Hi my name is Ivan :) I am 40 years old and orginally from Spain, and lived in Australia for 3 years now. I recently moved from Sydney to Melbourne. I am very clean, organised and respectful of people privacy and space. I enjoy a good chat and like to meet new people. I prefer to share a flat or house with 1 person, preferably on the above ground floor. I also like to live in a clean and tidy environment, a place I can call home. Kindest Regards! Ivan
Hi , This flat looks great. I work in hospitals, and I'm clean and quiet. I smoke, but only outside. I do my dishes, and I pay my bills on time! Can I come and see the place soon? Thanks
I'm an exercise physiologist working part time (hopefully full time soon) in Keilor East. I moved to Melbourne from Brisbane late last year to have a proper go at playing footy. I'm very tidy and spend an equal amount of time at the gym/footy as I do on the couch. I've also been known to enjoy a beverage or several on the weekend.
I have lots of jobs that I travel around for so often going on overnight trips. I'm a student paramedic, work as a Lifegaurd and Medic, volunteer at a Motorsport incident response team and as a lifesaver in the summer. I love cats and am vegetarian, I really enjoy running and the country. Looking to live close to St.Albans for UNI. However my lease doesn't end until July 25th :)
Mature, reliable, educated, quiet, responsible, keeps to self, easy, kind, trustworthy, funny and sweet. Respects privacy, won't be having anyone over, I don't know anyone in Melbourne! Need a furnished room. Not a party girl. Looking for peace and quiet. Am a teacher who will be busy preparing her lessons at night. I really would like my own bathroom.
I'm a mature considerate woman looking for a short term place to stay while my apartment is refurbished. All my furniture is in storage so I would need the bedroom to be furnished. I am not sure how long I will require the room but I am certain it will take at least 3 months to finish. I currently work full time/ casual

Hey! I'm Issy, 23, recently graduated, currently working as a flight attendant for Jetstar. I am an absolute OCD clean freak, thus, mess is no concern. I enjoy my own time but also always up for a chat, preferably with a glass of wine in hand :) I have lived independently for a while, therefore, am completely aware of the financial/emotion burdens and am always available to act as emotional support! Love to expand my culinary abilities and take great pride in my extensive shot-glass collection. Low maintenance, always up for a good time but also appreciate a quiet night in when required :)
Hi My name is Chloe. I'm a 19 year old female looking to love out of home and into a sharehouse. I'm super friendly and get along with anyone. I work full time at the moment so paying rent on time won't ever be an issue.

Hi all, good luck with your searches! A little bit about me: - I'm a 32 year old Social Worker, working full time at a hospital in the city. - Outside of work I like photography, reading, writing, exploring gardens and getting out of Melbourne for a bit. - Over the past 14 years I've lived in various share houses and private rentals and have a full set of adult skills! - I value kindness, humour, respect, and honesty in housemates, and aim to offer these things in return. - I can contribute a few different practical things to the house if needed (eg. washing machine, fridge, couch etc). - Sometimes I need to retreat and have my private space after work, other times I'm more than happy to hang out and chat with housemates if everyone's home! - I don't cope very well with party houses (need beauty sleep for work) or with smokers (migraines). I can be relatively flexible with move in dates, am hoping to find somewhere for at least 6 months with a spot for off street or safe on street car parking. I'd love to find a home with like minded souls who treat home like a sanctuary, please feel free to contact me if you feel like we'd be a good fit!
I am currently studying a full-time bachelor of education (P-12) at Vic uni and am currently living rurally so am on the look out for a place that is much closer to the city. As soon as I move to Melbourne I intend on getting a part-time job to pay for rent, but in the mean time am fortunately supported by my parents. I am super tidy, organised and productive and can't wait to start exploring the city! I love meeting new people, having a laugh, trying out new things and am super passionate about film photography :)
Shared accommodation is actually preferred as I enjoy to live a fun and social life with good surroundings. I'm an easy going, mindful and respectful guy who works hard and enjoys life outside of work also. As a sub-contractor, I take on work as it comes which leaves me with not having a permanent routine. Though in my spare time I enjoy DJing and producing music, though I am respectful towards privacy and being respectful with my hobbies and social life to maintain a happy and stress free living environment also. I like to live and maintain a clean and healthy living environment, enjoy meeting new people and socializing with friends. If you have any further questions, feel free to message me. Thanks. Michael.
HEY GUYS! Katie, 18, carpenter. I'm super fun but also enjoy relaxing by myself. I'm the girl with a Jeep Wrangler and loves anything adventurous. I have had to look after myself since 14 so I’m not your typical 18 year-old as I’m extremely independent. I’m more then happy to help out with cooking as I enjoy making yummy food and I clean up after myself. I worked at Grill'd for over a year so i can make the best burgers you'll ever eat! Don't smoke Allergic to cats LOVE DOGS I'm looking for a house with a few people in it that are positive, friendly and would see each other as a friend, not just people who rent rooms in the same house! I'm super happy all the time and just love having a laugh.
I'm quiet, super easy-going and keep to myself mostly, friendly and enjoy helping out around the place. Looking for a relatively cheap place for the moment while I finish a hospitality course and look for work.
My sister and I are looking for third flat mate to start up a new share house. We're both friendly and social people who also respect personal space. We are both reliable with finances and are looking for flat mate who is the same. We're both looking to spend a maximum of $200 each per week on a year long lease. We haven't yet found a place but would prefer somewhere within walking distance to public transport. Female flat mate preferred.

Not too mention an awesome part of melboune to be able to call home. Im very clean and tidy. Smoke socially and my party days are done an dusted years ago although won't refuse a night out every now and then to clear the cobwebs. I like to cook although im no chef and enjoy a few drinks while watching a movie, reading a book or hanging with friends. I love the footy and hope to go watch the game live a whole lot more once living there i follow the kangaroos for many many years. Hi everyone! I am a 24 year old Kiwi who has been living in Melbourne for 6 months, and Australia for just over a year. I am a clean and tidy person I always make an effort to clean up after myself as soon as I can, especially in communal areas. I always make sure to do my share of the housework, you may even say I can be a bit of a clean freak sometimes. I am also an open and bubbly person who enjoys living in places that are somewhat social, but I am not looking for anywhere that holds a lot of parties. I am looking for somewhere to live preferably by the 27/04/17 and I can move in around anytime after that. I am currently working full time but I am hoping to find somewhere relatively cheap and that would preferably be a somewhat furnished room as I don't have any of my own furniture. I also don't mind doing shared cooking, but I am also happy to keep this separate as well. Please feel free to message me and ask any further questions you may have. Thanks heaps, Rose
