Hi I'm a male 41 easy going, honest, generally quiet, love movies/tv series, fishing, I work part time and I'm looking to rent a room in a shared accommodation environment, small studio apartment or Granny Flat for around $230+ per week. I always pay my rent and bills on time.. I'm a casual smoker but only when I go out to a pub or Club and never at home. ( lol I don't even know why I smoke I think it's just a social thing) and very clean and tidy. I also have an 8 year son who I see every second weekends and part of school holidays. He's a very quite boy. Please call and leave a voicemail if you have something available. thank you.
Moving to the area for work. I’m an easy going person who likes to socialise but also likes my own space. In my spare time I like to go for runs, surf and gym. I’m clean and tidy and easy to get along with.
I’m a 31 year old male who works full time in a professional role locally. I am born and raised on the Central Coast and have always lived here. I’m an easy going person and enjoy sport, gym/F45, food, coffee, tv shows/movies, the beach, the outdoors, and animals. I like to keep to myself and respect people’s spaces but also like to socialise. I’m a clean person and always keep things neat and tidy.

Hi I'm Jasmine! Friendly and caring person that gets along with people and likes to help out. I enjoy being social and exploring the world around me. As a housemate I've been told I'm fun, respectful and like to get to know who I live with. I Always pay rent on time and clean up after myself so no worries there, my budget is $170wk and looking for long-term accommodation aka more than one year. I'm a non-smoker and don't own pets :) Message me if interested in a chat.
I’m super open minded and chill (and tidy!), thrive on good conversation and just generally stoked to be alive. I love spending my time outside, hiking, scuba diving, kayaking, rock climbing or having a dope picnic. If I’m inside I’m probably listening to some funky tunes and cooking a feast (vego). I’ve travelled a bit overseas to NZ, Thailand, Nepal and Greece, and I’ve just returned from a six month trip travelling Aus in my van. I also have good rental history and am pretty savvy and confident regarding realestate. I’d love to find some like minded people to find a place with, hopefully where we’d live together, not around each other. Ideally a spacious house near the beach or lake where we can create a home that we love being in. The kind of home where we cook and eat some meals together and feel comfortable to invite family or friends, be there for a hug if needed, and most importantly where we are considerate of one another.
We are a local couple who are returning from a 4 month South American holiday looking to live with some friendly flat mates. We both work full time as high school teachers in the local area. We also own and run our own surf school at Umina Beach (Sals Surf School). This takes up our afternoons, weekends & school holidays over the warmer months. We are very busy but always keen for a cold beer or glass of wine with others. We are very clean and easy going. We like pets so are happy to live with people with animals as we don’t have any ourselves. We like to cook a bbq and be social with our flat mates and maybe cook a flat meal from time to time and hang out :) At the same time we are very respectful of others space as well. If we sound like people you would like to meet please contact us on here. Hope to hear from you :) Sal and Rhee
I'm just about to move down to the Central Coast NSW - from the Gold Coast QLD I'm an Architectural Designer / Drafter..... Starting a new job with a builder in Gosford on Monday 21th May. Hopeful to find a place asap - to give me a few days to settle in before starting work!! I have a dog - a Burnese Mountain Dog. She's large & she's hairy, but she's the sweetest kid! Well adjusted, social & trained. Loves everyone, I can take her anywhere & I do! I have a cat - She's 'Little Miss Confidence' she's also well adjusted, social & trained. She does display territorial dominance with other cats - we have lived with other cats before successfully, but it might be an issue in certain circumstances. At home - I'm quiet & chilled. I do like to go out to dinner & for other social events tho. For fun - I enjoy 'long walks on the beach' with my doggie!!! I'm also involved in the world of stand-up & improv comedy.... I like laughing a lot!!!

I’m respectful, tidy, easy going with a good sense of humour and also like to chill and watch Netflix etc

I am a 23 year old uni student moving to NSW from QLD for a job offered to me that is in my field where I will be working full time and studying part time. My biggest requirements in a place is to have somewhere safe to park my motorbike as opposed to on street parking and good internet as I will be moving away from uni so will be studying by distance. I generally prefer others younger like me and who are relatively clean and friendly like myself, I would rate myself as on the quieter half of potential housemates but always up for laughs, outings and the like. People would best describe me as someone considerate and friendly with a strong love for xbox, the beach, my bike, reading and especially dogs of the sausage type! Looking to start gaining my footing for a new life in NSW.
