Hi there, I am working at Coffee shop and studying at ACU in North Sydney. I am a tidy person, prestigious, cheerful, enthusiasm and i love human, love animals as well. Hopefully, we can be flatmate together in order to share our life's experience. I am looking for a double room for a couple with available bed and closet (private bathroom would be preferred), and not too far away train station. Near Eastwood or Maccquarie Uni would be better. We will move in around 12th Oct. We are waiting to you. Thank for your consideration.
Hey I'm Alex, I'm a PhD student at the University of Nottingham in the UK, I'm flying out with my bike to do a PhD placement at Macquarie University from 1st October - 22nd December and need somewhere to stay. I'm sociable and like a laugh but I'm also a very keen cyclist so will probably be doing a fair amount of riding when I'm not in the lab. I'm looking for my own room in a house or flat share with like minded people
I am a very friendly, easy to talk, type of a guy who enjoys meeting people and for fun I love outdoor activities. I am a professional in the healthcare sector because I care and am passionate about helping others. I am great to live with because I like to be organised and to keep things clean and tidy. I am respectful of others and their space.
Hey, I’m a 30-year-old professional working in Macquarie Park 2113. I’m on the hunt for a furnished private room for couples in the area and surrounding suburbs with a budget between $250-$300 per week (bills included). I have a car and a motorcycle, so I’m looking for secure parking, if not for my car, but most definitely for my motorcycle (happy to park the car on the street). My girlfriend is working in Melbourne and will move up to Sydney at the end of October. So, if there is an option to convert it to a couple occupancy down the line by paying extra rent, that would be great. Other than that, I am a very tidy and a fun-loving person, looking for housemates who are of the same age group and like-minded. I’m dedicated to my work during weekdays, but happy to hangout over the weekends. I love motorcycles, camping, photography which is a fantastic combo. I’m also a total pet-person, having had a dog for 16 years and a couple of cats of my own back home, so if you either have pets or motorcycles of your own, that would be absolutely fantastic. I have my own PS4, so if you're into gaming, always happy to have a partner. I’ve also done a master’s degree in Data Analytics and so if you’re into subjects like machine learning and data modelling we could match there too. Back in Melbourne, I lived with 4 other housemates from different nationalities for over 18 months, so if you’re looking for references, they’d be more than happy to have a chat with you and vouch for me. If you see any sort of match in the above profile, hit me up and I’d be keen to come on over for an inspection. Thanks!
PLEASE NOTE THAT I'M NOT INTERESTED IN RENTING ROOM IN AN EXISTING SHARED HOME! Hi, I'm Sakib! I'm 24 years old full-time Software Engineer working out of Macquarie Park. I'm a friendly, sociable and outgoing person, but do enjoy my own space to recharge and respect other people's privacy. I love bouldering, dancing, outdoor activities, trying out different foods and enjoy time out with my friends. I am looking to team up with people close to my age to find a nice place that we can potentially call home for long term. Ideally looking for a place which is within 30 mins commute to the city by public transport and within an hour drive to Macquarie Park. I've also got full set of furniture for a two bedroom flat. Also my rental budget is between $250 - $350 pw depending on the quality of the accommodation. My moving date is flexible as I just need to give 3 weeks notice to my current landlord. Ideally looking to move early Dec or late Jan as I'll be going away on holiday for a month starting mid Dec but if we can find a great place before that I'm happy to move in early.
Hi there! I'm a student at Macquarie University studying Commerce/Laws and am anticipated to graduate in 2024. I currently live in the Northern Beaches but am looking to move somewhere closer to university to make my studies and the commute to classes easier! I'm a very tidy and organised person and like to think of myself as the mother of my friendship group.
Hello, I'm a full-time Audiologist working in Blacktown, looking for a place to live. I'm a clean and respectful person who enjoys cooking, reading, and watching television. I also enjoy bush-walking and going out for movies. I'm looking for a clean place to myself or shared with one/two other housemate(s). A furnished place would be appreciated. I am a non-smoker, and a vegetarian (although I do not mind people cooking meat around me).
A social person that respects the privacy of those around me. I do enjoy making my friends feel welcomed into the home with the occasional gathering. I will ensure common areas are kept tidy. Working full time. Hoping to find a space with some cool friendly people and create a warmed house! I like indoor plants and will bring them along to add to the atmosphere. Might even bake you a cake on your birthday or a protein slice if you're into that. :)
Hey everyone! Hope your housemate search is going well! I'm a postgrad medical student and am just looking for a place to stay short term from now until late November/early December 2019 (I'll be off to study at hospital in India for a few months next year so sadly I can't stick around! But I will be looking for a place to stay long-term once I get back in June 2020). I'm friendly, easy-going, clean, quiet and uni usually keeps me pretty busy :) I'm originally from Queensland and love hiking, keeping fit and totally undermining all that by going out for breakfast. I also come with a coffee machine :) I'll join you if you're having a drink over the weekend but otherwise I usually wouldn't (and I don't smoke at all!). I love animals too so if you have pets that's definitely a plus for me! Ideally looking to stay with other uni students/young professionals but I'm open to suggestions so if you have a place you think might suit please send still me a message! I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi, mate! This is Nipun Chakma from Bangladesh. I am a postgraduate student in MQ uni. I am studying Master of Commerce in Financial Crime and Governance. I love to stay in a friendly environment where everyone in the house will be friendly and cooperative. Hope you can assume something about my personality from that :)
Being an islander, I love to meet people and discover other cultures. Born in Mauritius, I speak fluent English, French and Creole. Now a permanent resident working in SYD while my family lives in ADL. I'm tidy, quiet, don't smoke and don't bring friends at home.
