enjoy taking care of my health. I'm great with kids and pets. I have lived in share houses since I was 19 and am always considerate of others and their routines. I'm not a big drinker or party goer. I generally tend to keep to myself though I'm always up for a chat and dinner. I'm a vegan however am flexible in living arrangements if there is a good fit! I hope to hear from you.
