I'm a bubbly, friendly person but of course I respect privacy and personal space. I like to keep things clean and tidy around the house so that shared spaces can be enjoyed by all.
Hello, I am 20 year old female who loves relaxing at home during the week, and going out on the weekend with friends. I do tend to work most of the time so I doubt I'll be at home a lot during the week. I would like to move in with people I can feel comfortable around and hopefully become friends with. I like to have a good laugh and I'm pretty laid back.
Hi, I'm 37 easy going guy, non smoker starting a new job in the city, I currently live in Geraldton so looking for a room for approx 3 months until I find something more permanent. Love spending time off at the beach surfing etc.
Respectful, social, clean and tidy, and caring! Out of the house around 12 hours per day with work, gym and soccer, I like my down time in the evenings and the odd drink on the weekend! Looking for somewhere with my own bathroom or en suite, and with house mate/s on the same wave length as me. I am originally from England and currently working as a construction estimator here in Perth where I have been for the past 5 years.
I'm a tidy, bubbly full time nursing student. I'm easy to get along with and like a quiet lifestyle on weekdays. In-between uni I work part- time and my fav pass time is netflix in bed :P so you'll hardly notice i'm there!
I am a very happy, bubbly person who loves a good laugh. I am also very tidy and well mannered and believe I would be very easy to live with. I enjoy the beach, art, cooking and having some cheeky drinks with my friends ((:
I'm friendly, easy going, can cook, can get long with anyone but also enjoy my own space at times, I like to live clean but I'm not a clean freak, I have a dog who thinks he is human ( a bull mastiff X) and everyone falls in love with him haha
My name is Marcus and I was born and bred in the northern suburbs of Perth, WA. For fun, I study law full time at UWA and work part time for a politician 2 days a week. Other than pursuing a boring career path I enjoy good company and banter. When I'm not struggling to read the Criminal Code or electing a Mark McGowan Labor Government, I like to spend my weekends with friends. Whether over drinks or a not-so-quiet night of FIFA, I cherish the time I get to spend with my friends. I'm an easy going bloke who is always open to meeting new people & learning from new experiences. Hit me up if you're looking for a housemate with good value.
Hey guys My name is Rico, I'm a Brazilian who just arrived in Australia. I study full time and work casual so I am usually really busy during the week/weekends. I am neat, respect others space, don't smoke or party but I like a few casual drinks if I find free time. I am also trying to adopt a kelpie so hopefully the house is pet friendly. Lastly, I am looking for down to earth like minded people to share a house with.
Very quiet person. Work in constructoion. Dont party. Lease ended on my rental property, currently undecided on what to do next and don't want to lock myself into another $450 per week rental for a whole year lol
I work so much I won't be there too much so you'll be basically getting a rent paying roomie that won't annoy you, plus from my last house I have my own tv with wireless headphones so won't make much noise :) Really easy going, don't party much at all just love the beach and other people's dogs. Any other questions just let me know!
Hi there, I'm looking to establish a share house for some quality northern suburbs beachside living this summer :) I have a 16 month old daughter who is happy, very easy and sleeps like a dream. I work 4 days in town, am relaxed, social, reliable and respectful of others. In our spare time, we enjoy getting out and about - to parks, cafes, beach, gym, the grandparents. My view is we could lease an average unit for $400/wk or establish a really nice sharehouse for $700-800/wk. Could suit another single mum or dad. My timeframe is pretty flexible. Would love to hear from you if this could suit...
Trainer and Boxer for a living so I lead a very active lifestyle and train and work a lot doing what I do. Very relaxed and mindful of mine and others space but also very sociable and get out quite a bit to. Want a place I can call and treat as my own but add value to the place also with good vibes and good banter. As social as I am I very much love my own space so I'd love to get in with someone who is FIFO/shift work even but not totally fussy on that just looking for the right place. Respectfully I would really only consider a place in the areas I have listed so respectfully, to save my time and yours please only message if you have something in those areas. I love being NOR by the coast and it works best with my situation work/family/friends wise. If you think you have something that suits let me know! I hope to hear from you! 😊
I recently moved to Perth from the UK. I enjoy playing sports, having a drink, going to the gym and going to the beach. Very tidy person and I would say I'm very easy to get along with.
I have been living in sharehouses for the last 5 years and have never had any issues with other housemates, and never been late on rent or bill payments. I am a physics major, studying externally at Murdoch Uni. I play guitar, and I teach Parkour for work. I'm originally from the UK, but you wouldn't know it because I grew up here in perth.
I am a bubbly, well mannered and very considerate newly single mother. Am 28 years old, usually prefer to keep to myself but I can be quite sociable and enjoy a good conversation over a glass of wine or two. I will always acknowledge you and ask you about your day and am very caring and friendly. I can be a self proclaimed hermit sometimes and do enjoy my own company/own space, so best of both worlds, sociable and can keep to myself. :) I love animals, and have 2 cats of my own. As my ex and I are newly separated and trying to figure out the logistics of our separation and how to best co-parent our son, I am open to any type of shared accomodation. I would obviously prefer a place for me and my son and cats :) but know that won't necessarily be feasible in shared accomodation. So I am open to staying nearby to my son, and am willing to leave him with his father if needed. His father works from 8am-6.30pm during the week so its possible for me to still be the main caregiver and look after my son at his home during these hours and leave when his father comes home. Its not an ideal situation but am open and willing to work out anything that comes my way. Would definitely prefer shared housing where I can be the main caregiver of my son during the night as well, but am also willing to do what it takes to have a civil separation and co-parent to the best of my ability and if this means having to call somewhere else home without my son at this point in my life then I know that it will all work out how its meant to eventually. :) I also put 6 weeks as my preference to stay somewhere but am open to something long term.
Hey there! I'm looking for some excellent new housemates to live with. I recently started working part time in an aged care facility in Kingsley, so looking for somewhere max 30mins away. I'm also studying part time so like to keep busy. I'm 24, and have 2 beautiful cats. They are both well trained and really chill. I can't part with them so hoping to find somewhere they will be welcome :). I'm from Scotland and have lived in Perth since I was 16. My hobbies include attempting to make films, attempting to learn the ukulele, going on drives/camping and taking naps. I would like to be near the beach but it's not a huge deal. I like to go out on weekends when I'm not working, and enjoy sociable outings with my housemates when our schedules match up. I've lived in houseshares for about 3 years now so am well conditioned in the art of sharing with strangers. I know how to pick up after myself and am respectful of others property. This isn't my first rodeo. I'm open to people from all walks of life, and am simply looking for a nice enough place that my kitties and I can call home for a while. (I'm happy to pay a pet bond to ensure your place is well looked after)
Hello :) I'm originally form Zimbabwe but have just moved back to Aussie form the London after 3 years of working and travel. I work in the travel industry full time and like to be social. Im wanting to find nice friendly housemates who enjoy a good meal together but am also happy with my own private space. I like to think im neat and friendly, if you have any questions let me know.
I'm neat, friendly, trustworthy and reliable. I go to school 5 days a week, and have a boyfriend who I would like to have over every now and then. I'm planning to move in with my boyfriend after school, but in the meantime I really need a place to stay.
I scuba regularly and enjoy catching crayfish,i have a kayak and roadbike to keep fit,and work fulltime from Carlile And i have a great border collie who gets me up for a walk before work and then again when i get home
Sociable, fun (I think) and organised. The perfect roommate for all!? Pretty cruizy on where the house is located as long as public transport is fairly accessible. Won't have any problems paying rent that is within 130 (gas, electricity & water bills included).
Hello, I'm an easy going 36 year old male, with an awesome dog, a beautiful almost 4 year old girl that lives with her mum but may visit sometimes. I like cooking and I'm into health and fitness, I train 6-10 sessions per week, evenings and mornings and I'm quite young at heart. I'm into all sports, I'm sociable but also like chillaxing and love the beach. If you want to know anything else then please ask
25 years old and working part time in retail, looking to move closer to the city and meet new people. Keen to get to know housemates and don't mind a drink or two on the weekends, and quiet nights in during the week.
Best described by those who know me best as an easy going and accommodating female flat mate, tidy but not fastidiously clean. I'm dangerously close to turning 40 although upon disclosing this fact most people have erred on ages closer to 30 (good genes? Or luck?) As I work in hospitality I am a "people person" and don't cause too much fuss! I do appreciate some quality chill time just entertaining myself - I enjoy some serious sleep-ins, binge watching tv box sets or movies occasionally & often devour magazines & novels alike. I also enjoy hanging in the kitchen, tidying and organising because yes, I'm a girl that loves decent food and wine and I guess I'm keen to share that love. I can't claim to be a Masterchef but I'm happy to potter & happy to share! I'm about to start studying but balance that with work. I also spend a bit of time at my boyfriend's place but I'm not ready to move in just yet!
My name is My Petersson and I'm a 20-year old girl from Sweden. Therefore my very special first name - which I realized is a very hard name to pronounce if you speak English haha - so you can go with Em if you prefer that. I just finished traveling through Australia and I fell in love with Perth. Therefore I'm moving here and plan to stay until next year. I'm a very laid back person and very easy going. I love being on the beach and is a true oceanholic. I also have a very healthy and active lifestyle and love to workout. But I still don't mind a few drinks on the weekends. I'm very clean and pay rent on time. Would love to spend time with my roommates but still appreciate some alone time now and then. Don't mind pets. Looking forward to meeting you! /My
Young at heart. Great sense of humour. Responsible, reliable. Pay my bills and excellent at cleaning. I am fairly new to Perth. Professional worker fulltime. Need a new place due to relationship break up. :( I do have a few weeks of housesitting for a friend from 9th April for 3 weeks but will need to move after that. I love cats but I am allergic to dogs. I don't want to live in a party house but I do want to share with people who are fun to be around and don't want to hide in their room all the time. I am a Social Worker and have left leaning political views (in case that bothers you). I dont smoke but I do like a drink from time to time. I love to get deep into a tv series on Netflix. Happy to talk more and meet up for the right place and people. Thanks for reading.
I love the beach lifestyle and keeping fit in general which the beautiful west coast gives us everyday. I enjoy sport, good food, music, movies and plenty of laughs but also like quiet nights in to relax and unwind. I am very tidy and respectful of housemates privacy and personnel space I am a FIFO worker on 2x2 roster
I work full time and also do weekend work in hospitality so not home too much. I'm clean & tidy also really respectful of my housemates space . I'm bubbly, friendly, healthy and active so not into partying, but like a few casual drinks on weekends. I'm looking for easy going housemates who are also clean and tidy!!
My Name is Nikki, 26 year old female that studies full time at ECU while completing some units online and some on campus. I work casually (mostly full time hours) at a detox home in Subiaco with a mix of shift either day or night work. Im very relaxed female who is very respectful, easy to get on with but always likes to have a good time. Would like my own room and environment where we respect each other privacy however friends and family are welcome to come over.
I am 22 years old, working full time in malaga 8.30am - 5pm Looking for a place that will take me less than half an hour to get to work. Born and raised in the mines so i love being down here and taking in the scenery. Iv been renting since I was 15, my parents moved down to Perth and I got a traineeship so I know how to pick up after myself and clean around me. Realistically I won't even be there often as I am a little social butterfly. Just need a safe place i can store my things and sleep at during the week. My boyfriend lives in Vic Park so majority of my time will be spent at his.
Only looking for rooms available with preferably ensuite or my own bathroom. Really only looking to share with one other person, do not want to share with four or five other people. Really considerate housemate, clean and friendly. Wanting to share ideally with only one other person hopefully someone I would get on with. It would be great to live in a house where we both can relax around each other. I am working full time.

I am a very clean and tidy person, I'm always happy to help out with chores around the house. I respect other peoples space and belongings. I'm always happy to have a chat and to hang out with people in the share house. I am currently living in Brisbane and moving to Perth early June and as of right now I'm finishing my Diploma of events. In my spare time ill mostly be studying and occasionally going out shopping and hanging out with friends, I also like to have a few drinks sometimes after a big week and wouldn't mind if someone joined me who likes to do the same thing and I am a very chilled and relaxing person.
My names Denzil (like Washington) 😁. I'm 22 and work full time in sales and study online part time. When coming home, I would much rather like to find like minded, chilled individuals to relax with and have a glass of wine or binge on the next best netflix show or movie. Looking for a team up or shared house that can be a little social and around the same age. I grew up in a pretty neat household too and have been taught to clean up after myself and others (sometimes). I would prefer house mates to be friends rather than strangers and that's what I've found living with people without the same interest nor age. I am a pretty respectful and placid person towards others and I find a lot of grounding when at the beach. So I am looking for somewhere close. If I could find it with some awesome housemates it would be sweet. I look forward to meeting you all.
I've lived with people before and live with a housemate currently . I'm clean and friendly. Love a bit of crappy TV and a wine. I'm usually out and about but love to just wind down at home. I'm a teacher, currently working relief and at a bar I have a beautiful 2year old Pomeranian who has lots of love to give. He's an inside doggy and is attached to me. We love the beach and his happiness and safety is a top priority. He is super friendly, trained and well socialised. We've had a tough couple of years and need somewhere long term (due to everyone's changing circumstances I've had to move several times in the last year) As a teacher, I need a bit more space for all my documents etc so a study or second room would be amazing. Saying that I don't have heaps... I'm really outgoing and would ideally love to live with likeminded people I'm a non smoker and a reliable tenant
Hey there! My name is Renee, I'm Australian and I'm looking for a new place to live until around November/ December. I am a qualified primary teacher working relief at a few schools, I also work at an out of school hours centre, and a community centre in the northern suburbs. I am a tidy, friendly person who enjoys being social and having a couple drinks now and then. I like the outdoors and I'm a pretty active person when I'm not working, including kiteboarding, hiking, running and swimming. I love travelling, family and the beach. Would love to find some like-minded housemates! I also have a dog, she's a small terrierX (cat sized), she mature and well trained, gets along with other dogs, cats and people well. She function fine both as an outside or inside dog. If you think I could be a good fit for your place give me a buzz!

As friends describe me,im quite down to earth . If you have any questions please dont hesitate to contact me.
I am 36 and work full time in the city. I'm a Kiwi and have been here five years and love it. I'm not a drinker, partier and prefer quiet nights in. I'm sociable but also do like my alone time, very laid back and easy to get along with. For fun, i like to travel, road trips, hang out with friends, get to the beach or movies. I am looking for a furnished room with all bills included. Not really fussed on the suburb, just as long as there is parking and close to a train station.
Hi I'm Kyle. I have recently finished my degree in Marine Science and currently work full-time 8-5 Monday to Friday. I'm a fit, healthy and active person who loves a good laugh and to share the odd drink at the end of a week. I mountain bike, surf, SUP, cycle,... basically everything :) and love the beach. I'm not a big drinker and I don't smoke. I'm easy going and a very tidy person with the up-most respect for other peoples belongings and personal space. I can get along with almost anyone and bring happy vibes. I have been living on my own for the past few months and am seeking an awesome place to call home. I have a work van as well as a personal car however the work van will not be there during the day, only evenings and weekends.
Hi, I'm 31 and moved to Perth from Melbourne with my dog (very friendly whippet). I am a nurse and currently organising agency work throughout Perth hospitals. I am easy-going and tidy. Enjoy cooking - but not everyday. Like to relax and have a good time and maybe share a drink or two with friends. Looking to get more active with my dog and explore more of what Perth has to offer.
I work full-time 6 days a week. When im not working im either at the gym or down the beach. Im clean and tidy and very respectful of others. I have a small dog that is very friendly and well behaved who would be with me. Im looking for a room to rent hopefully close to the beach and must be a pet friendly place.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I am a hardworking down to earth quiet female, who loves family, close friends and my two dogs who are always groomed (pro pet grooming) trained and lovely companions. I am a hygienic, very clean person who wants the same in a house mate. My pooches are amazing and come from very clean environments. They are malt Schits. They are 4yrs old brothers. They are quiet dogs. I have references from previous reall estate landlords to verify all the above.
Clair, 24 part time student part time hospitality worker. I'm pretty easy going, tidy and i'm trying to teach myself to cook (it's not going well sorry in advance). I loveee to go out and socialise but im also a big fan of chilled nights on the couch. Hoping to join a home or build a new one :) and if you have a pet i'm probably already in love with him/her
